A
A
So
we
are
7
weeks
out
I'm
going
through
my
updates
out
of
order.
Sorry
we're
seven
weeks
out.
It
doesn't
feel
like
that,
but
I
feel
like
this
event
is
sneaking
up
on
a
bunch
of
us.
I
know
a
bunch
of
us
are
having
like
personal
life.
Changes
like
moving
some
of
us
down
the
street,
some
of
us
across
across
the
the
world,
so
yeah
well,
we'll
get
through
this
together.
A
Swag
update,
Bob
I,
believe
that
is,
you,
shirts
are
currently
in
production,
so
things
other
things
should
be
good
sweet.
That
is
good
to
hear
CFP
decision
I.
Actually,
let
me
let
me
pump
that
till
the
end,
because
I
want
that
to
be
more
of
a
discussion
for
my
section
day
of
ops,
I,
believe
neither
of
the
noaa's
are
going
to
be
in
attendance,
which
is
sad.
A
A
Social
activity
overview,
since
we
are
seven
weeks
out,
this
is
something
we
should
probably
start
thinking
about
and
finalizing
I
was
just
going
over
in
my
head.
What
we
have
I
figure
between
the
unconference
board
being
walked
around,
and
you
know
people
interacting
with
the
unconference
board,
trying
to
do
the
bingo
again
and
then
group
trivia,
we're
pretty
good
I.
C
C
Don't
know
exactly
which
ones
we
finalized
on
a
rental
we
actually
just
I,
think
the
contract
was
signed
over
the
weekend.
So
we'll
start
talking
about
those
details
with
them,
but
we'll
rent,
some
of
them
from
them,
and
then
some
will
also
order
from
Amazon,
because
it's
cheaper
so
we'll
work
on
that.
Now
that
the
contract
is
signed
over
the
next
few
weeks-
and
this
will
be
added
to
the
website
this
week
too,
since
we
can
finally
announce
what
the
venue
is,
since
the
contract
sign
sweets
up,
all
that
begins
now.
E
A
F
So
with
the
bingo
cards,
if
we
do
decide
to
go
ahead
with
that
again,
I'm
happy
to
help
out
with
that,
but
I'd
also
like
other
people,
to
be
involved
because
I
feel
like,
if
you're
doing
it
for
the
whole
night
you're
like
running
around
giving
all
these
cards.
And
you
don't
really
have
that
much
time
to
do
things.
Other
things
around
the
event
as
well.
But
if
someone's
interested
helping
do
that
I'm
happy
to
help
I.
G
A
C
C
One
of
the
notes
afterwards
is
that
we
should
not
do
it
to
whoever
goes
first,
because
then
people
run
around
and
they
just
get
their
cards
instantly
signed
and
they
don't
actually
talk
to
people
and
then,
when
the
prizes
are
gone,
they
don't
want
to
continue
doing
the
cards
which
defeats
employ.
So
we
had
said
if
we
were
going
to
ever,
do
it
again
that
we
should
do
it
where
they
fill
it
out.
They
hadn't
turn
at
the
end
of
the
night.
We
draw
people
yeah.
A
D
C
C
C
So
I
think
we
encourage
people
to
do
blackout
because
bingo
just
requires
you
talk
to
like
five
to
ten
people.
Blackout
means
a
lot
of
people
and
then,
once
you
complete
blackout,
we'll
put
you
in
the
drama
thing
and
at
the
end
of
the
night,
we'll
draw
the
people,
and
maybe
we
do
three
three
quote:
unquote:
big
prizes
for
blackouts.
C
A
G
H
A
D
I
I
J
F
A
C
G
A
So
there
was
an
idea
of
people
getting
together
in
groups,
preferably
groups
that
are
not
like
clicky
groups
of
friends,
meaning
you
know.
Bob
and
I
are
not
on
the
same
team
just
for
an
example
like
hand
out
like
numbers.
So
it's
it
is
likely
that
you
were
meeting
new
people
in
group,
trivia
and
you're.
Not
all
you
know
like
all
of
sig.
You
know
cluster
API
is
you
know,
part
of
one
team
right
and
then
we
do
group
trivia.
A
A
H
C
A
I
H
Answer
you
going
here,
yeah
yeah
I
do
think
I
would
I
would
actually,
if
anything
was
gonna,
be
nixed.
I
would
probably
mix
the
group
trivia
because,
like
I
know,
we
don't
want
to
try
and
and
have
these
social
cliques,
but
like
they're,
inevitable
people
are
going
to
get
together
in
chat
and
I.
Don't
know
how
much
of
a
group
will
actually
get
together
to
play
trivia,
I'm.
A
Okay
with
mixing
it
if
other
people
plus
1
the
nixing
I,
would
also.
However,
Boston
lead
suggest
that
maybe
group
trivia
happened
at
Boston
with
longer
lead
time,
a
because
I
do
think.
