A
A
On
the
back,
it
was
awesome
I
had
it.
I
had
a
great
two
days,
hack
I
had
a
great
week,
so
that's
awesome,
and
everyone
on
this
call
did
so
many
awesome.
Things
stepped
into
so
many
piles
of
ambiguity
and
rocked
it.
So
congratulations
to
everyone
in
the
fall,
and
hopefully
we
didn't
scare
anyone
off
completely
to
that.
You
do
that.
A
A
A
A
A
A
C
A
D
A
I
I
definitely
enjoyed
the
hoodies
as
well.
Anyone
else
have
any
comments
about
swag
that
went
well
in
the
same
in
the
same
team
in
brest,
it
looks
like
have
like
hats:
burkas
commented
on
the
hats.
Anyone
else
have
any
other
schwag
relate
comments
about
what
went
well
I.
C
D
A
A
I
thought
I
thought.
Jeff
was
just
messing
with
me
when,
when
he
I
thought
he
was
just
you
know
doing
what
Jeff
usually
does
it's
like
yeah
great
great
idea,
Perisher
great
great,
like
and
I
was
like?
Are
you
serious?
You
really
think
this
is
a
great
idea
he's
like
no,
it's
really
great
so
anyway.
Future
note
to
leads
like
be
creative
here,
like
you,
don't
need
to
like
have
a
hoodie.
You
don't
need
to
have
a
shirt
you
can
have
like
I
was
thinking
more
like
a
pullover
hoodie
like
do
you
know
whatever
early?
A
This
is
the
part
of
the
event
that
makes
it
unique.
Is
that
is
this
finish
wag
and
then
also
sort
of
like
the
team?
I,
don't
know
if
it's
identifier
or
team
gift
kind
of
like
the
release
team
gives
we
do
have
budget
for
this
kind
of
stuff,
so
feel
free
to
like
again,
event
need
work
with.
You
know
future
event,
Lee
its
work
with
C
and
C
I
have
folks
and
figure
that
part
out.
So
that's
just
my
advice
there
any
other
comments
about
swag
at
all
that
went
well.
A
A
I
also
love
the
pins.
Thus,
what
the
Sig
pins
I
think
I
know:
I,
especially
love
them
during
cube.
Con
I
think
that's
a
super
nice
touch
like
especially
during
the
stretch
of
the
conference,
so
definitely
+1
dose.
They
meet
you
a
pins,
alright
and
then
next
on
the
what
went
well
list
it
looks
like
we've
got.
A
Burkas
definitely
need
to
know
what
the
elevators
to
split
between
envoy
con
and
see.
Yes,
yes,
like
I,
just
I,
just
knew
it
kind
of
thing.
It's
one
of
those
things
where
you've
done
this
a
while.
So
you
just
know-
and
that's
just
a
tip
to
future
event-
needs
have
always
have
day
of
ops,
folks
like
at
the
front
and
end
or
around
the
perimeter,
and
things
like
that
so
helps
with
traffic
the
time
and
definitely
thanks
to
Noah
for
standing
there
for
quite
some
time,
hats
off
so
much
to
Noah
and
team.
A
G
Have
something
the
team
the
team
was
looking
out
for
each
other,
and
that
was
really
awesome.
So,
when
I
can
only
give
an
example
that
probably
the
best
I
didn't
have
somebody
show
up
I
put
something
in
slack
and
before
I
could
really
even
freak
out
been.
The
Elder
was
walking
through
the
door
because
Bob
had
sent
him
there.
I'm
not
to
me,
was
like
whoa
I
didn't
even
have
to
freak
out
like
we
were
looking
out
for
one
another,
and
that
was
just
really
really
cool
a.
E
Similar
comment,
I
feel
like
so
going
back
to
the
hats.
Super
useful,
but
I
feel
like
I
saw
all
of
you
not
as
much
as
I
would
have
thought
and
I
think
it
kind
of
like
what
Marky
was
saying
like
we
were
all
spread
out,
we're
doing
things
when
I
went
to
find
somebody
with
a
hat
or
for
a
topic
half
the
time.
Somebody
else
had
already
gone
and
found
them
and
like
the
we
were,
we
covered
the
floor.
E
A
Heck,
yes,
go
team!
