Description
No description was provided for this meeting.
If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
All
right,
if
you
all,
will
join
me
at
the
pledge
of
allegiance.
A
A
Well,
welcome
to
the
natural
resource
committee
meeting
we
are
starting
to
wind
down.
We
can
see
the
light
at
the
end
of
the
tunnel,
so
I
don't
think
we
have
too
many
more
meetings
in
front
of
us,
so
we
want
to
make
these
last
few
meetings
count.
So
I
appreciate
the
members
being
in
attendance
and
encourage
them
to
participate
and
ask
questions
as
much
as
they
can
during
this
process.
A
I
have
two
guests
that
are
here
with
me
today:
rick
baker
and
his
son
know
I
like
to
ask
them
stand
up.
Let's
give
them
a
warm
welcome.
A
Rick
is
the
head
of
lklp,
which
is
a
vast
group
across
eastern
kentucky
that
provides
vital
services
and
noah
is
my
first
mate,
and
so
I
say
that,
but
we
we
run
a
sailing
school
which
we've
done
forever.
I
personally
hazard
sailing
school
and
we
provide
free
selling,
lessons
and
experiences
throughout
the
summer
for
children
that
would
probably
otherwise
not
get
a
chance
to
do
it,
and
we
deal
with
specialties
in
autism
and
other
fields.
A
Our
camp
is
free,
we've
never
charged
anybody.
Have
we
noah.
I
know
as
one
of
my
chief
guys
he
he
runs
things
as
the
chief
bosun
most
of
the
time,
my
first
mate
and
this
young
guy
works
his
tail
off
to
try
to
make
sure
that
children
get
an
incredible
experience
that
they'll
remember
for
the
rest
of
their
lives.
So
no
thank
you
for
all
that
work
stand
up
one
more
time.
Let's
give
him
a
round
of
applause.
A
All
right,
so
we
have
a
few
other
guests
here.
Senator
turner
has
some
guests
or
has
comments.
C
Thank
you,
mr
chairman.
Today
I
got
some
two
very
special
guests.
Katie
cecil
with
cecil
farms
is
up
today
with
farm
bureau
and
they
do
amazing
things
in
our
community
with
with
their
farm
and
their
ag,
tourism
and
their
spreader
service,
and
so
many
things
and
it's
really
neat
to
see
their
farm
and
how
all
the
generations
of
the
family
have
come
back
and
be
able
to
provide
a
living
there.
C
And
then
another
guest
of
mine,
alex
bryant,
he's
up
today,
kentucky
farm
bureau
day
as
well
visiting,
and
he
had
the
privilege
to
ride
up
with
me
today.
So
he's
gonna
get
to
be
here
for
a
long
time.
A
A
President,
we
have
a
quorum.
Okay,
we
have
a
quorum,
so
let's
go
ahead
and
get
straight
to
work.
If
we
can,
at
this
time
we're
going
to
be
considering
house
bill,
344
I'd
like
to
ask
all
those
that
are
going
to
speak
to
go
ahead
and
come
to
the
table
if
they
could
and
identify
yourselves
for
our
records
and
if
there's
anybody
online
that
wishes
to
speak
on
this,
it
looks
like
we
have
jenny,
gilbert
and
commissioner
storm
so
be
prepared
to
to
provide
comment
if
necessary.
E
E
I'd
just
like
to
highlight
two
points
that
this
is
going
to
hit
on,
we'll
make
it
as
brief
as
we
can
and
we'll
turn
it
over
to
the
commissioner
for
any
questions
or
any
comments
he
would
like
to
make,
and
he
does
request
to
be
here,
but
he'll
explain
why
he's
not
able
to
bill.
344
has
made
up
the
two
goals
number
one.
It's
the
point
of
sale
expansion
to
allow
the
department
to
move
forward
with
the
third
party.
