From YouTube: September 2021 koha-US General Meeting
Description
No description was provided for this meeting.
If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
So
what
we're
going
to
do
is-
and
we've
got
some
people
here
in
person
and
we've
got
some
people
on
zoom,
usually
everybody's
zoomed,
so
this
is
kind
of
fun
to
have
real
people
in
the
room
and
if
you
have
access
to
the
agenda,
we'll
just
work
through
that
all
right,
so
announcements
first
thing
is
giving
tuesday
is
november
30th.
A
That
is
an
opportunity
to
give
to
nonprofit
organizations
of
which
koha
us
is
won.
So
that's
a
subtle
hint
and
just
if
your
library
would
like
to
give
to
the
organization,
if
you
as
an
individual,
would
like
to
give
to
the
organization
that
would
be
a
great
opportunity.
A
What
that
money
goes
for
is
each
I
was
going
to
say
each
year,
but
we've
sort
of
changed
up
the
process.
So
as
we
get
money
for
developments,
we
are
putting
paying
for
developments
for
the
for
coha
and
the
way
we
select.
Those
developments
is
by
vote
of
the
membership.
A
So
if
you
want
to
have
a
say
in
that
kind
of
a
process,
you
can
become
a
member
and
then
when
we
know
that
we've
got
enough
money.
A
A
Actually,
I
think
we
we
can
ask
that
question
before
we
get
fully
funded
and
see
if
there's
anybody
that
wants
to
help
us
fund
stuff,
so
check
that
out
and
if
you
have
developments
that
you
would
like,
you
know
to
get
funded,
and
maybe
you
can't
do
it
just
as
your
own
library
you'd
like
to
see,
if
there's
other
libraries
that
would
like
to
join
you
in
supporting,
let
us
know
you
know
and
then
kohai
us
organization
can
see
if
we
can
get
the
other
libraries
and
some
of
our
money
in
there
to
create
fund
new
developments.
A
The
other
thing
the
other
announcement
is
upcoming
international
quahog
khan,
which
is
december
26th
20th
through
26th
in
pakistan
this
year.
So
if
you're
interested,
it's
really
a
fun
time
was
every
four
years
they
end
up
in
the
us.
Is
that
right?
I
don't
know.
A
I
think
I
heard
that
one
time
but
right
now
it's
in
pakistan
this
year
and
if
you
I'm
not
sure,
if
they're
going
to
be
last
year,
it
was
a
lot
virtual.
They
may
do
a
hybrid
thing
like
we
are
doing
this
year,
so
you
could
participate
in
it
and
see
the
presentations,
but
that's
a
great
way
to
get
connected
with
the
coho
community
as
well.
B
I
guess
we
can
make
a
few
just
like
housekeeping
conference
related
announcements.
There
is
a
survey
that
george
has
put
together
to
evaluate
the
conference
and
that's
been
added
to
the
the
youtube
link,
chat
or
descriptions
below
the
youtube
videos.
If
you're
live
streaming,
we'll
get
it
sent
out
to
everybody
as
well.
If
you're,
if
you
registered
you'll,
get
a
link
to
that
survey
and
if
anybody
in
the
room
needs
the
link,
I
think
we've
passed
that
along
to
ed.
B
So
he
can
get
that
to
you
as
well
as
far
as
format
moving
forward
the
tomorrow
and
friday,
we're
doing
everything
in
zoom.
So
if
you
registered
we'll
be
sending
you
a
zoom
link
to
join
for
the
in-person
people,
we're
still
going
to
kind
of
have
the
same
setup
where
there's
a
screen
where
you're
seeing
everybody
that's
in
zoom
and
then
having
somebody
kind
of
as
a
go-between
between
the
room
and
the
and
the
online
room.
B
The
physical
room
and
the
online
room
and
the
format
for
tomorrow
and
friday
is
more
workshoppy.
So
there's
a
lot
of
time
built
in
to
kind
of
knock
things
out.
The
zoom
room
will
be
open
all
day.
B
We
have
breakout
rooms
available
if
you
want
to
have
a
side
chat
with
someone
in
zoom,
and
we
also
have
sig
meetings
planned
throughout
the
day,
so
the
sig
leaders
will
come
in
and
kind
of
do
business
as
usual,
like
have
a
regular
sig
meeting,
talk
about
what
they
usually
talk
about
in
the
zoom
rooms
and
and
just
kind
of
stir
up
conversation
on
specific
topics
and
we'll
hear
from
some
of
our
sick
leaders
here
in
just
a
little
bit.
B
A
B
Oh
one
more
thing:
the
the
videos
and
slides
are
up
on
the
website
from
yesterday,
and
I
I
made
a
direct
link
to
that,
so
I
can
put
that
in
the
youtube
chat
for
everyone.
It's
also
linked
on
the
front
page
of
the
the
program.
If
you
don't
see
a
link
for
your
presentation,
if
you're
a
presenter,
that
means
I
don't
have
it
so
so
be
sure
and
send
that
to
me.
