Description
No description was provided for this meeting.
If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
A
Our
procedure
for
conducting
business
is
that
the
petitioner
for
each
item
will
be
asked
to
come
forward
state
your
name
for
the
record
and
present
your
request.
The
board
will
ask
any
questions.
They
have
make
sure
that
you
get
close
enough
to
the
microphone
so
that
everybody
can
hear
you
this.
This
room
is
lovely,
but
it
does
not
have
good
acoustics.
A
We're
also
recording
the
meeting,
and
you
have
to
speak
into
the
microphone
for
it
to
get
it
anyone's
wishing
to
respec
to
speak
about
your
proposal
be
asked
to
come
forward
to
that
microphone
and
give
their
opinions
once
the
request
is
heard
and
the
board's
decision
is
rendered,
you
may
leave
the
meeting.
A
All
decisions
by
the
architectural
report
are
final.
Any
aggrieved
parties
may
appeal
the
decision
of
the
board
to
the
city
council
within
15
days
for
procedural
issues.
Only
if
your
request
is
denied
by
the
board.
Petitioners
may
appeal
to
the
board's
decision
to
the
circuit
clerk
within
30
days
of
the
meeting
we
have
five
members
present.
It
takes
five
votes
to
pass
a
motion
because
of
the
number
of
members
present.
If
you'd
like
to
delay
a
request,
please
let
it
not
be
known
at
the
time
that
your
request
is
announced
all
right.
A
Tonight's
members
present
are
cedric
campbell
elizabeth
brown,
john
foshee,
not
here
again
john
hayden.
There
we
go
and
jake
johnson
williams,
all
right,
okay,
I
thought
I
said
you
katie.
I'm
sorry
katie
williams,
who
is
the
vice
chair,
should
I
fall
over
during
the
meeting.
You'll
have
to
pick
up
and
carry
all
right.
A
Our
first
we
have
a
new
board
member
who's.
Observing
tonight,
barry
robinson
barry.
Will
you
raise
your
hand,
barry
it's
nice
to
have
you
and
we
look
forward
to
having
you
in
the
meeting
our
first
petitioner
for
tonight,
brian
bagley
is
not
going
to
be
here.
His
project
is
held
over
so
suzanne
jensen
in
cottage
hill
suzanne.
Please
go
to
the
microphone
and
adjust
it
so
that
we
may
hear
you
and
present
your
project.
B
B
You
can't
really
see
the
fence,
but
anyway,
there's
a
temporary
fence
on
that
property
that
keeps
my
dogs
from
coming
to
the
street,
and
so
what
I
would
like
to
do
is
put
a
permanent
fence
up
there,
there's
20
to
25
feet
from
where
the
brick
wall
was
allowed
to
fall
down
decades
ago
to
in
front
of
a
very
large
oak
tree
there
you
can
see
in
the
drawing,
and
I
would
like
to
put
a
fence
that
goes
to
my
residence
on
532
to
the
house
at
542,
which
is
a
rental
property
that
I
own
and
so
that
the
fence
would
just
come
across
the
front
of
those
properties.
B
B
That's
the
blue
line
this
one,
although
it's
in
sideways,
something
something
like
that
that
has
four
by
four
posts
and
uses
a
cattle
fence
panels
of
eight
foot,
cattle
fence,
they're,
really
nice
and
strong-
and
I'm
not
sure
if
I
need
to
I'll,
put
a
decorative
element
at
the
top.
But
I
may
not
do
something
that
was
last
like
that.
Just
happened,
lattice
like
that
just
happened
to
be
the
only
picture
that
I
could
find
in
that
okay
at
the
time.
But
that
would
be
my
preferred
way
of
doing
it.
B
I
prefer
this
way
with
a
large
heavy
board
at
the
top,
and
maybe
one
running
at
the
bottom,
also,
okay,
so
that
the
fence
is
secured
and
then
a
gate.