Alright,
next
item,
let's
see
it
looks
like
this
is
also
from
burkas.
This
is
about
Sunday
night
folks
enjoy
the
karaoke,
and
a
lot
of
people
could
participate
in
them.
Bingo
yang,
also
+1
bingo
game
on
Sunday
night
was
a
great
icebreaker.
I'm
plussing
3
there.
Anyone
else
so
many
comments
about
bingo
karaoke
Sunday
night.
That
went
well.
H
A
A
Need
no
idea
that
some
of
you
had
that
in
you
anyway,
burkas
says
having
the
uncommons
on
schedule
is
great,
plus
one
for
me.
Anyone
else
have
anything
that
went
well
related
to
sched
or
unconference
that
they
want
to
mention
I.
Think.
C
I
E
Another
data
point
that
that
worked
well
is
like
people
believed
it
I
know
once
I
asked
like
hey.
Is
this
up-to-date
and
somebody
said
yep?
It's
like
we
already
updated
that,
and
it
was
something
that
had
just
happened
like
minutes
before.
So
like
people
saw
that
tight
feedback,
loop
and
I
were
like
oh
schedule,
earth
or
tative
and
just
went
with
it.
Yeah.
F
F
A
Plus
one
sorry,
my
internet
is
killing
me
right
now,
it's
lagging
I
can
tell
any
other
comments
about
sched
that
went
well
again,
we'll
cover
anything
else
later
on.
In
other
sections,
all
right
and
then
next
comment.
Another
burkas
comment,
sig
beard
packet
table
was
an
awesome
idea,
not
sure
he's.
That
was
any
other
comments
about
SIG's
sig,
foo
events
that
happened
at
the
contributor
summit.
J
Yeah
I
was
super
happy
with
it.
I
think
it
was
definitely
worth
I
mean
Jason
and
I
spent
a
ton
of
time
following
up
with
people
and
making
sure
that
we
had
reps
for
all
of
the
SIG's
and
working
groups
to
avoid
the
problem
we
had
in
Barcelona,
which
was
a
whole
bunch
of
new
contributors
up
tables
and
nobody
actually
from
the
sig
being
there
so
I
think
it
yeah
I
was
super.
I
was
super
happy
with
it.
It
was
a.
It
was
a
ton
of
work,
but
I
think
it
was
worth
it.
A
You
all
kicked
butt
in
that
area.
That
was
so
good,
I,
god
I
loved,
seeing
all
the
people
there.
At
the
end.
Still
there
chilling
I
thought.
I
I
was
just
so
nervous
that
it
was
gonna,
be
so
close
to
the
end
of
the
day,
and
people
were
gonna,
be
just
like
done,
but
I
feel
like
we
had
to
like
keep
folks
out.
So
that's
always
a
plus
cheers
to
you
all
I
think
it
was
awesome.
A
Right
and
then
it
looks
like
we've
covered
pretty
much
everything
in
the
what
went
well.
I
also
said:
having
Deb
on
site
is
key
y'all,
an
ace,
a
heck
of
a
difference
just
from
the
sense
of
I've
done
this
before
without
Deb,
and
it
is
just
a
night
and
day
difference.
Had
it
not
been
high
def,
not
on
site,
it
would've
easily,
just
been
the
Seattle,
then
all
over
again,
so
Deb's
help
is
so
crucial
here.
C
B
B
A
All
right
last
fall
for
extremely
well
one,
two,
three
all
right,
so
what
could
be
improved,
I'm
pretty
sure
this
was
percocet
that
left
this,
how
to
collect
more
feedback,
extremely
low
I,
don't
know,
is
either
burkas
or
Deb
one
of
the
two
but
yeah
survey
feedback
is
extremely
low
and
I.
Guess
we
let's
have
an
open
conversation
about
how
we
could
approve
it
over
the
next
time
and
then
I'll
take
some
notes
in
the
actions
at
the
end
of
the
document.
A
Also,
if
anybody
else
on
the
line
is
hearing
is
listening
for
actions
to
take
at
the
bottom
of
this
doc
is
where
we
need
to
start
collecting
those
for
the
future
event
leads.
So
if
you
could
help
me
that
would
be
awesome.
I'm
gonna
start
doing
that
right
now.
