it
even

This
has
introduced
a
lot
of
changes
absolutely
and
the
working
methods
with
everybody
else,
it's
different
and
and
well
just
out
of
careers
that
are
actually
on
that
topic.
Well,
what's
the
biggest
change
you've
seen
both
of
you
with
what
you're
saying,
but
in
the
past
weeks,
related
on
working
from
home.

know
well,
like
you've
been
working
from
home
a
long
time
as
well.

so
I've
been
working
from
home
now
for
a
bit
more
than
four
years,
the
biggest
changes
and
I
mean
it's
not
that
that
the
Netherlands
where
I
live,
is
all
on
lockdown.
So
we
are
officially
allowed
to
go
out
just
as
long
as
you
stay
away
from
everybody
else,
but
we
basically
try
to
not
do
that
if
there
is
no
reason
to
so.
For
me
that
means
primarily
one
being
more
indoors
myself
and
until
everybody
else
is
at
home
too
so
I'm
not
along
the
holiday
all
right.

these
are
the
two
biggest
things
and
then
the
other
one
is
which
is
kind
of
third
world
third
world
luxury
inconvenience.
It
does.
Is
it
their
online
delivery
of
your
shopping
like
that?
That
is
because
everybody's
doing
that
now
so,
like
you
basically
need
to
go
yourself
pick
up
your
stuff
right,
but
these
are
really
like
the
really
the
only
things
that
I
actually
changed.

trying

five

it's
you

same,

it's
also
different
with
everybody
at
home,

you

me

the
rabbits,

home

would
help

naps

stuff

to

adjust

being

think

biggest
challenge
is
in

interesting
channels,

luxury
of
working
home
for
six
years
already

calculated.

one

things

obvious
is
that
in
the
past
there
was
always
this
kind
of
add
a
period
where
I
could
actually
be

say
in
quotes
creative
and
you
can
go
out
with
the
dog
there's

else

demanding
your
attention,
there's
nothing
extra
to
and
then
I
have
the
typical
eight
hours
to
work
on,
and
so
that
gives
me
the
flexibility
on

doing
other
stuff
as
well

being
creative

testing
things

coding.

and
then
okay,
now
the
concentrate
on
work
and
but
with
the
current
situation,
I'm
unresponsible
of
the
home
schooling
between
the
and
the
households
from
from
morning
until
like
the
midday
or
1:00
p.m.

all
varieties,

lucky
in
tech,

role

cloud

Microsoft

you

already

this

exchange

email,
365,
email

now
you

SharePoint

do
onedrive.

adding

close
to
what
you
already

that

role
within
all
of
that
is
pretty
fluid.

it's
really,
you

help
out

I
hope
in
a
lot
of
different
ways,

working
with

help
some
managing
changes
into
the
fast-track
program
itself,

little

little
piece
of
that.

drive
some
open
source
stuff
within
fast
track,

little

that
I've
come
back

we're
in

middle,

fast
track

tasked
in

middle
of
this
kovat
response
with
really
helping
folks
rapidly,
especially
universities
or
healthcare
institutions,
rapidly
get
onto
the
cloud
and
stay
productive
or
able
to,
and
this
in
in
healthcare
terms
serve.

we've
got
we've
ramped
up
a
ton
of
stuff
and
it's
also
been
frankly
amazing
to
come
back
to
work
in
the
middle
of
all
this
happening
and
see
what
Microsoft
is
doing,
is
really
kind
of
inspiring
and
seeing
everybody's
trying
to
help
everybody's
trying
to
figure
out
how
to
remove
barriers,
make
things
easier,
get
rid
of
friction
and
and
make
it
work.
You
know
both
for
our
customers
and
you
know
these
these
institutions.

that
we've
identified
like
healthcare,
for
example,
is
a
big
one,
where
they're
a
priority,
of
course
right.
But
the
other
thing
that
I
think
is
incredible
is
to
see
all
of
the
Microsoft
leadership
like
top
to
bottom
they're
number.
One
messages
always
take
care
of
yourself.
First
right,
yeah.

yourself

your
family
and
your
health
and
then
take
care
of
our
customers
right,
so
customers
are
very
important,
but
but
if
you're
sick
or
your
family's
sick-
or
you
know
your
note,
you're
out
right
and
then
you
you
can't

to
see
that
message,
I
think
is-
is
wonderful
for
me,
as
a
human
being,
but
also
I.
Think
as
a
company
is
really
a
strong
statement
to
where
our
values
are-

this
is
we're
kind
of
drifting
off
of
your

weird
question:

the
way
that's
been
great,

making
all

bit

it's

obviously

look

what's

inside
fast
track

there's
processes

things

improved,

champion
those.