B
So
I
can
get
that
added
into
our
drive
and
get
it
linked
up
everywhere,
and
it
was
quick
and
dirty
editing.
So
if
you
you
guys
find
errors
or
things
that
need
fixed,
just,
let
me
know
and
yeah
so
that
I
put
that
link
in
the
youtube
chat.
It
is
just
on
the
conference
page
below
the
schedule.
B
Okay,
oh
one
more
one,
more
one,
okay,
one
more
so
we
were
talking
while
you
guys
were
out
taking
a
picture.
We
were
like
what
about
the
online
people,
so
those
of
you
attending
online.
If
you
want
to
send
pictures
to
conferences
at
co-op,
org
us.org
was
that
has
offered
to
put
together
collage.
B
So
we
can
have
some
interaction
there
as
well.
All
right
I'll,
stop
all.
A
A
Okay,
so
that's
num
reason,
number
five
number
reason
number
four:
you
can
vote
on
the
location
of
the
you
quahog
us
conference,
so
how
that
works
is
every
february
ish
we
we
asked
for,
I
guess.
In
january
we
asked
for
proposals
from
libraries
to
why
we
should
help
hold
their
co,
the
conference
at
their
location,
and
then
we
take
all
of
those
proposals
make
sure
you
know
the
conference
committee
will
vet
them
and
then
once
we've
got
usually
we
end
up
with
three
or
four
possible
locations.
A
Then
we
send
that
out
to
the
membership
in
february
marchese
time
and
the
members
of
quahog
vote
and
that's
how
we
decided
to
come
here
a
year
ago
and
then
the
pandemic
hit,
and
so
we
just
maintained
this
location
for
this
year.
That's
how
we
ended
up
here
this
year.
So
that's
reason
number
four
reason:
number
three:
you
get
a
discount
on
the
registration
rate
for
the
quahog
conference,
so
you
can
save
your
library
some
money
by
becoming
a
member
or
whatever
pacework
reason.
Number
two.
A
You
can
vote
in
the
koha
us
board
members
election
so
each
year
in
the
fourth
quarter,
we
vote
on
board
members
that
we
need
to
replace
board
members
that
are
leaving
you
know
their
term
has
been
fulfilled.
A
So
you
have
the
opportunity,
as
a
member
of
kohai
us
to
vote
on
the
new
person
and
the
best
reason
of
all.
Are
you
ready
for
this?
A
A
As
I
recall,
we
have,
of
course,
every
year
we
have
the
vice
president
position.
Basically,
what
happens
with
the
vice
president
and
president
is
vice
president
gets
elected
and
then
the
following
year.
They
are
the
president
and
then
the
following
year,
they're
the
past
president,
so
this
year,
I'm
president
barbara
is
vice
president.
A
A
He
can
only
hold
two
terms
in
a
row
of
two
years,
so
jason
has
ken
is
no
longer
eligible,
so
we
need
a
secretary
for
next
year,
so
that
would
be
a
fun
job,
great
way
to
get
involved
with
quahog
us
and
get
to
meet
some
great
people
and
just
learn
more
about
koha
and
then
the
other
one
is
member
at
large
unsupported.
So
we
have
two
positions
on
the
board
member
at
large
supported.
A
A
So
we
have
the
member
at
large
supported
position.
Is
they
just
got
voted
in
last
year?
So
they've
got
another
year.
We
need
member
at
large,
unsupported,
so
think
about
those
three
positions
and
then
in
october,
when
we
call
for
nominations,
you
can
put
your
name
in
the
hat
for
that
good
deal.
A
B
If
you're
interested
in
what
each
position
entails
feel
free
to
talk
to
me,
talk
to
barbara
talk
to
elaine
she's,
our
current
member
at
large
unsupported,
it's
also
kind
of
the
the
top
level
duties
are
outlined
in
our
bylaws
on
the
website.
So
what
kind
of
the
expectations
and
the
sort
of
time
commitment
you're
going
to
have
to
make-
and
I
would
say,
being
on
the
board-
is
kind
of
what
you
make
of
it.
B
You
can
you
can
take
on
the
role,
but
you
can
also
build
up
from
there.
So
it's
been
four
years
of
great
fun.
For
me,
I've
met
lots
of
interesting
people
and
made
lots
of
new
contacts
and
friends,
and
I
would
I
would
say
that,
if
you're
kind
of
on
the
fence
definitely
throw
your
name
in
the
hat
and,
of
course,
we'll
be
there
to
help
transition
you
and
help
you
out
along
the
way.
So.
A
Okay,
next
on
the
agenda
is
the
special
interest
groups,
so
we
have
asked
the
chair-
or
I
guess,
leader
of
each
of
the
special
interest
groups,
to
do
just
a
quick
talk.
You
know
share
with
what
their
group
does
so
jason.
Do
you
have
the
list?
I
don't
have
the
list
of
all
the
different
ones.
I
can
go
on.
B
First
yeah
we
can
still.
