A
A
B
Welcome
deck
and
know
before
you
go
links
are
on
the
agenda.
We're
gonna
work
from
those
heavy
today
after
we
go
through
stand
up,
but
today
some
other
things
that
we
need
to
discuss
is
Bradley
child's
passing
and
potential
memorial
at
the
contributor
summit.
I
have
a
meeting
in
right,
Black,
Sea
and
it
I
was
going
to
say
in
an
hour,
but
right
after
this
with
the
steering
committee
to
discuss
other
arrangements
that
are
being
made
so
I'm
gonna
try
to
glue
everything
together
with
the
summit
as
well
as
other
things
with
that
topic.
B
I'm
still
a
little
upset
about
it.
I
won't
lie
so
I'm
gonna
try
to
continue
to
not
here,
but
so
Brad
was
a
great
sink
chair
for
those
who
who
do
not
know
Bradley
child's
Bradley
was
a
co-chair
for
sig
storage.
The
other
chairs,
oddly
and
the
community
is
definitely
really
shocked
about
this
right
now,
and
this
is
I
think
our
first.
B
So
this
is
sort
of
a
foundational
learning
deal
for
us,
I
think
as
a
community
right
now
to
talk
about
how
we're
going
to
celebrate
our
contributors,
who
pass
and
how
to
pay
respects.
To
them,
so
that
is
currently
going
on
behind
the
scenes
and
I'm
going
to
like
I
said,
do
my
best
to
bridge
that
gap
and
I
would
love
to
also
hear
folks,
suggestions
and
comments
about
that.
B
C
So
fair
warning,
I,
don't
really
have
anything
formal,
I'm,
literally
gonna
be
going
over
the
things
that
I
copied
and
pasted
to
Paris
NPM.
When
she
asked
me
about
this,
so
here
we
go.
I
looked
at
both
Barcelona
and
Seattle's
retros,
four
things
that
we
should
address,
because
I
didn't
really
look
at
things
that
we
did
well.
I
wanted
to
focus
on
things
that
we
want
to
make
sure
that
we
try
and
improve
on
for
this
contributor
summit.
Then
we
can
celebrate
her.
C
You
know
our
wins
later,
so
the
big
things
that
I
saw
were
kind
of
across
the
to
contributor
summits
and
things
that
I
want
to
make
sure
we
tackle
this
time.
Attendees
who
did
not
look
into
that,
did
not
know
about
sched
for
the
summit
and
it
wasn't
obvious
how
to
pull
it
up
once
you
were
there,
the
schedule
'ti
to
online
links
and
messaging,
so
I
think
that
just
means,
if
we
don't
have
it
on
our
signs
already.
We
need
to
have
a
way
to
pull
up
sched
or
just
evangelize.
C
C
Personally,
don't
think
we
can
do
that
much
better
than
tweet
level
language
and
if
they
can't
handle
anything
shorter
than
that
I
I,
don't
know,
I,
don't
know
how
we
could
do
better
with
that
food
ingredients
need
to
be
available
for
those
with
allergies,
I
don't
think
either
Seattle
or
Barcelona
had
that,
if
it's
possible
for
us
to
try
and
get
that
for
San
Diego.
That
would
be
great,
I
kind
of
think.
That's
a
need
instruct
speakers
how
to
speak
into
a
mic.
This
is
every
events.
C
C
If,
if
anyone
needs
to
know
how
to
speak
properly
into
a
mic,
talk
to
Bob
myself,
I
I
know
that
he
and
I
both
know
exactly
how
to
talk
into
mics
and
we
can
instruct
others
and
teach
the
teachers.
But
it
is
very
simple:
it's
you
don't
hold
it
here.
You
hold
it
here.
You
were
literally
talking
into
the
top
of
the
microphone.
C
One
of
the
complaints
from
Barcelona
was
there
was
no
welcome
committee
and
we
want
to
make
sure
that
people
feel
welcome.
