00:35:39 Todd: Hey Heather, since your screen shore is up will you show the group how to place their vote for a bug.?
00:36:06 yuyan: I think I should send my notes to the group. Our library just went live with Koha last October, so I am pretty new to Koha family. So far when we have issues or problems, we create tickets in KOha ticketing system, the Koha support has been great! however, sometimes, I do want to figure things out by go to Koha commuity before burdens Koha support team. Can you recommend where is the best place to go to see other users solutions to their problems and issues. Thnaks Yan
00:37:43 yuyan: I don't know how to join the group chat Heather mentioned, and I don't know where is the website you just get in and looking for bugs.

00:44:45 Caroline Cyr La Rose: ^ this is the how to
00:46:22 Caroline Cyr La Rose: ++ cool!
00:47:50 Holly: Caroline can I check the policy for working in the Taigia group for updating the manual? Is it alright to just claim unclaimed work to mark that you will be making those changes to the manual?

00:48:36 Holly: Thanks all!
00:48:40 Actually Jason: z-targets https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Koha_Open_Z39.50_Sources

00:49:37 Caroline Cyr La Rose: I add the release notes as the bugs are pushed so we can document
00:51:44 Elaine Bradtke: I think it would be good to have specific topics on occasion.
00:52:34 Gerry_Burla: We have 11 official languages in the Territory. Tips and tricks from other KOHA partners on display and cataloguing would be appreciated.
00:54:14 Elaine Bradtke: Irish and Scottish Gaelic ;-)
00:55:08 yuyan: when I import a bib record from OCLC to koha, sometime the 246 filed ( title) has blank box for me to work on, sometime it doesn't have a blank box after the field, and I try add it, but it seems there is no way to do. I have no idea why one imported bib. field 246 field can be edited and another one cannot.
00:55:08 Holly: Seconded!
00:55:22 Myka Kennedy Stephens: I’m exploring creating records for archival collections. I’d be interested in hearing from others who are more familiar with EAD and using Koha to create discoverable records for archival collections.
00:58:05 Elaine Bradtke: I am also interested in the archival applications, I have some experience in this.
01:00:48 Caroline Cyr La Rose: yes!!
01:00:52 Liz Dukelow, CKLS: Yes please!
