If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
Okay,
we're
going
to
go
ahead
and
get
started
on
our
meeting.
We
bumped
it
at
nine
o'clock
because
there's
a
conflicts
and
trying
to
get
some
of
our
members
out,
so
they
can
get
to
a
r
and
some
other
things
too.
So
we'll
go
ahead
and
call
call
to
order
and
roll
call.
Mr
secretary
and
please
there's
a
couple
that
are
on
virtual,
so
just
identify
if
you
are
on
the
property.
D
F
C
A
B
A
A
All
right
in
your
office
representative,
yes,
perfect,
all
right,
we
do
have
a
quorum,
we're
constitutionally
able
to
do
business.
So
at
this
time
I've
asked
our
distinguished
guests
to
lead
us
in
the
pledge
of
allegiance
and
then,
if
everyone
would
please
remain
standing
and
I've
asked
representative
wesley
to
go
ahead
and
lead
us
in
prayer
there.
So.
F
Let
us
pray
gracious
heavenly
father.
We
just
thank
you
today,
god,
for
this
wonderful
day
that
you've
given
each
and
every
one
of
us
and
lord.
We
just
thank
you,
god
for
the
privilege
and
honor
of
being
here
and
representing
not
only
our
constituents
in
kentucky,
but
also
you
and
father.
We
just
thank
you
for
the
leadership
of
our
chairman,
vice
chair
and
all
those
that's
here.
We
ask
you
to
give
us
direction
today,
god
how
you
would
have
us
to
go
and
search
your
heart.
A
All
righty
am
I
I'm
gonna
refer
to
representative
to
go
to
massey,
I
think
or
wheatley.
E
E
Hb
is
who
we're
going
to
honor,
but
I
will
tell
you
judy
also
is
very
meritorious.
She
was
a
teacher
in
boone
county.
She
taught
financial
management
to
young
people,
so
she's
also
very
worthy
of
praise,
so
to
speak.
H.B
deathridge
is
founder
and
executive
director
of
the
kentucky
veterans,
hall
of
fame
and
the
kentucky
veterans
hall
of
fame
foundation
he's
been
at
the
helm
of
the
foundation
since
the
day
in
early
2010,
when
he
just
had
a
vision,
and
that
has
now
become
a
dream
and
a
fulfilled
dream.
E
As
a
vietnam
veteran,
he
knows
all
about
the
visions
and
missions.
Many
years
after
returning
home
from
his
service
to
our
country.
His
mission
was
to
build
a
veterans
memorial
in
the
city
of
florence,
kentucky
deathridge,
who
grew
up
in
boone
county
and
owns
a
florence
business,
garnered
the
city's
approval
in
1995
to
erect
the
monument
on
44
city-owned
acres
on
ewing
boulevard,
where
a
new
city
building
was
planned.
E
Although
the
monument
was
to
be
located
in
florence,
this
veteran
pointed
out
that
the
memorial
is
for
everyone
who
wants
to
pause
and
pay
homage
to
the
soldiers,
sailors,
marines
and
airmen,
who
were
killed
in
the
line
of
duty.
The
finishing
touches
to
the
monument
were
completed
during
the
memorial
day
ceremony
in
may
of
2011.
E
E
To
be
honest,
god
is
not
finished
with
him,
yet
he's
been
on
death's
door
more
times
than
I
can
count
and
he's
always
come
back
as
the
fighter
that
he
truly
is.
I've
had
the
privilege
of
attending
several
events
for
the
kentucky
veterans
hall
of
fame.
There
will
be
another
one,
this
fall
and
if
you've
not
attended
that
it
is
absolutely
a
magnificent
experience
and
many
of
the
people
that
we've
honored
here
in
our
chamber
have
been
or
become
members
of
participants
in
and
members
of,
the
kentucky
veterans
hall
of
fame.
F
Thank
you,
gentlemen,
and
I
have
known
mr
deathridge
for
about
10
minutes
and
I
say
that,
but
it's
it's
a
real
honor
and
he
is
a
kenton
county
resident.
Where
I
represent
my
where
my
own
district
is
and
the
veterans
hall
of
fame.
We
look
forward
to
and,
however
that
grows
and
your
vision
is
just
so
important
to
us
in
kenton
county
in
northern
kentucky.
F
A
All
righty,
we
would
love
to
hear
from
you
now,
so
we
got
about
five
minutes
or
so,
if
you
wanted
to
give
us
some
highlights
or
or
something
about
yourself
there,
that
microphone
right
there.
