From YouTube: koha-US January 2018 General Meeting
Description
No description was provided for this meeting.
If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
B
B
More
palatable
for
everybody,
we
don't
want
to
have
to
keep
running
Koha
us
business
during
these
general
meetings.
We
want
this
to
be
more
beneficial
to
everybody
in
general.
So
pretty
much.
The
only
business
that
we're
going
to
do
during
these
general
meetings
from
time
to
time
will
have
a
financial
report
from
John
and
he'll
do
those
like.
Did
you
decide
you
were
going
to
do
those
quarterly.
C
B
And
you
know
when
we
do
things
like
this,
we're
going
to
send
out
information
ahead
of
time,
so
that
people
can
have
a
chance
to
look
it
over
and
we're
just
going
to
do
a
cursory
overview
and
not
consume
a
lot
of
time
with
all
of
it
gives
us
a
chance
to
talk
about
something
of
question
on
it.
But
otherwise
you
know
we're
trying
we're
trying
to
keep
things
down
to
a
minimum
so
that
we
can
do
something
that
we
can
all
participate
in
and
we'll
also
have.
B
We
are
also
going
to
be
opening
up
the
the
board
meetings
to
anyone
that
wants
to
listen
in
and
find
out
what
we're
talking
about
and
be
a
part
of
you
know
just
you
know
the
pulse
of
the
behind
the
scenes,
but
so
you
know
it's
not
closed
off
to
the
board
and
we're
gonna,
we'll
let
people
know,
but
generally,
that's
like
the
week
before
these
general
meetings.
So
if
you
are
interested
in
in
sitting
in
and
listening
to
the
all
the
glorious
fun
discussions
that
we
have
then
feel
free,
otherwise,
that's
my
announcement.
A
Okay,
so
we
needed
to
post
election
results
for
the
financial
institution,
move
they
needed
to
see
that
we
actually
voted
the
current
board
in
and
it
had
to
be
published
somewhere.
We
didn't
take
notes
during
the
Coeur
d'alene
meeting,
so
we've
kind
of
gone
back
from
our
collective
memories
and
just
recorded
the
results
and
posted
those
as
the
business
meeting
minutes
from
Coeur
d'alene.
A
We
wanted
to
just
let
everybody
know
that
we'd
done
that
we
wanted
to.
Let
you
guys
look
over
that
and
make
sure
that
there
are
any
for
those
who
attended
anything
shady.
Alright,
you
know
going
on
there.
It's.
The
vote
was
basically
unanimous
on
all
accounts,
so
there's
nothing
bad,
but
we
did
have
to
get
it
posted
there.
A
B
All
right
before
we
go
to
open
discussion,
let's
talk
real
quick
about
since
it's
not
on
the
agenda.
Let's
and
I
before
I
forget:
let's
talk
about
the
website
and
let's
talk
about
membership
because
we
need
to
get
those
things
underway
as
soon
as
possible.
So
Michael,
can
you
tell
us
where
we
are
with
the
website?
Yeah.
D
Okay,
so
right
now,
at
this
point,
I've
moved
almost
every
piece
of
content
from
the
kohai
us
wiki
on
to
the
website.
It's
basically
ready
to
go.
The
the
only
things
I
haven't
put
on
the
website
are.
There
was
like
an
OL
like
an
odor
conference
or
my
content
and
and
there's
a
feel
like
sequel
report.
Stop
that
and
then
I
think
I
see
a
list
of
sequel
reports.
D
That's
the
only
two
things
I
need
to
move
over
at
this
point
so
and
also
so
once
that's
finished,
which
shouldn't
take
very
long,
the
site
should
be
ready.
I
did
I,
do
have
a
idea
for
how
we
could
host
it
and
also
have
it
set
up,
and
things
like
that.
But
I
could
talk
about
that
briefly
now
or
just
talk
about
it
offline
with
you
and
Fred,
but
in
general
it's
ready
to
go
I
would
imagine
that
it'd
be
ready
by
like
next
week.
