A
Procedure
for
conducting
business
is
this.
The
petitioner
for
each
item
will
be
asked
to
come
forward
state.
Your
name
for
the
record
and
present
is
our
first
request.
The
board
may
ask
any
questions
they
have.
Then.
Anyone
who
wants
to
speak
to
the
proposal
will
be
asked
to
come
forward
and
voice
their
opinions.
Each
side
will
have
ten
minutes
to
speak
once
your
request
is
heard
and
the
Board's
decision
is
rendered.
You
may
leave
the
meeting.
A
However,
if
you
have
questions
for
staff,
please
wait
until
after
the
meeting
is
over
or
you
may
contact
them
at
the
office
the
next
day,
once
public
testimony
and
discussion
for
a
particular
item
is
concluded,
the
members
of
the
board
will
render
deliberate
and
render
a
decision.
Members
with
a
personal
or
financial
interest
in
any
request
are
required
to
recuse
themselves
from
voting.
A
All
decisions
of
the
architecture
and
new
board
are
final
in
the
aggrieved.
Parties
may
appeal
the
decision
of
the
board
to
the
City
Council
in
15
days.
Petitioners
may
also
appeal
the
court's
decision
to
the
circuit
court
within
30
days.
We
have
five
members
present
because
of
the
number
of
members
present
if
you'd
like
to
delay
your
request.
Please
let
us
know
at
the
time
the
request
is
announced
I'd
like
to
introduce
the
members
of
the
board,
who
are
here
very
guinea
to
my
left,
Kenny
Williams
done
so
she
and
John.

It
will
actually
be
moved
closer
to
the
other
corner
because,
as
it's
drawn,
it
doesn't
meet
the
10-foot
variance
from
the
house,
but
simply
by
pushing
the
debt,
another
foot
and
a
half
you
know
to
the
left
and
then
pushing
the
burglar
to
the
opposite.
That
corner
it
puts
it
in
just
outside
of
the
10-foot
bear
mounts.

E
We're
just
wanting
to
put
a
privacy
fence
in
the
back.
It
will
be
visible
on
Norman
bridge
Road
on
the
side
of
our
house,
but
because
our
lot
is
pretty
wooded
and
we're
only
building
out
to
the
sunroom.
It'll
really
only
be
visible
for
from
the
driveway
and
just
blocking
view
of
inside
our
yard,
as
keeping
our
children
and
dog
in.

I
We
were
requesting
three
things:
one,
the
tree,
that
the
urban
forester
has
already
said
that
we
can
remove
due
to
the
fact
that
it
is
rotting
through
and
will
fall
there
soon.
He
said
the
metal
gate
you
cannot
see
from
the
street
unless
our
car
is
not
parked
in
the
carport
and
we're
requesting
that,
because
of
the
water
problem
that
we
have
water
runs
around
the
house
and
with
the
wooden
gate,
closed
that
backs
up,
and
we
actually
had
a
flood
one
Christmas
Eve
a
couple
of
years
ago.
I
This
suggested
solution
to
that
was
to
have
a
metal
gate,
so
the
water
would
flow
through
it,
even
if
it
wasn't
even
if
it
was
closed.
The
third
thing
is
and
that
that
gate
is
very
similar
to
dozens
of
other
gates
in
the
neighborhood,
and
the
last
thing
was
a
very
small,
simple
gazebo
that
is
located
behind
the
shed
is
surrounded
by
trees.
It's
about
where
that
table
is
sitting
is
where
we
want
to
build
it,
and
it
will
be
roofed
with
the
same
shingles
that
are
on
our
house
and
be
basically
treated
wood.
I
Gave
us
a
general
idea
about
our
yard
I'm.
Sorry,
it's
soldier
idea
about
our
yard
and
we
have
a
lot
of
trees.
In
fact,
you
said
removing
that
tree
would
allow
a
sweet
gun
that
is
was
right
next
to
it
to
grow
that
is
currently
being
too
shaded
to
grow.
But
if
you
want
I
was
gonna
plant
fall
pause,
which
Russell.
