recently
picked
up
as
responsibilities.

been
working
the
SharePoint
for
about
ten
years
in
various
capacities.

did

development,
they
need

consultancy,
service,
kind
of
state
with
SharePoint
2001
and
then
move
through
to
BSS
into
mass
sharepoint
online
for
that
last
for
bastards

as
also
it's
been
around
for
a
while

just

riding
the
wave
as
a
sharepoint
guy
in
office,
365
that
now
sharepoint
this
tiny
little
piece
and
there's
a
whole
host
of
different
things
that
we
need
to
look
at.

teams

as
you're

teams

use

tools-

where

rely

other
people

fix
issues

features

always
willing
people

terms
of
the
amount
of
people
that
will
be
using
the
tools
against
the
amount
of
people
actually
actively
contributing
and
adding
to
the
to
the
projects
is
probably
quite
small
and
there's
a
there's.

same
time,
if
you
take
the
right
approach,
I
think,
if
you're
open
and
say
you
know,
I'm
trying
to
contribute
be
be
active.
I
guess
is
one
thing
you
know:
try
your
best
and
just
go
through
the
motions
and
once
you've
gone
through
that
a
few
times
of
continuing
it
just
becomes
second
nature,
and
you
kind
of
don't
have
to
think
I
found
this
issue.

put

fixing

can
put
the

push
the

straightaway

that
can
be
picked
up.

a
development
point

people
to

understanding

basic
kind

still
set

contribute
to
an
open-source
project,
whether
that's

whether

It's
a
skill
but
I
think
more
and
more
developers
should
have
as
a
core.
It
should
be
one
of
the
things
that
you
know.
Can
you
write
JavaScript?

you
contribute
to
open
source

follow-up

question
you're
kind
of
answering
that
already.
But
what
would
you
say
for
those
people
and
team
Lee,
it's

CEOs

CTOs
were
saying.
Why
would
I
spend
my
time
on
open-source
because
that's
time
away
from
invoicing
and
time
away
from
actually
doing
customer
engagement?
What
is
the
purpose
of
my
company
to
actually
contribute
for
Microsoft
for
free?
That's
insane,
because
we
do
get
that
feedback
as
well.

think,
in
terms
of
from
reinvesting
back
into
the
tools
that
we're
using
as
a
development
team
is,
we
are
one
supporting
that
project
going
forward.
So
it's
less
of
a
risk,
it's
less
of
a
risk
to
go
to
Christmas
a

we're
using
this
kind
of
random
library
that
no
one
really
knows
about.
We
don't
know
about
using
actually
no
we're
using
it.
We're
supporting
it.
Wait
if
there's
any
issues
we
can
jump
in
there
and

fix
it.

there's
lots
of
other
benefits
for,
but
for
teams
as
well
I
think
you
know
as
a

a
development
house.
If
you
know
that
company
is
actively
working
towards
community
and
projects,

don't
think
that
that's
a
bit
more

interesting
place
to
work
as
well,
because
because
you
are
giving
back
and

other
part
of
it
is
you're
extending

development
team,

extending
your
development
team
to
everyone
who
uses
that

tool
and
who's
contributing
that
projects
as
well

you're
lowering
risk.

time
when
people
would
do

open-source

companies

we
have
a
month
to
spend.
Will
we
build
once
again
something
that
already
exists
and

can
tap

are
we
going
to
spend

time

build
something

we
can
distinguish
ourself
from
everybody

have
a
USP
on
that

plus
the
customer
and
customers
are
getting
much
more,
let's
say,
intelligence
or
intelligent
in
general
all
around
these
topics
as
well.
So
they
are
aware
that
there
are
certain
things
which
come
from
our
open
source
and
then,
which
is
a
good
thing,
because
then
they
can
actually
ask
hey.
Can
we
use
these
things,
because
that
will
reduce
the
investments
on
the
basics
and
then
concentrate
on
our
specific
requirements
such.

consultant

we're
bound

what

customers
want.

want
value
and
if
we
can
get
there
quicker
and
do
less
of
the
kind
of
the
standard
things
and
concentrate
on
the
difficult

they're

doing

pull
request

the

used

courage

put
some
pull
requests
into

definitely

see
a

think
the
CLI
kind

got
me

the
rest
in
terms
of
what
it's
trying
to
achieve
from
the
technical
side.