D
We
just
have
to
figure
out.
I
have
some
forms
on
there
set
up
for
membership,
but
I
know
you
guys
have
some
Google
Forms
I
could
just
link
out
to
those
forms
of
the
pose
of
having
mine
on
the
site,
because
you
already
have
those
setups
that'd
be
fine.
I
might've
see
the
like.
If
that's
who
that's,
we
want
to
do
hard
to
set
links
to
those
or
try
to
embed
the
form
onto
the
page,
but
I
think.
B
D
Yeah
and
I'll
put
the
link
on
the
chat,
see
if
it
looks
like
because
they
had
any.
Let
me
do
that,
but
yeah,
that's
where
it's
at
I
would
say
by
next
week.
We
will
have
it
all
finished.
It's
just
at
that
point,
a
matter
of
putting
it
up
then
using
the
domain
name
that
we
have
so
that
that
can
be
the
website
address,
and
then
we
should
be
good
to
go
like.
Finally,
so.
B
Yeah,
let's,
let's
let's
talk
about
that
that
forum
after
the
meeting
at
some
point,
you
know
sometime
this
weekend
and
get
that
finalized
and
and
when
we
are
ready
to
move
it
over
and
it's
well.
When
it's
moved,
we
can
send
out
a
general
announcement
to
the
list
and
let
everybody
know-
and
at
that
time
we're
gonna
plan
to
have
membership
open.
B
D
Yeah,
how
to
say
it'd
be
great
to
have
a
some
face
time
with
you
and
Fred
at
some
point
of
next
week
that
can
I
go
over
both
form
stuff
and
I
want
to
show
you
a
method
of
hosting
I.
Think
Russ
I
just
want
to
go
quickly,
so
maybe
if
we
could
set
about
time
to
meet
the
next
week
or
so
I
think
that'd
be
good.
Okay
does.
F
B
Well,
you
know
that
that's
something
we
can
discuss
generally,
we
don't
have
to
devote
in
our
minutes.
It's
something
that
we
vote.
We
talked
about
in
the
last
meeting
that
we're
not
really
doing.
If
there
are
any
questions
about
the
minutes,
we'll,
certainly
you
can
certainly
let
us
know
and
we
can
update
anything
that
may
be
incorrect,
so
discussion.
F
C
C
You
ass,
without
any
periods
like
I,
did
in
the
graphic
and
when
I
hurried
to
the
software,
specifically
its
Koha,
all
in
lowercase.
That's
not
a
matter
of
branding
that
I
sent
a
message
to
report
about
way
back.
It
was
after
our
December
board
meeting
and
you
want
to
make
sure
we
represent
everything
uniformly
across.
All
of
our
various
interfaces
using
and
I
think
was
in
the
October
meeting
might
not
have
been
the
general
meeting.
C
It
might
have
been
the
board
meeting,
in
which
we
decided
that
the
of
the
official
forum
would
be
called
all
in
lowercase
us
without
periods,
that's
where
the
the
origin
of
the
graph
that
came
from
the
graphic
originally
when
it
was
first
designed.
C
However,
many
months
ago,
maybe
even
years
did
not
have
the
the
has
been
added
and
we've
got
a
number
of
different
sized
logos
that
are
actually
on
the
current
wiki
that
have
the
and
there
and
that's
that's
one
thing
we
had
discussed
and
we
want
to
make
sure
that
that
is
consistent
across
any
interface,
where
we
have
control
over.
That
display.
Sure.
D
D
B
D
B
C
Maybe
we
should
consider
creating
just
a
separate
membership
address,
because
if
something
gets
sent
to
officers,
it's
possible
that
multiple
people
will
respond
to
a
message
with
different
pieces
of
information
or
with
conflicting
pieces
of
information.
And
if
we
press
develop
just
a
membership
that
Koha
us
and
have
that
go
to
a
single
person,
then
that
would
help
alleviate
that
type
of
condition.