If
you
could
pull
it
a
little
closer
and
hit
that
button
and
it
make
sure
it
turns
green
there,
you
go.
Okay,
you
got.
D
A
D
Okay,
did
everyone
receive
a
brochure
we
passed
out
up
there?
This
is
a
very
informational
brochure.
It's
come
a
long
way
from
when
we
first
started
and
it's
just
jam
packed
full
of
information.
I
want
to
bring
out
first
off.
Thank
you
very
much
for
this
honor.
I
really
appreciate
it
and
you
don't
know
what
it
means
to
hall
of
fame
into
me
to
be
recognized
this
way.
On
the
second
page
at
the
list.
I
know
the
event
that
that
eddie
was
talking
about.
We
have
two
events
now
a
year
one.
D
We
have
a,
we
introduce
our
inductees
at
the
marriott
griffin
gate
and
that
will
be
july
28
with
a
parachute
jump.
Parachute
jump
jumps
onto
the
golf
course
that
is
on
july,
the
28th
at
10
o'clock
in
the
morning.
The
big
event
is
a
two-day
event.
It's
a
july
august,
the
26th
and
27th
that
is
a
gala
dinner
this
year,
we're
inducting
29,
inductees,
29
worthy
inductees
into
the
hall
of
fame.
That's
the
most
we've
ever
had
with
that.
D
We
go
over
200
inducted
into
the
kentucky
veterans
hall
of
fame
in
the
last
10
years
from
all
across
the
state,
and
we
try
to
go
to
the
parts
of
the
state
that
we
can't
get
to.
We
now
have
a
big
big
in
owensboro
kentucky.
We
got
a
gentleman
down
there,
just
it's
just
nailing
the
nailing
it
down
there.
We've
got
we're
putting
a
monument
in
in
nolenspor,
we're
now
bringing
out
a
new
monument
for
the
executive
veterans
hall
of
fame.
D
D
Thus
far,
we
got
one
in
king
county,
it's
not
the
king
county
government
center
down
in
covington,
that's
where
it's
at
that's,
waiting
to
be
landscaped
and
the
lights
might
be
put
on
it,
there'd
be
one
going
in
florence
and
eddie
was
talking
about
memorial
and
that
was
built
in
florence
recently
in
the
last
three
weeks
we
put
a
purple
heart
monument
in
in
that
in
florence.
It's
a
big
black
granite
with
a
big
purple
heart
on
it
and
that
that's
in
florence
also.
D
Florence
is
also
going
to
get
a
kentucky
veterans
hall
of
fame
monument
in
there
there's
one
going
to
the
lexington
lexington
has
offered.
They
want
to
purchase
a
monument.
The
location
to
be
decided,
berea
is
getting
one
richmond's
got
one
20.
If
anyone's
from
richmond
down
there,
you
getting
ready
to
do
some
big
developments
down
in
the
square.
That's
going
to
get
a
monument
down
there,
so
kentucky
veterans
hall
of
fame
has
come
a
long
way
from
when
we
first
started
when
first
started.
D
And
everybody
said
it
can't
be
done
because
it's
too
expensive
well,
it
is
expensive,
we're
at
a
very
expensive
resort
in
lexington,
it's
very
costly.
The
dinner
is
by
invite
only
I
say,
invite
only
it
costs
65
ahead,
but
we
got
a
bargain
for
a
table
10
for
650,
so
we
got
a
got
a
big
deal
going
on
there,
but
in
the
past
we
have
had
some
legislators
show
up.
We
used
to
be
in
frankfurt
at
the
capitol
plaza.
We
outgrew
that
the
first
year,
the
first
year
we
outgrew
the
capital
plaza.
D
Then
we
went
to
the
convention
center,
which
has
since
been
torn
down,
was
in
there
until
got
torn
down.
At
that
time.
I
said
I
want
to
go
someplace
someplace
in
the
state
of
kentucky,
it's
easy
to
get
to
it's
centrally
located
and
it's
got.
It's
got
wealth
in
the
city
and
that
came
up
to
lexington.
D
Lexington
came
to
me
and
they
said
we
want
you
and
we
want
you
in
lexington
I
have
since
this
year
I
signed
a
contract
with
the
city
of
lexington
to
be
there
through
the
next
two
years,
through
a
contract
with
them,
and
what
they're
going
to
do
for
us
and
so
forth,
which
it's
very
all
of
our
money
is
donated
money
we
go
out
together.
We
just
beg
for
I
guess
you
could
say
the
money's
on
right.