There
would
be
a
gate
at
the
532
side
of
the
property,
and
then
this
is
option
number
two
that
christie's
scrolling
to
which
is
a
an
aluminum
kind
of
fence
kind
of
it's
reminiscent
of
the
dog
yard
fence,
downtown
cost
wine,
or
this
is
the
kind
of
dog
yard
fence
that
they
have
out
in
east
montgomery.
A
B
B
It
will
attach
to
midway,
through
my
front
porch
at
532
at
542.
It
would
attach
at
the
front
of
that
porch.
C
Yeah
one
of
the
things
with
is
the
placement
of
the
fence.
Yeah.
Madame
chair,
yes,
miss
jensen,
would
you
be
amenable
to
placing
the
new
fence
at
the
location
of
the
existing
fence
instead
of
at
the
at
the
porch.
B
I
would
rather
not
the
reason,
for
this
is
the
way
the
existing
fence
is.
Is
it
has
to
curve
behind
the
oak
tree?
B
The
line
that
I've
drawn
for
this
could
be
a
straight
line
and,
even
though
it
comes
into
play
at
partially
in
my
front
porch,
it
is
in
front
of
that
big
oak
tree
because
that
oak
tree,
if
I,
if
I
put
the
fence
straight,
it
would
go
right
through
the
two-third
line
of
that
oak
tree
and
that's
that's.
I
would
that
oak
tree
is
already
having
issues,
and
I
really
don't
want
to
hammer
nails
into
it
and
do
anything
with
it.
B
Well,
I
mean
I
could
angle
it
it
just
to
me
it
makes
a
lot
more
sense
if
it's
visually
a
straight
line
that
parallels
the
sidewalk,
but
if
I
can,
if
I
can
do
some
kind
of
meandering
line,
I
mean
to
do
it
you
around
the
tree
when
you're
installing
the
fence
yourself
and
you're
digging
all
the
fence
post
holes
for
it.
That
really
does
add,
probably
about
four
more.
I
would
rather
avoid
doing
that.
But
if
that's
what
you
guys
tell
me,
I
have
to
do
then.
Well.
A
A
E
A
B
B
B
A
That's
true:
it
does
all
right,
excellent,
excellent,
all
right
any
other
any
other.
A
F
A
B
C
G
C
E
D
A
Okay,
all
in
favor
opposed
all
right.
Thank
you.
Thank
you.
Tara
satorus
request
for
the
approval
of
a
rear
edition
and
canopies
for
the
property
located
at
115,
henrik
street
cottage
hill
greetings.
How
are
you
hello,
I'm
doing
well.
G
Well,
isn't
that
a
beautiful
sight
should
I
take
this
down
to
for
you
to
hear
me?
Yes,
so
well,
you're,
looking
at
a
view
of
a
building,
that's
about
to
go
under
some
serious
renovation
and
we've
already
done
a
lot
of
internal
demolition
and
I'm
putting
together
the
inside
part,
and
actually
this
request
doesn't
deal
with
the
front
at
all
that
was
approved
in
a
former
proposition
or
proposal,
but
but
this
this,
if
you'll
go
up
one
I
think.
G
That
is
view
you
can
see
it
from
handwritten
or
from
heron
street,
but
really
it's
so
far
set
back
that
it's
hardly
visible
at
all.
What
I'm
wanting
to
do
is
basically
put
a
tub
space
in
the
bathroom
that,
when
that
large
window
on
the
right
is
a
bathroom,
and
I
want
to
make
a
little
niche
for
a
tub
to
go
in
there,
because
otherwise
it's
super
tight
and
I'm
trying
to
get
the
the
entire
facility,
the
entire
downstairs
of
the
facility
to
be
ada
accessible.
G
So
I
I
needed
to
get
a
little
more
space
for
the
for
a
wheelchair
to
kind
of
turn
around
in
there,
and-
and
so
I
just
want
to
pooch
it
out
three
feet
and
then
run
along
six
feet
on
that
same
face
there.
