first
times

try
for
the
first
time,
you
usually
fail

you
develop

kind
of
experience,

you

still

technical
depth

flows
like
one
two
three
tests
or
something
and
some
of
them
tend
to
be
ignored
because
you
don't
need
them
anymore,
but
are
not
switched
off
and
they
are
still
running
in
the
background
and
you're
wondering
I
got
an
email
from
flow.
What's
that
about
don't

there
are
things
happening,
especially
when
you
have
a
learning
curve,
even
if
it
might
be
steep
or
not
that
steep
it
doesn't
matter.
The
point
is
Power.
Platform
is,
as
the
name
says,
the
platform,
and
you
want
to
establish
this
platform
in
a
good
way,
so
that
people
in
citizen
developer
can
make
good
experience
and
like
really
fit
from
the
platform.

if
you
don't
have
any
governance
or
guidelines
in
place,
then
it's
difficult
to
do
so,
and
not
even
with
a
technical
implementation
of
the
technical
guard
rates
that
the
governance
is
about.
It's
even
about
the
communication,
if
I
as
a
as
an
organization
set
up
a
platform
and
don't
tell
my
users
how
to
use
it,
how
they
can
benefit
from
it,
then
it's
like
try.

narrow,
try
your
best
so.

think
there
is
a
very,

good
point
in
what
you're
saying,
since
there
is
not
one
governance
concept
that
fits
all
organizations,
you
have
to
adapt
it
to
your

organizational
culture
so
to
say,
and
those
are
you
have
different
cultures
in
different
countries,
how
to
how
to
drive
and
what
you
need
to
drive.

generally

signs

regulations

just
start

get
into
the
traffic,
but
in
Italy,
for
example.
You
don't
need
that
much,
because
people
are
used
to
that,

reflects

different
style

governance,

that
makes
a
lot

sense.

recently

lot
is,
like
people
put
up
governance
like
lots
of
science,
but
they
don't
explain
what
they
mean,
and
then
it's
really
like
just
figuring
out,

like
okay,
there's
a
sign.

doesn't

know,
let's
see
what
happens
if
I
just
acknowledge,
and
that
happens
a
lot
recently.

and
I
guess
coming
back
on
there,
so
so
the
covenants
also
like
Set
within
the
interior
governance.
It's
also
making
sure
that
the
people
know
how
to
start
using
things
and
again
that
drives
that
option
which
basically
maximize
the
return
of
investment,

able
to
use
some
of
this
stuff.

is
a
money
somebody
has
invested
at
least
Microsoft
365
or
additional
licenses
and
Power
Platform,
so
maximizing
that
value
for
the
company.
It's
important
to
have
that
governance
place

governance
plan
in
place

one
thing
what
came
to
my
mind
immediately:
I'm,
just
asking
this
from
Michael,
because
you
obviously
work
on
this
area
with
customers
and
and
the
Power
Platform
side.

you
see
Power
Platform
like
low
code
no
code?
And
yes,
there
is
a
pro
code,
storytelling
in
Power
Platform
as
well
and
absolutely
suitable
mode.

you
still
see
so?
How
would
I
put
it
in
quotes,
graduations
of
certain
processes
and
solutions
from
a
Power
Platform
to
Azure
implementations,
if
they're
being
adapted
more
quietly
by
customers?

this
one
is
coming
back

We
talked
about
the
governance
and
basically
somebody
creates
a
first
solution
and
then
in
Excel
or
previously
in
Access,
and
then
all
of
a
sudden
people
are
like.
Oh,
this

brilliant.
We're
going
to
use
this
and
then,
within
a
decade
all
of
a
sudden.
The
whole
business
is
running
on
top
of
that
Excel
file
or
the
access
file,
which
was
never
intended
to
be
like.

a
certain
limits
within
the
limits.

but
do
you
see
like
the
the
is
the
Power
Platform
already?
Is
it
a
material,
have
to
be
the
end
game
or
is
it
more
like
a

it's

it

getting
adapted

how
do
you
see?
Is
there
this
kind
of
a
transition
from
Power
Platform
to
more
pro
pro
azure
implementations.

Well,
I
think
that
heavily
depends
on
who's
talking
or
Consulting
those
organizations,
because
I
see
that
a
lot
basically,
and
especially
in
the
last
two
years,
Power
Platform,
has
become
a
buzzword
like
yes,
this
is
a
new
kind
of
new
and
shiny
tool
that
everyone
wants
to
use
and
I
am
partly
working
in
pre-sales
as
well.
So
I
have
the
joy
of
getting
those
early
use
cases
sometimes
and
I've
had
some
customers
or
I
didn't
have
some
customers.
Actually
that
said,
okay,
this
is
our
use
case.

