A
A
A
My
update
to
the
last,
because
I
did
want
to
talk
about
some
venue.
Stuff
I
went
through
I,
went
to
San
Diego
last
week
and
did
a
venue
walkthrough
with
Deb
and
also
marquee,
but
I'm
gonna
punt,
that
stuff
to
the
very
end
I'm.
Just
because
I'm
still
uploading
photos
and
stuff
like
that.
But
we
did
see
the
space
and
definitely
have
some
comments
and
and
want
y'all's
feedback
on
some
things.
So
first
things.
First
Bob:
let's
do
some
stand-ups
howdy
yo.
B
Okay,
the
forms
are
not
ready
up
up.
We
ready
this
afternoon
once
those
are
available.
I
will
dump
the
links
into
this
doc
and
as
well
as
paste
them
in
summoned
staff,
but
if
we
could
get
people
to
sort
of
go
through
both
the
new
contributor
or
workshop
registration
form
as
well
and
the
curvature
one
that
would
be
awesome
and
then
you
know
toss
me
notes
feedback,
so
we
can
work
out
any
sort
of
problems
or
revisions
in
there.
B
The
the
big
sort
of
item
that
we
want
to
sort
of
sort
out
is
the
registration
dates.
I
think
these
are
pretty
good.
If
anyone
had
any
opinions
on
them,
that'd
be
great
right
now
we
are
looking
at
an
August
of
soft
launch
date
for
our
leads
and
chairs
September
2nd
for
our
new
contributor
workshop
people
and
the
current
contributors.
This
Members,
Only
and
October
28th
will
be
to
all
non
org
members.
If
there
are
any
seats
available,
does
anyone
have
any
opinions,
questions
or
comments
on
those
dates.
A
Jeremy
Parris
yep
just
realize
that
sorry,
thank
you.
I
think
we
have
a
holiday
that
we
should
be
wary
of
in
September,
just
as
it
relates
to
emails
and
communications
and
stuff
like
that
hold
on
one.
Second,
let
me
look
on
the
calendar.
That
would
be
just
what
is
that
September
yeah
September,
2nd
at
Labor,
Day
I,
would
say
week
when
we
just
do
the
big
announcement
big
open
on
the
3rd,
which
is
that
Tuesday?
Ok?
C
D
B
Nothing
really
comes
up
in
the
to
like
yeah
we're
right
across
from
each
other,
so
I
was
looking
up
with
a
look
at
him,
assuming
the
everything
looks
good
with
the
forms.
I
think
it's
feasible.
If
there
is
a
lot
of
back-and-forth
and
might
punt
it
a
little
bit
but
realistically
I
think
it's
a
pretty
reasonable
date
and.
A
The
soft
launch
is
just
soft,
so
I
mean
if
we
bump
it
to
like
the
15th.
That's
fine
I
think
we
had
made
to
late
August
in
the
in
the
target
anyway,.
A
All
right,
Bob,
so
when's
when's
our
stuff.
Due
again,
you
said
to
by
today
yep.
B
B
A
Okay
for
marketing
I
do
know
the
following
things
are
coming
up:
one
is
the
blog,
so
we're
gonna
need
certain
things
for
that,
specifically
pretty
much
everything
that
we
are
going
live
with
on
the
website.
That
will
be
most
likely
that,
like
September
4th
state
that
we
talked
about,
but
then
another
thing
that
I
want
to
do
is
send
out
a
note.
A
Take
a
dev
this
week
at
some
point,
rmally
typing
and
talking
I,
send
out
a
note
to
ke
dev
and
include
that
those
dates
that
that
Bob
just
mentioned
I
think
it's
super
important
that
we're
clear
and
communicate
out
the
dates
of
registration,
so
people
can
at
least
follow
along
so
I'll
draft.
Something
like
that
this
week,
all
right
and
then
Deb
I,
don't
believe
is
here
either,
but
she
did
include
her
notes.
