working
on
putting

each

the
special
interest
groups
directly

easier

recordings

those
groups

the
midst
of
creating
workspaces

group,

everybody
has
a
folder
in
the
organizational
google
drive
where
they
can
keep
agendas,
notes
things
from
past
groups,
so
those
links
are
all
on
that
page
now
so
easy
to
access.

that

I
just
wanted

the
run
sign
up
page,
so
it's
officially
live
todd
and
I
met
with
john
yesterday
to
set
all
the
back
end
stuff
up
as
far
as
the
payment
processing.
So
all
of
the
funds
that
are
raised
for
the
kohak
community
challenge
will
go
directly
to
kohai
us,
so
we've
set
the
quahog
community
challenge
to
run
from
may
1st
to
may
31st.

We
moved
it
a
little
bit,
so
we
could
do
some
promotion
and
have
enough
time
for
people
to
get
psyched
about
it
and
start
thinking
about
what
they're
going
to
do.
So
it's
a
full
month
where
people
can
sign
up
and
then
they'll
have
access
to
log
in
to
run
sign
up
where
they
can
track
any
type
of
activity,
whether
it's
walking
or
jogging
or
running,
or
swimming
or
biking
or
doing
yoga
or
dancing.

People
can
track
their
activity.
The
time
that
they've
moved
and
then,
if
they're
biking
or
running
elevation
game
you'll,
be
able
to
upload
photos
and
track
other
people
in
the
community.
So
we
thought
this
would
be
a
great
opportunity.
Everyone
is
so
zoomed
out
literally
that
this
will
be
a
nice
way
to
get
outside,
do
some
activities
and
then
kind
of
just
build
around
the
community
of
koha
and
really
generate
some
excitement
for
users.

was
kind

brendan's
big
idea
to
get
people
active
again
and
really
build
community,
and
he
really
wanted
all
of
those
proceeds
to
be
donated
to
kohai
us.
So
we're
really
excited
to
be
partnering
with
all
on
this,

far
as
like
promotion
goes,
you
know
we're
hoping
that
members
of
the
community
at
large,
both
internationally
and
here
in
the
us
that
might
not
know.

groups

the

library
group
or
we
created
one
for
vendors

We
kind
of
talked
about
it
last
time
because
we
were,
I
was
kind
of
saying
that
I
think
we're
going
to
cancel
it
well
now,
we've
definitely
canceled
it
it's.
We
only
had
four
responses
for
presentations
and
it
just
wasn't.
There
wasn't
enough.
Quite
frankly,
there
just
wasn't
enough
interest,
so
I
did
send
an
email
to
all
of
the
people
that
submitted
proposals
saying
you
know
we
can.
I
If
you
know,
if
you
want,
we
can
just
roll
this
over
into
the
conference
proposals
for
the
conference
in
mckinney
and
a
couple
of
them
said
yeah
and
a
couple
of
them
said
I
think
I'll
think
about
it.
So
so
we'll
see
what
happens
with
those
presentations,
so
that's
about
all
there
is
to
say
about
it.

They
were
verifying
the
hotel
blocks
again
there.
If
forget,
there
was
an
event
that
starts
on
the
24th,
that's
the
friday,
so
the
hotel
is
full
that
friday
night,
so
there
won't
be
any.
You
know
extending
your
stay
that
way,

there's
plenty
of
room
for
the
other
three
nights
that
we
would
need
it.
We
are
going
to
send
out
the
request
for
proposals.

about

encourage
people
that
haven't
done
presentations
in

past

up
there

going
on

boring
and

doing
it,
but
you
will
be
surprised
how
many
things,
how
many
different
ways
people
attack
the
same
problem
and
just
seeing
different
ways
of
you

dealing
with
circulation
issues
or
acquisition,
stuff
or
whatever
it's.

