Description
No description was provided for this meeting.
If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
The
petitioner
comes
forward
for
each
item
state,
your
name
in
your
present
business.
Please
speak
into
the
microphone
on
the
podium.
Then
anyone
wishing
to
speak
to
the
proposal
be
asked
to
come
forward
and
voice
their
opinion,
so
they
too
need
to
speak
into
the
microphone
at
the
podium.
If
there
we
always
hope
that
they're
not
sides
to
any
presentation,
but
if
there
are
each
side,
will
get
10
minutes
to
present
their
views.
Once
your
request
is
heard,
the
Board's
decision
is
rendered.
You
may
leave
the
meeting.
A
However,
if
you
have
questions
for
staff,
please
wait
until
the
meeting
is
over
and
ask
them
or
you
may
contact
them
at
the
office
the
next
day,
once
public
testimony
and
discussion
for
particular
item
is
concluded,
the
members
of
the
board
will
deliberate
and
render
a
decision.
Members
with
a
personal
or
financial
interest
in
any
request
are
required
to
recuse
themselves
from
voting
all
decisions
of
the
architecture
review
board
a
final,
any
aggrieved
parties
may
appeal
the
decision
of
the
board
to
the
City
Council
within
15
days.
A
Petitioners
may
also
appeal
to
the
board's
decision
to
the
circuit
court
within
30
days.
We
have
is
it
six
members
present
tonight.
It
takes
five
votes
to
pass
a
motion
because
of
the
number
of
board
members
present.
If
you
would
like
to
delay
your
request,
please
let
us
know
at
the
time
the
request
is
announced.
A
B
A
E
E
Is
the
plan
all
right?
We
are
Trinity.
Church
owns
the
property
across
the
street
across
felder
from
the
sanctuary,
and
we
would
like
to
improve
the
property
and
make
it
into
a
park
which
would
be
accessible
for
the
neighborhood
at
this
time.
There
are
no
plans
to
do
any
hard
scape
or
anything
like
that.
It
would
simply
be
grading,
remove
it
well
I'm
here
for
the
removal
of
trees,
but
then
we'd
be
grading
and
planting
new
trees
and
doing
some
irrigation.
E
A
B
G
You
hear
me
now:
I'm,
currently,
I
just
purchased
the
house
at
1287,
South,
Lawrence,
Street,
okay
and
the
first
part
of
the
rehabilitation
of
the
house
will
be
repairing
the
roof
which
has
been
severely
damaged
by
several
things.
One
was
a
tree
falling
on
it
and
another
is
two
smaller
trees
which
are
hitting
the
e.
That's
three
number
four.
It
has
damaged
the
taken
down.
G
I've
got
to
replace
the
decking
and
roofing
and
everything
else,
as
well
as
a
beam
and
some
other
wonderful
things,
and
it's
a
little
bit
too
big
for
Russell
just
to
approve
me
taking
it
down.
But
it's
there's
just
not
room
for
the
tree.
It's
between
the
foundation
of
my
house
and
the
neighbors
Drive
that
and
when
it
grows
to
full
maturity,
it
will
tear
up
one
of
the
other.
The
big
tree
you
see
in
the
front
is
a
photinia,
also
known
as
a
red
leaf.
G
G
This
picture
shows
one
of
the
brutalized
pecan
trees
on
Beltre,
which
is
a
city
tree,
which
it
wouldn't
hurt
my
feelings
at
all
if
it
came
down,
but
that
one
branch
is
endangering
my
power
supply,
okay
and
the
okay
in
the
front
yard.
There's
a
tree
that
has
had
a
dog
tie
out
cable
tied
around
it
for
a
long
time
and
it's
eating
into
industry,
and
it
just
the
tree
doesn't
have
room
to
grow
because
of
the
two
mature
trees
and
the
new
red
bud
in
the
front
of
it.
G
So
I
was
thinking
where
a
and
B
are
on
that
to
either
put
a
French
tree
or
a
dogwood
or
two
of
two
of
either
kind,
but
I
have
also
seen
a
very
beautiful
Japanese
maple
in
my
neighbor's
yard,
and
that
might
be
an
alternative
depending
on
how
well
they
grow.
In
the
shade
which
I'd
love
advice
about
the
cherry
laurel
noted
on
that
slide,
there
is,
if
needs
to
be
pruned
back
a
little.
Quite
a
bit,
the
dead
pecan
tree
has
already
been
approved
for
removal
and
the.
B
G
B
D
A
F
B
A
H
A
I
I'm
pet
pilgrim,
with
pilgrim
engineering
we're
requesting
two
things:
one
to
build:
a
can
delivered,
carport
awning
on
the
side
of
this
house.
Another
is
to
change
the
asphalt
drive
to
stamp
concrete.
This
is
kind
of
an
unusual
house.
If
you
look
at
the
picture
it's
built
about
60
years
ago,
with
the
it's
more
modern
design
than
then
you're
typically
see
it's,
not
a
Ridge,
Avenue
house
kind
of
thing.
So
I
think
you
know
the
owner
is.
J
C
I
K
K
That's
our
neighbors
deck
the
same
gentleman
that
built
that
Len
Traywick
is
I'm,
gonna
build
ours,
theirs
is
attached
to
their
home,
so
we
wouldn't
have
those
same
stairs.