D
The
moment
this,
the
the
second
veterans
hall
of
fame,
is
gonna,
run
over
a
hundred
thousand
dollars
to
put
together
this
year.
So
that's
a
lot
of
begging
for
monies
out
there
to
make
to
make
it
happen,
but
it's
gonna
be
exciting
event.
We
have
honor
guards,
we
have
flags,
we
have
the
show.
We
have
singers,
we
have
singers
from
lexington,
we
have
singers
from
northern
kentucky
and-
and
we
have
a
regular
show
we
actually
on
the
first
night
of
the
dinner,
we
recognize
the
these
veterans
for
their
military
service.
D
Although
it's
not
what
we're
all
about
we're
more
about
what
the
veteran
has
done
since
the
military,
since
they
got
out
of
the
military,
had
they
continued
to
serve
and
that's
what
we
look
at
mainly
when
we
look
at
all
the
nominations
we
they're
opening
one
to
go
to
our
website.
Ky
veterans.org,
which
is
listed
in
the
brochure,
there's
nominations
in
there
and
it
lists
all
the
inductees
we've
already
just
inducted
over
the
last
10
years.
It's
been
a
very
rewarding
event.
It's
been
a
very
rewarding
travel
for
me.
D
I
guess
you
could
say
it's
cost
me
a
lot.
It's
cost
me
a
lot,
a
lot,
not
monetarily,
but
also
health,
wise.
It's
it's
been
a
lot,
but
I'm
so
happy.
I
wouldn't
have
it
any
other
way.
It's
been
the
greatest
thing
that
could
have
happened
to
me,
my
wife,
my
family.
This
has
been
the
greatest
thing.
That's
ever
ever
ever
come
up
to
me
for
sure.
D
D
So
if
there's
any
questions
or
anything,
if
you
be
sure-
and
just
ask
me
and
I'll
be
more
than
happy
to
answer
them
for
you,
if
I
can.
A
All
right
do
any
members
have
any
questions
for
mr
deathridge,
you
know
what
I
noticed
is
we
all
call
him
representative,
massey
or
chair
massey,
or
something
like
that.
We're
gonna
start
calling
him
eddie.
A
D
D
A
E
I
will
tell
you
it's
a
great
honor
that
we
are
here
today
to
honor.
You
you've
done
so
much
for
veterans,
not
only
just
northern
kentucky
but
all
over
the
state,
and
we
can't
thank
you
enough,
and
we
know
that
many
more
years
are
gonna.
Come
again.
I
know
you've
beaten
death
several
times.
It's
gonna
have
to
sneak
up
on
you
to
ever
take
you,
but
we
appreciate
you
and
your
wife
and
your
children,
which
I
also
know
and
you've
been
such
a
great
contribution
to
our
community
and
thank
you
so
much.
E
A
All
right
come
have
a
seat
eddie
all
right.
We're
gonna
go
out
of
order
just
for
the
first
two
and
then
we'll
stay
back
in
order.
So
at
this
time
we're
gonna
go
ahead
and
have
representative
bentley
come
on
up
to
the
table.
We're
gonna
start
with
house
bill.
502.
C
D
A
A
G
This
bill
is
a
little
different
thinking
out
of
the
box
into
the
future.
It
is
a
safety
dna
promotion.
I
mean
protection
act
and
its
reasons
here
for
protection
and
the
other
night.
I
was
listening
on
the
news.
National
news
and
one
of
the
commentators
said
that
putin
may
develop
a
dna
poison
just
for
zielinski.
I
don't
know
if
anyone
else
heard
that,
but
the
things
in
today's
society
are
changing
very
quickly.
Anyone
watch
the
last
james
bond
film.
That
may
be
a
reality
someday.
G
G
G
As
genetic
information
sharing
gets
easier,
we
need
to
have
guard
rails
in
place
to
ensure
one's
individual
right
to
privacy.
Current
federal
genetic
privacy
protections
currently
in
place
stem
from
several
laws,
including
hipaa.
Now
hipaa
is
the
relationship
between
a
physician
and
a
patient.
There's
no
physician
involved
with
this.
So
someone
may
ask
that
question
in
the
future.
G
G
However,
these
laws
do
not
cover
all
forms
of
genetic
testing
that
a
consumer
may
engage
with,
including
the
dtc
genetic
test
at
the
federal
level.
Neither
the
federal
trade
commission
nor
the
food
and
drug
administration
regulate
the
vast
majority
of
laboratories
that
provide
dtc
genetic
testing
services.