That
is
really
that,
like
people
really
look
for
that
advice
right
because,
like
myself,
we
offer
all
the
options,
but
at
the
end
of
the
day,
you
need
to
pick
the
right
tool
for
a
job
and
having
that
experience
differentiates
you
from
from
other
folks
who
actually
don't
have
it
and
they
have
a
hammer
and
everything
is
an
L
right.

whether
you
were
mentioning
the
maturity
of
the
power
production
right
now
from
Power
Platform
to
maybe
Azure
or
more
Pro
code
device,
but
also
the

see
the
maturity
from
this
personal
productivity.

leverage
that
this
is
still
a
challenge
for
me
and
many
of
my
customers
actually,
because
within
governance,

usually

sit

with

still
events

getting
in
touch
with

many
different
people,
not
only
people
who
create
content,
but
also
just
use
the
products
like
people
in
the
audience
and
people
mingling
around.

you
just
get
so
many
ideas
from

it,

the
point
is
going
to
events
can
be
costly
because
costs
money
and
time,
and
especially,
if
you
have
a
personal
life
or
your
friends,
then
it
can
be
difficult

approach

for
that
and

first
one

before

governance

Power
Platform
as

one-person
job.
That

it

too
much
for

recently

my
sessions,
every
of
my
blog
post.
Don't
underestimate
it
it's
a
lot.
This
is
really
really
important.
The
second
thing
is
I've
seen
many
customers
now
who
come
up
with
a
perfect.

Approach
to
to
to
run
the
platform,
and
but
until
it
isn't
perfect,
they
don't
start
so
start
somewhere
is
really
important.
Point,
don't
wait
for
your
show
your
concept
to
be
perfect
because
otherwise
you
won't
start
at
all,

we
come
to
governance
itself.
There
are
a
few
things
that
are
the
minimum
for
good
governance.
Like
environments,
dlps
security
roles
like
those
three
but
the
most
important
thing
I
always
see,
and
this
always
cost
me
a
lot
of
time
to
explain.

the

part
because
it's
Switched
Off
by
default
for
every
customer
and
if
you're,
using
the
Power
Platform
just
for
a
bit,
you
have
so
many
cross
Talent
connections
and
you
don't
really
know
what
you
have

can't
really
detect
it.
Apart
from
the
center
of
excellent
starter,
it
will
get
all
the
information
and
usually
when
we
open
the
hood
and
take
a
deep
look,
then
we
have
a
lot
of
tidying
up
to
do
and
sometimes
I
think.

we
have
to
look
into
that
since
you
shouldn't
ignore
that,
like
really
not
and
I,
like
those
those
demos,
I
did
this
with
the
customer
ones,
where
I
had

a

guest
account

got

get
some

from
their
tenant,

one

realizing

environments,

not
in
a
default
environment

had
this,
it
had
the
same
experience
when
I
have
like
my
organizational
tenant
and
my
private
tenant
and
my
developer,
tenant
and
I
had
this
flow
somewhere
and
one
of
those
tenants
in
one
of
those
environments,
but
I
can't
find
it
anymore

and
this
with
multiple
times
is
more
difficult
with
one
tent.
It
still
can
be
super
difficult,
and
this
is
something
I
see
that
the
Power
Platform
admin
Center
is
getting
better
at
that
and
providing
more
information
about
the
flow
and
the
apps
and
the
users.

this
is
good,
but
usually
we
just
have
to
use
the
sign
of
excellent
starter
kit
too,
to
find
that
one
flow
list,
all
the
flows
that
you
have
created,
for
example,
regardless
of
the
environment
there.
We
can
get
this
information,
but
it's,

you
have
to
fulfill
those
requirements
to
install
the
cue
in
the
first
place,
which
requires
you
to
be
an
administrator
usually-
and
that
is
this
is
a
challenge.

challenges

customers

consultants

technical
writers
and
Microsoft.

when
is
the
documentation
enough,
because
if
I
have
too
much
documentation,
it
will
be
outdated
in
a
moment
of
like
that.
If
you
have
two
little
documentation,
there's
no
value
so
finding
that
right
balance
where
it's
good
enough,
so
it's
valuable
but
not
outdated.

usually

need

least

governance
documents

documentations,
the
technical
part
where
we
just
list
what
we
have
done.

tenant

set
up

everything

approachable

for

users
to

see
what
kind
of
environments

I'm
allowed

released

recently

they're

administrator

people

who's
in
charge
for

key
challenges

a
company
perspective

the
employees
go

external
blog
sites
and

feature.

like
about
the
administration
and
governance
part
about
Power
Platform,

it's
also
the
challenge
that
it
is.
It
includes
so
many
aspects.
It's
the

communication
to
the
users,
the
change
management
part,
the
technical
implementation.

if
you
want
to
run
a
platform,
there's
a
lot
to
do.
You
need
training,
you
need
communication,
you
need
the
technical
setup,
you
need
process
to
be
implemented
and
developed
and
deployed
it's
everything
so
that
what
makes
it
so,
nice
actually
yeah.

don't