We
can
just
start
with
the
people
in
the
room
and
then
I
can
add
on
information
about
the
other,
other
ones
that
aren't
represented
so
well.
So,
first
off,
I
see
daniel's
in
the
room
with
us
and
daniel
is
our
sig
leader
for
circulation.
B
E
E
Sometimes
we
take
a
look
at
some
of
the
tools.
I
know
that
we've
looked
at,
you
know,
modifying
patrons
by
batch
tool
and
we
were
going
to
look
at
the
email
batch
send
out
tool
and
generally,
you
know,
swap
tips
about
making
cohab
better
for
everybody,
especially
getting
that
material
out
and
getting
it
back
in
and
all
that
kind
of
good
stuff.
B
Thanks
daniel
next
on
my
list,
I
see
heather,
so
heather
is
leader
of
our
cataloging
sig
and
she
put
together.
These
awesome
break,
slides
with
all
the
funny
memes.
That's
her.
F
Well,
I
I
I
found
most
of
those
slides
out
there
showing
what
a
fun
group
catalogers
are
yeah.
The
cataloging
sig
is
usually
just
a
round
table
people
bring
questions,
comments,
puzzles
and
there's
usually
someone
there
who
can
provide
an
answer
or
guidance.
If
not,
we
all
tend
to
go
away
and
see
what
we
can
find
and
report
back
and
we
always
have
a
pretty
fun
time.
It's
always
great,
seeing
each
other
and
since
bib
records
are
really
the
heart
of
coha
catalogs,
almost
everything
touches
cataloging
and
metadata.
B
We
had
a
question
in
youtube,
chat
about
how
to
join
the
groups,
and
I
did
put
that
special
interest
groups
link
into
the
youtube
chat.
So
each
special
interest
group
has
their
own
google
group
and
mailing
list
that
they
can
talk
back
and
forth
with,
and
they
also
have
a
regularly
scheduled
zoom
meeting
every
month.
So
you
can
find
all
that
information
on
the
page
I
linked.
We
have
a
few
questions.
Victor
wants
to
know.
F
Yes,
it's
going
to
be
thursday,
the
23rd
at
1pm
pacific
time,
which
I
think
works
out
to
3
p.m.
Central.
B
D
B
Jason,
I
think
the
only
other
official
sig
leader
we
have
here
is
lizette
and
she
administers
this.
This
admin
sig
so
I'll.
Let
her
go.
G
Hello,
everyone
I'm
also
going
to
talk
a
little
bit
about
the
web
dev
sig,
which
I'm
on
and
we're
running
like
a
joint
session
friday
at
two
and
so
also
they're
kind
of
intertwined
and
a
lot
of
the
same
people
go
to
both
of
those.
So
we
talk
about
at
the
sysadmin
sig,
which
meets
the
second
tuesday
of
the
month
at
8,
pacific,
10,
central
11.
Eastern.
G
A
lot
of
what
we
talk
about
is
like
reports
system
preferences,
but
like
cataloging,
you
know
it
touches
everything.
So
we
kind
of
talk
about
whatever
we're
doing
at
the
time.
Pretty
much
the
only
like
regular
agenda
item
is.
I
always
make
sure
that
there's
like
a
reports
and
a
little
general
bugs
section.
G
You
know
if
there's
something
on
the
wiki
for
that
or
whatever
and
then
web
dev
is
kind
of
similar,
but
just
more
focused
on,
like
the
opec
experience,
jquery
and
css
and
system
settings
there
and
then
also
I'm
co-chair
of
the
book
club
and
crafting
which
meets
the
sig
which
meets
the
last
wednesday
of
every
month
at
5,
pacific
8
eastern
for
an
hour,
and
I
don't
have
the
book
right
in
front
of
me-
I
I
don't
have
in
front
of
me
what
we're
reading
for
this
month,
but
also,
if
you
don't
read
the
book,
you
can
just
show
up
and
hang
out,
and
we
often
do
you
know
we
just
do
whatever
crafting
we're
sharing
or
if
you're
not
crafting.
G
You
can
just
come
and
hang
out
I've
been
working
on
a
halloween
costume
which
I'll
be
showing
off
at
the
beginning
of
the
next
meeting.
If
you
want
to
pop
in
and
see
it,
this
is
like
a
three
year
in
the
making
two
and
a
half
here
in
the
making
halloween
costume.
So,
that's
all
I'm
going
to
tell
you
if
you
want
to
find
out
more,
you
have
to
show
up.
B
Okay,
I
totally
spaced
rhonda
you're
a
sig
leader.
A
Yes,
so
I
lead
the
acquisition
sig,
the
heartbeat
of
the
libraries
I'd
like
to
call
it
without
acquisitions.
Where
would
we
be
so?
We
meet
on
the
third
tuesday
of
the
month,
11
o'clock,
central
whatever
that
works
out,
and
we
talk
about.
A
Yeah
everything
acquisition,
so
you
know
that's
including
purchase
suggestions,
including
edi,
including
how
do
you
get
this
vendor
to
do
this?
