If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
B
Good
morning,
everyone
and
welcome
to
this
remote
hearing
of
the
licensing
subcommittee.
My
name
is
councillor
neil
buckley
and
I
will
be
chairing
today's
hearing
before
I
proceed
further.
Could
I
remind
everyone
that
today's
meeting
is
being
streamed,
live
on
the
city
council's
youtube
channel?
Could
I
ask
the
following
members
of
the
subcommittee
to
introduce
themselves?
First
of
all,
councillor
linda
richards,.
C
Good
morning,
everyone
councillor
linda
richards,
from
weatherby
ward.

A
B
E
Thank
you,
chair
members,
have
discussed
how
best
to
approach
this
morning's
hearing
and
have
agreed
that
the
simplest
most
convenient
way
to
to
deal
with
it
is
to
go
through
the
list
of
films
and
to
stop
at
each
or
at
any
one
of
them
which
they
wish
to
ask
questions
about
and
just
to
work
their
way
through
the
list.
E
Could
I
just
ask
you,
mr
king,
could
you
confirm
that
each
of
the
films
that
that
is
to
be
shown
doesn't
contain
any
content
which
would
more
likely
than
not
render
it
liable
to
be
classified
as
an
r18
if
it
was
considered
in
accordance
with
the
bbfc
classification
guidelines,
which
were
included
in
the
pack.
G
No,
I
I
don't
think
anything
would
be
an
hour
18..
Can
I
just
chat
with
my
colleague
chris
fell.
He's
the
he's
a
director
of
the
police
international
film
festival.
That's
right,
isn't
it
chris.
B
Yeah,
thank
you.
Could
the
licensing
officer
present
the
application.
F
of
the
62
films
to
be
approved.
Members
have
received
an
advanced
screen
of
you.
Only
one
film,
the
sun,
children,
which
requests
a
12-year
rating
and
the
applicant
has
been
unable
to
provide
a
screener
for
liz
and
the
blue
bird,
which
is
mentioned
in
the
report,
which
joins
the
remaining
films
requesting
the
18
category.
F
Finally,
to
assist
the
licensing
subcommittee,
a
copy
of
the
current
bb
fc
classification
guidelines
are
attached
to
appendix
here
on
page
11
of
the
report,
and
that
is
the
application.
Thank
you,
chair.
G
G
Is
that
right
and
we
show
a
number
of
films
in
various
venues
and
some
of
those
films
are
have
bbsc
certificates
and
the
remaining
films
are
films
that
have
not
been
or
are
not
going
to
be
released
in
this
country,
and
they
have
been
all
of
which
have
been
included
on
the
list
that
we've
provided
today.
G
We've
gone
for
an
arrangement
where
we've
asked
for
18
certificates
for
all
the
films
by
one
because
of
practical
reasons,
and
because
most
of
our
audience
are
adults
anyway,
and
the
one
exception
is
the
film
some
children
which
we've
provided
the
screening
for
you
to
watch
before
the
meeting
that
we're
requesting
the
certificate
12a
for.
B
Okay,
thank
you
and
now
over
to
the
subcommittee,
so
my
fellow
councillors
any
questions
please.
C
I
mean
the
only
question
I
might
have,
and
this
is
just
on
a
purely
basis-
is
that
whilst
they
are
all
18
rated
and
are
such,
as
you
say
intended
for
adult
consumption,
some
of
the
concept
it
describes-
and
this
is
a
purely
personal
thing-
if
it
sort
of
says
of
a
sexually
violent
nature,
including
rape,
etc,
do
would
any
of
those
border
on
the
edge
of
they
are
certificate
in
that
one.
In
your
opinion,.
G
No,
I
don't
think
so
that
we
haven't
chosen
any
films
which
would
not
receive
a
routine
18
certification.
If
they
were
passed
through
the
bbfc
and
we've
I
mean
it
may
appear
from
the
way
that
we
described
them,
because
we
are
foregrounding
the
content
which
is
required
to
consider
for
certification.
But
there's
there's
there's
nothing
that
is
unlike
films,
which
have
passed
on
a
month-to-month
basis
in
cinemas.
Year-Round.
C
B
You
thank
you
linda
councillor,
wenham,
anything.
