If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
B
So
tonight,
at
6:00
we're
meeting
ethical
dust
downtown
on
Union
addresses
217.
So
it's
less
than
half
a
mile
away
from
there
and
you
had
a
chance
to
sign
up.
But
if
you
didn't-
and
you
still
would
like
to
come
just
still
shut
up
because
they
can
squeeze
Margera,
then
we'll
be
on
the
back
patio,
so
it'll
be
full
menu
whose
order
whatever
you'd
like
off
the
menu.
A
A
A
Some
did
one
the
one
of
those
sessions
and
it's
10:20,
and
then
this
morning
we've
got
how
many
an
effective
member,
an
organization
like
us
right
here
in
this
room
with
Robin
Hastings
and
then
enabling
the
lastest
elasticsearch,
that's
going
to
be
in
the
young
room,
that'll
be
Micah
and
Ethan
Isaiah,
Clemens
and
Andrew
I.
Don't
know
how
to
say
your
last
day,
energy
thirsty.
C
D
D
E
I'm
showing
this
okay
I'm,
showing
that
it's
after
8:00,
so
I'll
go
ahead
and
get
started.
My
name
is
Robin
Hastings
I'm,
the
library
services,
consultants
for
the
North,
East,
Campus,
Library,
System
and
and
one
of
the
jobs
that
I
do
is
work
training,
and
this
year
people
are
working
on
how
to
be
an
effective
type
of
effective
board
meeting
and
the
Kirk
unit.
You
don't
get
training
for
this
in
our
professional
associations.
Hardly
ever
so.
E
C
C
E
First
time
to
attend
des
how
to
take
minutes
action
items,
how
to
thank
you
how
to
manage
your
time
so
that
you
can
get
stuff
done
when
you're
tasked
with
stuff
to
do
in
your
in
your
organization
and
then
pretty
finish
off
with
any
effective
meetings.
How
to
make
meetings
work
so,
like
I
said,
were
to
start
off
with
Robert's
Rules
of
Order,
which
is
just
a
primary
framework
for
meetings.
It's
a
way
to
make
meetings
with
the
structure
and
this
instruction
with
it
sort
of
youth
or
for
quite
some
time.
E
C
E
E
C
E
C
E
Has
how
to
run
a
small
organization
meeting
using
Robert's
Rules
of
Order
in
a
three
four
page
document,
basically
a
much
smaller
list
of
rules,
but
that
has
been
for
small
organizations
that
don't
meet
the
full
parliamentary
experience
for
eh
folks
have
have
whittled
it
down
to
something
that
is
useful
and
usable
for
your
career.
So
there's
a
quick
introduction
to
Robert's
Rules
award
Reiko.
There
was
a
whole
lot
of
time.
E
Basically,
what
I
wanted
to
point
out
is
every
agenda
should
have
the
date
when
the
meeting
starts
and
where
it
is
being
held.
If
it's
very
online
options,
that
link
should
be
up
there
in
the
header,
this
one
doesn't
have
an
online
option,
but
this
is
kind
of
each
each
thing
that
you're
going
to
talk
about
is
broken
out
here.
There
is
another
version
that
we
used
for
Fort
Wayne
Indiana.
E
We
used
to
gather
at
the
back
because,
as
you've
got
the
agenda
each
action
I
am
you
should
think
that
you
have
to
vote
on.
You
can
bark
down
on
your
agenda
sumo.
You
made
the
motion
who
seconded
and
what
the
vote
was
and
for
people
who
have
to
take
this.
This
is
invaluable
so
for
each
agenda
item
that
needs
to
be
voted
on.
It
has
to
visit
to
the
consent
agenda,
which
is
a
way
to
make
things
quicker.
E
If
you
want
to
just
have
a
bunch
of
things
that
you
vote
on
all
together,
you
can
do
the
consent
agenda
and
in
this
case
it's
pass
me
the
reports
for
expenses,
the
bill
and
the
committee
report,
all
organization
members
before
the
meeting-
and
hopefully
they
read
before
the
meeting
and
then
is
voted
on
all
together.
It's
just
a
way
to
speed
things
up
and
make
meetings
a
little
less
stuff.
Thank
you.
E
C
E
E
Meetings,
it
is
available
so
the
agenda
and
it
is
a
review.
It
should
address
all
of
your
location,
information,
the
role
pigment
from
last
meeting
and
their
approval
reports,
as
they
are
submitted
old
business,
new
business
and
the
close
of
the
all
of
that
should
be
laying
out
an
agenda
so
that
when
the
meeting
starts,
everybody
knows
what's
going
to
be
discussed
and
they
have.
They
have
an
idea
of
what
I.
C
D
E
E
That's
my
middle
of
the
session
sit
there
for
it.
Tonight
is
the
agenda.
This
is
just
mostly
for
the
Secretary
of
Nittis,
for
you
aboard,
but
I
know
there
have
been
times
when
the
secretary
can't
show
up
and
someone
else
is
broken
with
taking
minutes
and
one
of
the
things
that
most
people,
the
first
thing
they
think
is
I,
have
no
idea
how
to
take
minute.
