doing

We've
worked
on
trying
to
define
those
things
and
also
a
these
10
reasons
why
you
would
want
to
even
serve
on
the
koha
us
board.
So
I'm
going
to
share
my
screen.

one
thing
that
I
really
got
from
this
is
it
just
it
boosted
my
confidence
in
in
leadership
skills.
You

very
standoffish
to
doing
things
before
this

since
I've
been
on
it,
I

felt
better

at
the
library,
but
also
you
know,
participating
with
that
with
groups
and
a
bunch
of
strangers,

no

love
it
in
fact,
I
loved
it
so
much
I
decided
to
come
back.

at
that
part,
then
we
got
down
into
the

trying
to

you

it
that
each

these
positions
is
responsible
for,
so
that
we
could
explain
that.
So

someone

serving,

they
could
get
a
real
idea
of
well.
What
would
I
be
doing
you

need?

Treasurer
is
the
one
that's
vacant
and
we'd
like
to
see
somebody
step
into
that
role.
That
would
be
great,
so
we
tried
to
define
what
the
difference
is
between
the
treasure
and
the
financial
manager
and
also
to
clarify
that
those
two
positions
work
closely
together.
So
it's
not
like
the
treasurer
is
just
out
there
on
their
own.
They
have
a
financial
manager
that
they
can
work
with.

And
the
treasurer
chairs,
the
finance
committee
and,
let's
see,
develops
the
annual
budget
and
then
on
the
financial
manager.
That
person
is
that
role
maintains
the
financial
and
membership
records.
So
the
financial
manager
is
an
ongoing
board
position
and
provides
consistency
over
the
years
and
they
so
they
maintain
the
financial
records
and
everything
and
they
file
all
the
legal
documents
and
financial
documents,
and
you
can
see
the
other
stuff,
that's
that's
there.
They
do
a
lot
of
the
fiscal
stuff
to
make
sure
that
our
nonprofit
is
in
compliance.

that
they,
they
are
they're
the
face
of
cohab
for
the
supported
and
unsupported
members,
and
you
know
if
there
are
people
that
have
questions
regarding
specifics
of
being
an
unsupported
member
or
being
a
supported

people

deal
specifically
in
those
areas.

we
put

president
is
available

year
after
their
been
president
to

provide
support
if
needed,
to
act
as

consultant

consistency

structured

divvied

locked

reorganization

kohai
us

community

demonstration

exhibition
space

show

koha
operates,

the
presence
of

vendor

users
ourselves
and
we're
not
trying

sell

forum

in

instance

is

taken
off
or
whatever.

So
you
know
this
is
a
a
workflow
that
we
really
need
to
have
some
attention
to,
and
I
encourage
everybody
in
koha
us
to
jump
on
this
bug
and
chime
in
you
know
what
you
want
to
see
and
what
your
workflows
are,
because
we
want
to.
We
want
to
encourage
the
community
to
develop
this
and
develop
it
into
something
that
everybody
can
use,
not
just
one
particular
niche.