G
Dna's
theft
can
result
in
the
exposure
of
medical
information.
A
person
wishes
to
keep
private
or
may
not
even
know
herself
such
as
predeposition
to
certain
cancers
or
a.d
alzheimer's
disease.
Genetic
information
can
reveal
a
great
deal
about
predespositions
to
disease,
as
well
as
this
existing
medical
conditions
and
might
otherwise
be
difficult
to
detect.
G
G
There
are
many
opportunities
for
americans
to
use
this
type
of
testing,
but
the
consumer's
dna
collected
by
companies
is
left
unconstrained
by
federal
or
state
law.
You
can
find
surprising
amount
of
information
about
an
individual's
medical
family
ties
or
ancestry
that
can
be
discovered
for
a
few
hundred
dollars.
This
private
information
is
so
easily
obtained
without
consent.
It
simply
takes
sending
a
cheek
swab
to
a
laboratory
and
reading
it
online.
G
A
few
weeks
later
now,
after
years
on
the
market,
we
have
companies
like
23andme
and
ancestry,
storing
billions
of
personal
data
and
information
collected
from
companies
services,
but
unfortunately,
there
are
no
safeguards
to
place
that
keep
them
from
oversharing.
Your
data
with
third
parties-
dna
theft,
is
more
than
just
traditional
theft
law,
unlike
financial
records,
internet
data
and
conventional
private
property.
G
A
I
I
Good
morning,
chairman
thomas
members
of
the
committee-
again,
my
name
is
richie
engelhardt
and
I'm
here
today
on
behalf
of
the
coalition
for
genetic
data
protection,
which
also
includes
23
and
me
here,
divorce.
Our
strong
support
for
house
bill.
502
we've
been
working
on
the
policy
in
front
of
you
since
2018,
when
the
future
of
privacy
forum
published
the
privacy
best
practices
for
consumer
genetic
testing
services,
capping
off
extensive
work
with
industry,
partners,
consumer
and
privacy
advocates
key
committees
on
the
hill
in
dc
and
the
federal
trade
commission.
I
Since
then,
other
states
have
taken
an
active
interest
in
protecting
consumer
genetic
data.
Our
companies
have
worked
with
lawmakers
on
both
sides
of
the
aisle
to
translate
the
best
practices
into
legislation
that
bill's
enjoyed
bipartisan
support
in
arizona,
california
and
utah
with
industry
and
consumer
advocates.
Aligned.
I
We've
also
done
extensive
work
to
educate
policy
makers
on
privacy
protections
we
have
in
place
for
consumers,
presenting
at
alec,
csg
and
ncsl
last
year
with
csg,
including
the
measure
before
you
and
their
model
bill
book.
If
passed,
kentucky
will
have
the
strongest
protections
for
genetic
privacy
and
statute,
and
by
putting
these
protections
into
law,
this
bill
will
ensure
that
every
direct
to
consumer
genetic
testing
service
is
held
to
the
same
standards
we
have
set
for
privacy
and
data
protection.

C
F
Yes-
and
I
hope
that
maybe
we
could
address
that
rape
kit
piece,
maybe
in
a
floor
amendment.
Thank
you.
C
C
A
A
G
Is
on
the
bill
some
section,
one
two
c
require
valid
legal
process
for
disclosing
genetic
data
to
law
enforcement
or
any
other
government
agency
without
the
consumers
express
written
consent.
B
A
All
right,
thank
you,
alrighty,
as
our
new
presenter
gets
the
table
representative
nemes.
I
don't
know
if
you
know
this
or
not,
but
I
know
I
don't.
I
don't
know
if
y'all
had
the
pleasure
of
serving,
but
at
this
time
I'm
going
to
step
out
order
just
a
hair
here
and
ask
that
we
just
heard
a
second
ago
that
senator
joe
bowen
passed
away,
and
I
think
many
of
us
served,
I
think,
with.
C
A
F
A
Thank
you
for
allowing
us
to
do
that
all
right
center
nemas,
please
take
the
table,
and
if
you
have
any
guests,
please
introduce
themselves
make
sure
those
green
lights
are
on.
H
Thank
you,
mr
chairman
and
committee
members.
We
have
a
real,
simple
bill
here.
Well,
it's
so
that
the
the
older
firemen
can
train
the
younger
firemen
without
having
to
to
get
out
of
the
retirement
system.
We
are
it's,
as
you
know,
we're
having
trouble
with
employees
and
trainers.
So
this
helps
with
that.