For
you?
How
do
you
what
what
do
you
do
in
this
situation?
What
reports
do
you
have?
How
how
do
you?
You
know
that,
like
the
end
of
the
year
stuff
in
the
beginning
of
the
year,
how
do
you
close
out
a
budget
and
get
everything
you
know
charged
to
the
right
year?
That
was
a
trick.
We
didn't
learn
the
first
year.
So
that's
good!
So
it's
it's
yeah.
A
B
Okay,
I
see
bob
in
the
youtube
chat
and
I'm
just
now
remembering
that
bob
told
me
he
didn't
have
access
to
his
officer
email
and
I
sent
the
link
to
the
officer.
So
this
is
an
official
apology
bob.
I
didn't
get
the
link
to
you
at
the
right
address.
You
should
probably
fire
me
as
secretary,
but
bob
is
the
leader
of
our
consortium
sig
and
we
haven't
been
meeting.
B
We
had
tried
several
times
and
just
couldn't
get
people
together,
but
we
are
going
to
have
a
meeting
on
friday,
so
we
kind
of
want
to
try
and
revitalize
the
that
one
if
possible.
I
know
there's
a
lot
of
consortiums
out
there
using
koha
and
it
would
be
great
if
we
could
get
into
a
room
together
and
talk
through
things
again
and
we
don't
have
to
follow
the
monthly
meeting
schedule
at
all.
We
could
do
quarterlies,
we
could
do
buy
yearlies.
B
So
if
you're
interested
in
helping
us
kind
of
juice
that
back
up,
please
do
join
us
on
friday
for
the
consortium
meeting
to
see.
If
we
can
get
that
going
again
and,
of
course,
consortium.
That's
going
to
be
all
things.
Multi-Branch
systems
that
sort
of
thing
dealing
with
the
kind
of
the
special
circumstances
that
come
up
when
you're,
sharing
a
co-installation,
so
yeah
and
and
bob
said,
join
the
meeting
and
we'll
figure
out
what
works
for
everyone,
so
that
we
can
make
it
work
and.
A
Then,
if
there's
a
topic
that
we
didn't
talk
about,
that,
you
would
like
to
start
a
thing
around.
You
know.
Maybe
you
want
to
do
academic
libraries
or
maybe
you
want
to
do
school,
libraries
or
whatever
go
for
it.
That's
you
know
we
can
talk
to
the
board.
We
can
get
you
set
up
with
the
room
and
with
a
zoom
link
and
all
that
kind
of
stuff
and
go
from
there,
but
if
you
think
there's
an
interest
besides
those
topics
that
we've
we've
done
so
far,
that's
how
these
got
started
was.
A
Somebody
was
just
like
hey
I'd
like
to
be
able
to
talk
to
other
people
about
this
topic.
So
definitely
let
the
board
know
and
we'll
get
you
set
up.
B
And
then
the
last
one
on
our
list,
which
is
sort
of
like
quasi-sig
committee,
and
I
didn't
get
it
on
the
agenda,
but
I
know
we
wanted
to
talk
about.
It
is
the
demonstration
instant,
sig
and
barbara
is
the
chair
of
that,
and
we
might
have
her
say
a
few
words
about.
What's
going
on
there.
D
Hi,
I'm
barbara
johnson,
I'm
a
technical
services
manager
at
bedford,
public
library,
texas
and
I'm
the
current
coho
us
vice
president
and
I'm
the
chair
of
our
demonstration
special
interest
group.
So
you
might
say
well
what
is
that?
So
we
have
our
own
coha
instance
for
quahog
us
to
use
it's
hosted
by
bywater.
D
So
it's
it's
a
demo
site.
You
can
get
into
the
opec
you
can
play
around
with
things
and
then
we
have
the
staff
side
and
the
intent
was
started
before
I
got
on
the
board.
But
the
intent,
I
think,
was
to
have
a
cohas
site
that
we
could
use
for
training
that
I
know
like
the
every
other
thursday
videos
that
christopher
and
george
are
doing.
They
have
used
the
site
so
that
they
can
demo
things
and
not
actually
be
exposing
real
patron
data
from
their
own
databases.
D
D
And
then,
when
we
get
back
into
attending
conferences
in
person,
I
think
the
intent
was
also
that
kawhi
us
might
have
a
booth
at
you
know
a
pla
or
an
ala
conference
and
we
would
be
able
to
say
well,
hey
here's,
here's.
What
kohai
is
you
know?
Let
me
show
you
some
things.
I'd
be
glad
to
you
know,
let
you
look
at
things,
so
that
was
the
intent
we
we
set
a
goal.
D
I
think
we
started
meeting
in
early
this
year
and
we
just
set
a
goal
of
getting
things
together
by
the
conference
just
because
that
was
a
good
date
to
have,
and
so
we've
loaded
patron
records.
We
have
bib
records,
item
records,
we've
got
some
acquisitions,
we've
got
some
reports,
so
it's
got
data
in
it
and
jason.