So
alright,
let's
talk
about
how
to
improve
survey
results.
I
did
include
some
of
my
comments
on
there,
but
if
somebody
else
wants
to
talk
about
for
it
right
now,
I.
B
Do
you
think
that
we
should
try
and
push
the
use
of
sketch
more?
It's
the
same
thing
that
people
are
doing
for
cube
con
if
they
are
actually
going
to
fill
stuff
out
they're
going
to
be
essentially
doing
the
same
thing
for
both
things?
I
know,
there's
more
information
we
want
to
capture,
but
that
only
scan
a
specific
session
feedback.
K
K
I
F
I
A
Yep
I
also
noticed
that
we
just
haven't
marketed
at
all,
like
I,
haven't
even
seen
the
survey
myself
yet
and
obviously
I
was
there
so
I
think
we
need
to
do
like
another
push
on
the
staff
channel.
We
need
to
do
like
a
bunch
of
pushes
in
so
many
places,
so
on
that
same
topic.
Let's
talk
about
communication
in
general.
I
did
see
a
lot
of
comments
on
here
about
like
what,
in
the
what
could
be
improved
section
about
communication
like,
for
instance,
I
see
like
a
comment
from
dawn
about
communicating.
A
J
J
A
Knowing
that
was
my
bag,
because
I
just
assumed
that
it
was
in
there,
and
that
was
the
clearly
the
wrong
assumption,
because
I
remember
I,
put
it
I,
remember
putting
putting
in
on
the
slides
and
like
pinky,
now
I
was
remember
going
through
sched
and
like
picking
out
the
sessions
that
I
wanted
to
highlight
and
I
was
like.
Oh
yeah
and
they're,
not
yeah,
so
I
don't
know
what
happened
there.
So
that
was
definitely
my
bed
for
sure
anything.
I
I
A
And
then,
next
on
the
lists,
we
brought
me
stuff
that
I
wrote.
I
said
that
the
event
need
should
be
invited
to
every
content,
meaning
I,
don't
think
burkas
is
on
the
line
right
now.
I
was
not
that's
why
we
had
some
confusion
that
we
had
some
compute
confusion
with
github,
so
about
lead.
Future
event
needs.
Please
work
with
your
content
needs
to
make
that
happen.
A
Event
need
should
also
work
with
C
and
CF
on
food
sounds
petty,
but
I
feel
like
we
were
in
the
dark
with
like
what
was
being
served.
I
got
a
lot
of
questions
about
the
food
ahead
of
time.
Other
event
means
you
probably
will
too
it's
just
better
I
think
if
things
were
a
little
bit
more
less
in
the
dark
there,
I
don't
know.
If
Deb
you
have
any
comments
about
that.
L
A
Thanks
and
then
another
one
that
I
had
was
that
the
event
lead
should
have
a
running
total
budget
with
CN
CF
for
up
with
the
exact
figures
and
costs
just
for
transparency
purposes,
and
so
we
know
what
we
have
available
to
us
and
where
we
can
spend
money
and
where
we
can't
I
don't
know
if
we
need
to
have
a
separate
conversation
with
Dan
about
budget
and
venues,
and
things
like
that.
But
I
didn't
want
to
throw
that
in
here.
As
a
note
Deb,
do
you
have
any
comments
about
that?
A
L
Have
three
sets
of
columns?
Sorry,
we've
three
sets
of
columns,
there's
a
approved
project
which
will
be
the
first
column.
The
second
column
is
our
working
spend
and
we
get
folks
and
different
pieces
move
around
and
then
the
third
column,
Leon
state
post
event
is
our
final
budget,
where
we
close
out.
So
it's
a
living
doc
that
we
update
regularly.
L
L
Yes,
I
have
all
the
deadlines
listed
and
github
and
I
tried
to
be
very
clear
about
communicating
them
ahead
of
time,
ensuring
we
hit
them,
but
a
lot
of
the
time.
L
The
conversations
for
said
item
didn't
actually
start
and
tell
the
deadline
until
or
until
after
so
I
just
looked
for,
suggestions
from
y'all
on
better
ways
that
I
can
communicate
with
you
to
ensure
we
actually
hit
those
by
moving
forward,
because
a
lot
of
that
is
tied
into
like
others,
I'm
binds
with
vendors
and
the
cost
go
up
when
we
don't
head
up
that
line.