E
E
We
work
for
work,
you're,
writing
down
a
summary
of
the
action
paint.
It
don't
even
have
to
really
summarize
the
discussion.
If
you
say
there
was
a
discussion,
but
you
don't
run
custom
around
and
bother
this
and
then
say
it.
Susan
said
you're
stupid
not
like
that
you
don't
have
to
run,
but
you
do
need
to
write
down
what
decisions
were
made.
Who
made
the
motion
who
seconded
the.
C
E
E
Some
other
student
eyes
or
hears
that
your
head
down,
writing
and
somebody
says
something
can't
identify
who
it
was
that.
Second,
to
that
motion,
don't
be
afraid
so
that
you've
got
everything
properly
important
so
make
your
notes
again.
I
have
to
be
relatable
reporting
and
he
say
the
same
verb
tense.
Everything
happening
either.
E
Documenting
a
forum,
if
you're
not
sure
whether
or
not
you
have
a
forum,
those
they
both
may
or
may
not
be
official.
So
you
need
to
document
that
there
were
enough,
both
in
the
meeting
to
make
the
forum
to
make
everything
official,
more
clear
description
of
what
happened
include
information
that
can
harm
the
board.
The
legal
sense
do.
C
C
E
E
So
we
have
we've
had
our
meetings,
we
had
a
visit,
Enda
everything
smoothly,
everybody
at
minute
meetings,
the
meetings
in
it
all
written
out
and
ready
to
go,
and
there
are
action
items
that
everybody
has
to,
or
at
least
some
of
the
committee
members
have
to
undertake
before
the
next
meeting.
So
one
of
the
things
that
is
important
to
keep
the
organization
moving
forward
is
that
people
do
what
they're.
E
E
Ways
to
keep
track
of
your
cap-
I
am
I'm,
pretty
sure
I.
The
first
one
here
is
Trello,
that's
based
on
Kanban.
The
second
one
is
bottom
is
upon:
that
is
more
of
a
project
management
task
management.
I,
think
these
are
options
for
you.
Everybody
thinks
differently.
I
tried
to
use
Trello
and
and
dance
with
the
a
list
of
things
that
are
in
orbit.
You
know
in
process
and
things
that
are
still
to
be
waiting
for
stuff
and
I.
Don't
that's
my
housing
so.
C
E
The
other
hand,
with
this
hierarchies
that
works
for
me,
so
it's
nice
to
have
a
selection,
try
out
a
few
different
times
until
you
find
something
that
actually
works,
you
only
if
I
have
for
all
of
them.
If
it's
something
you
trust
so
you're
going
to
look
at
it
all
the
time,
because
if
you
just
dump
it
into
sauna
and
then
never
look
at
a
sauna
again
it
does
you
no
good.
E
So
if
you
use
Evernote
already
all
the
time-
and
you
want
to
create
a
notebook
for
your
committee
and
put
your
action
items
there-
that's
cool
so
make
sure
you're
looking
at
it,
and
that
is
the.
If
you
don't
trust
your
system,
you're
not
going
to
be
as
efficient
in
getting
things
done,
the
final
one,
obviously
planner
they
have
I'm
not
as
familiar
with
it,
we're
not
a
company
company
that
they
have.
E
What,
if
you
have
an
organizational
tool
and
I
have
used
Google
team
it
when
I
used
it
laughs,
I
think
it
now
allows
hierarchical
like
you
can
have
a
foot
it
didn't
at
the
time
and
so
summative,
and
so
what
I
like
about
a
lot
of
these,
especially
Evernote
in
a
song
I'm,
not
so
sure
about
the
other
two,
is
that
they
are
they're
very
integrated.
You
can
integrate
into
like
a
sauna.
You
can
take.
C
E
D
C
C
E
E
Flow
charts
Ford
to
get
it
getting
things
done
time
management
process,
and
that
was
based
on
a
book
you
know
years
ago,
and
it
basically
this
is
where
I
get
the
trusted
system.
The
idea
is
that
you
put
everything
into
a
system.
You
don't
use
your
brain
for
things
that
your
brain
Papa
does
like
remembering.
B
E
A
E
Trash
is
important.
Part
of
this
I
don't
know,
what's
going
to
throw
away
and
then
reference
them,
so
this
is
kind
of
a
a
way
of
thinking
of
as
you're
finishing
up
what
you're
meeting
all
of
the
stuff
that
came
out
of
that
meeting.
This
is
a
way
to
process
it
so
that
at
the
end
you
have
action
items
you
have
calendar
entries.
E
You
have
things
that
are
that
need
to
be
done,
and
you
know
what
needs
to
be
done
and
when
it
does
so
that's
a
little
more
involved
kind
of
time
management.
The
Pomodoro
amendment
is
a
little
less,
but
it's
basically
you
just
take
your
task
and
you
start
working
on
them
and
you
adore
Oh,
mate.