All
right,
you
put
the
window
in
the
same
relative
position,
so
there's
the
floor
plan
and
it
would
just
be
where
that
tub
is
so
it's
just
a
little
outcropping
there.
Okay
for
the
tub.
G
And
then
the
third,
the
third
thing
would
be
so
this
is
kind
of
how
it
would
look
with
little
and
then
we'd
extend
the
roof
over
there
and
then
we'd
have
this
enclosure
for
utilities,
because
we
want
to
be
able
to
store
some
tools
out
there.
But
the
canopy
is
on
the
is
on
the
new
construction.
G
A
kind
of
on
the
inside,
it's
all
one,
it's
kind
of
all
one
space
is
kind
of
contiguous.
You
can
go
from
one
to
the
other,
so
the
oh
yeah
and
I
wanted
to
ask
y'all.
So
there
are
two
different
options
for
this:
this
window
on
the
face:
either
the
larger
window
or
a
smaller
window,
and
I
think
I
don't
know.
G
G
I
like
this
one
better
in
a
way,
but
I'm
not
attached
it's
kind
of
up
to
you
y'all
what
you
think
would
be
aesthetically
best
and
then
the
third
and
then,
if
we
go
down,
there's
the
canopy
and
if
you'll
see
that
that
ramp
there
goes
all
the
way
around
the
building
and
the
ramp
is
wood
and
the
water
just
comes
pouring
down
off
the
roof
and
also,
I
think
that
it
looks
really
nude.
On
the
back
of
that
space,
I
think
the
canopy
is
going
to
make
it
a
lot
more
cohesive.
A
I
think
the
bump
out
for
the
tub
and
the
window
is
fine,
whichever
one
you
want
to
do.
It
doesn't
make
a
whole
lot
of
difference.
It's
not
like
it's
a
strong
design
element
on
any
facade
of
the
house.
Yes,
I'm
a
little
confused
by
the
canopy,
because
I
don't
think
it's
gonna
it.
I
can't
tell
how
wide
it
is
and
it
and
as
it's
drawn,
it
looks
like
it's
too
high
to
really
keep
much
water
off
of
anybody
on
the
ramp
or
the
ramp.
A
E
G
G
I
don't
want
to
close
up
the
corner,
necessarily
okay,
I
just
want
the
water
to
come
down
off
the
roof
and
land
on
the
canopy.
G
A
little
bit
of
rain
on
that
one
flat
spot
is
fine,
but
all
going
up
on
a
slant.
I
think
it's
it's
a
little
dangerous
and
I've
just
had
I've
had
to
pressure
wash
it
a
couple
times,
and
it's
kind
of
I
don't
know.
I
just
think
for
maintenance
and
everything
else.
It's
gonna
be
better
and
I
think
it'll
look
better,
because
that
that
whole
side
of
the
building
is
just
so
stark.
D
A
E
E
E
G
A
A
A
G
D
I
know
that
we
approve
is
submitted
and
window
choice
is
up
to
the
applicant
second.
A
F
They
are
bob
chipman's
old
buildings,
my
business
partner
will
o'connor
and
I
purchased
those
february
of
last
year
and
have
been
working
to
develop
them
as
best
we
can
over
the
past
year
and
are
here
with
the
proposal
for
a
deck
to
be
put
on
the
back
side
of
one
and
three
north
goldthwait.
They
are
commercial
spaces.
F
Actually,
I
I
I
don't
believe
there
was
a
deck
there.
There
is
well.
F
Was
there
yeah?
Well,
then
yeah?
I
wasn't
aware
of
that
the,
but
it
would
make
sense
because
they're
the
steps
going
into
the
back
of
three
north
gold
flake
are
a
little
bit
elevated,
so
they're
a
little
awkward.
