If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
A
Thank
you
all
right,
we're
recording
now,
if
our
SAS
is
any
indication
of
how
things
are
gonna
go
so
like
I
said
in
the
agenda,
which
please
put
your
name
in
there,
I
put
a
gift
and
that
gift
long
story
short
is
a
dumpster
fire
cuz.
It
feels
like
everything
is
a
dumpster
fire
right
now,
wherever
you
are
things
just
are
stressful
and
not
good.
Hopefully
that's
not
the
case
here,
even
though
we
are
gonna
be
under
somewhat
of
a
time
crunch
in
the
next
two
weeks
to
get
something
out.
A
So
with
that
the
plan
is,
we
are
going
to
do
a
virtual
event.
I
think
everyone
was
in
agreement
with
that.
The
one
thing
that
was
up
in
the
air
was
whether
we
want
to
do
the
new
contributor
workshop.
At
the
same
time
as
a
current
contributor
workshop
I
think
we
don't
I,
think
we
do
the
new
contributor
workshop
Sunday,
we
just
record
it.
A
Whoever
can
show
up,
please
show
up
if
not
it's
going
to
be
recorded,
and
then
we
take
the
outcome
and
the
lessons
learned
from
recording
all
of
that
and
then
polish
it
up
to
rerecord
it
sometime
in
the
summer,
and
we
use
that
and
continually
update
that,
based
on
a
lot
of
conversations
from
a
lot
of
different
people
and
a
lot
of
different
Lake
mediums.
I,
think
that
is
a
very
nice
happy
middle
ground
and
it
gets
us
where
we
want
to
go.
Does
anyone
have
any
thoughts,
or
you
know,
opinions
plus
one.
A
A
Like
sig,
cluster
lifecycle
had
a
room
for
like
four
hours
and
did
a
bunch
of
stuff
sig.
You
I
had
a
room
and
it
was
very
small,
but
still
we
did
a
bunch
of
stuff.
There
was
a
release
meeting
there
like
a
live
release,
team
meeting
and
that
was
kind
of
fun
and
it
was
streamed.
But,
like
the
idea
is
he,
you
is
still
used
for
hallway
track.
Sorry,
this
lake
Amsterdam.
C
A
D
F
A
Goal
is
that
new
contributor
workshops
will
be
solely
online
so
that
the
rooms
that
we
have
four
new
contributor
in
Amsterdam.
We
could
then
turn
into
more
rooms
for
face
to
face
time
and
then
after
Amsterdam,
like
looking
at
Boston
and
beyond,
we
can
reassess
how
many
rooms
we
need
for
what
does
that
make
sense.
F
A
A
Okay,
Amanda
pointed
out
I
think
it
would
be
still
beneficial
to
have
a
new
contributor
workshop
track.
Andy
you,
the
Eakins
ecosystem,
is
moving
fast
and
I
bet
we'd
attract
another
round
of
new
contributors
by
August.
To
clarify
that
point,
the
plan
is
that
once
we
have
this,
the
new
contributor
workshop
recorded
from
March
we're
gonna,
look
at
it
and
then
rerecord
it
later
on
in
the
summer,
and
people
will
be
able
to
take
that
updated
content.
Part
of
the
what
we've
noticed
between
running
different
new
contributor
workshops
is
the
content
itself.
A
Doesn't
change
much
in
fact,
right
now.
The
new
contributor
workshop
content
is
just
slightly
updated
from
what
was
it
san
diego's.
So
if
we
had
recorded,
then
you
can
actually
I
think
it
is.
If
you
go
and
watch
the
new
contributor
workshop
from
San
Diego,
there's
not
actually
going
to
be
much
of
a
change
between
San
Diego
and
what
will
be
the
new
contributor
workshop
online?
It's
just
going
to
be
a
little
bit
more
polished
and
refined
and
Wi-Fi.
E
C
A
Yep,
so
this
will
move
all
the
new
contributor
tracks
online
in
Lake
contributes
wise.
This
was
something
that
was
already
being
discussed
and
kind
of.
The
target
of
the
new
contributor
workshop
was
to
make
it
all
be
like
accessible
online.
We're
just
we're
using
the
fact
that
things
have
been
postponed
and
things
are
kind
of
in
flux
to
just
kind
of
rip
that
band-aid
off,
because
it
makes
a
whole
lot
of
sense.
We're
gonna
have
to
do
it
online
anyways.
Let's
just
do
it.