It's
a
good
idea
B,
because
it's
Boston
and
Boston
is
known
for
pubs
and
see,
there's
actually
no
hardwork
wireman
for
it
being
kubernetes,
specific
trivia
and
then,
if
we
just
did
like
straight-up
normal
trivia,
suddenly
the
clicks
don't
necessarily
matter
cuz
like
if
you
get
all
flustered
api
and
there's
a
cluster
api
question.
They're
gonna
get
it
right.
H
B
B
A
A
B
B
A
G
G
B
B
D
Seems
like
there's
a
little
bit
of
confusion
about
how
many
sessions
to
accept,
and
maybe
I,
don't
know
if
we
want
to
handle
this
offline
or
if
we
want
to
handle
this
here
in
the
meeting,
but
I
don't
think
it's
I,
don't
think
it's
clear
how
many
tech
sessions
versus
main
track
sessions.
We
actually
have
to
fill
yeah.
C
C
C
A
I
H
B
D
D
Some
of
them
might
legitimately
be
like,
like
I,
could
easily
see
like
a
really
robust
cluster
API
talk,
for
example,
going
55
minutes
and
being
still
being
like
a
really
meaty
topic.
So
I
think
we
need
to
be
careful
about
how
we,
how
we
do
the
selection
process
and
make
sure
that
we're
sort
of
applying
our
own
filter
on
top
of
it,
yeah.
A
H
B
A
B
B
A
D
H
Original
goal
was
to
have
these
sessions
picked
by
like
today
and
then
get
the
blog
posting
everything
ready
to
post
on
the
14th.
That
was
mostly
so
you
know,
give
us
time
to
also
contact
the
you
know.
Speakers
say:
hey:
are
you
so
cool
with
this
mud?
You
know
and
go
from
there.
So
I
think
we
just
need
to
move
quick,
but.
C
Awesome
we
talked
through
a
few
of
my
items
already
so
yes,
the
deadline
for
AV,
recording
room
lamps
and
signage
request
is
next.
Monday
I,
unfortunately,
will
not
be
able
to
make
next
Monday's
meeting,
as
I
am
traveling,
so
I
will
follow
up
with
you
all
via
slack
if
I
haven't
heard
anything
yet
in
that
planning
doc.
That
has
the
schedule
you
can
see
at
the
top
pack.
It
lists
the
room
names
and
then
right
now,
I
have
the
rooms
assigned
based
on
what
we
originally
were
putting
in
it.
C
So
like
the
General
Sessions,
the
tech
home
conference,
as
well
as
all
of
the
requirements
that
I'm
aware
of
currently.
So
if
you
want
to
check
there
as
you're
building
things
out
it's
available,
if
you
do
have
a
meeting
this
week
to
go
over
that
where
you
discuss
the
easy
requirements,
and
things
like
that,
just
let
me
know
I'd
be
happy
to
jump
on
in
join
you
to
make
sure
we're
all
on
the
same
page.
C
C
Yes,
we
are
updating
all
of
the
event
websites
now
so
except
for
China,
since
that
one
is
very
coronavirus
specific.
There
are
no
travel
advisory
against
any
of
the
locations
that
we're
doing
upcoming
events
in
including
Amsterdam,
so
currently
that
one's
going
on
as
it
would
any
other
time
we
are
recommending.
You
know
that
people
pay
attention
to
them
their
environments
as
they
travel
and
we're
posting
language
about
that
of
things
that
you
can
do
so.
C
You'll
see
that
on
the
web
sites,
I
think
we're
goal
is
to
have
it
up
by
Friday
and
then
for
China
we're
paying
very
close
attention
to
the
situation
in
China
right
now,
no
decisions
are
being
made
and
we
will
have
an
update,
the
beginning
of
March
and
whether
that
update
is
we're
still
moving
forward.
I
mean
right
now
we
are
moving
forward,
as
is
in
March.
We
may
say
the
same
thing:
we're
just
keeping
an
eye
on
it
until
we
know
more,
since
July
is
still
several
months
away.
C
E
G
So,
as
of
now,
we
have
got
around
200
registrations.
Out
of
those
we
activ
is
filled
up
to
50%
capacity
now
with
NCW
101
to
40%
and
201
to
46%.
So
what
I
have
done
right
now
is
I
have
frozen
any
approvals
for
the
new
contributor
workshops,
since
I
am
expecting
diversity
registrations
to
come
up
in
this
week
and
probably
some
next
week
and
then
I'll
again
gradually
keep
on
approving
more
of
the
regular
inside
of
new
registrations,
and
so
I
have
created
a
graph
which
shows
our
velocity
of
registrations.
G
G
Also,
we
are
seeing
that
the
trend
is
a
is
on
a
decreasing
curve.
I,
don't
know
what
to
make
of
it,
but
one
thing
that
I
am
seeing
is
the
number
of
lead,
so
a
registered
is
way
too
low
right
now,
so
we
have
only
22
leads
who
have
registered.