Do
we
have
any
of
that
on
the
kauai
us
site
right
now,
I'm
not.
B
Sure
that
we've
gotten
that
we
don't
have
the
links
put
up
yet,
but
we
can
have
them
up
by
tomorrow.
So
if
people
want
to
use
it
during
these
work
time
and
sick
meetings
and
stuff,
we
can
get
that
and.
D
B
D
D
B
I
believe
so
george
is
mentioning
that
if
you're
wanting
access
to
that
email
info
cohortus.org,
that's
our
kind
of
go-to.
B
Oh
there
was
like
a
question
in
chat
about
when
acquisitions
meets
acquisitions
will
be
meeting
tomorrow
at
10
central
for
the
their
conference
meeting,
and
then
they
they
regularly
meet
the
third
tuesday
of
the
month
at
9,
pacific
noon.
Eastern
and
all
that
information
is
on
our
website.
A
A
Okay,
then
we
will
go
on
to
the
committee
report,
so
we
have
five
standing
committees
that
are
actually
part
of
the
operation
of
quahog
us
and
so
at
our
general
meetings
we
usually
go
through
each.
Each
of
those
five
committees
will
report
on
whatever
they're
doing,
and
the
conference
committee
is
the
first
one
on
the
list
and
I
am
as
as
president,
I
am
the
chair
of
the
conference
committee.
A
Yeah,
it's
been,
it's
been
interesting
with
you
know,
numbers
going
up
and
who's
coming
and
all
that
kind
of
stuff,
so
they've
been
very
flexible
and
doing
great
job,
and
thanks
for
lining
up
all
the
hotels
and
everything
so
and
we,
and
thanks
for
the
beautiful
weather,
we
appreciate
that.
That's
very
nice
and
george
is
the
chair
of
the
virtual
conference.
George,
do
you
want
to
say
anything.
C
The
only
thing
I
would
say
is
that
we
didn't
have
one.
This
year
we
had
one
in
2020
a
virtual
conference
called
cohothon
that
happened
on
april
23rd
2020..
We
tried
to
do
it
again
this
year,
but
we
only
got
a
handful
of
proposals.
C
I
think
everybody
was
kind
of
conferenced
online
conference
out
by
the
time
we
talked
about
doing
it
and
I'll
be
leaving
the
conference
committee
this
year.
So
if
we
want
to
do
that
again,
if
we
want
to
try
to
do
another
virtual,
only
conference,
like
cohothon
it'll
it'll,
probably
be
up
to
somebody
else
to
to
do
that
work.
So.
D
So
the
development
committee
generally
meets
on
the
first
friday
of
the
month.
I
think
it's
at
10
o'clock
is
that
true,
10
or
10
30.
anyway,
it's
on
the
quahog
u.s
calendar.
If
I'm
wrong
so
every
year
we
get
proposals
for
developments
and
this
year
the
development
we're
working
on
right
now
is
with
a
new
company.
A
new
developer
called
auto
parallel
technologies,
they're
out
of
austin
texas,
and
so
we
are
working
with
them
and
the
bug
that
they
are
working
on
right
now
is
number
12029.
D
So
I
actually
say
it
correctly:
it's
for
patrons
should
be
able
to
delete
their
own
patron
messages
from
the
opac,
so
sometimes
libraries
put
a
message
in
a
patron
record
and
maybe
time
passes-
and
you
know
it's
like
you
left
your
keys
here
or
whatever
you're
wanting
to
communicate
and
that's
all
you
know
been
taken
care
of,
but
the
staff
member
forgets
to
delete
that
message
from
the
patron
account.
D
So
every
time
the
patron
logs
in
it
still
says
your
keys
are
here,
so
this
would
give
the
patrons
the
ability
to
when
they're
in
their
account
say.
Oh
well,
I've
already
fixed
that
I
can
just
delete
that
ole
miss
that
message.
D
So
at
the
last
development
meeting,
auto
parallel
told
us
they're
getting
very
close
to
completing
their
work,
we'll
be
meeting
again,
the
first
friday
in
october
and
they're
going
to
give
us
an
update
of
where
they
are
and
then
it
will
go
through
the
normal
development
process.
They
have
to.
You
know,
go
through
qa
and
all
of
that,
and
so
there
can
be
a
lot
of
back
and
forth
it's
possible
that
the
work
they've
done.
D
You
know
it'll
run
into
a
roadblock
and,
and
that
may
have
to
go
back
to
them
and
say
well,
they
have
to
tweak
something,
and
this
development
was
a
four
thousand
dollar
development.
This
is
a
new
developer.
D
Kohai
us
put
two
thousand
dollars
toward
the
development
and
this
new
developer,
because
they're
wanting
to
get
into
developing
for
coha
did
an
in-kind
donation
of
two
thousand
dollars
on
their
side.
So
we're
very
lucky
on
that.
We
only
had
to
pay
part
of
it
to
to
move
forward
with
this,
and
is
there
anything
else
to
add
to
that
or
jason?