I,
remember
in
Seattle,
Bob
and
I
were
running
reg
and
we
literally
sat
there
almost
the
entire
time
and
said
hi
to
everybody,
and
apparently
that
was
really
nice
and
in
Barcelona
we
didn't
have
that
so
I
don't
know
if
we
just
want
to
have
a
couple
people
that
are
near
the
swag
pickup
welcoming
everybody,
because
that
is
usually
a
focal
point
where
everyone
has
to
go.
We
can
talk
about
that
later.
C
Link
to
these
sig
intros
during
the
conference,
because
we
have
all
these
intro
and
advanced
sig
sessions
during
the
actual
cube
con.
It
would
be
nice
to
reconcile
it
be
like
ensure
that
people
who
are
there
for
sig
specific
events
during
the
contributor
summit
know:
hey,
there's
also
going
to
be
an
intro
and
an
advance
session
at
cube
con
and
here's
where
it
is
and
here's
you
know
just
close
that
loop
and
the
last
thing
that
everyone
always
knows
and
harps
on
us
for
is
signage.
We
need
more
signage.
Everyone
needs
signage
in
their
faces.
C
B
I
think
we
all
hit
some
of
those
and
some
other
folks
stand
ups.
So
that's
cool
and
then
I
think
the
only
thing
I
wanted.
Yeah,
no
I,
don't
want
to
call
out
anything
because
I
think
everybody's
stand
up.
It's
gonna
hit
it
so
nothing
to
call
out
necessarily
alright,
so
the
rest
of
today
we
need
to
talk
about
the
walk
through
a
Monday.
We
did
the
walkthrough
on
Sunday
last
week.
We're
also
going
to
talk
about
data
staffing
day
of
ops,
Noah's
team.
B
Both
Noah's
will
go
after
reg
for
Bob
and
then
we're
also
gonna
prep.
All
the
new
before
you
go
information
that
includes
attendees
speakers
and
staff,
and
then
also
this
is
just
an
FYI.
The
dinner
dinner
reservation
for
staff
on
Monday
night
is
in
progress.
I'm
looking
for
a
place,
that's
gonna
hold
20
people
that
has
me
and
options,
there's
five
possibilities
that
I
have
right
now
and
I'm
hoping
to
close
them
in
the
next
24
hours.
So
that's
for
dinner.
B
So
if
anybody
on
the
line
right
now
has
no
idea
what
I'm
talking
about
and
did
not
know
about
dinner
on
Monday
night
we're
having
a
staff
dinner
Monday
night
and
reach
out
to
me
offline,
we
don't
need
to
talk
about
it
right
now,
but
that's
all
I
have
right
now
we're
gonna
go
through
a
lot
at
both
at
stand
up
and
Torian
open
discussion
at
the
end.
So
let's
get
started
Deb.
D
Hello,
happy
Monday,
I've
got
a
few
things
to
note,
and
I
can
follow
up
on
a
few
things
that
were
pointed
out
in
the
retro
I'll
start
with
the
retro
items
since
they're
at
the
top
sketch,
we
will
have
it
on
the
digital
signs.
We'll
also
have
it
on
like
little
tabletop
things
through
the
high
voice
for
the
values
we'll
make
sure
that
is
included.
The
other
one
that
wasn't
on
me
was
food
ingredients.
D
Yes,
all
the
food
will
be
labeled
with
allergens,
so
everyone
can
see
what
they
can
and
cannot
eat
with
no
issues,
I
think
and
then
signage.
We
have
all
the
signage,
so
people
shouldn't
have
a
problem
getting
around.
We
have
signage
outside
the
rooms.
We
have
digital
signage,
which
is
scheduled.
We
have
signage
directing
people
to
and
from
this
space
around
the
space
wherever
they
would
like
to
go.
D
Wasn't
sure
which
ones
they
were
doing
for
combined
and
which
ones
they
were
separating
for
Sophie
of
that
well
you're,
looking
I'll
move
on
and
then
just
let
me
know
when
you
have
it:
I
recommend
moving
the
meet
and
greet
room
to
the
new
contributor
rooms.
We
can
open
the
air
wall
again
during
your
closing
session
so
that
it's
open
the
room
will
be
set
in
brown.