So
if
you
have
suggestions
on
things,
you'd
like
to
see
changed
in
my
communication
to
ensure
that,
let
me
know
I
guess.
A
L
Ahead,
dad
sorry,
sorry
well.
T-Shirts,
for
example,
was
one
of
the
options
that
drove
up
the
price
slightly
because
we
we're
past
our
deadlines
for
them
to
start
being
bagged.
Another
one
was
the
AV
and
ring
request.
I
know
we
did
the
initial
like
gathering
when
we
did
the
budget,
but
then
the
deadline
was
September
16th
to
have
like
file
rooms
recorded
and
AV
equipment,
finalized
and
I
said
a
few
reminders,
and
then
two
weeks
later
it
was
like.
Well,
why
isn't
this
room?
L
Recording
a
good
thing
like
I
like
would
have
liked
to
have
a
conversations
earlier
when
I
made
those
reminders,
so
just
things
like
that
that,
like
I,
want
to
make
sure
we're
staying
on
top
of
them
and
that
people
are
clear
and
if
there's
something
that
I
need
to
change.
In
my
communication
style,
I
usually
mention
it
on
the
calls
in
the
notes
and
in
flack,
but
if
there's
something
that
I
need
to
change,
please
let
me
know
I'd
like
to
make
it
easier
on
everyone.
I.
E
A
A
A
A
This
is
a
very
live
thing
and
they
want
very
relevant
content
talking
coming
into
this,
so
it's
the
and
then
all
of
the
like
feedback
that
we've
got
in
the
past
always
about
the
content
specifically
goes
into
like
how
the
venue
has
been
set
up
like
especially
around
unconferences,
and
things
like
that.
So
I
don't
know
if,
if
the
event
leads
like
what
I
tried
to
do,
this
time
was
say:
okay,
well,
we
need
an
unconference
track
and
then
therefore
we
know
that
the
unconference
is
set
up
certain
ways.
So.
A
J
One
of
the
things
that
might
help
a
lot
is
the
fur
I
think
a
little
more
clear
with
each
other
across
the
team.
So
what
the
dependencies
are
because
I
don't
know
that
we're
ever
really
clear
with
debo
what
the
dependencies
were
for
like
the
schedule,
deadlines
and
the
stuff
that
stuff
that
people
are
working
on
and
it
just
might
be
better
if
we
did
a
better
job
of
I,
think
documenting
some
of
the
dependencies
so
that
we
can
make
sure
that
we
have
kind
of
a
unified
timeline
across
all
the
sub
groups.
Yeah
yeah.
B
A
All
right
so
then,
let's
see
next
bullets
for
improvements
today
on
I'm
lagging
again
y'all
hold
on
one
second,
what
is
it
here?
We
have
Jeff
with
too
many
10%
love
y'all
comment
we
already
covered
that
Jeff.
Are
you
satisfied
with
that?
I
am.
A
Dawn
wasn't
there
when
the
photo
was
taken?
We
covered
that
content.
Jim
angel
made
a
comment
about
Doc's
were
skipped
over
for
contributor
Ward's
Awards
team.
Do
you
want
to
comment
here?
Claire.
E
And
I
definitely
reached
out.
This
is
one
of
the
normal
sort
of
scenarios
where
you
need
to
get
a
hold
of
every
cig
and
we
tried
multiple
times
with
all
of
them.
So
somehow
the
cig
lead
their
cigars,
didn't
see
our
messages
between
emails
and
slacks
and
all
the
places
I
feel
bad,
but
there's
always
there's
always
the
next
one.
So
hopefully
people
saw
our
chairs
saw
this
one
and
thought
it
was
cool
and
want
to
take
part
in
the
future.
Well,.
H
A
H
L
H
A
Yeah,
okay,
the
comments
that
I
heard,
though
from
the
security
folks,
is
that
everybody
in
the
room
was
super
relevant
same
with
arch.
It
seems
like
everybody
that
was
there
is
like
super
active,
so
it
sounds
like
folks
thought
that
they
got
what
they
wanted
out
of
it.