E
Vendors
second
goal
is
to
update
language
to
modern
techniques
of
purchase,
and
so
we're
deleting
the
clerk's
language
as
a
requirement
to
sell
a
license,
because
others
will
have
access
to
be
able
to
sell
their
licenses.
A
All
right,
we
have
a
motion
in
a
second
well,
we
don't
have
so
we
have
a
motion.
You
only
have
a
second
senator
turner.
Did
you
have
question,
or
I
had
made
notes
here,
that
you
had
a
question
or
not.
B
E
I'll,
let
the
commissioner
respond
to
that.
If
that's
okay,
sir,
that's.
F
Thank
you,
senator
turner,
historically
and
we're
dating
back
many
many
years
ago.
The
means
and
mechanism
to
buy
a
hunting
or
a
fishing
license
was
limited
to
clerks
and
expanded
to
points
of
sale
like
marinas
and
and
things
like
walmart
and
so
for
several
years.
We've
needed
to
update
this
language
to
simply
allow
us
to
to
sail
through
other
mechanisms,
but
but
ultimately,
a
great
deal
of
our
purchases
are
done
online
and,
and
so
you
know
just
techniques
and
advances.
B
Thank
you,
commissioner,
for
that
I
just
know
in
my
county
the
only
place
that
I
believe
that
we
could
beat
them
was
at
walmart
and
walmart
only
had
somebody
back
there
at
certain
hours
of
the
day,
and
it
was
hard
for
people
in
my
county
to
get
fish
life
fishing
hunting
license,
and
I've
been
asked
that
question
about,
because
the
clerk's
office
had
sold
them
for
years
of
county
court
clerks,
I'm
not
the
circuit
courts,
but
the
county
court
and
they
had
the
books
there
for
people
pick
up
and
people
go
get
so
many
things
in
that
courthouse.
B
So
many
officers
there
from
the
county
attorneys
the
pva
the
sheriff's
office,
so
they
would
be
down
there
and
they
could
go
get
their
hunting
license
there.
So
they
asked
me-
and
I
just
saw
that
they
had
been
deleted
and
I
didn't
know
if
they
had
asked
for
it
or
whether
that
was
part
of
the
the
department's
determination
to-
and
I
don't
know
if
it
was
a
cost
analysis
or
what
I'd
really
not
asked
that
question.
Commissioner,.
F
Well,
I
probably
didn't
answer
your
question
that
well
and
I
apologize
the
the
point
of
sale
can
still
be
what
it
may
be,
but
this
was
statutory
that
it
was
county
clerks
had
to
sell
years
ago,
so
they
can
still
do
so,
as
can
walmart,
but
the
takes
to
purchase
a
license
have
expanded
to
online
sales
from
your
phone
things
of
that
nature,
and
so
this
is.
This
is
an
update
to
that.
B
Just
one
more
comment:
yes,
follow
up,
please
so,
commissioners,
I
understand
it.
If
I
get
asked
that
by
my
clerk,
then
she
would
be
or
they
would
be
able
to
request
to
be
allowed,
then
to
be
in
the
sale
position.
A
Thank
you.
Thank
you,
mr
chairman,
all
right,
very
good.
We
have
a
motion
and
a
second
on
the
bill.
I'm
going
to
make
sure
that
we
don't
have
anybody
requesting
to
speak
online.
A
Let's
see.
Well,
I
think
we've
got
everybody
so
at
this
time
I
asked
the
clerk
to
call
the
roll.
C
A
I
voted
so
the
motion
to
approve
house
bill
344
is
approved
with
the
expression
that
the
same
shall
pass.
So
thank
you
for
coming
front
of
our
committee.
I
appreciate
that.
Do
we
have
a
motion
for
consent?
Nope?
Okay,
oh
with
the
pass
vote.
Yes,
sorry,
we
tried
all
right
very
good
members.
We
have
anything
else
to
come
in
front
of
this
committee.
Entertain
a
motion
to
adjourn
oppose.
Likewise,
thank.