H
A
Boy
that
was
quick
there.
I
love
how
you
introduce
a
27-page
bill
is
real,
simple
there.
So
all
right
does
any
members
have
any
questions
or
everyone.
Okay,
they
did
their
homework
the
night
before
all
right.
Mr
secretary,
please
call
roll.
F
G
B
F
F
I
won't
ask
mr
roberts
any
questions,
though
I'm
still
missing
that
phone
from
san
francisco
in
1991
or
so,
but
just
we'll
talk
about
that
later.
Thank.
B
A
All
right,
it's
we
don't
have
a
consent
over
here,
so
we'll
have
find
someone
to
present
that
on
the
floor
and
as
as
quickly
and
briefly
as
you
just
did
so.
Thank
you
all
for
being
here.
Thank.
A
All
righty
this
time
we're
moving
along.
We
will
go
ahead
and
call
representative
tackett
lafferty
down
562.
K
K
This
bill
serves
to
codify
and
statute
a
minimum
of
48
hours
when
no
other
time
to
cope
with
these
tragedies
is
available
for
our
first
responders
and,
as
you
can
see,
we
do
have
support
on
the
bill
from
most
of
our
first
responders.
I
have
also
we
have
mr
bruce
roberts
here
from
the
fire
commission.
If
you'd
like
to
ask.
K
A
F
K
A
All
right
do
we
have
any
other
questions
or
comments
or
anything
I
don't
see.
So
I
see
any
so
we'll
go
ahead
and
mr
secretary,
please
call
raul.
F
C
C
F
F
F
F
A
A
We
remembered
learning
that
quickly
when
we
were
freshman
year.
So
thank
you
all
for
being
here
all
right,
representative
cook.
Are
you
still
out
there
he's,
not
okay,
all
righty?
Well,
at
this
time,
I'm
going
to
relinquish
the
chairmanship
to
representative
mccool
and
I'm
going
to
come
down
and
we'll
introduce
our
guests
and
present
a
bill
also.
A
All
right,
thank
you,
sir.
It's
funny
a
week
or
two
ago
I
was
sitting
in
a
mfast
meeting,
and
this
came
up
that
just
the
brief
history,
many
of
y'all
that
have
served
in
the
military.
You
might
be
aware
in
the
military,
there
is
a
emergency
relief
fund
that
can
help
a
soldier
in
times
of
needs
having
to
get
back
to
a
funeral
or
things
like
that.
Well,
we
have
one
also
for
the
national
guard.
A
That's
been
around
for
quite
a
few
years,
probably
20,
I'm
guessing
give
or
take,
and
we've
actually,
as
a
general
assembly
funded
it
way
back
in
2008
we
put
in
500
000
and
we
put
in
another
500
000,
and
then
we
took
the
other
500
000
back
typical
government,
but
that's
okay,
there's
still
some
funds
in
this
fund,
and
so
what
we're
asking
is
to
be
able
to
broaden
the
spectrum
a
little
bit
and
be
able
to
help
more
soldiers
I'll.
Let
them
both
explain
a
little
bit
more.
Whichever
is
speaking
first
there.
J
Basically,
six
house
bill
636
amends
the
krs
36.474
to
include
service
conus
as
it's
written
today.
It
excludes
anything
guard
related
because
it's
based
on
oconus
deployments
and
coming
back
for
an
example
where
the
governor
activated
the
guard
in
december
11
for
the
state
active
duty
missions
in
western
kentucky
service
members
coming
back
from
that
entitled,
32
status
are
not
covered
under
this
as
written.
So
what
it
does
is
amend
it.
It
puts
its
stateside
services,
counted
if
your
home
or
records
commonwealth
of
kentucky.
J
It
includes
the
guard,
as,
as
the
chairman
said
currently
we're
sitting
at
270,
some
thousand
in
there
house
bill.
One
puts
another
100k
in
there,
sir,
and
this
also
covers
the
military
adoption
program.
That's
where
the
bulk
of
the
money
is
when,
in
recent
years,.
A
Just
the
last
one
he
was
kind
of
highlighting
it.
As
the
motion
came
in,
remember
the
the
adoption
assistant
program,
where
we
bumped
that
money
up,
I
think
it
was
three
thousand
five
thousand.
I
think
we
went
to
five
to
seven
that
comes
out
of
this
fund.
Okay,
so
as
as
our
national
guard
does
so
no
I'll
I'll.
We'll
answer
any
questions.
If
there
are
any.
C
Well,
seeing
none
secretary
with
calderon.
