to
your

team

open
source
is
a
really
good
example
of
this
stuff.
Quite
often,
the
open
source
project
starts
with
a
idea
of
a
one
person,
but
then
some
of
them
crowd
to
be
because
big,
open
source
projects
and
some
are
not
actually
getting
really
that
much
attention.
So
those
are
the
things
what
we
actually
can
talk
about
today.

is
that

some
things
are
being
successful

why

are
not
successful

we

a

organize

meetups.

write

of
things
you
can
do,
for
which
you
would
be
recognized
as
an
MEP
and
open
source
is
just
one
thing,
but
the
common
thing
across
all
of
them
is
that
you
helped
drive
community.

others
right

way

in
return
right.
So
that
is
the
one
hat
I've
been
at
some
point.

announced
this

available

broadly
and

in

SPC
issue

on
conference

Vegas.

announced

project
to
be
available,
and
that
came
to
be
the
end
office,
365,
developer
patterns
and
practices,
and
then
that
has
grown
quite
a
lot
over
time
and
already
after

the

when
we
started
implementing
the
first
samples,
even
in

we

actually
created

extension
and
it
has
gone
through
plenty
of
variations.

it
really
started
as
a
open
source
extension
for
seasoned
addressing
gaps

API

missing
and

implementing

have

component
where
we
started
basically
pushing
all

stuff
in

that
crew
to
be,
then
the
PMPA
seasoned
core.

it's
also
the
component
behind

the
PMP
powershell,
which
is
being
used
on
both

being
used
more
than
forty
thousand
tenants
within
every
single
month,
and
it's

successful

it

a
while.

took
actually
amazingly
long
time
that
thing
to
really
start
having

it

with
PMP

maintainer,

1300

people
who
contributed
to
it,
whether
it's
a
fixing,
a
comma

creating

method,

we
have
army
of
people
who
benefit
of
that
every
single
month
in
their
work,
whether
that's
by
watching
the
videos
to
sort
of
following
tutorials,
looking
at
samples,
reusing
code
using
code,
anything

everything
right,
because
it's
actually
like
it's
so
many
things
that
are
part
of
this
PMP
umbrella.
Yeah.

it's
pretty
amazing,
every
single
every
now
and
then
I
write
a

quarterly
reviews
or
whatever
tomorrow
on
leadership,
our
internal
messaging,
and
it's
really
well
to
actually
start
always
listing
things.