Do
you
have
anything
else
to
add
to
that.
D
B
D
B
A
Yeah
yeah,
it
is
yeah.
So
kelly's
question
is,
if
we
vote
on
the
which
developments
that
we
want
to.
A
Push
through
the
system
or
whatever,
and
yes,
we
do.
Okay,
next
is
the
education
committee.
We
are
without
a
chair
for
the
education
committee.
At
this
current
time
we
had.
C
Don't
know
what
I
said,
you
know
one
of
the
reasons
that
I
want
to
leave
the
conference
committee
and
that
I'm
planning
on
leaving
the
conference
committee
is
because
I
made
the
offer
that
if
nobody
took
the
chair
chairmanship
of
the
education
committee,
I
would
become
the
chair
in
january.
C
My
suspicion
is
that
by
saying
that
I
have
completely
nobody's
going
to
make
an
offer
because
they
know
somebody
has
already
made
a
contingent
offer,
and
so
that's
one
of
the
reasons
I'm
leaving
the
conference
committee
is.
I
think
I
will
be
the
chair
of
the
education
committee
and
I'm
perfectly
happy
to
do
that
and
willing
to
do
that,
but
I
won't
really
be
able
to
do
that
until
january.
So.
B
All
right
super
and
just
a
quick
update.
We,
we
are
still
meeting
without
a
chair,
so
we
have
been
doing
educational
things,
we've
we're
working
on
mentorship
and
trying
to
revitalize
that
as
a
perk
of
membership,
we're
also
working
on
always
working
on
educational
resources,
so
we're
making
print
guides
for
georgian
christopher's
every
other
thursday
videos
fall
under
the
purview
of
the
education
committee
and
we
are
forgiving
tuesday,
we're
planning
a
little
bit
of
a
online
shindig
just
to
kind
of
bring
attention
to
the
day
and
the
cause.
B
We
don't
have
too
many
details
on
that
yet,
but
we'll
be
sending
out
some
sort
of
survey
and
probably
just
doing
kind
of
like
a
q,
a
you
send
us
your
questions
and
we'll
have
kind
of
a
panel
of
the
education
committee
and
others
to
to
pick
the
easy
questions
and
answer
those
on
on
a
live
event,
sort
of
thing
and
then,
if,
if
you
have
harder
things,
we
may
divert
those
to
the
every
other
thursday
people
or
we.
We
may
pick
that
up
as
a
an
additional
training
event.
A
Okay,
so
we'll
any
questions
about
for
the
education
committee
and
and
of
course,
you're
always
welcome
to
join
these
are
all
hosted
online.
The
links
are
on
the
web
page
participate.
A
A
A
You
have
an
opportunity
by
becoming
the
chair
of
the
fundraising
committee,
because
that's
where
the
rubber
hits
the
road,
that's
what
it's
all
about.
So
we
basically
what
the
fundraising
committee,
chairperson
would
do
is
do
events
like
you
know:
bywater
helped
us
with
the.
So
what
was
it
again?
A
Yeah
hundred
dollars
that,
with
bywater's
help,
you
know
we
were
able
to
raise
that
four
developments
applying
for
grants
would
be
another
activity
that
you
could
do.
You
know
once
we
get
a
couple
of
developments
under
our
belt,
and
people
know
that
we're
for
real
and
not
just
asking
for
money.
We
can.
You
know
we
can
start
applying
for
grants
and
getting
that
to
cover
some
of
our
developments
yeah
any
kind
of
the
what's.
I
can't
even
think
of
some
anything.
B
Merchandising
also
falls
under
this
committee.
We
do
have
an
online
store,
so
if,
if
you
like,
designing
t-shirts
or
making
designs,
that
will
be
a
good
place
for
you
as
well.
If
that's,
where
your
area
of
expertise
lies,
and
I
will
say,
conference
stuff
is
up
now
boom.
A
B
Oh
one
other
plug
for
that
we
we
do
currently
have
a
subscription
to
grant
station.
So
if
you
have
experience
with
that
or
you
want
access
to
that,
that's
a
kind
of
a
perk
of
being
on
the
fundraising
committee
is
getting
to
get
into
grant
station
and
see
what
all
is
available
to
help
call
us.
But
you
know
your
eyes
can
see
through
the
lens
of
your
library
too.
So
that's
another
perk.
H
So,
if
you'd
like
you
can
follow
along,
we
are
at
58
members
as
of
the
end
of
last
month.
That's
a
pretty
good
number
and
we've
had
interest
expressed
one
of
the
things
we
talked
about
and
asked
about
when
you
completed
the
registration
form
for
the
conference,
whether
you're
attending
in
person
or
virtually
was,
if
you
wanted
to
join,
we
did
have
quite
a
bit
of
interest
expressed
there.
H
Some
people
that
were
non-members
joined
because
it
was
actually
cheaper
by
design
for
you
to
become
a
non-member
joining
than
it
was
to
attend
the
conference
as
a
non-member,
and
so
we
did
have
a
few
people
joined
that
way.
