one
key
difference

this
experience
and
the
one
you
get
in
app
studio
now
is
that
we're
going
to
be
actually
providing
you
with
the
unique
app
id
for
your
teams
app
and
that's
going
to
be
locked
for
this
for
the
app
registration
that
you
provide.

won't

able
to
go
ahead
and
just
provide
your
own
good
as
the
id
for
an
app
any
longer.
So
we're
doing
this
because
it's
just
enables
us

provide

more
goodness

collisions.

are
running
into
errors
by
having
people
provide
their
own
ipad
ease
with

the
back
end,
we

just
observing

there
were
multiple
apps
at

same
idea,

difficult

consolidate
that

figure
out.

representation

that

so
this
should
simplify
things.

still
going
to
be
able
to
import
an
app
from
an
app
package
if
we
detect
that
that
app
id
has
already
registered
to
another
app
or
belongs
to
an
app,
there
will

a
process
to
upgrade
that
this
will
not
affect
anything
you
already
have
in
production.
So
rest
assured
that
this
is
just
for
pre-published
apps.
So
this
will
not
impact
anything
that
you
have
in
production
out
in
the
wild.

were
universal,
the
action
handling
was
not
so
that
is
a
challenge
that
we
look
to
solve
here,
for
the
universal
action
model
and
so
what's
happening.
Today
is
the
left
card
and
the
right
card,
the
both
look
exactly
the
same.

that
is
what
we're
trying
to
unify
and
with
the
new
universal
action
model,
we've
come
down
to
action.execute,
as
the
new
action
type
action.execute
will
work.
It
just
work
directly
with
our
teams
and
outlook
and
more
platforms
soon
and
action.execute
can
return
a
new
card
or
to
replace
the
current
one
that
you
see,
so
that's
an
exciting
new
capability.
Apart
from
that,
there's
also
a
refresh
section
to
refresh
your
cards,
so
you
can
provide
up-to-date
information
to
your
users
using
the
refresh
section.

that
mean?
So
you
can
send
the
exact
same
adaptive
card
that
you
see
on
the
left
on
teams
and
this
same
on
outlook
as
well.
The
user
can
take
action
from
either
platform
and
they
would
be
reflected
on
the
other
one.

that's

power
that
we
bring
in
so
reach
your
user,
wherever
they
are,
build
one
stood
by
anywhere,
so
it
will
ease
development
effort
and
enable
seamless,
synchronization
and
extends
to
provide
interoperability
across
m365
pumps.

approval
scenario
where
pat
a
motivated
employee
is
looking
to
take
some
personal
days
off
and
seeks
an
approval
from
his
manager.

is
happy
to
see
that

gets

email

outlook
which
she
decides
to
approve,
so
the
same
approval.
The
same
message
should
get
on
teams
as
well
and
she
can
choose
to
approve
or
reject
on
either
platform
and
the
results
would
be
synced
across.

the
problem
that
users
today
face
is
everyone:
has
the
exact
same
view
of
the
adaptive
card
on
tools
today,
so
like
anyone
in
the
chat
or
channel
could
come
in
and
see
the
exact
same
adapter
card
view,
exact
same
actions,
exact
same
information.
However,
certain
scenarios
require
a
user
to
take
differentiated
action.
For
example,
if
you
have
an
approval
scenario,
you
would
require
an
approver
to
have
the
approve
and
reject
button,
and
not
everyone
in
the
chat
will
have
those
same
cars.

So
this
is
what
contextual
views
enables
you
can
give
specific
users
in
a
chat
or
channel
the
ability
to
act
differently,
having
different
action,
buttons
and
even
differentiated
information.
So
a
different
card
can
be
shown
to
different
users.
Taking
the
example
of
the
approvals
that
I
carried
from
the
last
one.
So

the
requester
here
and

requests
for
a
discount
from
a
long
time,
customer
and
from
a
manager,
mary
mary
is
the
power
to
approve
or
reject

customer

sequential
workforce,

this
is
something
that
a
lot
of
people
might

facing
today.

you
maybe
it's
a
one-on-one
chat
with
the
bot
where
you
have
like
you're,
taking
continuous
user
input
and
maybe
you're
doing
it
via
an
adaptive
card.
But
today
you
have
to
keep
sending
different
adaptive
cards
each
time
you
take
a
user
input,
so
you
have
to
send
different
cards
and
that
kind
of
clutters
up
the
chat
so
with
sequential
workflows.

can
do
that
using
one
card
itself,
so,
for
example,
this
is
a
food
ordering
board
demo,
so
you
can
send
an
adaptive
card
which
will
help
users
order
food
in
this
group
chat.
So
I'm

So
what
would