D
D
A
That's
fine
I
think
it
was
in
flux.
I
personally
think
we
just
leave
it
in
the
Amsterdam
time
zone,
whatever
time
zone.
That
is
because
I
still
want
it
to
be.
Even
though,
like
we're
going
to
be
doing
an
Amsterdam
contributor
summit,
it
just
makes
sense
to
me
yeah.
Does
anyone
have
any
strong
objections
to
that?
I
know
it
is
going
to
be
slightly
to
marginally
inconvenient
for
those
people
on
the
west
coast,
I
think.
D
B
A
Hold
on
part
part
of
we
need
to
decide
the
time
zone
is
so
that
we
can
then
reach
out
to
all
those
current
contributors
and
go.
Would
you
still
be
able
to
do
this
online?
We're
also
going
to
move
the
lake
it's
still
going
to
be
in
the
EU
time
zone.
So
when
are
you
comfortable,
presenting
and
I
believe
correct
me
from
wrong
who
you
of
the
we
were
gonna,
provide
an
option
to
pre-record
a
talk.
D
A
E
A
I,
like
the
idea
of
async
Q&A
for
those
that
don't
want
to
do
it
like,
if
I
in
originally
what
I
think
we
were
going
to
try
and
do
was
for
the
West
Coasters
that
are
more
than
marginally
inconvenienced,
try
and
shift
it
so
they're,
all
speaking
at
the
end
of
the
day,
so
it's
more
their
morning,
but
if
that's
not
possible,
but
we
still
want
them
to
you
know.
Do
a
talk.
That's
that's
a
point
of
alright.
E
C
A
Is
what
I'm
hoping
Tim
points
out
most
of
the
work
in
his
opinion
from
the
new
contributor
workshop
is
in
person
issue
resolution
people
commit
the
day
and
are
successful
at
the
end,
if
10
minutes
and
they're
stuck
without
help,
the
new
contributor
workshop
didn't
happen
for
them.
So
this
is
something
that
we've
been
talking
about
with
the
virtual
one.
The
idea
is,
we
will
still
have
so
for
this
one.
Specifically,
there
will
still
be
a
bunch
of
staff
around.
A
There
will
be
the
person
that
is
actually
doing
the
speaking
and
like
teaching
for
each
section,
and
then
the
rest
of
the
staff
will
be
around
still
helping
with
questions.
We
should
be
able
to
help
a
fair
amount
of
people
if
they
have
issues
through
like
soon
and
maybe
like
separate
helpdesk,
Lake
breakout
rooms.
A
Part
of
the
problem
is
well
I,
shouldn't,
say
part
of
the
problem,
a
problem
that
we
haven't
figured
out
how
to
mitigate
is
once
we
take
the
new
contributor
workshop
and
do
more
of
it
like
take
it
as
you
want
on
class
I
still
think,
and
what
we
have
talked
about
is
throughout
the
year.
We
offer
it
like
four
times
a
year
and
then
there
is
a
staff
that
does
the
same
thing.
We
have
people
that
will
give
the
talks,
and
then
we
have
people
that
can
help
out
or
the
talks
are
just
pre-recorded.
A
They
watch
the
recordings
all
together
and
then
you
have
staff
that
helps,
but,
as
Bob
will
very
quickly
point
out,
one
thing
that
we
have
noticed
with
people
that
attend
the
new
contributor
workshop
is:
if
they
haven't
already
had
a
kubernetes
contribution,
they
actually
don't
stick
around
and
become
contributors.
Bob
I
see
you
want
me
to
go
ahead.
Okay,.
B
So
I
actually
ran
the
like
I,
looked
at
essentially
dev
stats
before
every
release
and
looking
over,
you
know
basically
github
handles
and
things
that
I
knew
of
the
people
that
registered
and
almost
I
will
say.
Almost
a
hundred
percent
of
people
that
were
not
involved
in
the
project
beforehand
had
some
issue:
PR,
basically
wasn't
Deb
stats.
B
A
Not
a
problem
to
solve
right
now.
The
thing
that
I'm,
just
bringing
up
is
I
think
no
matter
which
forum
we
do
the
new
contributor
workshop.
We
are
going
to
run
into
issues
so
I
think
the
goal
at
this
point
should
be
to
make
the
new
contributor
workshop
accessible
to
more
people
to
try
and
cast
a
wider
net.
So
we
can
try
and
get
more
contributors.
So.
