If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
I
guess
I
need
to
tell
you
that,
though
thank
you.
We
have
a
forum.
First
item
of
business
would
like
to
welcome
new
member
Senator
Armstrong
from
Louisville.
Welcome
to
the
committee
glad
to
have
you,
anyone
have
any
guests
that
they
want
to
introduce,
don't
see
any.
We
have
one
bill
on
it's
a
house
bill
130
with
representative
Amy
neighbors.
Please
proceed
with
anybody
that
you
have
coming
to
testify.
A
A
D
Yes,
my
name
is
Amy.
Neighbors
I
represent
the
21st
house
district.
Thank
you
chairman
for
allowing
me
this
opportunity
this
morning.
As
many
of
you
know,
the
shared
use,
equipment
leasing
is
a
vital
program
offered
through
the
Kentucky
Agricultural
Development
Fund
and
has
become
a
Mainstay
in
several
local
farming
operations
throughout
the
State
House
Bill
130
aims
to
enhance
that
program
by
expanding
the
scope
of
equipment
offered,
equipment
used
for
conserving
soil
resources
and
the
prevention
and
control
of
soil
erosion
and
the
conservation
and
protection
of
Water
Resources.
D
This
allows
Farmers
to
not
only
have
access
to
heavier
Machinery
but
grants
them
the
ability
to
use
it
on
farms
that
may
not
be
within
County
limits.
This
bill
also
highlights
the
requirements
for
leasing
such
as
the
person
obtaining
the
equipment
must
reside
in
The,
Soil,
Conservation,
District,
they're,
leasing
from
and
the
request
must
be
submitted
in
tandem
between
the
district
and
the
person
in
need
of
the
equipment.
D
E
The
committee
sub,
it
was
a
house
bill.
116.,
please
introduce
yourself
I'm
sorry,
my
name
is
Alan
Bryant
I'm,
the
president
of
the
Kentucky
Association
of
conservation
districts.
Thank
you,
Mr
Brian,
the
the
house
bill
I'm,
sorry,
the
the
sub
is,
it
does
two
things
it
was
House
Bill
116
approved
in
the
house.
It
does
two
things:
it
would
allow
the
Kentucky
Association
of
conservation
districts
to
make
appointments
to
The,
Soil
and
Water
Commission,
and
the
second
thing
is:
it
would
set
up
a
minimum
age
limit
of
supervisors
for
conservation
districts
at
age.
F
E
At
our
body,
it
was
at
our
last
annual
business
meeting.
We
decided
to
set
up
a
minimum
age
limit,
and
anybody
on
the
board
right
now
would
be
grandfathered
in.
We
want
people
to
be
conservation,
our
supervisors
to
be
passionate,
and
we
also
want
the
to
have
them.
We
also
want
them
to
have
Financial
experience
as
well,
and
it
was
unanimously
voted
on
by
our
body,
the
Kentucky
Association
of
conservation
districts,
to
set
a
minimum
age
limit.
A
Do
I
have
a
motion
on
the
bill,
as
admitted
by
the
committee
sub
motion
by
Senator
Givens
second,
by
Senator,
Wilson
Madam
Secretary.
Please
call
the
roll
laughs.
A
F
A
B
A
A
The
eyes
have
it
the
floor.
Amendment
is
adopted.
That
is
all
we
have
on
the
agenda
today.
If
anyone
else
has
any
issues
to
come
before
the
committee,
we
are
adjourned.
