Kubernetes SIG Windows 20171128
A
Hi
everybody
and
welcome
to
another
meeting
for
sick
windows.
This
Michael
from
aprender
will
go
ahead
and
provide
a
few
updates
today
and
I
think
we're
missing
the
folks
from
cloud
base
a
couple
of
them
our
other
office
today.
So
unfortunately,
we're
not
going
to
get
to
see
a
demo
of
Vienna
vs
overlay
on
Windows
today,
but
they
are
getting
ready
and
they
will
have
an
update
with
2.8
release
of
of
Vienna
vs.
So
let's
kick
that
off
with
Bob
Bob
give
us
your
update
first
place.
B
Yeah
I've
been
testing
out
the
metrics
on
the
window
side
I
was
able
to
get
the
metrics
into
graph.
I
have
hit
a
couple
snags
trying
to
get
auto-scaling
to
work.
I've
also
been
updating
the
the
aprender
demo
to
use
the
1.9
beta,
which,
which
will
then
be
able
to
easily
swap
over
the
one
point
I
released
once
that's
ready
and
also
I'm
going
to
be
looking
at
the
documentation
PR
to
see.
If
there's
anything
I
can
add
help
out
with
that.
What.
B
C
B
That's
entirely
possible
yeah.
A
Hey
Bob,
if
we
can
look
into
that,
that
that'd
be
great
to
see,
if
that's
the
discrepancy
of
what
was
not
making
work,
but
essentially
one
of
the
things
we
were
trying
to
do,
and
that's
one
thing
that
bob
was
was
looking
into
us.
You
know
we
already
have
config
map
secrets
volumes
working
of
on
Windows.
A
We
have
multiple,
she,
a
nice
introduction,
I,
don't
know
if
the
flannel,
C
and
I,
if
it
out
converged
at
or
not
but
you're
going
to
have
the
two
of
you
seen
eyes
who
have
the
Microsoft
CNI
for
flat
there
to
network
in
and
then
the
last
thing
we're
trying
to
get
before
we
get
to
documentation
was
to
make
sure
that
Auto
scale
and
all
of
those
audit
capabilities
worked
so
can
document
them
properly.
So
people
can
know
exactly
what
to
do
to
try
them
out.
D
A
A
E
D
A
A
We
were
asked
to
write
a
blog
post
on
on
cig
windows
as
part
of
the
five
days
of
kubernetes.
What's
new
in
1.9,
I'll
probably
circulate
that
within
the
next
few
days
it's
going
to
be
I'll,
be
writing
the
blog
post,
but
I'm
gonna
take
obviously
advice
and
contributions
from
from
from
the
community.
So
you
know
if
anybody
has
anything
that
they
wanted
specifically
add.
Should
me
a
note
either
by
email
or
slack
and
I'll
definitely
consider
that
you
know.
A
One
of
the
things
as
I
mentioned,
like
we
talked
about
how
Bob
and
a
few
others
are
gonna,
be
writing
up
the
documentation
and
finishing
that
up
will
have
to
have
folks
from
the
community.
Try
those
steps
out
and
make
sure
everything's
working
so
I
do
highly
encourage
all
of
you
guys
to
stay
tuned
in
a
channel
and
try
those
steps
out
once
you
document
them.
