From YouTube: koha-US March 2021 General Meeting
Description
No description was provided for this meeting.
If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
Okay,
welcome
everyone
to
the
march
general
meeting
of
koha
us.
We
have
our
agenda
and
that
we'll
just
start
work
our
way
through
there
for
announcements,
there's
a
couple
of
volunteers
that
we're
looking
for
we're
looking
for
somebody
to
be
our
social
media.
B
A
Twitter,
I
always
get
it
wrong.
Do
we
have
twitter
or
instagram
twitter?
Okay
and
we
have
twitter,
but
we
haven't
done
much
with
it.
It
would
be
maybe
posting
once
a
month,
but
then
you
know,
as
we
come
close
to
koha.
B
A
A
So
if
you
or
someone
you
know,
has
an
interest
in
this
area,
please
contact
info
at
koha,
dashus.org
and
we'll
get
you
all
set
up
with
that.
A
Yeah,
so
we
will
send
out
a
notice
to
the
listserv
as
well
with
these
two
positions,
openings
so.
A
Okay,
bob:
do
you
want
to
talk
about
the
next
one?
The
consortium.
D
Yeah,
we've
done
a
consortium
meeting
every
other
month
for
us
not
quite
a
year,
but
for
a
while
and
it's
been
sparsely
attended,
a
couple
people
here
have
been
there
once
so.
D
I
haven't
done
that
yet,
but
I
was
gonna
send
off
an
email
to
see
if
there's
we've
tried
switching
the
day
that
didn't
really
turn
up
interest
so
just
see,
if
maybe
maybe
this
is
something
we
should
wait
on.
Maybe
if
there's
some
suggestions
on
how
we
should
participate
so
I'll,
get
that
email
out
to
the
group.
That's
that's
consortium
specific
and
see
if
there's
any
ideas.
Otherwise
you
can
any
other
ideas.
Anybody
has
now
I'm
willing
to
take
in.
D
But
if
I
don't
get
a
lot
of
response,
we're
probably
going
to
just
show
that
for
the
time
being
and
then
maybe
have
a
discussion
when
we're
in
mckinney
in
person
and
see
if
we
can
figure
out
a
plan
around
having
more
consortia-focused
discussions.
E
C
Sure
so,
I'm
not
sure
exactly
what
I've
gotten
myself
into,
but
I
volunteered
to
chair
the
demonstration
instance
and
I
sent
out
an
email
to
the
group
members
earlier
this
week
to
look
for
a
time
that
we
can
all
meet.
I
don't
think
there's
been
a
meeting
of
the
group,
so
we're
just
really
at
the
beginning
of
figuring
out
what
we're
going
to
do.
C
If
we
go
to
conferences
and
we
want
to
show
other
libraries
well,
this
is
this
is
koha
and
you
know,
let
me
show
you
how
we
can
do
things
so
we'll
be
having
a
meeting
hopefully
soon,
and
you
know
kind
of
kick
it
off
and
discuss
what
our
in
our
vision
and
our
goals
and
we
need
to
populate
the
site
with
data.
So
we
have
something
to
to
work
with.
F
F
C
Well,
so
are
you
asking
it
it's
basically
a
whole
coha
site,
so
it's
not
really
a
sandbox,
necessarily,
I
guess,
but
so
it's
bywater
is
hosting
it
first
right
is
that
true
yeah?
So
so
it's
a
whole
site
in
which
we
can
go
in
and
put
in.
You
know
we
can
put
in
made
up
patrons
so
that
we
have
patrons
to
work
with.
C
We
can
populate
it
with
bibliographic
records
and
we
can
put
in
vendors
so
just
like
any
coha
site,
but
not
owned
by
like
any
of
our
libraries,
so
that,
if
we're
you
know,
we
wouldn't
want
to
go
to
the
conference
and
show
our
own
patron
data
or
something.
So
this
allows
us
a
way
to
you
know
just
have
it
be
a
demonstration
that
we
could
still
show
the
functionality
of
cohab,
but
have
it
you
know
be
safe?
I
guess.
F
C
C
You
know,
but
just
to
have
some
data
to
work
with
so
that
we
could
effectively
show
off
the
functionality.
F
So
for
the
data,
for
example,
if
some
so
we
still
have
some
data,
so
the
data
will
be.
We
have
a
fake
data,
we
create
that
we're
loading
in
there
and
then
next
time.
Another
people
come
coming,
continue
using
the
same
data,
but
just
practice
the
function
or
we
will
also
need
to
import
our
own
fake
data
in
and
then
get
a
practice
or
demo
something.