It
just
was
like
security
team,
also
said
that
they
were,
they
were
Jones
to
have
it
reported
so
and
that's
what
I
keep
telling
folks
is.
C
Have
one
idea,
but
it's
something
I
want
to
think
about,
and
it's
probably
not
going
to
be
practical,
but
if
it's
possible
for
us
to
spec
out
most
rooms
to
have
similar
AV
e,
even
if
the
seating
layout
is
different
and
assuming
that
we
condense
the
programming
a
little
bit
more.
So
there
are
fewer
tracks.
That
means
that
every
room
could
be
recorded
and
then
the
only
real
difference
is
seating
arrangement
and
capacity,
and
we
could
pretty
much
shuffle
around
what
programming
people
and
so
so.
C
C
A
I
mean
I,
think
y'all
should
just
go
in
hard
and
just
report
all
sessions,
except
for
own
conference
from
here
on
out,
no
matter
what
so
it
just
is
safer,
and
then
you
won't
like
be
in
a
place.
You
know
where
you
had
to
like
shuffle
something
around
and
oops.
It's
not
reported
or
you
know
whatever.
That's
just
my.
L
A
L
I
just
made
a
note
that
if
we
continued
on
a
separate
content
meetings,
oh
make
a
point
to
attend
them
near
deadlines
like
we
were
talking
about
earlier.
Just
so
that
I
can
understand
the
dependencies
and
that
it
sounds
like
that
was
the
one
that
makes
some
of
those
decisions,
so
I'll
make
sure
to
attend
those
yeah.
A
A
Alright,
let's
see
I
think
we
hit
up
dawn.
We
didn't
hit
your
meet
and
greet
comments
for.
J
Whatever
moved
yeah,
that
was
just
a
side
effect
of
the
meet
and
greet
being
super
successful
and
super
crowded
was
that
we
were
completely
disorganized
about
which
cigs
and
working
groups
are
where,
and
it
was
really
hard
to
find
people.
Once
we
got
everybody
in
the
room,
so
there's
some
stuff.
We
can
improve
around
that.
How
do
you
think
any
any
ideas
right
now
that
come
to
mind,
yeah
yeah
I
think
we
could
offer
but
eyes
them
and
set
up
the
room
ahead
of
time.
J
If
we
could
get
it
out
a
few
minutes
earlier,
we
could
offer
ties
the
cigs
or
group
them
in
some
way,
so
that
you
know
put
all
the
working
groups
together.
Maybe
some
of
the
cigs
together
something
logical
that
was
not
here.
It's
a
random
packet
go
find
a
random
table
and
hope
that
people
can
find
you
later,
which
was
the
approach
that
we
used
for
this
one
which
worked
fine
when
there
were
less
people.
A
Agreed
success
comes
with
challenges.
It
does
all
right,
I'm,
still
listening,
I'm
skipping
the
new
contributor
workshop
right
now
for
just
a
brief
reason
is
I.
Think
a
y'all
should
have
your
own
and
B.
We
have
a
ton
of
other
stuff
to
get
to,
especially
with
dev
on
the
line
and
some
other
and
some
other
folks.
So
we're
gonna
skip
right
down
to
celebration.
What
could
go
better
I've
got
a
burkas
I,
don't
know
someone
said
quiet
space
is
needed.
A
A
L
We
always
knew
the
nicola
was
getting
going
in
that
room,
I'm
starting
when
we
did.
The
walkthrough
I
will
say
that
the
other
coalos
upstairs,
which
I
don't
think
they
affected
us
all,
moved
over
later
on
in
the
process,
since
that,
since
the
venue
we
just
out
through
the
venue,
they
were
not
enough
rooms.
I
know
that
next
year
you
all
requested
to
be
back
in
the
same
venue
as
the
coupon.
Does
this
comment
change
that
current
path,
or
do
you
still
want
to
be
at
the
cute
fun
venue.
A
A
Think
we
should
honestly
I
think
we
should
just
go
forward
with
having
a
separate
venue,
and
then
that
means
we
know
better
Wi-Fi
and
like
it
just
felt
like
I,
went
to
bat
for
a
lot
of
budget
stuff
and
it
none
of
it
really
fell
through,
like
the
Wi-Fi
sucked,
the
reporting's
didn't
really
go
off
like
from
a
major
budgeted
standpoint.