Oh
Timon
is
with
maybe
my
brother
Commodore
of
the
time,
tomatoes
and
basically
in
a
way
to
work
on
something
for
25
minutes.
E
E
E
Out
their
column,
piles
like
the
things
that
you're
thinking
about
under
analysis
and
the
things
working
on
under
spell,
it
meant
things
that
have
been
finished
that
maybe
are
waiting
for
excessive
and
then
for
as
many
different.
The
columns
are
not
that
you
don't
it
whatever.
He
sends
to
you
so
in
in
your
columns.
You've
got
those
in
them
and
how
they
yeah
they
do,
and
so
they
put
their
columns
on
their
white
board
and
then
they
post
it
notes
in
each
post-it
notes.
But
you
come
back
from
your
committee
meetings.
E
Like
I
said
this,
is
you
can
do
this
electronically
with
Trello?
And
you
know
Microsoft
bought
it
not
long
ago.
I
think
it's
still
free
okay,
so
you
can
you
can
use
this
electronically
or
on
paper
actually
except
of
well
no
I'm
sure
there
are
online
electronic
home
or
I'm
a
person
too.
So
there
everything
I,
think
I've
shown
both
paper
and
electronic
babe.
E
C
E
Of
you
are
community
members,
but
you
know,
hopefully,
after
you've
worked
on
a
day
for
a
while
you're
you're
going
to
be
willing
to
step
up
and
take
the
leadership
role
and
one
of
the
things
that
you're
in
these
effective
to
do
as
one
of
your
community
or
your
organization.
If
you
become
the
president
in
a
way
that
is
accessible,
and
so
this
is
a
book
that
we
have
used
in
Kansas,
we
did
a
I.
Did
a
book
club
and
left
trying
to
put
up
with
my
library
directors.
E
E
C
E
You
address
conflict,
you
know,
don't
be
conflict
of
errors.
Things
happen
when
people
have
this
agreement,
knowing
how
to
manage
those
disagreements
effectively
is
important
and
so
I
get
that
the
the
book,
starting
with
so
what
one
of
the
first
things
look
so
make
sure
the
meeting
is
necessary.
You
can
do
it
over
email.
Do
it
over
don't
have
meetings
that
are
not
so
useful,
so
this
I
wanted
to
show
you
that
this
is
a
four
throw
successfully
and
it's
a
great
way
to
somebody's
to
learn
how
to
run
eating
properly.
E
Now
this
came
from
the
Queenie
website
which,
if
you're
familiar,
is
a
satirical
website
on
the
web
and
it's
how
to
chair
an
academic
division,
but
it
came
out
publicly
I
just
bought
it
from
June,
but
I
actually
decide
a
couple
weeks
ago,
and
so
I
grabbed
it,
because
I
thought,
if
anything,
business
the
best,
what
not
to
do
material
advice
for
how
to
cherish
academic
day.
Of
course,
if
those
of
you
who
work
in
academic
settings
know.
C
E
You're
not
supposed
to
actually
do
them,
so
you
know
things
like
that.
Don't
worry
about
setting
agenda
in
advance,
let
it
develop
during
the
meeting,
don't
send
anything
out
in
advance.
So
nobody
reads
it
anyway:
half
it
out
there
any
meeting
open-ended
agenda
item
conversations.
Well
again,
all
of
these
are
don't
do,
but
I
thought
these.
E
E
Robertson
rules,
Howard
Senators,
knew
this
guy
and
probably
psychoanalysis
I'm
not
going
there
that's
wrong.
But
oh
that
reminds
me.
I
just
mentioned
that
I
think
I
got
a
link
somewhere.
I
didn't
come
across
in
my
looking
for
a
easy
way
to
explain.
Robert's
Rules
I
did
find
a
positive
work
which
are
not
parliamentarian,
but
a
structural
meeting
I
think
there's
going
for
that
again
in
the
Dropbox,
so
yeah
so
you
know
show
up
late
yeah,
where
native
easing
the
staff
don't
take.
No.
B
E
Have
to
one
of
the
things
that
we
did
as
part
of
our
for
training
this
year
was
amid
a
model
kit
and
important
where
for
librarians
we
recorded
and
made
it
available
on
YouTube
it's
a
ten
minute
and
is
where
we
talked
about
I.
Think
the
in
the
in
the
board
meeting
the
new
business
includes
a
tanning
bed
that
was
donated
to
the
library
and
what
to
do
about
it.
E
There's
a
member
of
the
public
who
wants
to
talk
about
book
on
mushrooms
that
they
wrote
open
and
how
they
would
like
to
bury
collection
in
the
end
of
town,
a
book
challenging
I'm,
not
sure.
Actually,
we
got
the
book
challenge
in
the
recorded
version,
but
in
the
full
model,
say,
there's
a
book
challenge
and
that's
always
fun,
as
we
have
the
book
around
so
all
day
up
and
put
it
on
here
as
well,
so
that
I,
just
I,
think
I
placed
these
for
president
and
so
I.