C
I
think
we'll
probably
discuss
all
of
that.
If
you're
able
to
come
to
the
meeting,
I
think
we'll
probably
discuss
all
how
we
want
to
get
this
populated
with
with
the
information
and
who
can
help
with
each
part
of
it.
G
Doesn't
my.
G
Site
have
records
in
it
already
that
couldn't
we
just
copy
that
data.
H
Maybe
that
would
be
one
option
I
can
tell
you
what's
in
there
right
now
is
like
christopher,
and
I
have
used
it
a
couple
of
times
for
the
training
videos
we've
been
creating
and
I
think
when
we
were,
we
were
working
on
the
last
training
video.
There
are
two
bibliographic
records
with
about
10
items
each
and
then
there
are
a
handful
of
patrons
and
I
think
I
uploaded
them
all
so
they're
just
fake
patrons,
and
it's
just
you
know
pointless
data.
One.
H
When
christopher
was
trying
to
put
together
the
presentation
that
we
recorded
for
tomorrow,
I
was
trying
to
do
a
quick
upload
of
some
more
records
so
that
we
would
have
something
more
robust
looking
and
it
was
just
not
the
kind
of
thing
that
I
could
throw
together
on
the
fly
so,
but
there
is
a
little
bit
of
data
in
there,
but
it's
really
not
much,
but
it
can
be
whatever
data
we
want
to
put
in
there.
F
F
I
So
I
posted
that
link
in
the
chat
for
the
demo
instance,
google
group,
I'm
seeing
what
you're
seeing
fred
that
you
can't
join
the
group
if
you're
not
like
signed
into
google.
So
I
would
say
that
if
you're
wanting
to
join
that
group-
and
you
can't
get
into
it,
go
ahead
and
email
barbara
and
she
can
get
you
added
to
that
list.
I
can't
change
the
settings
on
that
right
now.
I
I'm
hoping
somebody
gives
me
the
the
president
admin
permissions
soon,
so
that
I
can't
get
in
there
and
mess
with
some
of
the
google
settings,
but
if,
in
the
meantime,
go
ahead
and
contact
barbara
since
she's
leading
heading
up
the
group,
if
you
want,
if
you're,
interested
and
you're
not
already
in
that
group,.
A
E
A
Okay,
let's
move
on
to
committee
reports,
so
the
first
committee
on
the
list
is
the
conference
committee.
I
am
the
chair
of
that
this
year
because
we
were
unable
to
hold
an
in-person
conference
at
the
site
we
selected
in
mckinney
texas.
Last
year
we
are
going
to
hold
it
this
year
in
mckinney
texas.
We
are
joined
by
ed
beale
as
a
representative
of
that
site.
A
Right
now,
I
think
we
are
and
we've
already
selected
the
site.
We've
already
got
a
theme.
You
know
all
that
stuff
from
last
year,
so
we're
sort
of
ahead
right
now
come
like
may
we'll
start
asking
for
presentations
and
things
like
that
ed
is
there
anything
that
you
would
like
to
share
with
the
group
about
there's
something
about
dates
being
slightly.
K
A
A
Yes,
okay,
that's
kind
of
where
we
are
right.
Now
we
have
the
comm
conference
committee
meeting
right
after
this
one,
so
we'll
be
talking
about
more
of
the
details
in
that
cindy.
F
A
No,
this
conference
is
in
september
late
september,
there's
a
virtual
conference
that
we'll
talk
about
in
a
few
minutes
that
is
earlier.
F
F
A
That's
that's
fine
questions,
yeah!
No,
that's
fine!
Yes!
Thank
you.
Now.
We've
got
two
conferences:
one's
virtual
one's
in
person,
so
we
started
with
the
one
confusingly
enough.
That
is
the
most
distant
in
the
future
and
then
next
we
will
talk
about
the
most
one
that
will
come
next,
so
yeah,
that's
kind
of
where
we
are
with
the
conference.
It's
going
to
be
the
same
theme
as
last
year,
and
I
something
about
glasses
and.
I
A
All
of
the
hotel
stuff
and
all
that
kind
of
stuff,
so
yeah
just
start
start
thinking
about
what
you
want
to
do
for
this
one
and
it's
always
a
great
time,
a
great
way
to
make
connections
with
people
fantastic
way
to
you
know,
sit
down
and
just
talk.
You
know,
through
whatever
workflows
or
css
tricks
that
you
did
or
and
just
to
get
to
know
people
it's
it's
a
real
community
building
time.