A
First
and
up
it
looks
like
somebody
from
the
press
wants
to
attend,
and
then
a
reg
and
she'll
have
the
registration
form
shortly
for
for
testing
what,
following
up
with
what
bob
was
saying
and
that
she's
on
pto
until
August
31st
expect
Ali
is
in
a
response,
but
she's
always
responsive,
so
no
worries
there.
I
to
the
press,
I
have
a
strong
feeling,
this
my
feel
is
know.
Does
anybody
else
have
a
strong
feel
for
yes,
I.
A
C
A
So
yeah
I
mean
I'll
I'll,
put
a
note
for
Deb,
but
if
like,
if
we
could
build
it
out
and
have
no
doubt
rooms
and
stuff
like
that,
then
I
would
be
ok
with
it.
But
it's
a
hard
no
for
most
tracks.
For
me,
outside
of
the
art,
kick
off
and
stuff
like
that,
alright
good
discussion
and
then
Gwyn
also
said
no
update
from
her
today.
A
Couldn't
make
it
to
any
folks
from
new
contributor
workshop
team
want
to
you
have
any
kind
of
update
or
talk
about
any
blockers
that
you're
having
or
just
want
to
generally
ask
questions
about
how
the
heck
this
this
cake
is
made
here.
We're
here
for
you,
I
know,
I
saw
real
anybody
else
know
and
that's
cool
too.
G
H
Updates
updates
on
that
I
need
to
make
some
more
progress.
I
would
actually
I'm
going
to
add
a
comment
on
that
issue,
and
it's
gonna
be.
Please
suggest
questions
I
should
put
on
there.
Cuz
I
got
a
couple,
my
head,
that
I
actually
need
to
add
on
to
that
issue
which
I
like
do
you
have
a
kit,
or
you
know,
or
it's
kind
of
I
want
to
find
a
way
for
people
to
say
you
know
find
three
different
people
from
three
different
SIG's.
H
H
A
A
And
then
thank
you,
team
y'all
are
doing
so
awesome
by
the
way
I
just
want
to
give
you
a
quick
shout
out
to
you're.
Really
you've
really
come
in
and
found
areas
to
help
us
grow
and
I
really
appreciate
that
so
alright
and
I
think
josh
is
adding
live
comments
right
now
and
then
I'm
just
looking
at
our
list
to
see
who
else
is
on
the
call
Dolan's
not
on
and
then
I
know,
Tasha's
on
alright
Josh
you're
up
content.
C
C
So
things
like,
for
example,
if
we
wanted
something
to
do
hands-on,
API,
review
sort
of
thing
and
that's
gonna
require
soliciting
people
to
do
it,
rather
than
just
putting
a
form
out
there
and
hoping
somebody
submits
one
so
and
I
actually
got
a
lot
of
volunteers
to
help
run
that
and
so
Parris
and
I
are
gonna,
be
talking
later
today
and
trying
to
pick
out
the
people
to
run
those
two
components.
The
and
then
I'd
like
to
send
out
the
I
session
proposal
form
for
the
current
contributor
track.
C
Ideally
tomorrow,
although
we
might
wait
for
whoever
we
pick
as
a
new
workshops
week
to
take
one
look
at
it
before
we
actually
send
it
out.
But
in
the
meantime,
they're
in
the
notes
is
a
link
to
a
list
of
questions
for
that
forum.
So
please,
and
also
post
that
in
the
chat
here.
Please
do
review
that
and
see
if
you
have
suggestions
problems,
alterations
that
that
you
think
we
should
make
in
terms
of
putting
out
that
solicitation.
A
C
A
A
A
A
So
I
guess,
let's
prepare
for
you,
like
any
initial
copy
that
you
want
to
send
out
and
make
sure
that
we
have
the
descriptions
ready
to
go
for
the
new
contributor
workshop
that
are
tight.
So
that
means
new
contributor
workshop
folks.