I
feel
like
we
didn't
get
our
money's
worth.
A
L
All
right
I
was
clear
about
that
during
our
walkthrough,
but
I
understand
that
it
may
not
have
gone
as
smoothly
on
site
as
we
adults.
So
I've
made
a
note
that
we
want
to
ensure
the
space
moving
forward,
won't
have
others
coming
into
it.
I
mean
we
can
only
do
so
much,
but
if
we
don't
put
another
Colo
in
that
space,
that
would
help
the
problem
and
we
want
to
have
room
for
our
own
registration
area,
slide,
pickup,
etc.
L
N
C
So
one
of
the
things
I
noticed
was
when
the
sessions
let
out
for
lunch,
people
were
directed
in
the
correct
direction.
However,
they
would
continue
walking
past
the
doors
that
they
needed
to
exit
out
of
to
go
to
lunch
and
it
more
or
less
that
ended
at
the
technical
track
and
then
the
men's
bathroom.
C
So
that's
one
thing:
the
other
thing
about
lunch
is:
it
was
the
only
real
warm
day
in
San
Diego
and
it
was
very
sunny
and
only
half
the
tables
had
umbrellas.
So
you
had
people
that
were
huddling
around
the
tables
that
had
umbrellas
and
blessed
shade,
and
then
you
had
people
that
were
more
or
less
roasting
and
dying
on
some
tables
that
were
uncovered.
So
that
was
just
observations
and
things
that
I
heard
people
look
kind
of
not
not
upset
about,
but
annoyed
about.
C
C
Another
issue
was
that
there
was
a
V
bleed
through
between
main
rooms,
is
still
a
sustainability
room.
So
even
though
so
the
problem
was
the
speakers
for
the
sustainability
room
were
picking
up
on
the
main
rooms,
audio
and
so
the
sustainability
room
just
didn't,
have
audio
at
all,
and
they
were
just
doing
roundtable
with
with
indoor
voices.
O
H
That's
strange
because
we
were
doing
the
walkthrough
on
the
sustainability
room
before
the
event
kicked
off.
We
saw
that
there
were
like
someone.
A
tomboy
Khan
was
coming
through
our
speakers
in
the
sustainability
room,
but
Deb
was
on
top
of
that.
I
bet
like
fixed
within
minutes
and
I.
Didn't
experience
that
during
my
talk
in
the
sustainability.
B
L
We
did
that
was
a
venue
err.
It
was
in
there
beo
dock.
It
took
me
five
phone
calls
and
then
35
minutes
passwords
I'm
going
to
do
it.
I
apologize
I
tried
my
hardest.
It's
then
it
was
actually
in
their
paperwork
a
week
before
it
was
supposed
to
happen
so
I'm,
sorry,
yeah.
O
I,
by
the
way
for
what
it's
worth,
we
had
some
other
sponsored
events
at
Marriott's
around
San,
Diego
yeah,
and
it
seems
like
the
entire
Marriott
organization,
was
under
prepared
for
koukin
at
a
different
event
that
we
sponsored
they
completely
forgot
the
catering
for
the
whole
day.
They
just
didn't,
have
anything
in.
F
J
A
A
A
A
G
Sorry
about
that
on
conference
sign
up
needs
to
move
more,
that's
something
that
I
learned.
For
example,
once
you
got
the
board
and
started
moving
around
the
party,
everybody
started
signing
up
as
opposed
to
it
just
being
sort
of
stationary.
So
that's
that's
something
that
can
be
done
it
for
the
next
event.
G
F
G
You're
good
I
think
that
making
sure
that
we're
advertising
how
the
voting
is
going
to
take
place
can
lessen
a
lot
of
confusion.
And
finally-
and
this
is
probably
the
most
critical
one
in
my
opinion-
is
the
next
unconference:
once
the
sessions
have
been
selected
and
it's
been
updated
in
sched
and
Paris's
slides
are
done,
you
need
to
send
a
calendar,
invite
so
people
know
that
they
actually
signed
up
for
something
and
what
time
they're
supposed
to
do
that
we
ran
into
that
problem.
G
B
A
lot
of
this
is
sort
of
a
specific
to
the
Red
Fort
flow
and
like
the
red
sheet,
so
I'll
skip
over
those
for
now
and
just
reference.