Sounds.
B
B
F
B
F
F
B
B
F
B
I
managed
to
escape
I
got
free
well,
those
of
you
that
are
new
welcome.
We
that
we
are
glad
to
have
you
here
and
I
hope
to
have
you
back
and
if
you
have
anything
to
say
just
try
men
we'll
keep
an
eye
on
the
the
chat
window,
all
right,
so
we're
gonna
we're
going
to
go
back
to
our
discussion
about
bugs
or
issues
since
we'll
see
here.
Vicky's.
B
B
G
G
B
G
H
G
Yeah,
that's
they're,
not
we
don't
have
fines
or
anything.
We
send
out
two
notices
after
excuse
me.
The
books
are
overdue
for
30
days
and
then
they
get
a
bill
and
the
bills
are
not
going
to
people.
So
they
come
in
to
try
and
check
out
a
book
and
they're
blocked
and
it's
we
all
know.
That's
that's
the
problem,
they're
not
being
blocked,
because
the
notices
are
failing,
so
that's
they're
still
able
to
use
self
check
and
everything
when
they
should.
Oh
here
we
go.
G
G
B
F
F
B
You
know
it
would
also
be
nice
as
a
friend
you
know,
I'm
looking
at
the
notices
in
a
patron
account,
it
would
sure
be
nice.
You
know
this
is
just
a
thought
that
came
up.
It
would
be
nice
if
we
could
see
when
it's
is
that
it
emailed
it
would
be
nice
to
see
the
eat
be
address
that
email
too,
because
sometimes
when
it
says
failed,
you
don't
know
you
know
what
address
it
sent
to
ya.
A
B
I
But
we
I
still
had
one
going
to
a
special
Google
account
and
it
would
just
monitor
and
it
would
allow
us
to
track
down
whether
or
not
you
know
when
a
patron
complained
that
they
didn't
get
messages.
You
could
say
yeah
it
was
really
sent,
and
it
you
know
to
what
email
it
was
being
had
been
sent
to
I
can't.
E
G
G
B
I
I
I
J
I
I
I
think
one
of
the
other
uses
was
that
for
being
able
to
put
out
a
list
of
new
materials
to
patrons,
because
it's
you
know
it's,
it
doesn't
send
help
necessarily
to
send
out
a
list
saying.
Oh,
this
is
new
in
the
library.
Well,
it
was
newly
ordered.
It
doesn't
mean
it's
nearly
on
the
Shelf
that
was
so.
F
F
I
think
that's
a
tricky
thing.
I
think
it'll
be
a
tricky
thing
to
figure
out
how
to
how
to
write
a
report
or
how
to
create
something
that
does
that,
because
the
workflow
it's
gonna
depend
a
lot
on
the
workflow
at
your
library,
which
is
probably
a
lot
different
than
the
workflow
in
any
other
library,
because
the
way
different
libraries
handle
ordering
and
getting
things
on,
the
Shelf
can
vary
so
wildly
from
place
to
place.
But
probably
whatever
solution
you
come
up
with
is
probably
gonna
be
unique
for
your
situation.
Right.
D
G
J
Put
an
8
on
it
and
then
and
then
what
we
just
sort
of
check
those
things
as
they
come
in
and
see
wow.
This
is
ready
to
be
taken
out
of
new.
Let
me
take
the
sticker
off
and
move
it
to
its
regular
shelf
location.
So
it
gives
us
a
rough
idea
of
what
we
have
that's
new
by
because
we
can
run
a
little
port
by
shelf
location.
So
you
put.
J
G
J
I
H
I
J
That's
the
chicken
Christopher
I
mean
when,
when
it
was
ready
to
hit
the
shelf,
if
the
staff
checks
it
in
and
puts
on
my
shopping
and
I
mean
I
agree
that
we
should
have
that.
