From YouTube: Microsoft Graph Assignments API
Description
In this 21-minute developer-focused demo, Leif Brenne and Mei Tan methodically step through the Microsoft Graph Assignment Graph API v1.0 that will be released in Microsoft Teams EDU tenants this month. The APIs align to an instructor’s workflows around assignments – create, append resources, track submissions, grade and post results back to students. Try out the APIs in the Graph Explorer tool. Think of a Team as a Class (classroom), and assignments are the class activities/coursework. This PnP Community demo is taken from the Microsoft Graph community call – June 2021, recorded on June 1, 2021.

and

you
probably
know,
there's

people
doing
home
assignment
this
year
right
and
within
each
assignment
you
have
documents
and
reference
materials
and
so
forth
once
the
student's
done.
You
turn
in
and
celebrate
the
success
for
that
particular.

as
I
said,
is
part
of
teams
edu
a
team,
of
course,
multiple
teams
in
teams,
but
a
team
in
our
case
is
actually
a
class.
So
a
member
is
a
student
and
an
owner
is
a
teacher.
That's
how
we
think
about
this.
In
teams
with
you
and
and
within
a
team,
you
have
one
or
more
assignments.
Of
course,
multiple
assignments
you
have
and
then
for
each
assignment
you
have
submissions,
so
submission
would
be
basically
a
work.

do

the

submit
back
to
the
teacher
for
grading
once
the
in
addition
to
that
they
also
have
resources.
The
resources
are,
basically
is
supportive
materials.
It
could
be
a
urlink
or
powerpoint
deck

thing
you

course,
with
mission
it
you
get
an
outcomes
and
outcomes
are
grading
and
our
rubric
stuff
so
can
high
level
overview
all
the
functionality

we

associated

are
some

publishing

assignment

a
bunch
of
different
assignments.

assignment
has

lot

properties
associated
with
it
as
well
such
as
the
class
id.
It
belongs
to
the
display
name.
The
due
date
assigned
dates,
some
properties
about
whether
submissions
are
allowed
and
when
they're
allowed
and
importantly
here
we
have
a
status,
so
some
of
these
assignments
say
draft,
which
means
that
I'm
still
working
on
this
assignment
and
it
hasn't
been
given
to
students
yet
and
some
of
these
say
assigned,
which
means
that
it
has
been
given
to
students.
One
of
the
things
that
we
can
do
with
this
api.

the
status

assigned-
and
this
might
be
useful
for
if
we
have
a
class
that
has
a
lot
of
drafts
and
we
have
a
lot
of
assignments
that
are
actually

play

we
want
to
get
just
the
ones
that

visible

students

ones
that
are
just
in
draft
state
for
the
users.

filters
that
you
might
want
to
use
are
ones
that
filter
out
by
a
due
date
after
a
certain
date.

get
the
most
recent

a
useful
filter
to
take
advantage
of.

an

and
the
first
thing
we
can

create
an
assignment
and
the

we're

required

order

create

new
assignment

the
display

and
