Description
No description was provided for this meeting.
If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
The
time
has
come
for
us
to
begin.
Our
second
meeting
of
the
house,
Transportation
committee
I,
want
to
welcome
everyone
this
afternoon
to
our
committee
meeting
I
will
ask
that
you
silence.
Your
phones,
puts
them
on
vibrate
so
that
it
does
not
interrupt
any
of
the
presenters
today
or
in
the
representatives
if
they
may
be
commenting
or
having
questions,
and
with
that
I'm
going
to
call
this
meeting
to
order
and
ask
for
Madam
Secretary
to
please
call
the
roll.
C
A
A
And
it
appears
we
do
have
a
quorum
and
our
duly
constituted
at
this
point
to
do
business.
Do
any
of
our
members
have
any
special
guests
in
the
audience
today
that
they
would
like
to
recognize
representative
Evron
thank.
D
You
chairman
I,
have
a
very
special
guest
with
me
today:
Mrs
Piper
Crigler
she's,
actually
sitting
with
me
today,
she's
a
second
grader
at
Sacred,
Heart
model
school
and
I'm
tickled
to
have
Herbie
shadowing
me.
Her
parents
are
familiar
faces
around
here,
Julia
and
Trace
Crigler.
So
please
make
Piper
Phil
welcome
to
the
house.
Transportation
committee.
A
Certainly
glad
to
have
her
with
us
today,
that's
for
sure
anyone
else,
if
not
we're
going
to
go
right
down
the
list
and
the
first
item
on
our
agenda
will
be
House,
Bill
21.
It's
an
act
relating
to
identity
documents
sponsored
by
representative,
Bridges,
representative
Bridges,
if
you
and
if
you
have
any
guests,
would
make
your
way
to
the
table.
E
E
D
E
E
It
basically
does
two
quick
things
generally
there's
other
things,
but
it
allows
16
to
17
year
olds
to
apply
and
get
an
ID
an
identification
card,
not
a
driver's
license
so
that
they
can
start
their
process
in
school
functions,
and
this
is
for
homeless
children
whose
parents
are
not
there,
but
it
allows
them
to
get
an
ID
in
and
of
themselves
working
with
school,
counselor,
non-profit
different
organizations,
and
that
way
they
can
start
the
process
for
College
funding.
College
grants.
College
entry
forms.

A
Thank
you,
representative
Elliott.
Anyone
else
come
in
late.
That's
it
all
right!
Moving
forward
next
on
our
agenda
is
House
Bill
150.
It's
an
act
relating
to
motor
vehicle
dealers,
sponsored
by
representative
Upchurch,
representative
Upchurch
and
his
guest
make
their
way
to
the
table.
Please
introduce
yourself
and
your
guest
representative
Upchurch.
H
I
A
You
and
it's
my
understanding
there
is
a
committee
sub
for
this
piece
that
is
in
the
members
packet,
and
you
should
have
received
it
yesterday
as
well
in
your
email
motion
by
representative
Thomas.
Do
I
hear
a
second
by
representative
Bridges
motion
been
second
on
adopting
the
committee
sub.
All
those
in
favor
say:
aye
aye
aye,
all
those
opposed
committee
sub
passes
and
that's
what
we'll
work
for
from
representative
Upchurch
I'll
turn
it
over
to
you
and
your
guest.
Okay.
H
Thank
you,
Mr
chairman
House,
Bill
150
has
been
an
effort
of
a
lot
of
people's
Endeavors
over
the
past
over
the
interim
in
the
last
few
months,
and
there's
been
a
lot
of
collaboration
between
the
automobile
dealers
and
the
manufacturers
Association
to
protect
our.

H
A
Aye
House
Bill
150
is
reported
with
favorable
expression
with
the
committee
substitute
attached
there
too.
Thank
you,
gentlemen.
For
again
another
compelling
testimony
on
that
wonderful
piece
of
legislation.
We
always
try
to
keep
it
short.
Thank.
H
A
Last
up
on
the
agenda
for
this
week
is
house
bill
217.,
it's
an
act
relating
to
titling
and
Motor
Vehicles,
sponsored
by
representative
Meredith,
who
has
made
his
way
to
the
table.
Do
you
have
any
guests
representative
Meredith
while
he's
getting
ready,
I'll
say
this
representative
Palumbo
much
like
like
family.
You
know
they
say
that
you
can
choose
your
friends,
but
not
your
family.