G
D
See
that
now
thank
you
awesome
for
food
and
beverage.
We
currently
are
providing
food
and
beverage
that
is
all-day
beverages,
continental
breakfast
a.m.
break
lunch
and
PM
break.
We
do
not
have
the
budget
for
the
meet-and-greet
reception,
so
we
won't
be
able
to
provide
that
I
see
Paris.
You
asked
if
you
can
see
the
full
menu.
Yes,
we're
just
waiting
for
the
final
dock,
back
from
the
vet
from
the
Marriott.
D
So
as
soon
as
I
have
that
final
thing
from
them,
I
can
share
it,
so
you
can
see
it
and
then
I'll
sit
down
and
and
come
back
so
I
won.
I
know
before
you
go
even
know
before
you
go
Jack.
There's
a
note
saying
that
we
need
safe
pins
at
the
reception.
I
was
trying
to
understand
it.
This
is
instead
of
the
meet-and-greet
or,
in
addition
to
the
meeting,
greet
my
concern
with
having
them
there
prior
to
the
meet-and-greet.
D
B
D
H
I
think
I
think
that's
like
a
whole
thing.
If
the
bingo
card
is
just
to
get
people
to
ask
questions
and
then
questions
lead
into
conversations
having
it
like
quite
bare
out
in
the
open,
just
kind
of
like
oh
I,
see
remember
if
this
ik
can't
can
you
sign
this,
so
I
can
like
good.
Next
click
like
yeah
all
right.
B
F
F
So,
on
the
other
hand,
giving
people
buttons
would
give
the
people
doing
the
bingo
kind
of
an
easy
one
to
get
started
with
just
a
thought?
I
mean
the
trade
off
and
doing
buttons.
Is
it
give
us
one
more
chance
to
do
buttons?
On
the
other
hand,
it
gives
plenty
people
a
chance
to
pick
up
a
button
and
then
leave
it
in
their
hotel
room
and
want
another
button
them
Monday
morning.
B
I'm
fine
with
that
I
just
wanted
to
make
sure
that
this
wasn't
crucial
for
someone's
activation
on
Sunday.
So
that's
my
take.
My
take
is
I'm
fine,
due
Monday,
but
again
I
just
want
to
make
sure
that
everybody
on
this
line
assert
that's
not
needed
for
your
Sunday
night
activation;
okay,
let's
roll
with
it
for
Monday
them
great.
D
Thank
you
and
then
on
the
bingo
prizes,
I'm
working
with
you
on
those,
so
those
will
be
finalized
soon
and
then
the
only
other
thing
I
had
which
it
looks
like
it's
noted
in
here
but
I
wondered
who
and
when
the
EU
event
was
going
to
be
building
up
because
I'd
like
to
be
involved
in
building
it
so
that
we
can
ensure
that
tasks,
deadlines
and
links
are
included
in
the
original
task.
Jeff
I,
see
that
hand
raised,
sounds
good.
D
D
F
E
We
went
through
and
sort
of
reconciled
everything
with
with
reg
things
should
be
fully
synced
with
Cvent
and
the
sheet
and
all
that
by
tomorrow
morning
and
after
that,
I
will
be
sending
out
the
scheduled
invites
on
all
of
me.
Let
me
pull
the
stats
quick.
E
I
E
B
E
E
B
E
Comes
right
from
sched
and
they
are
added
as
an
attendee
in
the
system.
Essentially,
they
follow
the
link
and
if
they,
if
they
have
a
sketch
to
count
already,
you
know
it'll
dump
their
profile
in
and
everything
like
that.
If
they
don't
they'll
be
asked
to
create
an
account,
they
follow
the
link
and.
B
E
B
B
D
E
B
J
Team
no
I'll
go
so
we
got
a
spreadsheet
up,
so
people
can
start
taking
slots
for
where
folks
can
be
stationed.
Throughout
the
day,
we're
gonna
have
approximately
eight
tracks.