We
need
a
deliverable
from
you
no
later
than
like
I'd
say
like
August
10th,
for
your
track
descriptions.
A
Touch
when
we
were
just
gonna
give
you
a
code
and
then,
when
it
ran
out,
I
mean
an
unlimited
code
and
then,
when
it
ran
out,
then
it
was
sold
out
so
okay
or
unless
you
want
do
you
want.
We
can
like
actually
finite
that
and
do
codes
per
group.
If
you
want
to
track
to
see
stuff
like
that,
I
mean
we
might
want
to
I
was.
F
Wondering
if
we
might
want
to
have
people
fill
out
a
form
just
in
case
someone
gets
like
we're
trying
to
like
very
like
purposely
target
people
who
are
underrepresented
in
tech,
and
so
we
might
just
want
to
have
a
little
form
that
they
can
fill
out
as
like
to
make
sure
that
we're
getting
the
people
that
we're
targeting
as
an
idea,
but
also
that
can
turn
into
gatekeeping.
And
you
know,
sometimes
people
just
don't
fill
out
the
form.
F
A
Because
I
mean
we
could
create
codes
and
then
that
would
you
would
be
able
to
track
like
how
they
got
there
that
way.
Okay
and
then
like
what
groups
like
what
groups
they
were
from
and
then
we
could
also
include.
How
did
you
hear
about
this
on
the
registration?
It
sounds
good.
It's
not
something
that
we
already
have.
I
can't
remember
on
the
new
contributor
workshop,
one
I
think
we
do
I.
A
A
A
To
as
I
mentioned
earlier,
when
we
weren't
recording
go
for
con
was
there
in
pretty
much
the
same
space
I
mean
they
used
much
more
space
than
what
we
have,
but
the
main
like
their
main
launch
and
expo
hall,
and
a
few
of
their
tracks
were
actually
in
the
same
in
the
same
space
that
we
have.
So
if
you
have
friends
or
coworkers
or
whatever
that,
when
take
over
con,
tell
them
that
we're
looking
at
the
Marriott
Marquis
first
floor
and
we
do
have
some
photos
so
I'm
gonna
I'll
pass
those
out
Murphy.
A
Cool,
so
let's
just
let's
talk,
let's
talk
about
unconference
next,
then
so.
Excuse
me
so
venue
stuff,
though
we'll
have
multiple
entrances
which
will
be
nice.
That's
also
comes
with
a
caveat
of.
We
have
to
make
sure
that
we
get
the
the
registration
and
how
to
get
there
right
copy,
since
there
is
multiple
ways
to
get
in,
but
the
venue
space
look
Airy.
It
looked
like
it's
kind
of
in
a
in
a
little
like
milk
area.
I
think
you
all
will,
like
it.
I
really
really
like
the
Sunday
venue.
I
A
It
was
a
little
block
of
containers
and
it's
kind
of
like
this
outside
space
and
then
here
they
actually
have
tables
and
stuff
like
this.
So
in
this
event
this
event
example
they're,
just
all
like
hanging
out
here
or
whatever,
and
and
then
the
other
thing
is
they
have
this
amazing
area
where
we
could
have
like
a
band,
a
deejay
or
whatever
we
wanted,
since
we
didn't
necessarily
budget
for
that.
Deb
and
I
were
thinking
that,
like
it
would
be
cool
if
we
could
do
like
a
talent
show
or
something
like
that.
A
So
I
thought
that
would
be
super
hilarious
because
I
know
we
have
many
musicians
in
our
group
and
we
also
have
they
even
have
like
a
place
where
you
can
do
live
art.
They
have
a
selfie
station,
it's
really
cool.
So
here
here's
the
space
with
with
like
tables
set
up
and
everything
like
that,
but
there's
a
super
large
area
and
and
marquee
I'll
get
to
some
of
the
better
photos
in
a
second
that
we
took
while
we
were
there,
so
that
was
one
space
and
then
another
space
is.