E
A
No,
no,
you
can't
smell
the
other
person's
food.
You
know
share
whatever
split
some
entree
whatever
so
now
that
everybody's
coming
to
mckinney,
let's
move
on
to
our
virtual
conference:
where
are
we
george
there?
You
are.
A
H
Is
it's
there
just
doesn't
seem
to
be
the
energy
there,
and
so
what
I
was
going
to
propose
to
the
conference
committee
is.
Maybe
we
just
say
that
you
know
we'll
we'll
do
that?
Maybe,
instead
of
a
yearly
event,
maybe
it
can
be
in
every
other
year
of
enter
or
when
we're
not
when
we're
out
of
covid.
H
You
know,
because
there
just
hasn't
been
a
significant
response
to
the
calls
for
proposals
for
as
long
as
the
conference
is,
we've
got
less
proposals
than
there
is
to
really
fill
half
of
the
time
allotted
so.
H
So
the
advantage
of
this
is
is
for
all
of
you
that
have
submitted
a
proposal
you're
way
ahead
on
a
proposal
for
the
conference
in
september.
We
can
just
roll
all
of
that
over
and
you're
so
far
ahead
of
the
game.
Now
I
was.
H
I
I
think
we
can
probably
find
a
way
that
you
won't
have
to
resubmit,
but
but
that's
just
my
feeling
about
quahog
on
is
you
know.
Last
year
we
had
all
the
energy
that
todd
brought
to
organizing
it.
It
was
his
big
idea
to
begin
with,
and
this
year
there
just
doesn't
seem
to
be
any
enthusiasm.
Like
bob
responded
to
the
email
I
sent
to
the
conference
committee,
and
he
said
he
feels
like
everybody
has
zoom
fatigue
and
adding
another
another
zoom
event
halfway
between
the
last
zoom
event,
the
next
zoom
event.
H
H
So
that
that's
what
the
status
of
co
hawthorne
is
there's
just.
I
think
that
the
conference
committee
should
really
seriously
talk
about
just
skipping
it.
So.
G
I
think
we
should
run.
We
should
start
a
fundraiser
for
zoom
fatigue.
E
A
Okay,
zoom
marathon
to
fund
zoom
fatigue.
Yes,
that
is
very
true.
C
Barbara,
so
we
had
our
february
meeting
no
our
march
meeting,
I
guess
and
jason
put
up
a
cool
thermometer
donation
plug-in
thingy
on
the
website
to
show
who
contributed
to
the
last
development,
and
you
know
what
their
level
was
to
really.
You
know
give
a
shout
out
to
those
people
and
we
plan
on
doing
that
for
developments
going
forward
and
then
we've
had
three
development
proposals
submitted
and
we
have
discussed
those
and
are
still
continuing
to
discuss
those.
C
L
I
Just
as
an
aside,
I
put
the
link
in
the
chat
for
the
our
developments
page
on
our
website,
showing
showing
that
thermometer
that
barbara
talked
about,
and
then
there
also
is
a
new
giant,
big
button
front
and
center.
If
you
want
to
propose
a
development
since
the
process
is
now
open
at
all
times.
So
if
you
need
to
get
into
that,
it's
there
on
our
website.
A
And-
and
you
had
discussed
this,
one
is
a
fully
funded
development,
but
also
putting
thermometers
up
there
for
partially
funded
ones.
I
Right
so
it's
kind
of
an
evolving
web
page.
So
once
we
get
to
the
point
where
we've
decided
that
we're
gonna
fund
some
developments
but
they're,
maybe
not
fully
funded,
we're
look
gonna,
look
at
putting
those
thermometers
there
as
well
and
possibly
like
a
a
paypal
link
for
each
development.
So
we
can
track
money
that
people
want
to
donate
to
each
different
thermometer
and
make
it
go
up
that
kind
of
thing-
and
I
don't
think
we've
actually
talked
to
john
about
that
about
the
logistics,
but
I
think
it's
probably
doable.
I
It's
under
the
collaborate
page,
so
if
you
click
on
collaborate
with
call
us
at
the
top,
then
scroll
down
to
the
second
kind
of
section,
there's
bugs
and
then
there's
developments.
Okay,
and
I
noticed
that
the
stars
are
all
back.
I
need
to
talk
to
you
about
that.
Chris,
not
jason,
rob.
Apparently
it
seems
like
there's
some
sort
of
update
loop
going
on
on
the
website.
I'll
email
you
about
it,
yeah.
A
Yes,
and
with
the
thermometer
that
barbara
and
jason
found,
I
think
it
was
a
collaboration.