I
think
we
should
just
move
the
docs
sprint
into
the
the
homeowner
for
the
doc
spring
and
put
them
together,
because
all
the
doctrine
that
we
need
to
somebody
to
pop
in
and
say
five
minutes
to
lunch
as
far
as
I
can
tell
unless
they
really
need
something.
You
know
somebody
has
scored
it
out,
but
we've
got
one
for
each
of
the
other
major
rooms.
J
The
task
list
is
still
coming
together.
I
still
got
to
do
that,
probably
by
the
end
of
the
day,
and
then
everybody
that's
running
a
particular
session.
I'm
gonna
send
this
back
out
to
the
list.
So
anybody
that's
running
a
particular
session.
Can
look
at
that
and
say:
is
there
any
additional
information
that
or
additional
tasks
that
I
want
the
people
monitoring
or
managing
this
room
to
be
able
to
do
during
a
day?
B
E
F
B
J
These
are
slots
for
room
proctoring.
Yes,
basically
I
tried
to
block
it
out
so
that
it
would
match
up
with
individual
sections,
even
though
not
all
the
sessions
line
up
with
all
the
other
sessions
so
like
over
in
the
cartridge
repeater
workshop,
where
things
are
going
in
80
minute
blocks
or
that's
gonna,
be
tough.
E
E
B
B
F
F
B
Yep
and
that's
the
exact
reason
why
we
we
needed
that
from
Linc,
Seattle
and
stuff,
what
we
needed,
someone
on
site
all
right
and
then
I
think
one
more
thing
for
NOAA
team.
What
was
the
one
more
thing
I
had
dang
it.
B
J
Should
have
all
the
tasks
done
by
I
want
to
have
them
done
tonight,
but
realistically,
we'll
say:
I'll
have
them
done
by
the
end
of
tomorrow.
We'll
have
everybody
on
this
call
fill
in
by
the
end
of
the
week
and
if
we
don't
have
any
slots
any
slots
that
aren't
filled
in
by
people
on
this
call
by
the
end
of
the
week,
we'll
start
looking
for
the
folks
is.
B
That's
yeah
exactly
like
what
you
were
saying
before.
If
you
know
your
already
gonna
be
in
a
room
or
something
like
that,
just
pop
yourself
on
there
and
help
us
out
with
making
sure
that
rooms
gonna
go
smooth
and
each
room
is
different.
So
we
do
have
some
a
NOAA
team.
Did
some
like
roll
book,
slash
responsibilities,
stuff
her
room
too.
So
we
can.
We
can
make
sure
that
we're
clean
there.
B
Jonas
said
working
on
getting
the
comms
for
the
two
week
before
you
go
update
complete
today,
so
we
can
set
it
out
tomorrow.
If
someone
can
review
this
afternoon,
that
would
be
amazing.
Please
thingy
and
I'll
send
it
over
other
comms
for
next
week
and
the
Sunday
slideshows
this
worked
on
later
this
week.
Does
anybody
have
any
questions
or
comments
for
Jonas.
F
Okay,
well,
you
know
most
of
content,
that's
scheduled
booked.
The
main
thing
to
work
on
here
is
a
speaker
know
before
you
go.
We've
got
one
drafted
by
yang
li.
We're
currently
marking
up
and
modifying
there's
a
couple.
Every
things
I
want
to
address.
That
one
is:
are
we
just
sending
this
out
as
a
plain
text?
Email.
F
B
But
the
the
problem
is,
the
codes
are
directly
for
items.
So
there's
not.
We
don't
have
codes
that
will
give
them
like
check
a
dollar
amount.
So
to
speak.
So
that's
why
we
have
to
know
what
item
they
want.
I
mean
we
can
give
them
cards
on
site
like
I
could
print
when
you
print
off
the
cards,
but
we
just
need
to
know
what
they
want,
but
then
we
were
also
like
if
we
order
it
for
them,
then
we're
gonna
need
to
know
their
address
right.
B
Right,
oh
yeah.
Well,
then,
that's
fine
and
we
can
tell
drew
that
up
front
I.
Just
we
just
need
to
knit
that
means.
They're
gonna
have
to
tell
us
like,
what's
in
the
next
two
days,
what
they
want.