We
wanted
to
coming
up
it
on
the
right
side.
Do
more
of
a
ramp.
My
father,
as
well
as
my
father-in-law,
aren't
gonna,
be
able
to
do
stairs
for
much
longer,
so
it'll
be
a
a
graded
ramp
or
you
know,
still
wood,
but
they
could
get
a
wheelchair
up
if
we
needed
to
so.
F
Yards
a
little
bit
of
a
grade
so
on
the
far
side,
it'll
be
about
maybe
two
feet
and
one
foot
on
the
other.
The
ramp
itself
is
just
a
very,
very
slow
grade.
It's
just
for
somebody.
That's
not
real
ambulatory
to
be
able
to
get
up,
but
the
deck
is
going
to
be
really
high
up
off
the
ground.
Just
enough
to
keep
the
water
from
you
know,
Joyce,
it's
a
real
slight
grade,
so
it'll
like
say
towards
the
bottom
of
the
yard,
it'll
be
a
tad
higher
than
then.
You
know
in.
K
D
A
B
H
Would
like
to
build
on
my
new
property
to
purchase
my
first
home
on
the
left-hand
side.
You
see
there
there's
a
privacy
fence,
that's
actually
identical
to
the
my
neighbor's.
So
that's
exactly
the
same
on
the
fish.
You
could
go
back
down.
There
is
I'm
sorry,
but
if
she
could
go
back
down
just
a
hair,
thank
you
right
there.
On
the
right-hand
side,
something
was
seriously
lost
in
the
discussion.
I
desperately
wanted
my
bedroom
window
to
be
covered
by
the
fence
in
that
back
bedroom.
But
it's
not.
H
H
A
H
H
D
B
D
B
B
H
L
You
thank
you
pronounce
an
SC.
You
got
right
the
first
time
first
I'd
like
to
apologize
to
the
board
and
any
neighbors
that
may
be
present
when
my
wife
and
I
recently
purchased
the
home,
and
we
were
not
aware,
were
made
aware
of
the
historical
review
board
and
that
then
he
changed
his
head
to
come
before
y'all.
So
I
want
to
apologize
for
that.
L
L
So,
as
you
can
see
a
lot
of
the
rod
at
the
bottom
of
the
door
in
that
picture,
that
door
cannot
go
back
up,
so
I
have
to
put
a
different
door
on
we've
got
one
that
I
thought
fit
with
the
neighborhood
there's
many
similar
doors
in
the
neighborhood
one
thing:
that'll
also
tie
that
door
into
the
home,
the
railing
that's
on
the
porch
and
then
above
the
house.
We're
gonna,
take
two
I
thought
black
was
an
option,
but
perhaps
that
green
black,
that's
on
the
color
palette
and
it'll
all
tie
in
a
lot
better.
L
We're
gonna
keep
the
house
white
after
being
told
that
door
needed
a
pepper.
We
also
looked
at
another
door
that
might
be
more
fitting
for
the
colonial
style,
but
once
we
change
the
shutters
and
the
railing
it'll
tie
in
a
lot
better
with
the
house
and
I'm
sure
we'll
be
before
you
in
the
future
on
some
more
changes.
But
the
first
thing
we
want
to
do
is
address
the
rock
and
get
the
house
painted.
This
is
up
around
that
use.
L
There's
a
lot
of
rock
that
has
to
be
changed
out,
but
that'll
all
be
to
the
original
specs
that
are
up
there
now,
but
once
we're
once
we're
done,
I
think
this
one
door
will
look
good.
My
neighbors
a
me
and
Wendy
LaBelle
who
live
across
the
street
offered
to
come
to
the
hearing,
but
they
had
to
be
out
of
town
tonight
so
because
they're
they
love
the
door
and
offered
to
come
and
support.
But
they
weren't
able
to
be
here
for
when
I
gave
him
the
date.
J
Store
before
show
representing
the
old
Cloverdale
association,
we
discussed
this
at
our
most
recent
meeting
and
really
the
consensus
was
that
most
people
liked
it.
They
thought
it
looks
good
I
think
with
the
painting
of
the
shutters
and
the
railing
it'll
look
better,
but
we
did
say
that
we
would
go
with
whatever
the
ARB
said
is
what
was
appropriate.
But
there
was
really
no
at
the
meeting
that
had
an
objection
to
it.
A
B
Don't
need
I,
don't
think
anyone
disagrees
and
we've
lived
in
homes
similar
to
them
serve.
Sometimes
you
got
to
replace
doors
they
rot.
They
are
not
gonna.
Last
forever,
I
like
I,
had
I've
had
to
look
at
this
for
a
little
while,
but
it
does
kind
of
grow
on
me
and
I
have
a
there's
a
hormone
constantly
on
just
down
for
me
that
it's
a
nice
stucco
that
has
about
as
red
a
door
as
you
could
see.
B
L
B
L
Stained
and
it's
called
a
speakeasy
door
hi,
which
goes
the
house,
is
built
in
25,
so
I
thought
that
was
somewhat
appropriate,
but
you
know
and
I
think
once
those
rails
go
black
or
near
black
and
the
shutters
we
also
unchain,
the
shutters
that
are
up
there
now
are
just
plastic
right
and
I
want
to
change.
Those
to
functioning
shutters
will
have
a
much
better
curb
appeal.