getting
involved
in

enjoyed
doing

never

learning
which

SharePoint
development
days
start
with
quiet
sigh
development,

my
first
very
project

working

support.

saw
that
there
was
some
really
old
access
state
based
kind
of
projects
lying
around.
We
could
get
rid
of
them
by
using
SharePoint
lists
and
crates
and
from
end
so
I
started
using
the
gate,
guys
really
only
onion.
By
version
3,
then
I
have
to
moved
into
being
developer
and
I
started,
doing
the
wisps
server-side
code
and.

Everything
one
with
development,
because
I
had
that
background
already
so
moving
into
the
CLI
with
no
jess
was
pretty
straightforward,
because
I
had
that,
because
JavaScript
background
and
yeah
get
involved
was
was
great,
so
it
was
good
experience
because
pushing
those
PRS,
those
first
ones
Waldeck,
will
know.
There
are
a
couple
that
I
couldn't
even
figure
out
where
the
issues
with
it
was
staying
with
it,
making
sure
you
learn,
yeah,
go
through
those
those
motions
and
now
I'm
quite
happy
with
things.
I,
don't
know,
but
lots
of
things
that
I
know
I'm
going
to
learn.

classic
journey
on
getting
more
closely
involved
and
contributing
on
things,
finding
the
right
project
and

gradually
starting

country
contributed

lot

people
right
now
on

getting
to
learn
how
to
do.

very

broad

are
folks
who
may
be
touched.

think

there

things
that
I've
never
done

build
internet
sites

never
used
BTC
I've,
never
built
a
workflow
in
SharePoint.
Never
ever
I
just
never
had
a
use
for
that.
In
my
work,
your

million

things
that
I've
never
done,

now

it
gets
more
clarified
now
in
office
365.
What

related
on
the
role
of
SharePoint
is
kind
of
a
slightly
reducing.

wouldn't
say
through
role
of
SharePoint
is
reducing

say
we're
extending
on
everything
else.
On
top
of
the
SharePoint
as
well,
because
the
norm
from
SharePoint
is
to
check
off
all
plates,
they
say
intranet.

in
the
cloud

you
have
flow
power,

power
bi
you

exchange

moved
everything
into
SharePoint.
It
was
probably
a
good
place
to

things

time,
but
actually
now
there's
different
considerations
that
you
need
to
make
so,
whereas
before
our
SharePoint
would
be
the
answer
now,
it's
well
hang
on
can't
we
just
put
this
date
as
your
sequel
database.

an
interesting
transition,
well

you
work
in
UK
as
a
consultant
and
been
doing
that
for
a
while,
a
house
to
UK
transition
to
the
cloud
look
like
nowadays.

know
that
it
was
trailing

catch
up
on
Scandinavian

Netherlands

what's

current
situation.

these
companies
could
become
cloud
native
now,
there's
very
little
need
for
them
to
have
that
that
infrastructure,

think
there's

big
shift,
certainly
in
that
space

think
a
lot
of
companies
are
seeing
cloud
more
as

realistic
option
and
that
it
can
give
them
their
advantages.

think
it's
different
to
how
they
would
have
seen
things
in
the
past.

think
there's
this.
You
know
if
I
can
see
see
my
date
in
the
corner
of
the
room,
then
that's
safe.

in

larger
organizations

they're
becoming
more
interested
in
the
cloud,

they
still
want

core

in

them

isn't
secure

you
think
about,

banking,

you
keep
your
money
rather
by
yourself

because

has
proper
security,
physical
security?

have
security
on
the
things
or
do
you
actually
hang
it
in
home
and
sure
you
can
have
a
locks,
proper
locks
on
your
doors,
but
do
you
which
one
is
safer
and

that

kind
of
the
analog
that
we
were
using

the
guys

we're
using
towards
the
customer.
So,
in
the
same
way,
if
you
think
about
cloud,
are
you
sure
that

you
saying
that
Microsoft
would
not
be
as
secure
as
you

location

data
centers

everything

the