Okay,.
F
B
F
Okay,
well,
I
will
follow
up
and
see
if
there
is
a
lower
human
effort
way
to
handle
this,
and
if
not,
we
will
do
it
this
way
and
I
guess.
We
need
to
know
that
next
24
hours,
because
it
needs
to
go
into
the
know
before
you
go
so
okay
and
then
the
rest
of
that
is
there.
Everything
else
is
just
sort
of
general
comments.
One
other
thing
we
put
in
the
the
noble
Rigo
is,
you
know,
is
we
we've
got?
Will
we
see
you
Sunday
night?
F
F
K
Hi
we
have
been
working
really
busy
cleaning
up
the
slides
and
assigning
individuals
to
give
specific
segments
with
the
new
contributor
workshop
team.
I
just
talked
to
Bobby
about
the
divider
and
we
are
moving
the
divider
timeline
up
to
11:15,
because
the
code
base
box
here
does
take
an
hour.
So
we're
just
going
to
steal
a
little
bit
of
time
in
the
beginning.
K
B
Yep
Jonas
and
I
will
be
talking
about
that
this
week
and
check
in
slack
and
you'll,
see
links
to
dress
and
things
like
that.
So
yeah,
all
yeah
all
know
before
you
go.
Information
should
be
reviewed
by
everybody
on
this
call
for
the
most
part,
because
there's
gonna
be
a
lot
of
details
and
these
emails
and
stuff.
So
let's
make
sure
that
we
all
the.
E
F
And
Tim
pepper
has
something
about
the
awards
later
on,
so
I
will
wait
until
that
the
one
other
thing
I
want
to
say
for
the
content.
Stuff
is
I'm.
Gonna
put
one
more
content
meeting
on
the
schedule
next
week
to
just
have
a
last
quick
check-in
before
the
actual
contributor
summit.
So
look
for
that
on
your
calendar
next
week,
if
you're,
if
you
are
one
of
the
content,
meda
team.
F
G
Jason,
yes,
all
right
so
for
the
cig,
meet-and-greet
I
haven't
heard
any
additional
cancellations
for
our
sig
facilitators.
So
as
of
right
now,
we
are
still
good
to
go
on
registrations
and
confirmations
from
all
of
the
SIG's
and
working
groups.
Additionally,
I
did
send
out
the
calendar,
invite
and
haven't
seen
any
declamations
yet
so
that's
another
good
sign,
so
we're
trending
I'll
go
right
now
for
the
cig
meeting
great,
we
do
have
the
room
change
as
you
added
in
the
agenda,
but
other
than
that,
most
of
its
going
to
be
day
of.
D
One
I
already
made
the
change
in
so
it's
reflected
there
now,
but
when
we
were
in
Barcelona
we
use
the
new
contributor
room
and
there
was
no
time
between
meet
and
greet
and
when
the
new
and
then
the
new
contributors,
so
folks
picked
up
their
buttons
and
they're
like
tabletop
signage
as
they
walked
in.
Since
we
have
that,
like
panel
discussion
break
that
will
take
everyone
out
of
the
room
and
then
bring
them
back.
G
G
We
know
certain
SIG's
are
relatively
large
and
we'll
have
it,
but
for
some
of
the
other
sakes
and
maybe
more
of
a
hit
and
miss
so
I,
think
if
we
have
those
available
near
the
entrance,
that
would
probably
be
the
best
thing
so
that
they
can
set
up
where
they
need,
knowing
approximately
how
much
space
they
need,
rather
than
trying
to
figure
that
all
out
in
advance.
Okay,.
B
L
L
Diego,
Clara
and
I
have
a
little
bit
of
a
slide
show
to
do
while
we're
doing
the
awards
just
to
make
sure
we
keep
things
running
and
concise
and
crisp
since
there's
a
fair
amount
to
move
through
and
a
short
amount
of
time,
but
other
than
that
I
think
we're
more
or
less
ready.
The
one
question
was
around
memorial.
A
few
things
have
been
discussed
in
the
last
week
and
I.
Think
I
can
defer
back
to
you
on
Paris.