The
modification
logs
should
indicate
that
this
might
have
moved
from
a
processing
status
to
you
know
no
status
or
an
available
status.
Nice.
J
G
I
B
B
J
H
B
I
J
H
I
H
J
I
I
J
I
I
B
L
B
L
B
So
alright,
for
sake
of
time,
we're
gonna
bring
up.
The
next
item
on
here
was
we
skipped
over
Nancy's
question
into
Chad
over
there
yeah
I
was
just
bringing
it
up.
She
mentioned
bug
thirteenth
715
items
to
their
limit
to
items
available.
Nasa
want
to
talk
a
little
bit
about
that
yeah.
K
That
bug
has
been
out
for
three
years
and
it's
got
no
movement.
I.
Think
it's
a
major
flaw.
If
you
want
to
limit,
buy
items
that
are
available.
If
something
is
checked
out
on
the
record,
it's
not
going
to
show
up
a
group
of
items,
so
it's
it's
something
that
definitely
needs
to
be
fixed
and
it
doesn't
look
like
it's
going
to
get
picked.
So
I
thought.
B
B
K
K
G
B
I
just
changed
something
on
the
status
for
it.
I've
included
myself
in
it
include
yourself
in
it
to
generate
some
popularity
with
it
and
but
I
just
changed
the
importance
on
it,
because
it
was
marked
as
an
enhancement,
and
that
sounds
like
a
bug
more
of
a
bug
than
an
enhancement
right
now.
I
would
consider
that
a
major
bug
so
I
said
it
to
a
major
instead
and
attention.
F
For
those
minutes
that
are
by
water
customers,
if
we
all
test
this
and
make
sure
that
it's
on
our
system
and
then
if
we
all
complain,
that
would
probably
make
sense,
isn't
it
yes,
and
if
anybody
else
that's
here,
checks
their
system
and
they've
got
it
if
they
were
to
say
to
go
to
bug
thirteen
seven
one
five
and
say
yes,
somebody
about
fixed
us
that
might
actually
get
some
significant
movement
on
it.
Well,.
F
B
Water
customer
or
not,
you
know,
if
you
you
know,
if
you
can
test
it
and
see
if
it's
a
problem,
if
you
know
go
to
your
supporter
vendor
whoever
that
is
and
let
them
know
and
and
speak
up
on
this
bug,
but
thirteen
seven
fifteen
make
sure
that
you
include
yourself
on
the
CC
if
the
very
least,
but
you
know
add
comments
to
it,
that
will
generate
attention
to
it.
More
has.
B
B
C
K
B
B
I'm
not
seeing
anything
in
the
the
chat
about
other
issues.
I
wanted
to
bring
up
one
thing
and
if
nothing
else-
and
we
could
move
on
but
I
wanted
to
mention
something
that
I
had
noticed.
I
did
file
a
bug.
I
don't
have
the
bug
in
front
of
me
at
the
moment.
I
don't
want
to
take
up
time
looking
for
it,
but
I
did
notice,
and
you
know
this
isn't
going
to
affect
everybody,
but
you
know
George
I
know
it
will
affect.
It
may
affect
you
at
some
point.
It
could
affect
anybody.
B
That
is,
you
know
using
smart
slips
and
what
I
mean
by
that?
Is
there
some
logic
in
the
slips
that
you
know
do
certain
things
based
on
content?
You
know
we
have.
We
have
our
hold
slips
print
it
for
differently,
whether
you
know
it's
a
it's
a
hold,
that's
local
or
hold
that's
going
out
to
another
library
because
it
doesn't
hit
the
the
transfer
slip.
B
B
So
that's
one
of
the
functionality,
but
in
that
I
had
found
that
when
he,
you
know
when
you're
dealing
with
logic
in
your
slips,
if
there
is
a
piece
of
information
that
isn't
there,
it
will
skip
all
the
logic.