If
you're
here
and
you
did
indicate
on
the
conference.
Registration
form
that
you
were
interested
in
pursuing
membership,
I'm
going
to
go
through
now
that
the
conference
is
here
gather
up
all
of
those
names
and
and
look
at
who's
joined,
actually
versus
who
hasn't
and
get
in
touch
with
people
for
further
information.
H
So
58
is
a
pretty
good
number.
We
have
we
average
about
70
or
so
so
we
we're
a
little
bit
shy
this
year,
but
let's
face
it
conditions
being
what
they
are.
I'm
happy
it's
58.,
so
stay
tuned
for
more
information
about
membership
and
do
keep
in
mind
that
memberships
are
calendar
year.
Based
again,
that's
by
design.
Everybody's
membership
is
will
expire
on
december
31st
and
information
about
renewing
memberships
will
go
out
to
existing
members
in
late
november
or
early
december,
and
new
members
will
be
able
to
join
for
the
next
calendar
year.
H
At
that
time.
With
regards
to
finances,
you
see
information
there
for
the
two
most
recent
bank
statements.
We
are
now
experiencing
the
biggest
spend
of
money
we
have
during
the
year
expenditures
related
to
the
conference,
and
if
you
take
a
look
at
august's
amount,
you
see
the
twelve
hundred
dollars
and
you
think
wow.
That's
a
lot
of
money
spent
on
the
conference.
H
That's
actually
only
two
hundred
dollars
of
the
conference,
the
other
thousand
you
see
reflected
there
was
actually
the
one
thousand
dollars
that
was
sent
to
auto
parallel
technologies
in
support
of
the
development
that
the
membership
voted
upon.
They're
billing
us
twice
once
at
the
signing
of
the
contract,
they
get
the
other
thousand
dollars
when
the
work
is
completed.
H
So
for
those
of
you
that
were
wondering
why
it's
twelve
hundred
dollars,
it's
actually
a
little
bit
of
conference,
a
lot
of
the
development
that
was
supported
and
next
month's
activity,
that
is
to
say,
the
activity
that
will
take
place
in
september,
will
be
primarily
conference.
Related
a
few
finance
committee
matters
to
report
on
all
of
a
sudden
in
july.
No
I
say
I
take
that
back
august
2nd.
H
I
noticed
that
the
money
we
were
getting
seems
to
be
a
little
bit
different,
and
so
I
did
some
looking
at
paypal
and
paypal
has
changed
its
payment
structure
around
they
used
to
take
out-
and
I
believe
I
say
it
in
the
report
here-
it
used
to
be
2.9,
plus
30
cents
on
every
transaction.
That's
one
of
the
reasons
for
those
curious.
H
Why
I
ask
if
you
want
to
pay
multiple
transactions
at
the
same
time,
because
I
save
us
30
cents,
every
time
we're
doing
that
30
cents
over
the
four
years
I've
been
treasurer
and
financial
manager
has
really
started
to
add
up.
The
new
formula
is:
do
I
have
it
in
here?
No,
I
don't
have
it
in
here:
no,
it's
349,
plus
49
cents,
yes,
and
so
for
a
transaction
that
would
normally
generate
25.
H
We
would
see
2397
of
that
under
the
new
formula.
It's
23.79
18
cents,
you're
thinking.
What's
the
big
deal
about
18
cents,
18
cents
adds
up
everybody
here,
that's
had
anything
to
do
with.
Acquisitions
knows
how
much
18
cents
can
add
up,
and
so
the
finance
committee
will
begin
an
exploration
of
other
possibilities.
H
Paypal
is
easily
the
most
recognized
name
in
this
forum
in
this
type
of
activity,
but
there
are
others,
and
you
may
be
curious.
Why
quahog
us
justin
doesn't
go
to
the
bank
and
get
a
merchant
account.
Those
are
expensive.
H
Those
are
incredibly
expensive
and
even
the
bank
we've
been
working
through
since
I
became
treasurer
pnc
bank
and
it's
relatively
less
expensive.
Merchant
rates
for
credit
card
processing
is
still
incredibly
expensive,
so
we
will
be
exploring
other
avenues
for
this
type
of
electronic
payment.
Maybe
we'll
look
at
things
like
square,
although
we
really
don't
do
a
lot
of
point-of-sale
stuff,
we
do
a
lot
of
stuff
through
the
web,
but
the
finance
committee
will
be
looking
at
those
sorts
of
things.
With
regards
to
the
paypal
fee.
H
So,
unfortunately,
any
attempts
we
had
to
maybe
rain
that
new
feed
down
just
a
little
bit
were
not
really
successful.
A
few
other
things
to
move
on
from
the
doom
and
gloom
of
paypal,
we
did
get
our
quarterly
amazon
smile,
distribution,
72.55
and
we
are
actually
on
budget
for
getting
300
through
amazon
smile.
We've
had
really
good
years
with
amazon.