The
notes
for
the
future
main
thing
getting
active
computers
to
sign
up
in
a
timely
manner
is
still
a
big
challenge,
but
I,
don't
really
think
there's
too
much.
We
can
do
about
that.
B
The
other
thing
is
that
we
had
some
issues
with
the
diversity
scholarship
winners,
not
getting
notified
of
sign
up
until
after
we
had
closed,
dredged
and
open
it
up
or
after
we
closed
the
diversity
path,
a
little
bit
open
it
up
to
general
attendees
next
time.
We
just
need
to
you,
maintain
more
communication,
get
that
stuff
out
earlier.
B
There's
a
lot
of
manual
reconciliation
later
between
people
that
signed
up
with
different
addresses
for
you
or
different
email
addresses
for
you,
Kenna
you
pecan
in
the
contributor
summit
and
trying
to
track
down
if
they
needed
badges
or
not.
We
have
some
ideas
for
that,
namely
just
a
little
additional
check
box
to
either
say
like.
Are
you
going
to
keep
on
or
you
know
what
email
are
you
signing
up
with
for
Yukon
itself,
I.
L
C
B
We
did
have
people
that
were
fairly
confused
about
getting
approved
and
alive
without
getting
invite
sched
and
then
I
think
a
few
people
were
actually
man
and
manually
added
by
emailing,
like
Nancy
or
someone
together
and
get
added
beforehand
and
then
reconcile
that
stuff
later.
When
batch,
adding
everyone.
B
B
You
know
thing:
this
is
a
general
issue.
With
going
back
to
just
the
general
you
can
sign
up,
we
no
longer
have
a
good
means
of
tracking
you
know
who
registered
for
the
Sun
who
actually
shows
up,
and
in
Seattle
we
use
the
swag
Seattle
and
Barcelona.
We
use
the
swag
bags
to
sort
of
get
that,
but
it
was
a
huge
problem
here
where
people
were
just
picking
up
the
swipe
bags
and
walking
away,
and
we
know
we
could
not
map
that
back
to
anything
and
that's
life
for
the
future.
B
A
I
can't
even
overemphasize,
though,
how
like
it's
gonna,
create
a
bottleneck
on
Sunday
if
you
try
to
hand
out
shirts
or
or
to
if
you're
next
to
another
Colo
and
you're
trying
to
hand
out
shirts
like
can
you
imagine
if
we
were
there
I'm
like
right
next
to
Envoy
con
by
doing
it
in
like
the
worst
bottleneck
ever
so?
If
you
definitely,
if
you're
going
that
route,
make
damn
sure
that
you
have
a
separate
registration
where
it's
not
gonna
get
bottom,
where
you're
not
gonna,
bottleneck.
C
Yeah
from
like
8:00
to
8:30
in
Seattle
yeah,
we
had
lines
that
were
about
like
four
or
five
people
deep,
and
there
were
three
of
us,
but
that
was
only
for
about
a
half
hour
and
then,
after
that,
it
was
no
more
than
like
two
people
in
line
per
person
and
it
tapered
off
real,
fast
and
I
feel
like
that
added
burden
of
a
half
hour
of
people
coming
to
one
place
and
then
kind
of
bottle.
Necking
also
lets
us
point
them
in
the
right
direction.
A
A
This
is
the
hardest
part,
there's
a
lot
of
context
and
history
behind
this.
So
if
you
feel
like,
why
is
this
so
hard
ping,
Bob
or
one
or
one
of
us
and
I'll,
tell
you
why
this
is
so
hard?
A
A
C
So
I
wasn't
sure
whether
I
was
gonna
start
Amsterdam
meetings
next
week
or
not
I
see
some
value
and
holding
off
one
more
week,
because
this
week,
I'm
just
now
like
seeing
who
all
is
signed
up
and
trying
to
figure
out
who
the
team
is
so
I
would
suggest
one
more
day
of
retro
on
Monday
and
then
like
I'll,
also
try
and
get
at
least
the
team
finalized.
The
leads
finalized
that
Monday
so
that
we
can
roll
into
the
following
Monday
for
Amsterdam
talks
on
that
I'd.