We
can
see
how
much
koha
us
funded
of
the
development
and
how
much
different
other
libraries
have
funded.
So
it's
kind
of
it's
cool
all
right.
Any
questions
for
the
development
committee.
A
B
So
thinking
along
those
lines
and
reference
guides
are
in
process
and
we
took
a
look
at
the
draft
cataloging
reference
guide.
I
got
a
bunch
of
wonderful
suggestions
and
then
I
also
sent
that
to
the
cataloging
sig
and
got
a
bunch
of
other
wonderful
suggestions
and
I'm
almost
finished
incorporating
those.
So
the
cataloging
reference
guide
should
be
done
soon.
A
And
if
you
are
interested
in
any
of
these,
if
you
go
to
coca,
dashus.org
and
scroll
all
the
way
down
to
the
bottom,
there's
a
calendar
there.
That
shows
you
all
the
meeting
times
for
the
committees
and
for
the
sakes.
M
We're
doing
well
financially
that
should
come
as
no
surprise
36
members,
as
of
the
close
of
last
calendar
month.
This
is
a
slow
time
of
year.
The
only
real
income
we
get
is
from
new
and
rejoining
members.
We
don't
have
a
lot
of
expenses,
the
greatest
expense
we
experienced
in
the
start
of
the
year.
You'll
note
documented
in
january,
which
is
the
renewal
of
our
zoom
room.
We
won't
see
a
whole
lot
of
expense
for
a
while,
the
probably
until
the
conference.
Actually
you
won't
really
see
any
real
major
expenditure.
M
The
one
thing
that
we
will
be
paying
for
will
be
to
the
state
of
kansas.
We
are
required
to
file
a
not-for-profit
corporation
annual
report
that
cost
us
a
forty
dollar
filing
fee,
which
is
already
incorporated
into
the
budget.
For
those
unaware,
ala
has
been
cancelled,
the
in-person
event
we
had
reserved
space.
We
had
actually
forwarded
our
payment
for
ala,
2020
to
ala
2021,
with
the
cancellation
of
the
in-person
event.
We
were
given
an
option
of
donating
or
refunding.
We
of
course
chose
refunding,
and
so
like
everything
at
ala.
M
It
takes
a
very
long
time.
So
we
should
expect
a
1200
check
sometime
before
the
end
of
april,
that
money,
when
received,
will
go
into
the
discretionary
fund,
but
will
be
earmarked
with
the
possibility
of
spending
it
in
2022
for

hopefully
be
held

again
in

Dc
membership
is
up
to
date,
with
the
exception
of
one
renewal
that
occurred
after
I
put
together
this
report.
M
So
everybody
that
is
a
member
in
good
standing
for
2021
should
have
their
membership
receipt
and
they've
been
added
to
the
membership
group.
2021
kauhai
us
members.
I
believe
it's
called,
although
that's
mostly
used
by
the
board,
to
communicate
issues
to
those
in
good
standing
and
you're
on
the
membership
list,
which
is
a

of
the
password
of
which
is
in

welcome
to

So
I'm
glad
that
everything
is
caught
up
with
membership.
M
We
did
receive
our

our
first
quarterly
amazon
smile
distribution,
8521,
which
represents
activity
made
through
smile.amazon.com
with

us
as
the
intended
recipient
through
the
fourth
quarter
of
2020..
The
finance
committee
is
always
looking
for
new
members.
Candace
and
eli
have
been
with
me
for
candace
for
four
years.
She
was
an
initial
member
of
the
finance
committee
when
it
was
put
together,
eli
joined
in
portland,
but
we're
always
looking
for
new
members.
There's
not
a
whole
lot
to
do.
M
But
if
you
are
interested
in
joining,
the
finance
committee
feel
free
to
contact
me
at
treasurer.
Coho

but
it's
good
when
it's
slow
and
the
next
really
big
meeting
the
next
really
big
update
for
me
will
be
in
may.
When
we
go
over
the
first
quarter
finances
any.
A
Thank
you,
john
all,
right.
The
last
committee
report
is
from
the
fundraising
committee.
The
report
is,
we
need
a
chair
for
the
fundraising
committee,
so,
if
you're
interested
in
that,
we
would
we
we
really
want
to
help
create.
You
know,
get
developments
done
in
quahog
part
of
the
mission
of
our
organization
and
one
of
the
ways
that
we
can
do.
This
is
by
raising
money.