Basically,
in
there
with
JavaScript
and
I
found
that
we
are,
we
have
had
recently
added
patrons
abilities
to
do
self
registration
and
with
their
self
registration.
B
You
can't
check
anything
out
while
you're
strolling
that
self
registration
category,
but
you
can
pull
and
place,
holds
those
holes
can
get
triggered
and
when
you
trigger
those
holes,
if
you're
referencing
a
barcode
that
isn't
there,
it's
going
to
skip
that
logic,
and
so
it's
it
introduced
a
new
element
that
we
had.
We
had
add
some
more
logic
to
it.
You
know
it's
kind
of
its
kind
of
a
bug,
but
it
would
be
nice
that
there
were
something
more
built
in
to
koha
to
to
deal
with
these
situations.
B
But
for
the
time
being
we
had
to
kind
of
say:
okay,
I'm
gonna.
You
know
it
check
the
the
variable
that
grabs
that
barcode
informations.
If
it's,
if
it's
blank,
I'm
gonna
sign
it,
this
temporary
value,
so
the
logic
I
just
break.
So
it
was
an
interesting
scenario,
not
necessarily
something
broken
in
Koha.
But
it's
a
new
element
with
a
self
registration
and
holds
that
we
haven't
had
to
deal
with
before
our.
I
K
B
B
J
Reason
I
bring
it
up,
though,
is
we
have
actually
logic
that
executes
things
if
certain
fields
are
blank,
so
if
this
field
doesn't
earn
anything,
then
do
this,
and
so
that's
why
I'm
wondering
if
you're
proposing
bringing
back
sending
dummy
data
to
not
break
your
slips?
Could
you
potentially
break
somebody
else's
logic?
It's.
B
Very
possible,
but
you
know
again,
you
know,
like
I
said
not,
everybody
is,
as
you
know,
savvy
today,
I
mean
it
that's
one
of
the
trickier
things
to
debug
and
that
in
the
slips
is
you
know
when
a
field
isn't
being
populated,
you
have
to
kind
of
figure
out,
okay.
Well,
this
is
what's
breaking
it,
and
this
is
this
is
why
so,
you
know
not
everybody's
at
the
at
the
same
place,
technically
to
figure
those
things
out.
You
know
we
can
go
grab.
B
You
know
we
can
go
grab
somebody's
enhanced
slips
off
of
you,
know
the
library
and
plug
it
in,
but
unless
they
know
how
to
debug
those
issues
for
their
particular
environment,
you
know
it
makes
a
little
tricky,
so
you
know
it
my
solution.
Isn't
necessarily
you
know.
We
add
this
this,
this
preference
and
fill
it
in
because,
like
you
said
it
will
break
something,
but
we
do
need
to
brainstorm
about
it
and
in
the
community
and
figure
out,
if
there's
a
simpler
way
to
deal
with
it.
J
Yeah
I
think
so
I
just
I
I
guess
I'd
need
to
see
more
details
on
it's
a
situation.
I
mean
if
you're
customizing
slips,
then
I
think
there's
some
something
incumbent
on.
You
know
what
you're
doing
and
so
making
the
system
bail
you
out,
I
feel
I
could
potentially
create
its
own
other
set
of
problems.
Does
that
make
sense?
Yeah.
H
B
Because
we
are
a
community
sharing
information
and
we
put
these
things
out
there
when
we
put
these
things
out
there,
you
know
we
need
to
be
either
ready
to.
You
know,
answer
those
kinds
of
questions
you
know
and
be
you
know,
be
a
support
when
somebody
grabs
a
code
and
it
doesn't
work
or
you
know
you
know
like,
like
you
said
you
mean
you,
you
grab
this
code,
you
know
you
kind
of
have
to
know
what
you're
doing
not
everybody
knows
what
they're
doing.
B
J
F
I
F
I'm,
looking
at
my
blog
post
about
how
to
update
about
how
to
introduce
this
control
logic
into
the
slips
and
I,
don't
have
anything
here
that
would
deal
with
the
fat
with
the
with
the
with
an
empty
bar
code
field.
