it
doesn't
matter
when
we're
actually
recording
this
few
days
before
we're
recording
the
article.

I've
been
a
consultant
in
this
lineup
work
for
since
2000
before
that.
That
I
was
actually
a
master,
Mariner
and
traveled
the
high
seas
for
the
most
line.
But
let's
figure
out
that
the
family
life
and
being
away
for
three
four
months
in
a
row
that
was
just
not
the
optimal,
so
I
changed
and
I
got
myself
a
bachelor
in
in
CS
and
started
working
for
mosque
again
and
during
the
years.

done
a
funny
stuff
like
okay,
client,
server,
development
and
stuff
like
that
and
moving
from
mainframes
to
try
and
server
Solutions
and
but
then
in
2009
I
moved
into
a
consultancy,
and
we
were
doing
a
lot
of
stuff
around
collaboration
and
something
called
SharePoint
popped
up
on
the
radar
yeah.
Well,
it's
just
something.

That
was
that
was
back
in
the
good
old
days
as
you
kind
of
called
that,
and
but
we
had
a
lot
of
SharePoint
on-prem
at
that
time
of
those
2007
I
think
it
was
the
first
one
we
had
at
that
time,
and
then
we
had
10
and
then
13
happens
and
things
get
a
lot.
It
got
a
lot
better
and
I
started
looking
into
using
search
a
lot
that
was
like
around
2013,
but
that
was
really
but
sure
I
can
guess.

Well,
we
had
the
fast
engine
then
incorporated
into
the
into
the
engine
and
that
improved
a
lot
of
stuff,
and
but
at
that
time
we
didn't
have
any
culture
around
sharing
anything.
We
was
just
hoarding
our
knowledge.
Basically,
because
if
you
had
knowledge
you
could
you
could
stick
to
it.
That
was
like
I
saw
sort
of
like
a
mental
IP.
If
you
had
it
you
you
got
you,
you
really
made
sure
that
nobody
else
got
a
text,
perhaps
internally
in
the
company,
but
you're
not
sharing
with
anybody.
That
was
just
not.

was
just
not
the
culture
at
that
time,
at
least
here
in
Denmark
and
in
that
company.
But
then
we
moved
to
online
and
things
started
to
change
and
Microsoft
as
well
started
to
change,
and
we
got
a
lot
more
open
and
we
see
where
we
started
to
not
consider
open
source
like
a
cancer.
It
was
something
that
was
actually
done
yeah
and
it
could
become
more
more
popular
and
around
I
think
it
was
2016
I
started
looking
into
the
PNP
provisioning
because
we
had.
Of
course,
we
had
our
own
provisioning
of.

Of
course
yeah,
and
what
happens
if
you
have
your
own
prisoning
engine,
the
people
who
actually
develop
it,
they
either
moved
to
a
new
role
or
they
quit
the
company
Yeah.
So
basically
we
had
we
had
a
professional
instant
that
we
couldn't
support
anymore,
because
the
guys
wasn't
there
anymore,
so
we
were
looking
into
what
can
we
because
we
could
consider
building
our
own
one
again?

It
would
just
failed
with
this
once
you
we
tried
to
fail
again
or
should
we
look
to
what
the
community
had
to
to
offer,
and
that
was
where
I
started
looking
into
the
PHD,
provisioning
and
I.
At
that
time,
I
wasn't
any
I
wasn't
considering
sharing
anything
really
because
I
was
just
I
was
using
what
everybody
else
was
providing
that
was
very
kind
of
them,
but
I
wasn't
doing
my
own
partner.

wasn't
doing
the
part
that
I
was
supposed
to
to
as
far
as
contributing
myself,
but
that
changed
around
that
was
I,
think
it
would
park
in
2019,
I
saw
Alvin
van
Hornet
doing
something
on
PMP
Powershell
and
that's
sort
of
like
switched
something
in
in
my
brain.
That
was,
but
we
can't
do
I
can
do
that
as
well,
because
not
because
Raven
isn't
a
Superman
because
he
absolutely
is.
But
you
know,
there's
a
lot
of.

computers
as
well,
and
that
made
me
consider
well
perhaps
I-
can
do
that
as
well,
because
I
can't
code
for
well
I
do
a
lot
of
PHP
Powershell
development,
but
I
can't
code,
any
C,
C,
plus
plus

sharp
anymore
and
the
typescript
is
completely
apparent
for
me,
but
I
could
contribute
by
doing
some
Community
work
and
I
can
just
by
updating
the
documentation
which
everybody
knows
documentation
is
just
so
fun.
Everybody
is
volunteering
to
do
that.

absolutely
or
not,
I'm,
not
sure
so
that
was
sort
of
like
where
I
saw
that
I'd
contribute
and
until
my
part
so,
and
that's
what
I've
been
doing
ever
since
I
joined
the
PNP
web
search
project
and
the
PNP
script
samples
because
well
teamview
scripts,
that's
something
partial
and
that's
where
I
that's
sort
of.
Like
my
hammer,
everything
I
see,
looks
like
something:

can
write,

so
that's
why
I
contribute
on
those
two
projects
and
lately
I
I'm,
doing
a
lot
of
support
on
the
PHP
model.
Search
repository
and
I
could
see
a
pattern
emerge
when
we
were
looking
at
what
kind
of
support
requests
that
we
got
because
people
reported
about
and
then
we
started
digging
into
it,
and
sometimes
they
were
either
right
it.