B
A
Fund
rate,
you
know
todd
spearheaded
last
year's
quahog
bond
as
a
way
to
raise
money,
so
anything
that
you
can,
you
know,
do
to
raise
funds
for
our
organization.
If
that's
something
that
keeps
you
up
at
night
excited
and
and
invigorated
doing
fundraising
then
you're
our
person
you're,
the
one
we
want.
A
So
let
us
know
we
will
be
happy
to
give
you
all
of
the
information
you
need
to
get.
You
started.
I
Also
to
know
we
do
have
we
still
have
access
to
grant
station.
So
if
you
become
the
fundraising
chair,
you'll
get
exclusive
access
to
grant
station
and
you
can
look
through
all
of
those
grants
and
it's
great
for
not
just
call
us,
but
your
library.
So.
A
M
A
K
I
We
had
like
one
time
where
it
locked
up
right
after
the
upgrade,
I
think,
but
we
haven't
had
to
have
it
restarted
since
then.
K
A
F
We
have
like
a
problem
each
time
when
we
upgrade
all
some
things
that
we
always
have
the
connection
problem
for
oclc
connection.
Is
anyone
also
a
countless
issues.
F
It's
time
we
upgraded
and
then
we
cannot
export
the
record
from
ocrc
now
open
the
tk's
by
water
just
restart
again
and
again,
a
couple
of
days
and
it's
I
check
with
them
kind
of
like
a
mechanism
problem.
That's
my
understanding.
When
we
do
that
migrations
or
integration,
it's
not
have
some
place,
you
can
kind
or
you
can
fix
it.
They
just
yeah
like
we
do
like
a
usb.
You
have
some
things,
integration,
some
problem,
they
just
repeat
because
I'll
try
to
figure
out
what
is
the
problem.
F
If
anything
we
check
everything
is
right
on
our
side,
but
on
their
side.
I
still
would
like
to
know
what's
the
problems,
maybe
in
the
future
we
can
avoid,
but
a
couple
of
times
it
happened,
it's
the
same
response.
They
say
they
checked
a
lot
and
wrongly
just
restarted
again
and
again
yeah
a
couple
of
days
later
yeah
we
started
and
then
check
up
with
me.
I
said
no,
it
didn't
work
and
then
you
start
again.
F
B
I'd
say
a
few
times
a
year
when
the
connection
times
out
with
the
gateway
export
from
a
clc
and
import
into
coha,
and
they
do
restart,
but
it
hasn't
been
tied
to
our
upgrade
cycles.
I
could
I
could
do
a
little
bit
more
thinking
about
that
and
see
if
I
could
track
it
a
little
more
closely.
F
F
If
we
upgrade
some
things,
they
always
have
something
connection
problem
here
and
at
this
time
we
took
one
week
we
try
again
and
again
and
again
the
whole
whole
week.
Our
technical
stuff
cannot
walk,
couldn't
work,
so
I
I
really
want
to
ask
yeah.
Ask
you
if
yeah,
but
it's
not
every
year,
have
a
couple
of
times
the
past
year
a
couple
of
times,
so
they
kind
of
like
yeah.
It's
still
a
long
real
solution,
yeah
from
my
understanding,
just
to
restart
yeah.
F
B
Thank
you,
wow
well,
I'll
make
a
note
of
that,
and
that
could
be
something
we
could
ask
about
at
the
cataloging
sig
to
see
if
we
could
reach
other
folks
having
this
problem
and
get
some
more
information,
some
more.
I
Data
that
might
help
and
I'll
I'll
jump
in
and
say
we
don't
use
connection,
but
we
do
rely
heavily
here
in
kansas
on
our
z3950
service
for
interlibrary
loan
and
the
past.
Several
upgrades
three
or
four
bat
service
stops
and
they
have
to
restart
it.
So
I've
just
made
a
habit
of
checking
that
first
thing
after
the
upgrade,
if
it's
not
working,
then
I'll
ping
them
in
slack
and
usually
they'll
restart
it
within
a.
F
Few
minutes
yeah.
We
also
had
the
account
lab
problem
too.
We
impacted
our
union
catalog
59
and
that
one
we
also
asked
him
restart.
So
after
we
upgraded,
we
kind
of
have
a
yeah.
A
few
different
places
mechanism
is
the
problem.
You
can
reach
that
yeah.
We
also
can't
let
problem
two
yeah,
but
then,
when
malaki
just
did
three
days
and
then
restart
the
trial,
we
got
it
but
another
one.
One
week.
F
B
F
Also,
I
have
another
question
you
would
like
to
ask
here.