E
To
Bob's
point,
some
kind
of
you
know
quote
pre-sales
kind
of
pre
marketing,
pre
engagements,
we'll
call
it
is
needed
for
NCW
attendees.
It
seems
like
right,
like
we
should
have
likely
better
term
a
funnel
for
in
CW
right
like
we're,
trying
to
cast
this
wide
net
of
contributors
that
funnel
has
to
start
and
then
n
CW
is
kind
of
where
they
get
there.
Basically
right
like
that
is
something
to
think
about
from
a
contributes
perspective,
but
not
here
right
now,
yeah
exactly
that's
my
two
cents
on
it.
Moving
on.
A
F
F
E
B
G
Hey
no
dates,
but
I
have
some
questions
like
after
we
decide
on
the
dates
and
which
tracks
we
will
have
so
we
have
to
wait.
Our
options
has
to
weather
completely
discard
the
existing
reg
and
start
afresh
or
send
emails
to
the
existing
attendees,
whether
they
are
interested
for
the
new
dates.
If
yes
keep
them,
if
no
cancel
and
open
the
forum
again,
we
still
do
have
space
in
the
active
track.
Otherwise
we
are
sold
out.
G
G
A
That
I
would
still
say
we
email
everyone
that
had
already
registered
first
and
say
here's
the
new
dates
like
you
get
first
dibs,
here's
all
the
stuff,
please
go
regret
astir,
but
I
don't
want
to
assume
that
just
because
they
registered
for
an
event
in
March,
they
are
going
to
attend
an
event
in
August
I.
Think
we
do
have
to
start
that
over.
But
again,
everyone
that
had
previously
registered
should
get
the
like
first
email
out.
How.
A
A
F
What
if
you
combine
the
two
announcements,
if
we're
doing
the
reference,
if
you
take
this
week
for
acknowledgments,
we
most
likely
won't
announce
the
in-person
date
change
until
early
next
week.
You
could
send
an
email
out
to
everyone,
then,
and
be
like
hey
we're
doing
a
virtual
event.
It's
happening
on
these
dates
you
already
registered
on
the
Reg
forum,
you're
good
to
go
for
that
event,
we're
also
doing
an
in-person
here's,
the
new
reg
form
from
that
join.
Now
you
can
sign
for
both.
You
can
sign
up
for
one
kind
of
a
thing.
F
Instead
of
dividing
it
because
I
think
that
also
causes
confusion.
That
also
gives
your
speakers
time
to
knowledge
things,
and
then
people
see
that
they're
not
just
confusion
over
dates
like
I,
think
a
lot
of
confusion
is
going
to
come
once
we
announce
new
dates,
because
people
going
to
be
like
I'm
confused
if
there's
something
on
the
same
dates
or
different
dates,
or
that
so
kind
of
streamlining
it.
A
So
I'm
a
little
confused.
Let
me
make
sure
I
get
this.
We
send
out
a
single
comms
that
says
hey
or
a
single
like
email
or
blasts.
Whatever
that
goes
here
is
the
old
existing
registration
form,
for
we
are
converting
that
to
a
virtual.
Only
event,
if
you
have
already
registered,
you
will
get
details
on
said
virtual
event.
Here
is
the
new
registration
form
for
the
eventual
in-person
contributor
summit
in
Amsterdam.
It
is
current
contributor
only
if
you
were
interested.
That
is
a
completely
new
separate
registration
process.
Go
over
here,
yeah.
H
A
H
A
H
Definitely
so
maybe
it's
from
I
don't
know
if
we
have
or
I
can't
remember,
to
send
on
my
computer
now
because
not
have
to
go
walk
my
dog
and
my
daughter
to
entertain
them,
but.
A
I
think
we
do
that.
I
can
do
my
usual
write-up
a
skeleton
idea,
and
then
you
can
tell
me
I'm
awful
at
doing
it
and
then
we
can
kind
of
move
from
there.
But
I
have
I
have
an
idea
like
the
message
that
should
be
sent
and
I
like
the
idea
of
combining
comms
because
I
don't
know
it
streams,
it's
there.
It
streamlines
things.
F
A
I
D
H
A
A
B
E
B
D
C
D
A
E
How
am
I
right,
what
am
I
registering
for?
Do
I
need
to
register,
for
you
know
the
contributor
summit,
no,
not
necessarily
like
do
I
need
to
be
on
Zoom,
no
should
I
be
on
Zoom
if
I
like
have
a
question
yes,
but
like.