D
I'm
going
along
listening
to
what's
been
said,
he's
guaranteed
to
us
that
there
won't
be
any
sort
of
violence
or
sexual
behavior
in
the
film,
so
if
he
can
guarantee
that
any
anti-social
behavior
anything
like
that,
if
he
can
guarantee
that
none
of
that
is
in
the
films,
then
I'm
happy
to
go
ahead
with
it.
E
Chair
just
to
clarify
that
there
will
be
films
which
do
contain
adult
themes
and
sexual
content.
I
think
the
the
point
is
that
mr
king
and
mr
fell
have
given
a
a
an
assurance
that
there's
nothing
which
would
render
them
as
an
r18,
which
is
the
the
ones
that
would
only
be
able
to
be
shown
in
sex
cinemas.
Basically,
but
if
you
wanted,
I
could
go
through
the
list
and
just
read
them
out.
E
Should
I
do
that
now
then?
So
if
you
go
down
the
list,
the
first
one
I've
got
is
a
lovers:
discourse,
international
short
film
competition
and
there's
a
short
synopsis
to
the
right.
E
Do
members
have
any
questions
about
that?
One.
B
Well,
from
a
from
the
chair's
point
of
view,
rob
I'm
not
going
to
comment
on
any
of
them,
because
my
own
personal
view
is
that
having
taken
mr
king's
assurances,
I'm
I'm
content
with
that.
But
obviously,
if
my
colleagues
want
to
that's
entirely
up
to
them,.
C
I
am
happy
to
proceed
on
that
race,
because
that
was
the
point
of
my
first
question
that
if
they,
if
they
can
give
a
guarantee
that
they
are
not
into
that
additional
category,
then
that
is,
I
mean
yes,
I've
identified
and
it
was
a
particular
issue
of
sexual
violence
and
written
which
was
more
appropriate
in
that
way.
So
as
that
assurance
has
been
given,
I
can't
see
that
there
is
anything
additional
which
could
be
gained
by
actually
going
through
them
on
that
individual
basis.
B
Yes,
the
only
the
only
question
I
had
really
was
more
of
a
general
question
really
and
mr
king
referred
to
everybody
being
adults
who
are
likely
to
be
wanting
to
watch
the
film
and
so
on
and
as
a
matter
of
interest.
Really,
I
was
just
wanting
him
to
describe
what's
his
audience,
how
would
he
describe
them.
G
G
We
have
a
a
section
of
the
film
festival
which
is
aimed
at
families
and
young
people,
but
that
is
usually
a
separate
event
that
takes
place
at
easter
and
the
that
has
the
films
in
in
that
section
have
already
been
passed
in
the
separate
licensing
subcommittee
committee
meeting
and
some
of
the
films
that
we
book
with
uk
distributors,
which
are
on
general
release
or
about
to
be
on
general
release,
are
suitable
for
younger
viewers
as
well,
and
so
there's
that
accessibility.
G
But
a
lot
of
the
films
that
we're
listing
with
you
today
are
more
specialist
films
which
are
of
particular
interest
to.
You
know
people
who
are
committed
film
fans
and
on
you
and
you
and
you
interested
particularly
in
unusual
films
that
aren't
usually
shown
in
cinemas
year
round.
B
Okay,
thanks
very
much
indeed.
Well,
I
don't
have
any
more
questions
and
just
to
double
check
with
my
colleagues
that
there
are
no
further
questions.
B
Okay,
now,
debbie
will
just
advise
me
because
we
normally
now
go
into
private
session.
Don't
we
what?
What?
What
did
we
decide
that
we
were
going
to
do.
A
B
H
I'm
sorry,
can
I
ask
you,
I'm
really
sorry.
I
think
we
need
a
decision
on
the
film
for
12a.
Some
children
is
that
is
that
approved
or
do
do
you
have
any
questions
about
that
particular
film.
E
Correct
five
working
days,
the
decision
will
be
sent
out
in
writing.
None
of
the
films
going
to
be
shown
in
the
next
five
days
are
they
are
we
starting
because
I
see
you
starting
on
the
third.
H
G
B
I'm
just
going
to
say,
if
I
can
just
say
well,
officers
might
like
to
comment,
but
I
think
the
inference
from
what
we've
said
is
that
we
don't
have
any
particular
problem.
Do
we.
A
B
Oh
okay,
so
shall
I
just
conclude
that
by
saying
thank
you
for
your
attendance,
everybody
that
does
include
I'll
conclude
the
business
for
today
and,
as
rob
has
just
said
that
you'll
be
informed
of
the
formal
decision.
