You
know
sending
out
communications
and
asking
for
proposals
and
what
not,
so
we
can't
really
we
don't.
We
don't
know
about
the
venue
yet
so
we
don't
know
whether
it's
gonna
cost
us
anything.
But
one
thing
I
should
mention
to
everyone
else
is
that
we
were
asking
for
submitters
to
we're
talking
we're
gonna
say
that
it
would
be
it'd,
be
preferred
to
have
a
free
location
or
low
cost
or
whatever.
B
No,
okay,
so
the
question
also
that
came
up
was
you
know.
We
can't
really
adjust
the
timing
of
the
conference
for
this
year
because
it's
already
timewise,
probably
too
short
to
start
making
adjustments.
But
we
did
want
to
ask
you
know
the
community,
whether
you
know
August
is
not
set
in
stone,
I
mean.

C
You
know
I
try
to
put
you
know,
one
part
of
the
con
one
part
of
any
meeting
agenda
is
when
are
we
gonna?
Have
the
next
meeting
I
try
to
do
that
at
the
beginning
of
the
meeting,
because
that's
when
everybody
is
still
paying
attention
and
awake
yeah,
so
I
don't
think
bringing
it
up,
but
next
year's
conference
I
think
that's
a
great
idea
actually
to
have
it
somewhere.
Early
on
to
talk
about,
you
know,
is
August
the
best
time.
When
do
we
want
to
do
this
next
year?
B
C
One
I
think
another
opportunity
if
we
talked
about
it
at
the
conferences,
you
know
I
see
the
same
people
on
the
screen
here
that
have
been
at
the
last
few
meetings.
But
if
we
have
that
kind
of
discussion
of
the
conference
and
say
you
know
at
this
is
a
great
time.
If
anybody
wants
to
be
on
next
year's
conference
committee,
we
might
actually
get
some
people
that
aren't
you
know
the
same
people
from
this
room
of
the
screen
here
to
kind
of
commit
to
that
and
then
get
them
into
these
meetings
on
the
screen
here.
C
F
B
D
Can
speak
a
little
bit
said.
Some
developments
that
were
working
on
I'd
be
grew
up.
Recorded
books
gave
us
money
to
do
the
inline
search,
result
and
download
from
search
result
functionality
for
their
ebook
system,
that's
also
being
done
for
overdrive.
The
code
is
written.
There's
a
rough
kind
of
proof
of
concept
done
they're
going
to
do
that.
D
1705,
you
know
I'd
like
it
in
1611,
but
things
don't
move
as
fast
as
I
would
like
them
to
move
so
for
better
for
worse,
it's
probably
gonna
be
early
next
year,
but
what's
really
cool
is
your
patrons
will
be
able
to
do
a
search.
Siri
books
come
back
directly
in
line
with
your
results,
click
download
and
not
have
to
go
to
the
third-party
website
at
all.
Wow.
E
D
A
D
That,
or
so
Bywater
was
was
gonna
fund
the
whole
front
end
and
catalyst
was
gonna,
do
all
the
elasticsearch
on
the
back
end
and
then
recorded
books.
I
think
it
was
like.
Fifteen
thousand
dollar
development
from
our
end
recorded
books
gave
us
about
five
thousand
they're
really
great
to
work
with
overdrive.
Forget
it
really.
H
D
H
D
The
same
kind
of
architecture,
you
just
got
a
slap
on
the
different
api's,
but
you
know
if
your
library
wants
to
see
Baker
and
Taylor
or
3m
it'll
probably
happen.
Eventually,
you
know
what
we're
kind
of
tapped
out
for
this
year,
at
least
in
terms
of
the
development
funding
that
we've
been
putting
in,
because
we've
done
a
lot
this
year.
So
what
I
would
suggest
doing
is
putting
pressure
on
the
vendors
from
the
library
side
to
pony
up
some
cash.
D
D
D
E
I
H
H
D
D
I
just
think
this
is
great
and
while
I'm
here
I
also
show
you
guys
we're
working
on
revamping
the
OPAC
look
and
feel
because
the
right
justified
book
covers
and
the
prints
too
small
and
we've
been
getting
a
lot
of
feedback
from
people
that
it
needs
a
redo.
So
what
we've
been
doing
is
redoing
it.
So
this
is
something
that
we
will
eventually
be
rolling
out
to
our
customers.
D
We're
gonna,
submit
it
to
the
community
as
well,
but
whether
or
not
that's
gonna
gets
accepted,
isn't
gonna
really
stop
whether
or
not
we
give
it
to
our
customers
and
again.
This
is
still
beta,
we're
still
working
on
this,
but,
as
you
can
see,
we
have
left
justified
books
normalized
with
a
nice.
You
know
shadowing.
We
got
some
rid
of
some
non
relevant
like
publisher.
You
know
your
customers
really
want
to
know
about
the
publisher.
If
they
do,
we
can
always
put
it
in,
but
the
default
might
be
a
little
bit
less
text
here.
A
H
D
D
We
see
if
there's
a
place,
and
you
can
see
we
have
very
clear
once
this
record
a
book
and
overdrive
development
is
in
there'll,
be
download
from
recorded
books
boom.
You
know
big,
easy
to
see
button
that
you
can
say
you
can
download
so
yeah
we're
still
working
on
this
once
it's
a
little
bit
closer
to
being
kind
of
polished,
we're
gonna
send
it
out
to
our
partners
for
feedback,
because
your
opinions
are
what
tell
the
most.
D
D
H
H
D
I'm
sorry,
so
the
good
thing
is
that
catalyst
did
this
development,
so
that
means
that
Bywater
can
test
it.
Okay,
if
we
do
the
development,
then
we
have
to
beg
and
plead
for
people
to
test
it
inside
off
on
it.
Whereas,
if
catalyst
does
this
development,
you
know
we
could
go
in
there
and
do
all
the
testing
all
the
QA
and
it's
not
breaking
any
rules.
So
it's
a
big
priority
for
us
to
push
this
through
as
soon
as
we
catch.
B
That's
great
right
now
we
do
some
similar
things
ourselves,
but
it's
hard
maintaining
it.
You
know,
I,
just
don't
have
enough
staff,
we
know
how
to
do
it
and
then
yeah.
You
know
we'll
do
it.
We
might
break
something
every
once
in
a
while.
You
know
we
make
something
disappear
by
accident
or
whatever
so
that'll
be
great
if
it's
just
turn
it
on
and
we
don't
have
to
tweak
it
every
time.
That's
awesome.
B
All
right
so
we're
off
the
agenda,
but
does
anyone
else
have
something
that
they
want
to
bring
up
or
we're
also
getting
close
to
nine
o'clock?
So
that's
pretty
quick
meeting,
fine
with
us
right.
It
gives
us
all
half
an
hour
or
okay.
So
next
meeting
will
put
us
in
December
which
well
we
can
schedule
it
and
see
who
shows
up,
let's
see
so,
of
course,
I'm
on
my
laptop.
Do
you
know
what
date
that
would
be.
B
H
B
A
And
we
had
a
report
by
the
2017
conference
planning
committee,
but
that
was
really
kind
of
covered
by
the
two
big
things
that
we
talked
about.
Other
than
setting
up.
The
request
for
proposals
for
locations
was
fundraising,
whether
or
not
to
include
that
in
the
conference
and
whether
or
not
the
conference
should
always
take
place
in
August.
So
we
pretty
much
covered.