conversation
going

were
we're
just
going
to
talk
for
a
couple

minutes
about
our
ordering
schedule

acquisitions,
and
we
ended
up
talking
for
an
hour

can
live

something
you

so
that
people
can
ask
you
questions
and
stuff
from
remote
locations,
so

other

meetup

and
got
a
response
back
from
a
gentleman
ivan
marquez
of
auto
parallel

we
had
him
as
a
guest
at
our
meeting
and
learned
about
his
company
a
little
bit.

the
way
through
the
process
and
then
something
might
end
up,
changing
or
blocking
it
or
there's
a
dependency,
and
then
it
has
to
kind
of
go
back,
maybe
to
the
beginning,
and
so
this
is
not.
You
know
something

we
gave
him
several
bugs
to
look
at
and
he
did
that
even
before
the
meeting,
and
we
just
kind

talked
about
some
things

his
perspective

he's

I
had
it
open
somewhere,
it's
a
short
report
because
there's
not
a
whole
lot
that
goes
on
right
now,
we're
not
really
spending
any
money
and
we're
not
really
taking
anything

organization
continues
to
do
well
financially
and
we
hope
to
see
an
in
an
uptick
with
the
introduction
of
the
event
that
todd
and
jesse
talked
about.

note
that
almost
all
of
that
is
not
for
memberships,
but
from
donations
by
individuals
and
in
other
news,
we're
still
awaiting
the
refund
of
our
ala,
exhibit
space
payment.
They
said
six
to
eight
weeks.
We
are
now
on
the
outer
side
of
that.
So,
if
I
don't
have
anything
by
the
end
of
the
month,
it's
time
to
harass
ala
because,
according
to
the
exhibitor
ala,
is
the
one
that
will
be
sending
the
refunds.

exhibit
hall
coordinator
as
a
reminder
when
that
refund
is
received,
it's
going
to
go
back
to
the
discretionary
coffers,
but
it
will
be
earmarked
for
possible
use
for
exhibition
space
at
ala
next
year
in
washington
dc.

next

because
I
don't
like
not
going
anywhere.

have
to
submit
our
federal
and
state
of
kansas
requirements.
I
now
have
all
of
the
information
to
be
able
to
do
that.
There's
no
fee
to
file
our
form
n
with
the
internal
revenue
service,
but
there
is
a
state
of
kansas
filing
fee
of
40
the
deadlines
for
that
are
coming
up
within
the
next
two
months.
They
will
both
be
completed
well
in
advance
of
their
deadlines.
The
information
in
those
reports
or
filings
shared
with
the
finance
committee
and
the
offices
of
the
organization,
that's
it
for
the
finance
committee
report.

register,

biggest
grapes

cash

sale
system-

that
on

history
there

dates,

why

dates,
no
timestamps
for
the
transactions
in
there.

actually
have
to
come
up
with
some
kind
of
report
to
to
get
that
information.

complicated

utilize

That's
out
there
that
we

libraries.

figuring.
It
would
probably
be
less
than
400
a
year
with
the
amount
of
messages
we're
currently
sending
and
it

like
it
would
probably

reliable

messages
and
there
wouldn't
be
that
step
involved
of
of
asking
people
who
their
provider
is
and
going
through
that
whole.
Well,
I
don't
know
who
my
provider
is.
Why
do
you
need
to
know
that
what
businesses
are
yours
and
all
that
kind
of
stuff?

subscript,

multiple

it

on

messages
that
get
sent

you

flat

how
your
messages
are
going
out,
where
we
set
up
a
flat
rate
just
because
we
send
so.

rit
found
something
else,

can't
remember
what
it

they
tried

tried

the
other
service
wasn't
able

morning
when

For
anyone
interested

in

meeting,
I
took
five
minutes
and
I
already
registered
for
the
spring,
so
it
was
easy.
It
will
ask

donation.
You

It

charge
if
you're
registering
the
amount,
the
proper
amount.
So
I
went
ahead
and
left
it.
An
extra
forty
dollars
is
not
going
to
hurt
kawaii
you
less,
but
it's
it's
easy.

chance

could
have
gone
back
and
I
could
have
removed

I

have
cleared
that

gives

reason

was
doing
it,