So
at
least
I
don't
think
I
do
I'm
gonna
have
to
test
it
now.
That's
that
would
be
fun.
I,
actually
look
forward
to
that.
F
B
Only
reason
I
was
able
to
debug.
That,
too,
is
because,
in
fact,
when
I
had
first
developed,
our
slips
I
was
I
was
putting
out
last
names
on
the
whole,
so
we
only
have
a
hold
the
hold
shelf
and
we're
putting
last
names,
and
first
initial
and
last
initial
I
had
to
parse
information
out
of
the
first
name
and
well
not
every
account
as
a
first
name,
because
you
have
some
that
are
representative
libraries
or
you
know
an
entity
rather
than
an
actual
person,
and
only
one
of
the
fields
is
use.
B
A
certain
name
field
is
use,
and
so
at
blank
fields
the
slips
would
come
out
all
wonky
when
we
ran
into
an
instant
that
put
a
hold
on
something.
So
that's
where
I
figured
that
out
and
fortunately,
I
was
able
to
remember
enough
to
do
the
the
barcode
check
the
barcode
on
that
situation.
So
alright.
Well,
we
are
short
on
time
here
and
I
wanted
to
just
quickly
go
over.
I
can
find
my
my
chat
notes
and,
on
my
chat,
very
run.
B
F
Have
met
since
the
last
we
didn't
meet
over
the
holiday,
so
our
next
meeting
is
coming
up
and
I
was
just
looking
at
my
calendar
to
see
when
that's
scheduled,
because
Vicky
is
in
that
committee
and
she
had
a
question
about
it
and
I
know
we
set
up
a
time
and
I
don't
see
it
on
my
calendar.
So
I
will
double
check
and
make
sure
that
everybody
on
that
committee
knows
when.
C
Quickly,
just
quickly
what
I
would
be
doing
now
will
be
giving
more
formal
reports
quarterly,
but
the
bylaws
do
you
say
we
have
to
have
a
financial
report
every
month.
Look
in
the
agenda
for
any
given
meeting
I'm
going
to
have
a
small
report
prepared
and
have
Jason
link
to
that
report.
People
can
look
at
that
report
before
the
meeting
and
then
ask
questions
about
it
during
the
Finance
Committee
time
and
then,
like
I,
said
earlier:
February
and
May
August
and
November.
B
You
know
when
we
send
out
information
if
we
send
out
information.
If
you
have
questions
about
something,
if
something
doesn't
look
right
or
you
want
some
more
clarity
on
something,
please
by
all
means
contact
us
prepare
to
the
meeting.
I
don't
want
to
consume
the
general
meetings
with
with
questions
about
things
that
could
have
been
brought
up
when
things
were
published
for
everybody,
I.
F
F
J
B
C
We
don't
really,
we
haven't
had
a
formal
meeting
in
a
while,
mostly
I've
been
working
on
documentation,
as
we
finish
up
the
five
four
things
I
listed
that
we
needed
to
do
to
have
our
financial
in
order
or
of
those
actually
three
of
them
are
done.
The
fourth
is
the
financial
institution,
migration,
which
doesn't
really
need
to
have
a
discussion
anymore
after
I've
made
the
recommendation.
The
fifth
one
is
the
compliance
and
reporting
calendar.
That's
the
last
thing.
B
A
B
C
B
E
H
A
A
So
our
next
board
meeting,
if
anybody
is
interested
in
attending
because
as
Christopher
said,
those
are
open
to
all,
and
if
you
want
the
nitty-gritty,
you
can
come
to
those.
Our
next
board
meeting
is
Wednesday
February
7th
at
10:30,
Central
Time,
so
same
time
as
these
meetings
been
a
week
before,
and
then
our
next
general
meeting
is
on
Valentine's
Day
February.
This
are
after
the
14th
at
10:30.