How
do
we
figure
that,
like
who
goes
we're
right
like
how
is
the
registration
process
for
who
those
we're.
C
A
Think
between,
if
you
want
to
watch
on
Zoom
and
go
through
Q&A
or
if
you
want
to
watch
on
YouTube
and
then
chill
and
slack
like,
rather
than
tell
people
what
to
do,
we
give
them
the
options.
Okay,
cuz!
Then
it's
like
you
can
hop
on
Zoom
or
you
can
hop
on
YouTube
and
just
watch.
If
you,
you
know
want
to
chromecast
it
and
then,
if
you
don't
want
to
chromecast-
and
you
want
to
chill
in
the
slide
Trent
like,
we
just
give
them
the
options
and
then
I
would.
C
I
would
do
it
like
just
like
they
do
office
hours
where
the
people
who
are
presenting
and
the
people
leading
me
about
are
on
Zoom.
Everyone
else
is
on
YouTube
all
of
the
questions.
All
of
the
questions
are
in
slack
and
we
could
create
a
dedicated
slack
channel
for
it.
I,
don't
think
I
think
it'll
be
chaos
if
we're
like
yeah
just
do
whatever.
D
C
F
A
A
D
A
Allison
cannot
make
this
one
she'll
be
around
for
tomorrow's
NCW
meetings.
Do
we
separate
NCW
from
current
content?
I
still
think
the
answer
is
yes,
because
then
the
peoples
that
are
doing
that
are
speaking
and
presenting
for
new
contributor
can
attend
to
the
current
contributor
content.
That's
a
win!
It.
A
E
A
A
A
I
A
Current
is
going
to
be
a
little
bit
more
self-organizing
because
the
other
thing
is
office
hours.
As
far
as
the
format
goes
is
hey.
Ask
us
questions.
Ask
us
questions.
We're
gonna
answer
your
questions,
whereas
in
this
case
it's
very
much,
you
know
standard
presentations
with
Q&A
after
so
I
think
the
ten
to
one
isn't
yeah.
E
A
A
E
I
will
say
that
from
a
disability
perspective,
a
lot
of
my
friends
are
saying:
I
can
finally
actually
participate
ends
and
like
I
am
a
person
that
is
lucky
enough
to
be
disabled,
but,
like
the
upper
half
of
me,
is
disabled,
not
the
lower
half.
For
me
in
any
way
and
like
I'm
lucky
enough
to
be
able
to
attend
some
of
these
things,
but
yeah
a
lot
of
people
are
like
finally
really
excited
that
they
can
actually
participate
in
mainstream
stuff,
so
yeah
I'm
100%
was
getting
that
word
out.
There.
A
H
E
E
A
A
A
A
A
F
A
A
H
H
I,
like
at
a
bigger
level,
I
think
what
we're
talking
about
is.
We
will
need
a
place
to
host
if
a
new
contributor
track
moving
forward
are
always
going
to
be
virtual
means
that
will
always
probably
have
a
website
up.
It
will
always
have
something
that
says
you
know.
This
is
what
it
is.
Here's
when
the
next
one
is
or
something
like
that
and
then
you'll
have
the
in-person
one,
because
you'll
have
to
post
that
information
at
the
higher
level.
Someplace.

For
the
purposes
of
two
weeks
from
now,
we
are
doing
a
virtue,
like
a
virtual
new
contributor
workshop
and
a
virtual
current
contributor
track
with
the
intent
that,
after
we
do
this
new
contributor
workshop
online,
we
are
going
to
say
we're
offering
it
online
only
and
we're
going
to
do
a
lot
more
public,
polish
and
docks
around
it,
because
the
new
contributor
workshop
once
we
finish
it
for
this
instance,
it's
getting
handed
over
to
mentoring.
It's
never
going
to
go
under
events
anymore.
A
H

It's
just
because,
like
a
bunch
of
us,
have
you
know
a
foot
in
both
pools,
we're
trying
to
make
it
easier
and
like
polish,
the
content
for
that
handoff.
So
eventually,
mentoring
is
going
to
be
the
ones
scheduling
when
the
new
contributor
workshops
are
they're,
going
to
be
the
ones
like
scheduling,
publishing
handling.
All
of
that,
it's
not
going
to
be
under
events,
and
it's
not
going
to
be
under
the
contributor
summit.
But
for
the
purposes
of
we
were
going
to
do
a
new
contributor
workshop
in
person.