A
Multiple
social,
if
you
went
to
özkan
özkan,
just
had
their
one
second
resume,
as
con
just
had
their
thing
there.
It's
kind
of
like
garage
from
Seattle.
If
you
were
at
the
Seattle
contributor
summit,
where
they
have
bowling
alley
and
ping-pong
tables
and
arcades
and
all
kinds
of
fun
stuff.
It's
a
very,
very
large
venue,
Deb
and
I,
were
concerned
that
it
was
so
large
that
the
amount
of
folks
that
we
would
have
would
sort
of
drowned
out
and
that's
kind
of
what
happened
in
garage
as
well.
Where
we
had
a
lot
of
folks.
H
A
A
Was
yeah
it's
like
a
mini
stage,
but
then
they
have
this
like
gigantic
canopy
thing
over
it
or
whatever,
but
they
also
have
slot
love.
They
also
said
that
we
could
plug
up
our
computers
and
have
slides
and
things
like
that.
So
the
idea
about
having
Monday
information
is
plausible
at
courtyard
and
I
think
that
it
would
be
just
a
really
nice
space
so
murky.
Why
don't
you
take
it
away,
share
your
screen
and
it
show
us
the
goods.
A
E
E
E
B
A
E
E
A
G
A
E
The
Sandburg
showed
you:
this
is
the
escalator
that
comes
down
from
the
main
lobby
entrance
into
the
conference
floor.
This
is
the
container
park,
so
this
is
what
it
looks
like
posit
see.
If
I
can
take
this
back
just
a
little
here,
you
can
see
the
stage
area
it
has
a
covering,
what's
hidden
behind
this
umbrella,
there's
actually
an
audio
audio
and
visual
hooked
up.
So
it's
just
an
HDMI
hookup.
This
goes
to
a
big
screen
projector,
which
is
back
here.
E
E
E
E
E
And
it
was
super
large,
like
we
didn't
even
see
but
like
I,
think
three
boys
of
it,
because
it
was
so
large
and
then
you
can
see
some
of
the
activities
again,
the
four
clan
that
is
it
for
that
was
there
anything
else.
Parris.
A
No
there's
also
like
some
little
trivial
ones
that
I
have
in
mind
and
that
I'll
include
and
will
include
in,
like
a
google
photo
album.
So
folks
can
take
a
look,
but
no
does
anybody
have
any
questions
concerns
comments
about
menu
space
I
saw
in
chat,
Bob
kind
of
question
about.
Do
they
have
more
coverage
in
case
it
rains?
The
answer
is
yes,
they
do
they're,
projecting
I,
don't
even
want
to
say
it
out
loud.
Actually,
let's
just
not
talk
about
weather
right
now.
A
Anyone
else
questions
concerns
comments
about
the
space.
Oh
one
notable
thing
that
I
did
want
to
mention
from
my
notes
is
that
we
cannot
apply
anything
on
the
walls
ourselves
that
includes
post-its
as
well
and
marki.
Why
don't
you
give
us
a
run-through
of
the
dock
that
you
created
for
the
unconference
specifically,
because
now
that
I
talked
about
post-its,
that's
a
piece
that
we'll
have
to
figure
out
as
well,
so
we
can't
necessarily
stick
like
on
conference
post-its
on
a
wall
and
then
also,
if
you
feel
like,
we
should
have
signage.
A
E
So
I
created
the
document.
What
this
document
basically
goes
over
is
what
the
goals
that
I
wanted
to
achieve
when
I
created
it
I
met
with
George,
just
sort
of
get
a
dump
on
what
was
done
in
Seattle
and
things
that
he
you
know,
saw
that
from
the
feedback
you
know
getting
extra
help
making
a
lot
of
this
feedback
was
they'd
like
sessions
to
be
longer.
I
took
that
I've
also
created
that
and
link
to
it.