H
Small
and
then
the
budget
for
the
following
years
reflected
that
and
then
the
bottom
fell
out,
and
so
this
year's
300
seems
to
be
the
best
that
we've
done
in
terms
of
trying
to
forecast
what
will
be
coming
in
through
that
it's
a
great
program,
but
administratively
it's
very
problematic
because
number
one
we
don't
know
how
many
people
have
koha
us
signed
up
as
their
charity.
It's
not
automatic.
You
actually
have
to
log
into
your
amazon
account
and
pick
your
amazon
smile
charity.
H
We
have
no
idea
how
many
people
or
organizations
that
is,
and
since
companies
and
businesses
can
select
charities
as
well,
it
could
be
that
there
were
libraries
koha
us
libraries
that
were
using
amkoha
us
and
then
somebody
said
oh
well.
We
need
to
change
this
to
something
else.
That
could
explain
the
drop
that
we've
seen
we'll,
never
know
the
actual
reason
just
like
we
don't
know
how
much
is
coming
in
at
any
given
time.
H
H
The
conference
committee
is
been
informed
of
everything
related
to
the
conference.
A
final
report
about
conference
income
and
expenditures
will
be
made
available
it's
late
in
september,
so
I
don't
think
it
will
be
in
the
october
report
because
there's
always
some
settling
up.
That
has
to
happen
after
the
fact,
but
there
should
be
a
final
report
available
that
will
be
in
the
finance
committee
report
by
november
and,
lastly,
the
same
plea
I
make
every
month.
I
don't
care
that
I'm
not
on
zoom.
I
actually
have
a
room
full
of
victims
here
to
ask.
H
Rhonda
is
always
soliciting
volunteers
for
the
many
quahog
committees
includes
me.
The
finance
committee
is
always
looking
for
new
members
and
while
I'm
very
grateful
that
I
have
candace
hope
and
eli
anthony
that
have
joined
me
on
the
finance
committee
in
2017
and
2018
respectively,
we're
always
looking
for
new
members
just
because
it's
got
the
word
finance
in
it.
Don't
let
it
frighten
you
it's
I
do
most
of
the
heavy
lifting
most
of
the
time.
I
just
ask
the
finance
committee
members
for
feedback
on
certain
things.
H
H
A
You
appreciate
all
the
work
that
you
do.
That's
great,
let's
see
oops,
that's
not
what
I
wanted
all
right
then
get
back
to
our
agenda.
A
Okay,
that
is
the
meat
of
our
meeting
at
this
point,
if
we
were
on
zoom,
we
would
say
you
know
anybody
have
any
bugs
they
want
to
talk
about,
or
you
know
anything
that
we
want
to
talk
about.
We've
got
what
five
minutes
left
in
the
allotted
time.
So
you
know,
if
there's
any
questions,
anybody
has
anything
they
want
to
highlight.
A
All
right
good
deal,
that's
that's
the
goal,
and
you
know
if
you've
got
libraries
near
you
that
aren't
here
or
aren't
online
someplace,
definitely
encourage
them
to
look
into
quahog
us
and
join
us
because
the
more
heads
we
get
together,
the
better
you
know,
ideas
we
have
and
more
resources
and
all
that
kind
of
stuff
so
definitely
encourage,
and-
and
I
just
want
to
make
sure
that
everybody
understands
this-
is
a
user
group.
We
are
our
own
world
unto
ourselves
and-
and
so
we
can,
you
know,
we've
got
our
own
bylaws.
A
We've
got
our
own
finances,
we've
got,
you
know
we're
our
own
group,
so
we
are
all
users
of
coha
and
we
all
want
to
make
it
better.
That's
the
purpose
of
the
organization
so
definitely
join
us.
So
any
questions
in
the
youtube
chat.
B
Fred
said
he
has
a
problem,
he's
working
on
and
wanted
to
know
if
he
can
bring
it
up
tomorrow
in
open
work
time,
and
I
think
that's
a
great
idea,
also
fred,
if
it's
like
within
one
of
our
sig
topics,
feel
free
to
bring
it
up
at
one
of
those
groups
where
it
can
get
the
right
eyes
on
it.
I
will
just
add
that
all
of
our
meetings,
all
of
our
everything
that
we
do
is
on
our
website.
B
I
would
encourage,
if
you're
wanting
to
get
more
involved,
just
adding
that
calendar
to
your
own
calendar
will
at
least
bring
that
into
view
for
you
and
you
can
just
click
on
there
and
click
the
zoom
link
whenever
we're
having
some
sort
of
get
together
and
our
our
next
general
meeting
is
in
october,
I
lost
the
calendar
october
13th,
and
that
is
the
one
that
we'll
be
kind
of
launching
the
board
elections
at
so,
if
you're
interested
in
serving
on
the
board
or
what
that
might
involve,
do
join
us
at
that
meeting
so
that
we
can
kind
of
go
over
that
and
answer
any
questions,
demystify
it
that
sort
of
thing
and-
and
we
also
send
out
notices
to
all
of
the
big
three
listservs
with
with
that
each
month.