There
are
90
leads
that
I
can
see
from
the
community
report,
so
it
turns
out
to
be
around
24%.
So
probably
we
need
to
do
some
more
pinging
around
in
channels
or
maybe
the
cig
lead
mailing
list.
G
If
there
is
one
sorry
I
don't
know
about
that.
If
there
is
any
one,
that's
all
regarding
the
current
stats
few
points
that
I
had
was
that
emails
to
diversity.
Scholars
still
need
to
go
out.
I
checked
with
one
scholar,
the
coms
regarding
the
kubernetes
contributors,
some
it
did
not
go
out
and
yeah
I
mentioned
the
other
agenda
items,
low,
lead
registrations
and
pausing
the
in
CW
registrations
are
until
we
get
more
diversity
applications.
A
A
B
One
question:
do
we
do
we
have
any
numbers
from
the
cube
Conrad
that
we
can
kind
of
correlate
with
ours,
because
maybe
there
is
not
there's
less
leads
this
time
registered
at
all.
So
we
don't
need
to
push
that
much
if
they
don't
register
for
for
cube.
Conde,
most
probably
won't
come
to
contribute
this
night
either
at.
B
C
K
K
There
was
one
question
that
I
don't
know
if
somebody
wants
to
answer.
Hillcrest
is
the
question
more
weather,
keep
Conant
self
asan,
slow
registrations
or
just
contributor
summit.
So
do
we
know
about
the
actual
numbers?
I
wasn't
on
the
marketing
call
this
week.
So
I
don't
know
where
we're
at,
but
I
do
know
that
the
event
did
lower
our
expectations
from
10,000
to
9,000
I.
K
L
And
I
want
I,
do
want
to,
and
Deb
will
agree
with
me.
This
is
Kim.
Most
registrations
really
start
picking
up
after
sched
announcements,
so
I'm
from
a
from
a
marketing
person
trying
to
promote
our
events.
I.
Don't
worry
a
lot
about
numbers
at
this
point
in
in
the
event,
because
the
numbers,
the
numbers
will
really
pick
up
once
we
have
a
schedule,
yeah.
H
L
Deb
I
just
sent
you
the
weekly
stats,
it's
in
your
inbox.
If
that
will
help
and
then
the
other
thing
that
Deb
and
I
have
not
talked
about
because
they
have
been
at
off-site
doing
all
kinds
of
planning.
But
one
thing
that
we've
talked
about
with
the
events
team
and
Amanda
you
and
I
talked
about
this-
is
that
for
kube,
consenting,
more
topic,
specific
type
emails
and
so
I
need
to
talk
with
the
events
team.
They
have
a
bunch
emails
that
go
out,
I
send
some
from
CN
CF,
and
so
we
we
know.
L
K
Thanks
all
right,
so
just
the
other
updates
we
we
were
able
to
get
into
the
CN
CF
marketing
calls.
So
we
did
present
about
contributor
summit.
It's
the
first
time
that
I
think
that
I
remember
that
being
done.
So
just
getting
a
call
to
action
for
people
to
help
spread
awareness
of
the
event
and
to
help
you
know
get
the
funnel
of
contributors
up
and
then
I
do
have
a
question
out
for
Kim
I
may
have
tagged.
Your
hung.
Email
in
here
is
the
newsletter
going
out
that
we
talked
about
it.
L
Well,
I
was
planning
on
and
now
that
I've
been
suspect,
I'm
still
planning
on
Friday
Amanda
after
your
schedule
is
announced
and
so
I'm
gonna
get.
Those
dates
worked
on
and
then
I'll
talk
with
you
privately
on
slack
I
need
to
talk
with
events
about
other
deadlines.
We
have
that
I
need
to
make
sure
I
get
in
there
so
but
I'm
planning
on
doing
it
after
your
sched
meant.
Okay,.
E
K
K
I
D
A
A
F
J
J
A
E
Kim
and
I
met
this
morning.
We
that,
on
the
5th
of
February
the
diversity
scholarships
closed
with
the
ciencia.
They
are
going
to
be
getting
this
week
out
the
email
to
our
re
emailing,
the
people
that
participated
in
those
scholarship
applications
about
coupon.
So
that
will
go
out
really
soon
and
let's
see
what
else
there
am
I
missing
anything
Kim
I,
don't
think
I
am
I,
don't
think
that
the
guts,
the
only
major
update.
A
All
right,
I
feel
like
we're
starting
to
cook
I
feel
like
things
are
really
starting
to
move.
I
know
this
week
is
gonna
be
fairly
crazy.
So
if
you
have
any
concerns
or
questions,
feel
free
to
ping,
Don,
Bob
or
myself,
and
we'll
try
and
sort
through
it,
but
otherwise
I
think
we're
looking
good
all
right.