The
github
issue,
where
the
links
to
the
retros
and
feedback
forms
our
conference
walkthrough,
which
did
that
layout
planning.
E
What
basically
I
gave
a
link
to
kind
of
what
the
fishbowl
style
is.
The
moderation
really
will
be
very
hands-off,
we'll
do
an
introduce.
The
speakers
take
notes.
Thank
the
speakers.
So
really
the
job
is
just
to
keep
things
flowing,
but
let
it
sort
of
take
its
natural
progression,
also
gathering
a
list
of
attendees
and
following
up
on
communication,
and
things
is
something
that
I
really
want
to
make.
You
know
very
vocal
because
any
type
of
action
items
that
come
out
of
it
or
follow
up
I
think
adds
value
to
the
people
that
attend.
E
It
won't
be
recorded,
we're
expecting
50
to
75
people
the
session
times
again.
This
is
going
to
be
to
be
determined
right
now,
based
on
feedback.
Some
of
the
sessions
from
Seattle
were
45
minutes
and
speakers,
as
well
as
people
that
were
there.
They
said
that
they
would
have
liked
it
to
have
been
longer.
E
A
E
C
A
The
other
thing
you
have
to
think
about
too
is
for
this
track.
Your
tech
we're
technically
only
talking
about
no
more
than
five
sessions.
Probably
so
that's
something
else,
so
you
should
probably
list,
and
let
people
know
ahead
of
time
that
it's
five
unconference
sessions
that
we're
talking
about
because,
like
what
you're,
we
might
get
twenty
suggestions
and
the
other
thing
that
George
did
that
he
probably
told
you
was
when
people
would
come
up
with
the
suggestions
if
it
was
kind
of
similar
to
something
that
was
already
suggested.
A
You
would
see
if,
like
that,
person
would
combo
with
the
other
person
so
that
they
could
get
more
kind
of
I
guess
more
eyeballs
on
it
and
stuff
like
that.
So
I
guess
it's.
My
thing
is
just
as
long
as
we're
clear
with
people
that
it's
pretty
much
five
sessions,
then
that's
cool
I'm,
just
nervous
that
we're
gonna
make
people
think
that,
like
there's
a
whole
like
20
things,
twenty-seven
thank
you
uh-huh.
A
C
I
mean
I
looked
at
having
a
concern
that
was
part
of
the
feedback
that
we
looked
at
from
last
year
from
the
forum
that
sort
of
thing
so
I
looked
at
what
it
would
be
to
have
some
longer
slots.
But
given
that
we're
doing
this
all
in
one
day
and
there's
going
to
be
some
plenary
sessions
like
intro
steering
committee,
etc,
that
will
cut
into
how
much
times
available
for
programming
I
really
don't
think
we
can
have
longer
slots
in
a
one-day
event.
Oh
okay,.
H
A
A
White
boards
here
this
was
about
what
that
comment
too,
was
more
like
to
the
rest
of
y'all.
If
you
were
thinking
about
doing
stuff
on
the
walls
like
head,
alright,
sorry
go
ahead,
Murphy
and
go
ahead.
Allison
I'm,
sir
glad.
E
Listen
material,
so
one
of
the
things
I
have
to
determine
is
who
Chi
can
order
the
materials
through
I'm
sure
I
could
work
to
Paris
and
anybody
for
that
and,
if
need
be,
I'll
get
it
myself.
I
will
be
flying
in
early
to
make
sure
on
Saturday
that
I
have
everything
I
don't
want
to
scramble
around
and
have
to
do
that
on
Sunday,
so
I'll
make
sure.
Saturday
I
also
noted
the
world
in
white
board,
so
that
would
be
a
very
good
thing
for
session
voting.
E
Let's
see
I
added
some
notes
here,
Paris
in
regards
to
the
the
pre-party
stuff,
just
some
random
notes
that
I
took
while
we
were
there
and
then
I
set
up
I
need
to
set
up
this
up
a
little
bit
more.