For
that.
L
B
B
Who
should
be
the
first
one
to
go
like?
Should
it
be
insertion?
Where
should
we
do
steering
I
was
not
realizing.
L
That
that's
what
the
schedule
was
saying
until
you
said
that
just
now,
I
pulled
it
up
and
read.
Rereading
it.
I'm
like
oh
yeah,
so
I
would
prefer
the
steering
to
go
first
and
what
we
were
gonna
do
was
give
them
their
portion
of
award
at
the
start
as
well,
because
we
wanted
them
to
be
present
and
sort
of,
like
maybe
shaking
hands,
say.
Thank
you
to
the
people
who
are
getting
the
other
awards
as
well.
Okay,.
B
Let's
start
our
last
session
or
our
few
last
session,
blah
blah
blah.
The
next
up
is
a
15
minute
AMA
with
the
steering
committee
and
then
we'll
roll
through
the
AMA
and
then
you'll
come
up
Tim
and
Claire.
And
while
the
steering
committee
is
already
there
and
then
announced
the
awards
and
everybody
comes
up,
shakes
shakes,
hands,
kisses
babies
and
takes
Vicks.
B
That's
not
about
right.
Yep
done
I'm
glad
we're
recording
this,
because
I
did
not
write
that
down
all
right.
Does
anybody
have
any
I,
don't
I
think
I
see
like
a
half
hand
from
Gwen
or
I'm,
not
sure
if
that
was
raising
the
roof
just.
M
B
B
Do
a
memorial
first
and
then
do
a
very
brief
AMA
like
pretty
much
cutting
into
our
AMA
and
then
still
trying
to
remain
on
schedule
on
target
for
awards
so
I.
Ideally,
we
would
be
looking
at
4:30
come
in
someone
from
steering
or
an
insert
placeholder
person
here
says
thanks
for
coming
back
now
we
want
to
recognize
Bradley
child's
sod
will
come
up.
B
He
wants
to
say
one
minute,
just
a
very
brief
one
minute
to
minute
thing
about
some
of
Brad's
accomplishments
as
a
contributor
and
a
human
and
and
then
possibly
someone
else,
and
this
is
all
again.
This
is
all
like
very
a
TBD
right
now
until
I
talk
to
steering
and
also
Steve
watt
and
sod
to
clear
things
up,
but
essentially
we're
talking
about
10
minutes,
probably
so
I
would
say
AMA
and
things
like
that.
B
B
Someone
is
on
going
to
be
on
stage
welcoming
everybody
to
the
event.
We
have
to
say
something
about
Brad
at
that
point.
We
cannot
let
it
go,
but
we
also
don't
necessarily
want
to
have
the
memorial
on
Sunday
night
at
the
restaurant
well
at
courtyard.
So
we
want
to
push
people
to
participate
in
the
memorial
with
us
after
Monday
and
then
also
bring
it
up
in
the
welcome
message
but
push
people
to
later
on
in
the
afternoon
for
the
actual,
like
moment
of
silence
and
memorial
piece.
B
B
B
Know
that
there's
also
just
gotten
again,
this
is
also
very
loose
fairy.
I
did
still
an
ideation
is
possibly
some
type
of
recording
for
Brad's
family.
As
far
as
like,
if
you
work
directly
with
Brad,
you
know
whether
it's
a
red
hat
or
as
a
contributor
to
kubernetes.
You
know
either
saying
something
in
a
video
or
documenting
something
in
some
way
to
send
you
his
family,
but
again
TVD
idea,
Asian
stuff,
like
that,
is
going
on.
B
B
K
B
Make
sure
you
walk
through
your
own
functions
within
the
next
week,
meaning
what
are
you
going
to
do
that
day?
What
is
your
function
doing
that
day?
Do
pretend
walkthroughs?
If
you
have
to
do
some
kinds
of
situational
stuff
as
well
like
if
X
happens,
you
know
what
do
you
do
stuff
like
that?
Remember.
I
B
L
H
E
Two
weeks
today
is
the
egg-like
main
event,
meaning.