Otherwise,
so
we
have
knowledge
base
in
the
cohort,
so
it
would
like
to
know
what
kind
of
play
like
a
function.
You
are
more
used
in
a
lot
of
place
like
when
you,
the
catalog,
you
do
the
acquisition
it
yeah.
We
we
try
it
but
yeah.
I
just
would
like
to
know
the
knowledge
base
have
any
like
a
best
practice
or
something
yeah
would
like
to
know
more
about
that.
One
yeah
for
the
knowledge
base.
F
We
are
right
now
we
did
not.
We,
we
did
not
do
not
much
for
daily
job,
we
kind
of
like
I
did
some
tests
for
that
one.
So
I'd
like
to
see
how
they
will
be
impact,
our
workflow
so
for
from
my
understanding
is:
maybe
you
can
do
some
like
e-resource
or
catalog
as
a
link
to
the
community
knowledge
based
community
zone,
but
I
haven't
yeah
because
that's
where
they
either
that
much.
So
I
would
like
to
see
if
anyone
have
some
best
practice
for
that.
F
One
yeah
we
active
that
function,
but
we
didn't
yeah
did
not
match
on
our
daily
job.
I
Okay,
so
yeah,
I
think
right
now,
all
it
can
do
is
pull
in
reports
and
serial
prediction
patterns.
We
don't
actually
use
it,
so
maybe
somebody
else
that
does
use
it
can
talk
more
about
that.
B
We
do
we
use
it
for
reports
and
I
found
it
actually
pretty
handy.
B
I
found
that
the
bywater
had
done
a
video
on
how
to
edit
the
reports
that
you
bring
in
from
mana
because
they
do
need
a
little
like
carriage
returns,
inserted
things
like
that,
but
I
have
found
some
very
useful
reports
and
then
worked
on
sharing
a
few
of
our
reports
with
mana,
and
I
found
that
it's
really
important
to
put
in
an
extremely
thorough
description
of
the
report
so
that
the
keywords
that
people
might
want
to
search
on
are
in
that
description,
because
all
you
can
kind
of
really
do
is
keyword,
search.
F
F
Because
I
wasn't
thinking
to
link
it
to
the
knowledge
base
for
the
e
resource
unless
I
was
thinking,
but
that
yeah
I
didn't
figure
out
what
didn't
go
through
that
much.
So
I
would
like
to
ask
it
because
I
thought
it
is
learning
knowledge
base
if
everyone
contributes
to
like
bible
record
or
e-resource
on
there,
so
suppose
either
one
can
link
that
so
it
may
be
benefit
for
catalog
and
also
when
we
do.
The
connection
search
for
acquisition
part
is
also
helpful.
So
that's
my
original
idea,
but
I
haven't
yeah
good,
went
through
that.
H
So
I
just
discovered
a
bug
on
our
system
yesterday
or
maybe
what
is
today
wednesday
yeah
it
might
have
been,
might
have
been
monday,
but
the
issue
we're
having
and
it's
intermittent-
I
can't
figure
out-
what's
triggering
it,
but
we
have
our
system
set
up
to
send
a
final
lost
item
notice.
H
The
third
notice
that
goes
out
goes
out
at
45
days
for
all
52
of
our
libraries,
and
it
says
you're
going
to
be
billed
for
this
item
and
then
the
items
marked
lost
and
the
patron
is
billed
for
it
and
then-
and
so
when
it
when
they're
billed
and
the
item
is
marked
lost,
the
item
is
removed
from
their
record,
and
so
this
will
happen
like
on
tuesday
night
and
then
on
wednesday
night
after
the
item
has
been
removed
from
their
record.
H
H
That
bywater
is
looking
at
to
try
and
figure
out
why
this
has
happened,
but
it's
very
strange-
and
it
has
only
happened
apparently,
as
far
as
I
can
tell-
it's
only
happened
since
the
upgrade,
but
the
item
is
marked
lost.
The
patron
gets
the
notice
saying
it's
being
marked,
lost
and
they're
being
billed
for
it.
The
item
is
removed
from
their
account
and
then
24
hours
later
they
get
an
email
saying.
H
The
item
has
been
renewed,
even
though
it's
no
longer
in
their
account.
So
I
don't
know
if
anybody
else
is
experiencing
that
or
or
if
anybody
else
is
going
to
discover
that
they're
experiencing
that,
because
it
is
something
that
is
hard
to
track
down,
because
it
isn't
happening
to
everybody.
That's
having
items
marked
as
lost.