So
our
proposal
for
the
deck
is
not
just
an
aesthetic,
but
it's
really
because
will-
and
I
are
also
planning
on
owner
occupying
those
two
spaces-
we've
leased
the
other
two
out
to
two
wonderful
tenants
and
so
for
this
proposal.
F
It
really
kind
of
falls
in
line
we're
planning
on
putting
a
coffee
shop
at
one
north
goldthwait
and
at
three
north
goldthwait.
It
will
be
a
bar
and
bicycle
repair
shop
in
the
same
space.
It's
the
reason
why
the
ramp
up
is
designed
the
way
it
is
because
it's
actually
to
accommodate
people
basically
walking
their
bicycles
into
the
back
of
three,
which
is
where
the
service
shop
will
be
for
capital
city
bicycle
repair
shop.
F
But
then
the
deck
also
is
to
give
outdoor
space
for
people
either
in
the
coffee
shop
or
in
the
bar
to
be
able
to
be
outside
and
enjoy
the
neighborhood.
That
way.
Obviously,
given
the
way
the
world
has
been
this
past
year,
we
know
that
outdoor
and
spacing
is
extremely
important,
and
so
we
wanted
to
provide
that
also
really
just
kind
of
the
that
corner
of
the
building.
I
mean
we
think
this
will
just
be
a
really
nice
element
to
those
spaces
as
well.
F
F
Yeah
we
actually
was
in
asheville
north
carolina.
We
went
to
a
place
called
the
hub,
which
is
a
bicycle
shop
and
craft
beer
bar,
and
we
sat
there
for
a
couple
of
hours
just
watching
these
mechanics.
F
While
we
were
having
a
couple
of
drinks
working
on
bicycles,
but
part
of
us
doing
this
for
cottachill
is
we
wanted
to
do
as
much
for
the
neighborhood
to
have
as
many
amenities
and
services
and
so
will-
and
I
are
both
avid
bicyclists
and
thought
that
would
be
a
cool
combination,
so
they're
going
to
work
well
together,
there'll
be
a
bar
inside
for
drinks
and
then
we're
building
a
smaller
version
of
that
where
it'll
have
the
stands,
the
tool
drawers
and
all
of
that-
and
we
already
have
a
individual,
a
company.
That's
a
business!
C
F
C
F
A
There
there
was
a
there
used
to
be
a
bar
in
birmingham
called
that
was
a
bar
and
chainsaw
repair.
D
F
Yeah,
that's
what
and
really
a
bike
shop.
That's
focused
on
the
cat.
More
a
little
more
casual
cyclists.
I
mean
it's
not
going
to
have
all
of
the
extensive,
but
our
hope
is
in
a
few
years
to
partner
with
someone
there's
this
new,
like
brooklyn
bicycle,
that
you
can
go
on
customize
that
they
send
the
kits
to
like
vendors
like
like
we
may
become,
and
then
we
do
the
assembly
and
fittings
and
stuff
like
that.
So
my
day,
job
is
an
organization
called
river
region
trails.
F
We're
trying
to
build
more
pedestrian
infrastructure
here
in
montgomery,
so
bicycles
are
definitely
a
part
of
that
as
well.
All
right.
F
E
F
Yeah
we
we're
working
with
steen
house,
architects,
scott
and
heather.
They
had
checked
on
that
the
ramp,
it's
a
120,
and
so
I
they
said
that
it
was
fine
as
it
is,
but
obviously
once
we
get
this.
E
E
E
Typically
need
a
rail
on
both
sides.
You
know
that
you
grasp
for
handicraft
accessibility,
that's
required
out
of
all
these
public
areas
and
I'm
not
quite
sure
about
the
bathrooms
either,
but.
E
F
I
mean
our
plan
was
really
to
get
it
approved
by
all
first,
because
we're
still
finalizing
our
entire
floor
plans
for
both
spaces,
and
so
this
is
obviously
a
major
component
of
finalizing
that
process.
All.
A
A
A
If
not
they
stand
approved
as
mailed
meeting
a.