was
a
book
so
that
happens.

concept

case?
Why
do
you
need
to

are
customers
willing
to
pay
for
provisioning?
Where
does
this
come
from?
Why
isn't
the
product
good
enough.

that's
where
we
use
that
kind
of
technology
in
order
to
specify
tailor
the
solution
to
what
the
customer
requires,
and
they
do
that,
like
they're
spin
up
like
50
sites
a
day
just
for
this,
and
they
have
specific
requirements
to
each
kind
of
template.
So
we
have
like
10
or
15
templates
with
them,
and
then
they,
of
course,
sometimes
they
change
their
business
requirements.
So
they
have
been
working
with
them,
I'm
approaching
nine
years
now,
just
catering
for
that
specific
needed.

people
have
similar
requirements

always

those
templates

Microsoft
provides.

never
fulfill

requirement

good

can
do
otherwise,

the

return
of
investment
for
automating

everybody
built
their
own
engine

moved
away

opportunity

you
had
as
a
partner
and
kind

the
USP
you've
got
distinguishing
yourself
from
others
in
the
market
because
like
if
everybody
will
use
the
same
thing
one?

probably
that
you
can
build

hours,

you

use
a
thing
and
it's
there
and
two:
it's
everybody's,
like
everybody,
has,
is
doing
the
same
thing.
So
how
do
you
distinguish
yourself
from
us?

to
ask
is?
How
does
the
ubiquity
of
things
that
we
build
in
the
open
for
everybody
change
your
life
as
a
partner
and
the
way
you
look
at
creating
the
business
for
yourself.

think
it'll,
just

the

competition.

this

It's
just
on
a
higher
level,
because
we
don't
have
to
do
the
bolts
and
dots
and
stuff
all
that
stuff
to
build
the
engine.

have
to
provide
some
additional
value.
On
top
of
that,
just
like

we
have
several
different
offerings
that
competes
for
the
SharePoint
or
teams,
and
but
they
all
have
different
ways
to
repeat
the
same.

if
you
know,

you
know
the
number
of
consultancy
companies
in
the
world
that
actually
is
all
built
on
top
of
Microsoft
365.,
we
there's
a
firing
a
number,
a
number
of
people
who
are
doing
this,
but
we
each
do
a
little
bit
different
and
cater
to
specific
business
area
or
have
specific
services
that
we
can
provide.
So
I
don't
see
any
reason
to
believe
that
moving
the
ladder
a
little
bit
up
and
and
actually
start
building
what
we're
all
standing
on
the
shoulders
of
giants
right.

we
just
we
give
the
customer
more
by
don't
have
to
reinvent
the
wheel
for
each
and
every
customer,
and
some
people
have
specific
needs
and
they
built
on
top
of
like,
for
instance,
a
SharePoint,
modern,
sorry,
a
modern
search.
They
add
additional
capabilities
and
they
keep
it
for
themselves.
That's
yeah,
I!
Guess,
that's!
That's
that
choice
and
all
the
people
they
actually
contribute
into
the
project
in
order
to
make
sure
that
somebody
has
to
actually
maintain
their
code
in
the
future.
So
so
there's
a
lot
of
opportunities
there
and
I.

people
do
that
on
purpose
and
that
they
contribute
on
purpose,
that's
their
mentality
that
we
that's
the
way
we
do
it.
When
we
enhance
this
existing
project,
we
do
it
for
everybody
and
some
people
keep
it
to
themselves
and
recently
I've
seen
more
people
failing
with
that
custom
solution
than
people
who
fail
by
they're
using
what's
publicly
available
and
then
just
built
on
top
of
that
or
configure
that
in
a
specific
way,
configure
that
in
a
specific
way,
rather
than
build.
So
one.

one
of
the
concerns
that
I
hear
a
lot
is
that
when
you
use
something
that
you
don't
own
by
yourself,
you
create
a
dependency.
What
if
it
doesn't
do
what
you
need,
what
if
it
breaks?
What
do
you
do
then
right?
Because
so
do
you
like,
in
order
for
you
to
truly
be
able
to
adopt
it
as
a
part
of
your
offerings?

So
unless,
even
even
in
the
best
of
Worlds,
you
get
a
copy
of
that
source
code
from
a
vault
somewhere,
because
that's
stated
this
contract
that
you
have
to
have
a
copy
of.
But
then
you
hand
you
several
several
thousand
files
on
a
floppy
disk
or
on
a
USB
stick
and
that's
it
and
good
luck.

figured
out
how
that
works.

it's
sort

if
I've
made
something
special
for
one
of
my
customers
and
I
decide
not
to
work
anymore
and
I
just
retire,
the
likelihood
that
somebody
else
will
pick
up
that
project
and
bring
it
further
is
pretty
high
because
it's
all
based
on
on
a
standard.
So
it's
it's
it's.
We
are
not
that
unique.
Of
course,
if
I
made
something,
somebody
else
can
take
it
and
move.

Basically,
is
people
deliver
you,
the
software
and
the
project
and
everything
else,
and
then
they
come
to
the
customer
and
say:
okay
sign
off
that
we
delivered
what
we
promised
in
the
contract
now
the
challenge.
What
this
one
brings
is
that
well,
okay,
so
the
customer
bought
expertise
and
Knowledge
and
Skills

they're
all
completely
independent

amazing
