If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
Hello,
everyone
and
Welcome
to
our
next
installment
of
the
localization
sub
project
meeting
today
is
October
3rd
and
we
have
a
mostly
light
agenda.
So
let
me
kick
it
off
by
saying
well
hello
to
some
new
folks.
So
do
we
have
anybody
new
would
like
to
maybe
introduce
themselves
or
put
a
message
in
stock,
not
sure
if
we
have
anybody
new,
but
we
do.
A
Okay,
well,
we
don't
have
any
Maneuvers,
so
we
can
dive
right
into
the
agenda.
I
wonder
if
it
helps
for
me
to
share
if
I
can
figure
out
how
to
share
my
screen
and
show
the
window.
B
A
D
A
First
yep.
Thank
you.
The
first
item
on
the
agenda
is
just
an
update
about
the
upcoming
kubecon,
which
is
taking
place
in
Detroit
Michigan,
and
it
is
from
October
24th
to
the
28th,
not
the
18th.
It
does
not
go
into
a
Time
Loop.
Sorry
I
have
the
wrong
date
there.
A
The
things
that
Sig
docs
will
be
doing
are
a
doc
Sprint
or
in
the
contributor
Summit,
which
will
be
taking
place
on
Monday
October
24th.
A
doc.
Sprint
is
a
time
where
we
all
contributors
are
interested
in
helping
out
with
docs,
we'll
meet
in
a
sort
of
co-located
spot
during
the
event
and
be
working
on
a
set
of
issues
or
a
related
topic
to
create
some
PRS
and
sort
of
get
like
a
set
of
of
issues
done
for
the
documentation
for
the
kubernetes
docs.
A
So
we
don't
have
a
topic
yet
for
what
they
would
want
to
be
doing
for
the
doc
Sprint.
But
if
you're
going
to
be
at
kubecon,
please
register
for
the
contributor
Summit
and
look
look
at
that
schedule.
It's
still
to
be
scheduled,
I'm,
not
sure
if
there's
a
room
assigned
or
a
Time
assigned
yet,
but
keep
keep
track
of
that.
It's
a
separate
registration
from
kubecon,
because
kubecon
starts
later
in
the
week,
so
you'd
have
to
register
separately.
A
If
you
wanted
to
attend
that
event,
it's
not
virtual
at
the
moment.
It's
only
in
person,
we
don't
have
it's
set
up
to
be,
or
virtual
I
hope
in
the
future
that
we
do
something
a
little
more
virtual
to
get
more
folks
able
to
participate.
A
But
this
was
this
is
just
for
for
the
upcoming
coupon
I
believe
they're
also
planning
to
do
a
sort
of
meet
and
greet
with
the
Sig
docs
team
during
one
of
the
conference
days
again,
it
hasn't
been
officially
scheduled
yet
so
keep
track
of
the
Keep
Calm
schedule
or
in
the
Sig
docs
Channel
I'm
sure
they'll
be
post
about
it
when
it
does
get
scheduled
I.
A
That
would
be
just
kind
of
similar
to
a
regular,
say,
docs
meeting
just
in
person
where
folks
will
be
able
to
come,
say,
hi
chat,
I
have
not
attended
a
kubecon
in
person,
so
I'm
not
sure
exactly
how
all
of
these
events
are
run,
but
I'm
looking
forward
to
being
my
first
being
the
first
time
attendee
this
year,
so
I
hope
to
see
everyone.
There
folks
were
able
to
join
I.
C
C
Yeah
yeah,
just
to
add
to
that
Abby
I've,
attended,
I,
don't
know,
probably
about
10
kubecons
I
lost
track
in
the
past.
When
we
have
done
these
doc
Sprints,
you
know.
Typically,
what
happens
is
we'll
start
out,
maybe
with
a
short
short
presentation
on
overall
overall
understanding
of
Sig
docs
and
the
structure.
Sometimes
we'll
do
that,
and
then
we
get
into
helping
get
people
set
up
and
through
clas,
so
that
they
can
actually
contribute,
and
then
we
typically
do
some
type
of
have
them.
C
Try
some
some
type
of
simple
contribution
like
adding
an
entry
to
a
glossary.
That's
one
type,
we've
done
when
we've
had
a
more
critical
need
like
when
we
switched
over
to
Hugo.
We
actually
we're
actually
having
given
people
pages
to
look
for
books
because,
like
the
whole
site
had
been
converted
over
from
Jeff
public
Hugo
and
there
were
bugs
all
over
the
place,
and
so
everybody
was
like
doing
bug,
hunting
and
Bug
tracking.
C
So
we've
done
those
as
well
when
needed.
Both
work
very
very
well
and
the
meet
and
greet
is
very
fun.
I've
done
that
as
well.
You
just
you're
sitting
at
a
table
and
people
come
up
and
talk
to
you.
So
thank
you
for
putting
this
in
the
agenda
because
I've
been
following
along
and
I'll
go
get
registered
myself.
So
all
good
stuff.
A
This
is
time
able
to
attend,
after
many
years
of
trying
to
attend
a
kubecon,
so
I'm
very
excited
and
I
hope
to
be
awesome
to
meet
everyone
in
person
as
well.
A
The
next
item
on
the
agenda
is
just
a
follow-up.
We
did
I
posted
a
few
questions
in
the
Hindi
localization
channel
for
a
kind
of
retrospective
on
the
launch
and
I
kind
of
summarized
some
of
the
feedback
there.
So
hopefully
I
accurately
interpreted
things
I
think
a
lot
of
the
feedback
was
we
had
a
lot
of
really
great
contributors,
particularly
people
who
are
just
starting
out
on
the
open
source
Journey.