H
It's,
not
the
auto
renewal
notice,
it's
the
checkout
notice.
We
have
those
set
to
be.
You
know
those
when
you
check
items
out
patrons
can
opt
in
to
that
get
the
the
you've
just
checked
items
out
emails
sent
to
them.
H
So
it's
all
and
we
have
the
function
turned
on
so
that
you
know
that
notice
gets
sent
when
they
renew
items.
So
those
are
the
circumstances.
The
bug
and
bywater
is
looking
at
it
to
try
and
figure
out
why
it's
happening
and
I've
only
got
two
documented
cases
of
it.
But
I
was
wondering
if
anybody
else
knows
anything
about
this.
H
That's
a
lot
of
no's.
I
can
see
in
my
screen
so
yeah.
Hopefully
it's
just
our
system.
You've
got
too
many
libraries
yeah
and
I
had
a
meeting
yesterday
we're
talking
about
adding
four
more
so
see.
You
know
bob's
got
way
more
libraries
than
I
do
so
you
know
it's.
It
can't
just
be
that
we're
too
big
because
otherwise
he'd
have
it
like
all
over
the
place.
So.
D
H
J
George,
does
the
the
notice
show
up
in
the
sent
notices
for
the
user?
Yes,
it
does.
Okay,
that's
good.
H
Yeah,
so
there
is
a
way
to
track
it.
You
know
I
just
did
a
report
to
see
you
know
who's
getting
renewal,
notices
at
like
between
1
a.m
and
3
a.m,
which
is
so
it's
between
that
time
when
our
crowns
all
run
so.
N
H
G
Okay
and
rhonda
you'll
appreciate
slash,
probably
not
appreciate
this
one,
because
it's
acquisitions,
we
noticed
a
regression
and
we
found
this
bug
and
bywater
reported
it,
but
I
put
it
in
the
chat
it's
when
you
are
searching
for
a
record
in
acquisitions
to
see
if
it
already
exists.
If
it
doesn't,
it
lands
you
on
a
if
you've
gotten
null
results
it
dead
ends.
It
doesn't
put
you
in
a
place
where
you
can
continue
on
in
your
workflow.
You
have
to
back
up
and.
G
Almost
start
over
to
keep
going
with
your
workflow,
I'm
not
an
acquisitions
person.
Our
acquisitions
persons
told
me
about
this.
We
tested
it
and
I
submitted
it
and
and
my
water
confirmed
that
it
is
a
bug.
So
I.
A
G
G
G
But
then
I
had
to
write
a
bunch
of
new
jquery
to
counteract
some
issues
that
were
in
this
one,
one
of
the
things
that
our
jquery
did,
that
this
doesn't
is
if
sections
in
the
patron
editor
have
information
it'll
automatically
open
that
section
up,
so
that
we
know
that
there's
information
there.
G
So
I
had
to
rewrite
some
jquery
for
that,
but
one
of
the
bugs
that
I
am
seeing
with
this
has
to
do
with
the
guarantor.
If
you
create
a
a
guarantor
one
of
the
problems
with
the
collapse
fields,
the
way
that
they
have
designed
the
collapse
field
is
when
you
trigger
the
the
field
to
open
up
it
reveals
the
guarantor
template.
There's
a
there's,
a
template
in
there,
that's
hidden,
and
when
you
say
you
want
to
add
a
a
guarantor
it
copies
that
template
and
makes
that
visible.
G
Well,
the
collapse
field
functionality
reveals
that
template,
so
you've
got
this
field
there
that
you
they
see,
but
you
can't
do
anything
with.
It
looks
a
little
out
of
place,
so
I
had
to
write
some
jquery
to
kind
of
force
it
to
with
brute
force,
hide
it
all
the
time.
So
I
filed
a
bug
on
that.
There's
some
there's
some
other
wonky
things
with
the
the
collapse
field.
G
I
noticed
that
with
that
there's
another
section
where
you
can
put
in
restrictions
and
that
will
reveal
the
the
add
a
new
restriction
section
prematurely.
G
So
there
are
some
side
effects
that
they
they
did
not
take
into
account
some
of
the
functionality
of
that
that
page
with
some
other
sections
that
are
hidden
so
just
be
aware
of
that.
If
you
use
the
collapse,
it's
collapse.
Field
patron
ad
form
permission.
So
if
you
use
that
just
be
aware
that
there's
some
issues
with
it
and
I'll
I'll
be
posting
in
the
next
few
days,
some
workarounds
for
those
issues.
H
G
H
It's
it's
a
lot
going
on
there
that
that's
kind
of
wonky.