What
I
want
to
do
for
Sunday
Sunday's
gonna
be
pretty
much
straightforward,
we'll
communicate
out
during
the
party
for
session
speakers
will
communicate
it
several
times
and
I'll
be
going
around
and
shaking
hands
and
hugging
babies
to
get
everybody
that
I
can
to.
E
At
least
you
know
want
to
contribute
to
this
and
then
of
course,
Monday
will
be.
The
goal
will
be
to
during
the
registration
is
to
have
the
rolling
white
port
during
at
the
registration
table,
so
people
once
they
register
they
can,
you
know
I
can
assure
them
over
to
the
board
and
then
George
had
a
great
suggestion
is
when
you
see
that
the
registration
starts
to
slowed
it
down,
get
that
white
board
and
roll
it
over
to
where
the
caffeine
is
and
start
doing.
E
The
same
dog
and
pony
show
there
and
get
people
to
sign
up
at
the
caffeine
thing
so
and
then
collect
the
voting
material
and
start
to
lay
out
the
sessions
based
on
of
votes
and
things
like
that.
Having
people
collaborate
George
did
bring
that
at
Ferris
to
say
if
two
people
have
sort
of
the
same
talk
see
if
they're
willing
to
collaborate,
that's
it
in
a
nutshell,
does
this
document
is
linked
in
the
issue
that
I
have
the
umbrella
issue
for
the
unconference?
E
So
if
anybody
has
any
feedback
or
suggestions,
I
know
there
have
been
a
few
people
that
have
creamed
me
about
wanting
to
help
me
with
it
and
I
was
like
hey
the
more
the
merrier
one
of
the
guys.
I
used
to
work
with
at
a
teen
teen
he's
looking
to
do
something
more
so
I
invited
him
to
the
summit.
Channel
and
I
said
hey.
You
have
to
speak
up.
If
you
want
to
help,
don't
expect
people
to
come
and
ask
you
so
East
and
I
he's
gonna.
Do
that
today.
A
Concern
is
the
scheduling
if
you
are
do,
if
we're
scheduling
unconferences
for
the
day
of
you,
should
have
a
hard
stop
on
voting,
and
we
should
at
a
time
so
your
hard
stop
should
be
8:30
in
the
morning.
Okay,
regardless
of
whether
or
not
they're
checked
in
or
there
or
something
along
those
lines,
because
we
should
but
I
feel
like
the
entire
schedule,
including
on
conference
sessions,
should
be
like
chef
kiss
by
the
time
we
kick
off.
Okay,.
A
Like
like
something
like,
maybe
like
hard
stop
for
voting
at
9:00
and
then
Markie
when
we
kick
off
you'll,
be
in
the
back
like
evil
genius
like
on
your
laptop
part,
like
coding
in
the
with
Bob
coding
in
session
descriptions
that
one
and
then,
when
we're
kicking
off,
we
can
actually
have
a
slide.
That
says
these
are
the
young
conferences
that
something
along
those
lines:
okay,.
I
A
A
A
A
Alright,
so
just
to
recap,
some
things
to
get
them
to
keep
everybody
on
the
same
page.
Registration
is
a
top
priority
for
us
over
the
next
over
over
the
course
of
the
next
five
to
ten
business
days.
A
we
need
to
make
sure
that's
airtight.
That
process
feeds
into
many
many
many
other
processes.
So
that's
why
it
has
to
be
airtight.
A
Let's
see
what
else
content
stuff
we're
starting
to
really
get
into
the
Nitty
Gritty
here
speak
up.
If
you
see
something
that
you
want
like,
don't
like,
etc,
and
that's
really
it
so
we're
chugging
along
and
once
we
have
read
stuff
going,
it's
gonna
keep
getting
crazier
cool,
all
right,
I,
appreciate
y'all.
If
and
then
Josh
hang
on,
but
see
you
soon.
Next
Monday.