A
So
it's
really
great
opportunity
for
them
to
get
involved
really
great
just
to
getting
getting
to
launch
day,
and
it
was
really
great
for
the
team
to
be
able
to
share
this
work
with
the
rest
of
the
world
and
there's
a
lot
of
great
collaboration.
A
A
lot
of
great
people
participating
on
the
team
in
terms
of
feedback
of
things
to
talk
about
which
kind
of
relates
just
in
two
two
general
themes
in
open
source
anyway,
which
is
removing
and
reducing
barriers
for
folks
to
becoming
to
participating
and
also
get
moving
up
the
the
open
source
participation
ladder.
A
I
guess,
if
you
want
to
call
it
that
to
become
a
more
of
a
reviewer
approver
role,
if
they're,
if
they
want
to
do
that,
so
solves
for
that,
we
don't
necessarily
have
anything
other
than
working
to
create
the
pipeline
of
getting
people
interested
and
getting
people.
Onboarded
I
know.
A
Within
the
broader
Sig
docs
group,
there
is
the
pr
Wrangler
role,
which
are
people
who
who
review,
PR's
and
sort
of
work
on
merging
them
and
approving
them,
and
keeping
PRS
moving
and
there's
also
a
shadow
position
where
people
could
shadow
a
PR
Wrangler
someone
reviewing
the
PRS
to
sort
of
learn
that
process
and
learn
more
about
reviewing
and
how
how
the
whole
process
of
reviewing,
if
approving,
PR's
Works
within
the
kubernetes
website
documentation.
A
So
that
might
be
something
that
you
can
kind
of
do
at
a
smaller
scale
within
localizations.
Obviously,
folks
are
able
to
do
that.
Hip
folks
are
able
to
join
as
APR
WR
Wrangler
Shadow
for
anyone-
it's
not
just
you
don't
have
to
be
an
English
person
to
do
that.
You
could
do
it
for
for
anyone
if
you
want
to,
but
if
there
is
some
specific
stuff
within
the
Hindi
localization
that
you
think
you'll
be
cool
to
set
up
like
a
little
mini
version
of
that
within
your
own
localization.
A
That
might
be
something
to
think
about
to
help
people
get
a
little
more
experience.
Reviewing
and
and
learn
more
about
the
processes.
I
am
not
a
part
of
the
Hindi
localization
team.
This
is
me
pulling
information
out
of
slack
base
on
other
people's
responses.
So
I
know
some
folks
on
the
the
team
are
on
the
call.
So
if
there's
anything
else,
you
wanted
to
add
about
the
launch.
Please
please
chime
in
I,
don't
want
to
speak
for
you.
A
Well,
okay:
we
can
move
on.
Oh
the
last
question.
Thank
you
again
to
the
folks
who
are
able
to
contribute
within
slack
really
awesome
to
hear
from
you
all.
A
A
I
think
it'd
be
interesting
to
get
that
perspective
on
how
to
start
a
new
localization
team
and
get
going
from
the
idea
all
the
way
through
to
launch
day
so
I
think
that
would
be
something
to
write.
Just
an
idea.
I
don't
know
if
folks
will
be
interested,
there's,
obviously
no
pressure
and
we
have
a
whole
sub-project
local
dedicated
to
blogs.
So
if
you
were
interested
in
doing
that,
we
can
also
get
you
in
contact
with
them.
A
If
you
want
to
have
more
info,
you
know
more
information
about
what
it
would
take
to
write
a
blog
in
the
whole
process
there
I
can
I
can
put
this
into
the
slack
Channel
as
well
to
get
more
feedback
from
folks,
but
if
you
have
any
thoughts
and
welcome
to
it,
and
also
that
is
the
end
of
our
agenda
right
now,
so
if
people
have
anything
else,
they
wanted
to
add.
Please
jump
in.
B
D
A
D
Yeah
in
case
of
Korean
localization
team,
we
about
to
finish
our
current
Milestone,
which
is
the
125
post
or
KO
yeah,
definitely
from
our
site
and
maybe
I
can
participate.
Who
can
azure?
Maybe
the
contributors
submit
too
so
I
hope
to
see
perks,
who
participate,
Google
Chrome.
D
C
D
D
Maybe
two
days
later,
we
can
finish
it.
C
And
so
Ahsoka
you
joined
a
little
late,
but
Abby
had
told
us
that
there
is
going
to
be
a
doc
Sprint
on
Monday.
And
so,
if
you
look
above
in
the
agenda
there,
you
have
to
register
for
it,
but
we
always
could
use
Folks
at
the
doc
Sprint,
especially
with
your
level
of
experience.
So
hopefully
you
can
travel
steps
that
you're
able
to
be
there
on
that
day,
Zero,
Monday
and
and
be
able
to
attend.
D
Yeah
I
I
tried
to
attend
the
contributors,
Summit
I
think
I
can
I
can
join.
Oh.
A
Yes,
I'm
very
excited,
so,
yes,
that
is
the
end
of
our
agenda.
So
if
we
don't
have
anyone
else
who
has
any
other
things
to
add,
we
can
end
a
little
bit
early,
get
your
time
back.
A
Thank
you
for
joining
and
for
sharing
all
of
your
thoughts,
and
our
next
meeting
should
take
place.
The
next
next
Monday
in
November,
the
first
Monday
in
November,
so
I
will
send
out
reminders,
Etc
and
so
forth
and
hope
to
see
you
all
then
have
a
good
rest
of
your
day
or
evening
wherever
you
are
located
in
the
world.