G
It's
nice
they're
moving
in
the
right
direction
and
you
know
I
think
it's
because
you
know
we've
put
out
our
jquery
for
things
like
this,
that
you
know
it
inspired
them
to
go
ahead
and
do
that
anytime.
We
we
add
to
that
jquery
library
and
things
are
popular.
I
think
that
that
inspires
them
for
future
features.
G
I
also
wanted
to
to
just
mention
I
was
talking
with
somebody
at
bywater
the
other
day
about
the
jquery
library
and,
if
you
ever
go
to
the
jquery
library
or
even
the
sql
library,
if
you
ever
go
to
those
those
things
are
huge.
G
Yes,
massive,
you
know
and
that
that
is
a
quahog
community
collaboration,
but
I
am
wondering
if
quahog
us
wouldn't
be
interested
in
spearheading
something
to
I
don't
know,
advance
those
libraries.
First
of
all,
we've
got
those
we've
got
the
jquery,
we've
got
the
sequel,
wiki
and
I
think,
there's
at
least
another
one.
I
can't
remember
we,
where
we
notices
and
slips
there's.
G
G
You
know,
besides
just
throwing
the
code
at
you
in
a
brief
description,
I'm
wondering
if
kohai
us
wouldn't
be
interested
in
doing
something
on
the
koha
us
website
that
kind
of
reinvents
those
libraries
one
of
the
one
of
the
thoughts
you
know,
and
I
know
that
this
is
something
a
little
bit
more
involved.
G
You
know
we
need
a
programmer
involved
in
this,
but
at
some
point
it
would
be
awesome
if
it
was
something
where
you
know
you
could
click
on
a
button
and
it
would
install
that
that
jquery
or
that
sql
or
you
know
whatever
in
your
your
system
in
a
safe
place
where
you
can
go
and
mess
with
it
and
and
then
activate
it
kind
of
like
a
plug-in.
G
You
know,
plug-ins
are
another
thing
that
are
that
are
kind
of
hidden
there.
G
We
don't
see
the
library
of
plug-ins
a
lot,
but
it
would
be
nice
if
there
were
something
that
we
could
work
towards
where,
if
you
know
we
could,
we
could
see
all
these
different
options
and
have
some
visual
representation
rather
than
just
a
description
kind
of
I
don't
know
if
you
ever
work
with
wordpress,
but
we're
pressing
you
you're
looking
for
something
you
go
search
for
it
and
it
gives
you
a
page
and
it
talks
about
it,
and
it
gives
you
some
screenshots
something
that's
a
little
bit
more
user
friendly
than
just
a
wiki,
just
a
thought.
H
I
E
To
bring
up
something
like
that,
maybe
have
the
856u
click
here
to
install
someone
or
other
who
is
just
drinking
a
glass
of
water
said
you
can
catalog
anything.
I
And
semi-relatedly,
I
think
in
2011
lucas
told
us
that
there's
there's
like
a
testing
option
for
jquery
now
like
if
you
put
some
something
in
the
system,
preference
there's
a
separate
url,
you
can
go
to
to
see
it
in
action
versus
live.
There's,
there's
a
bug
out
there.
That's
getting
pushed
through
that
lets!
You
test
things
without
like
affecting
your
live
server,
so
that
may
interact
with
your
idea
of
like
pulling
it
over
into
your
coho
instance,
but
not
having
it
totally
implemented
yet
to
test
out.
H
You
know
we're
running
out
of
time
and
I
just
wanted
to
point
out.
I
I
put
the
link
in
the
chat
to
coha-us.org
bugs
whenever
we
have
these
discussions
about
bugs
I
try
to.
I
have
bugzzilla
open
and
I'm
logged
in
as
bugzzilla
cohaus.org
so
that
I
can
add
koha
us
as
a
cc
on
all
those
bugs.
So
if
you
go
to
that
link
there,
that's
going
to
be
the
bugs
that
we've
talked
about
at
this
meeting.
H
I've
added
the
ones
that
christopher
had
numbers
for
and
at
previous
meetings
so
and
I
encourage
everybody
to
go
in,
look
at
those
and
say
yeah.
This
should
be
fixed,
whether
you
think
it
needs
to
be
fixed
or
not
just
because
it
gets
people's
attention
and
all
that
so.
A
A
Okay,
yeah
george
is
right.
We
are
running
out
of
time,
it
is
11
30.
we
have,
I
guess,
that's,
does
anybody
have
anything
else
they
can
do
in
like
30
seconds.
