focusing

experience,

started
as

developer

in
the
old
days

a
half
years
I
was
working
in
the
asp.net
development
developing
web
applications
for
the

various
organizations.

started

still
remember
the
first
project
which
I
got.
It
was
a
2007
and
I
still
see

all

geo,

user
interface,
which
was
built
in
use
your
controls.

think

core.

still
remember-

I
was
totally
confused
with
that.

historical
storyline
of

to

teams

the
sharepoint
background,

there's

lot
of
us
who
have
been
doing
decades
of
work

the
explosion
and
the

of
the
offers
and
opportunities
in
m365
happened
after
that
which
is

of

awesome

then
getting
to
the
teams
is
completely
understandable
as

high
demand
on
that
now,
what
does
that
actually
mean
in
practice?

things

involves

my
day-to-day
activities
like
we
do
have
global
customers,
so
I
don't
see
much
of
the
local
customers,
at
least
the
customers,
which
we
deal
primarily
are
the
global
customers.

multiple
things.
So
there
are
one
area.
What
we
do
is
that
we
find
to
identify
some
of
the
line
of
business
actions
specifically
for
the
front
line
workers
and
see
how
we
can
bring
teams
into
their
ecosystem.

focusing
on
try
to
find
their
pain
areas
and
how
teams
can
potentially
benefit
them.
That's
one
area
which
I
focusing
on
along
with
that
there
are
some
customers
who
come
to
us
asking
what
all
we

how
we
can
bring
their
line
of
business
into
the
team's
ecosystem

of

wants
to

been
working
in
the
past

week

weeks

I

I
started
my
journey,

back
in
2019
or
2003.

my
knowledge
about
the
pnp
started
a
bit

that,

close
friend

mine,

her

twitters
and
all
the
tech
community,
and
I

felt
one
day.

I

need
to
be
famous
one

part

first
time
I
forked
that
cli
project
into
my
local.
So
then,
after
that,
after
three
four
months,
I
did
not
do
anything
on
that.

to
no
one
else.

simple

because
that's
the
right
way
to
do
that,
because
jumping
directly
into
the
code
base
is
going
to
be
a
risky
business
for
a
person
like
me,
because
it

too
much
overwhelming

started
with
a
pnp
script
sample
and
I
developed
the
script.
I
did
not
create
that
script
myself.

was

and
what

is

converted

created
the

what
happened
is
that
the
pr
got
approved
and
there
were
people
all
the
famous
people
who
started
sharing
that

community

feeling,

still
don't
forget
it.
That's
the
best
feeling
which
I
had,
I
mean
every
people
who
might
look
forward
to
who
I
considered
as
of
and
they
started
sharing,
and
that
was
their
best
feeling.

I
understood

this
is
a
nice
journey.

overwhelming
feeling,
because
before
all
I
needed
to
do
was
just
to
pre-initiate
the
pull
request,
because
I'll
get
a
review
comment,

responsibility
is
far
less
compared
to
what
I
am
right
now,
the
maintainer
part.
But
when
it
came
to
maintainer,
I
felt
a
bit
responsible
because
with
power
comes
responsibility,
so
you
need
to
make
sure
that
what
you're
following
is
what
you
are
supposed
to
do.

I
did
personally

that
I
went
I

was
just
following
what
other
maintainers
are
doing,

have
been
there
as
a
maintainer
for
quite

time

they

became

started
ask

how
do

become

tell
them

that
you
cannot
become
an
mpp.
You
need
to
be
an
mvp,
because
mvp
is
not
a
milestone.
It
is
not
a
checkpoint
where
you
reach,
because
it
has
to
be
part
of
your

journey.

aim
for
the
mvp,
you
need
to
start
contributing
to
the
community
and
eventually
you
will
become
mvp.
That's
how
ideally,
the
journey
has
to
be

any
mvp.
What
I
feel
is
that
mvp,
who

only

will
continue
through
his
journey.

sure
that's
how
it
will
succeed

you
want

once

job

moving

boring

area

get
to
do
lot

things

be
judged.

we've
been
talking

with
wildec
already
many
many
years

the
develop
the
main
value

main
value,
one
of
the
values,
because
all
of
us
all

humans,

highly

us

the
key
values
in
the
community
for
sure
is
that
when
the
day

you

gets
boring.

still
have
an
area
where
you
can
pluck
hey.

engage

similar-minded
peers,
so
similar
amount

people
to

share
your
learnings
and

connection.

then
build
networks
of
people,

you

networking
people,
but
you
kind
of
naturally
grow
to
know
people,
and
then
I
have
connections
throughout
the
world.

part

community
you'll

be
able

work

get
yourself
connected
across

them,

that

get

formulated
and

lot

learnings

too

information

overwhelming

best
part

team

other
areas.

uncertainties
whether
microsoft
is
going
to
invest
in
this
area

now

get
to
know
whether
that
will
do

it
or
not,
not
revealing
the

part,
but
whether
they
will

it

say:
there's
a
lot
of
information
around
only
thing
we
need
to
have
one.

need

spend
one
more
week
to
go
through
all

videos

see
what

the
best
part
is

love

chat

the
meeting
you'll
be
able
to
understand
what
others

investing

great

see

tooling,

microsoft,
themes

under
keytop,

all

this
thing

actually
also
equalizing

community
work,
because
again
it's
not
just

fact

controversy

it's
also
the
regional
events.

every
now
and
then
people
cannot
actually
join
on
the

the
in-person
events.
We
can
do
stuff
remotely.

can
work
in
github
there's
a
lot
of
contributors
which
we
haven't
actually
met
face
to
face,
but
we
engage
with
them
in
a
github
in
twitter,
in
social
media.
Any
linkedin,
and
all
of
that
said,
and
still
somehow
magically
community
is
able
to
kind
of
align
its
way
through
a
joint
direction
which
is
kind
of
cool.
So
it's
it
doesn't
require
that
you
are
in
person
and
it.
It
then
provides
equal
opportunities.

meetings

still

guess
exactly

then
at

same
time

least
personally
I
say,

I
have
a
massive
imposter
syndrome

feel
really

tired
after

days

having
this

nice
distance
between

somewhere

don't
really
need

super
