Description
Kubernetes SIG Windows 20171114
A
Hello,
everybody
and
welcome
to
another
kubernetes
sig
windows
meeting.
Thank
you
for
attending.
We
don't
have
a
lot
of
topics
today,
since
you
have
most
of
the
folks
on
hands-on
development,
but
I'll
give
you
guys.
The
few
updates
that
I
have
the
first
update
is
that
you
guys
are
all
aware
we
got
cube.
Atm
all
of
the
pairs
were
merged.
I
think
the
last
time
we
met.
So
that
was
a
good
accomplishment.
Now
you
can
build
cube
ATM
on
Windows,
and
you
can
use
cube
ATM
to
deploy
Windows
nodes
to
your
kubernetes
component.
A
Now
from
an
apprentice
perspective,
a
couple
of
things
that
were
looking
at
next
is
we're
trying
to
get
Auto
scale
working
with
hipster
we're
having
a
few
problems
here
and
there
on
that.
The
node
and
bob
from
from
our
team
is
trying
to
track
down
some
networking
folks,
as
well
as
folks
that
worked
on
this
in
the
past
to
see
what's
going
on
there.
A
Ultimately,
what
we
do
see
is
that
the
pot
and
note
level
starts
at
the
CRI
level
are
available,
but
it
seems
like
a
hipster
is
not
being
able
to
fully
consume
those
who
can
trigger
Auto
scale.
That's
the
last
remaining
item
that
you
have
from
aprender.
In
addition
to
that,
we
need
to
develop
end-to-end
tests
for
cube
ATM.
A
The
last
update
from
me.
We,
even
though
we
don't
have
a
Kubik
on
presentation
on
Thursday
December,
7th
between
11:55
a.m.
and
12:30
p.m.
and
I'll,
send
a
note
to
the
slack
channel
as
well.
We'll
have
our
own
classroom,
so
we
can
all
meet
and
talk
about
the
progress
we've
made
and
discussing
issues
within
the
sig
windows
and
and
window
space
community.
That's
great!
B
No,
not
really,
you
know
when
we
get
to
the
audit
the
end-to-end
testing.
If
anybody
has
experience
making
us
that
I'd
be
glad
to
work
with
you,
I
have
not
done
any
testing
any.
C
A
Nice,
that's
also
Moline,
and
if
you
guys
are
you
know,
you
guys
all
know
that
the
code
freeze
for
kubernetes
for
1.9
is
in
about
one
and
a
half
weeks
now,
and
essentially
some
of
the
work
we're
doing
with
ovn
OVS
is
gonna,
be
site
loaded
because
it
requires
its
own
configuration
methods.
So
that
is
not
really
tied
to
the
1.93,
but
should
you
encounter
any
bugs
in
our
end-to-end
testing?
We
probably
need
to
fix
them
then,
but
ultimately,
what's
gonna
happen
when
we
release
is
we're.
A
Gonna
have
multiple
seen
eyes
right,
one
of
the
flannel
CNI
Microsoft,
building
layer,
CNI
and
the
to
see
a
nice
from
from
from
cloud
base
so
will
be
very
exciting.
We'll
have
lots
of
solutions,
and
hopefully
we'll
have
enough
time
to
test
them
all
and
get
it
ready
before
before
we
go.
Do
better
Alain.
If
you
don't
have
anything
else,
we'll
move
Jace.
C
All
right,
Jase
yeah,
so
a
bit
of
exciting
news,
I
was
talking
to
Natalie
I,
believe
it
CN,
CF
and
marketing
and
they're
very
interested
in
making
a
windows
focused
blog
post
when
when
1-9
goes
out,
so
I
I
would
love
to
make
sure
she'll
probably
reach
out
to
you
Michael.
But
we
should
support
that
effort
as
much
as
possible
to
get
lots
of
visibility
on
this
great
work.
That's
been
done
here
and
I
just
wanted
to.