we've
got
right
now,
a
thing
that
we've
been
using
for
two
three
years:
some
like
that
call
the
remediation
checklist.
That
is
just
an
Excel
spreadsheet
that
we
passed
around
to
our
customers.
That
has
guidance,
and
you
know
if
you're
gonna
do
SharePoint
you
need
to
do
you
know
here's
a
list
of
all
these
things.
You
need
to
go.
Do
right
and
it's
great.
It's
awesome.
People
use
it.
It's
very
very
helpful,
but
it's
a
spreadsheet,
we're
passing
around
right.

says
challenges
we
can't
get
it
updated
stuff
like
that,
so
I
try
and
identify
those
things
and
then
figure
out
who
to
work
with
and
get.
You
know,
progress
in
those
areas
to
make
everybody's
lives
a
little
bit
easier.

ourselves

things
from
a
development
perspective
is
this
authentication
authentication
just
has

work.

cannot
be
difficult
because
that's
not

primary
thing,

able

authenticate

fast

possible
and
easily
so
you
can
concentrate
on
things
and
then
the
second
thing
is
API.

access

abstracts
all
of
the

quirks

So
you
can
just
be

productive
and
efficient.

are
tons

different

abstraction
layers

authentication

wrapper

It's
super
important
so
that
the
developers
get
success,
feelings
because
everything
in
development
is
about
banging
your
head
against
the
wall
until
no

easy
and
then
another
thing,
because
that's
basically
how
we
learn.
Unfortunately,

that's
development
right,

there's,
Stack
Overflow,
more
go
and
start
searching
or
be
searching
things
on
there.

way
you
learned
was
you
had
a
reflector
back

we
just
crack
up
in
the
assemblies,

so

we
talk
about
abstract
'never

like
I,
wouldn't
know

spent
years
just
looking
at
SharePoint
source
code,
that's
all
I
know
how
it
all
works
right
and
it's
you
know,
and
so
I
think
there's
a
balance
there
for
developers
as
they're
growing.
It's
good
to
be
productive
quickly.
It's
good
to
get
your
job
done
and
your
tasks
done
quickly
and
efficiently.

interesting
quirks
that
you
look
at
there's
certain
methods,
you
can't
call
you
can
call
them
from
rest,
but
you
can't,
like
certain
setters,
don't
work
because
they're
waiting
for
the
see
some
context
to
execute
call

So
there's
these
weird
little
quirks
that
people
like
oh
I
can
call
that
method.
Why
doesn't
it
work,
and
it
goes
back
to
that
like
well

to
tell

not

methods
not
broken
per
se.

it's
interesting

eventually

challenge,
because

developer

building

abstraction
layer,

all
about
that

step
at

heading
to
the
site

direction,

kind
of

understood
that
this
works
or
down
this.
This
thingy
does
x
and
y
and
see
like,
like
in
the
case
of
wild
x,
CLI
365
CLI,
one
step
at
a
time
introducing
a
new
command
and
another
canoe
feature,
and
all
of
that.

it's
basically,
if
warming
and
realizing
that
it's
it's
one
step

not
about
reading
a
book

decade,

at
certain
points
considering

way
the
industry
is
heading
and
what
kind
of
experiences

going
to
provide.

own

boxes

desks

are

a
cloud
where
Microsoft
serves
millions
of
customers
and
whatnot.

things
are
just
not
meant

scale

demands
of
the
market
based
on
technology
choices
from
students
realized

in
some
way,
we
really
need
to
make
the
hard
choice

positioned

landing
solution

an
interesting,

evolution,

whole
web
is
evolved

you
went
from
monolithic,
server-side
applications
that
did
all

work
on
the
server
side
and
now

seeing
we
all
have
essentially
supercomputers
on
our
desk,

super
as
bases
computers

keeps
around.

a
modern
laptop
is
beating.
You
know
a
lot
of
servers
from
ten
years
ago,
right
so
youyou
you're,
seeing
more
work
shift
to
the
client
much
like
SharePoint
framework.

like
a
lot
of
what
teams
is
working
towards
it's
by
the
way.

even

think
about
the
fact
that

company,

have
our
own
data
center,
can
you
actually
make
similar
kind
of
improvements
as
what
we
did
during
this
past
weeks
from
a
performance
perspective
related

massive
amount
of
stuff
done
in
office,
web
applications
and
Microsoft
themes
in
SharePoint
to
reduce
the
load.
So
we
can
actually
keep
stuff
up
and
up
and
running
and
sure
we
needed
to
redo
some
of
the
video
feed
low
quality
as
well,
but
still
it's
better
than
not
having
anything.

that
might

be
facing

their
company
performance
is,
is
a
fight
for
inches

so
you

some
people
are
like

fix
this
whole
performance
problem
and
everything's

at
