A
Our
procedure
for
conducting
business
is
to
petitioner,
for
each
item
will
be
asked
to
come
forth
state
your
name
for
the
record
and
present
his
or
her
request
the
board.
Where
ask
any
questions
that
they
may
have,
then
anyone
wishing
to
speak
to
the
proposal
will
be
asked
to
come
forward
and
voice
their
opinions.
Each
side
would
have
ten
minutes
to
speak
once
the
request
is
her
and
the
voice
decision
is
ready.
You
may
leave
the
meeting.
A
A
Nine:
okay:
we
have
nine
Miller's
prison.
It
takes
five
to
pass
emotion
because
the
number
of
the
board
members
present,
if
you
like
to
the
lay
your
request-
please
let
us
know
at
the
time
your
request,
as
announced
at
the
time
I
like
to
introduce
the
members
of
the
architecture,
review
board,
I'm,
ascetic
Campbell.
This
is
the
brown.
A
A
B
B
The
original
design
is
was
is
very
similar
for
the
gate.
I,
don't
know
if
they
can
put
that
up
on
the
board,
but
well
that's
the
park
again,
but
anyway,
there
is,
there
was
a
gate
design
and
there
was
a
fencing
design
and
the
gate
design
is
being
modified
to
more
closely
match.
What
you
see
up
there
on
the
on
the
bottom
left-hand
corner,
that's
an
existing
gate
on
felder,
and
we
just
wanted
both
of
the
gates
to
be
more
similar.
B
The
fencing
is
the
one
that
has
more
of
an
impact
on
the
design,
and
that
is
a
straight
picket
fence
that
was
initially
approved.
We
wanted
to
include
a
more
decorative
panel:
ok,
there's
the
existing
gate,
design
and
the
next
one
should
be
the
existing
fencing
panel
design,
and
we
would
like
to
ask
for
approval
to
create
a
more
decorative
fencing.
That's
the
new
gate
and
the
next
one
should
be
the
new
fencing
panel.
B
The
new
fence
panel
will
have
sea,
scrolls
and
bars
that
are
very
similar
to
the
existing
ones
on
the
current
property,
and
we
felt
like
it
would
just
be
a
much
more
pleasing
and
architectural
e
appropriate
thing
to
do
in
the
neighborhood.
Given
the
long
span
of
fencing
that
we
have
a
long
hull
street
and
on
clanton,
we
felt
like
this
would
break
it
up
and
create
a
more
interesting
and
pleasing
design.
B
C
A
A
C
You
I'm
requesting
permission
to
the.
C
Spain
property
owner
and
I'm
requesting
permission
to
extend
a
property,
a
wooden
fence
that
currently
goes
across
the
eastern
portion
of
the
North
border
of
my
property
and
I'd
like
to
turn
that
90
degrees
and
come
down
about
65
feet
along
the
eastern
property
line
and
build
just
a
basic
wooden
fence
to
be
very
similar
to
what
is
what
is
there
now
on
the
North
portion
of
my
property?
You.
C
H
E
A
E
A
A
A
G
Joe
petrunka
and
I'm,
representing
god,
centerpoint
fellowship
church,
we're
requesting
the
installation
of
a
industrial,
shaped
sign
really
to
match
the
existing
Sun,
and
this
will
be
lighted
with
2
30
watt,
LED
fixtures
from
ground
level
that
right
now
the
we
went
before
the
board
of
adjustments
and
asked
for
the
29
foot
of
variance,
and
we
receive
that
on
think
it
was
Monday,
got
money,
that's
right,
and
so
we'd
like
to
put
this
now
the
only
thing
on
this
side.
This
drawing
that
was
shown
is
not
on
there.
G
It
shall
it's
going
to
read
center
point
fellowship
church
and
still
just
some
point
fellowship,
but
as
far
as
any
changing
that
it's
all
of
still,
and
it
will
have
a
powder-coated
finish
on
it
black.
The
center
point
will
be
a
white
face
with
a
wrapped
tight
type
design
installed
on
the
faces
on
both
sides,
and
then
the
sign
is
designed
to
where
it
can
be
removed
at
any
time
and
with
faith.
G
C
E
A
F
A
C
C
I
A
I
I
F
F
H
I
I
F
I
D
D
And
so
it
says
here
that
it's
up
to
the
board
to
determine
if
it
is
appropriate
to
allow
the
reconstruction
of
a
metal
carport
that
may
have
been
more
than
50
years
old
and
the
board
has
denied
other
petitioners
similar
requests,
because
a
metal
shed
roof
structure
was
named
not
compatible
with
the
manger.
Well,.
I
I
well
mr.
Payne
I
think
what
we
will
put
up
will
be
much
improvement
over
what
you
can
see,
as
as
the
current
that
was
destroyed
and
I
think
it
is
very
much
compatible.
But
if
there
is
some
sort
of
other
type
of
roof
that
the
the
board
can
suggest
that
they
feel
was
more
compatible.
That
certainly
we're
certainly
capable
of
doing
that.
H
The
kind
of
oddity
in
the
situation
is
that
the
new
structure
is
replacing
a
structure
that
may
have
been
considered
historic.
It
wasn't
contemporary
with
the
house,
but
unlike
some
petitions
that
we
have
seen
where
someone
wants
to
replace
a
garage
with
a
carport
or
they
put
a
carport
up
in
the
80s
and
something
fell
on
it.
We
had
one
of
those
on
felder
and
he
had
to
come
back
and
build
a
for
Bay
gable,
roof
carport.
H
J
J
I
would
be
very
hesitant
to
go
on
with
that,
but
since,
like
you
said,
mother
nature
is
the
one
that
took
care
of
it
and
I'm
sure
it
was
there
when
you
bought
the
house,
it
was
probably
there
for
decades
prior
to
that,
I
know
that
doesn't
make
it
historic,
and
I
also
know
from
living
in
the
neighborhood
that
this
might
be
the
only
car
port
of
this
particular
design.
So
any
of
those
are
my
comments.
What.
H
Most
of
the
time
when
we've
seen
something
like
that,
it
has
been
to
reconstruct
a
historic
feature
versus
something
that
is
questionably
historic
and
in
in
cases
where
we'll
just
say
a
shed
or
garage
was
contemporary.
With
the
house.
Tree
fell
on
it,
they
wanted
to
rebuild
it
the
same.
We
had
documentation
of
what
it
looked
like.
H
H
H
H
J
H
But
but
we
had
the
documentation
of
when
it
was
constructed,
I
think
it
was
built,
maybe
like
1989
or
the
early
90s,
because
the
previous
owner
had
gone
through
and
gotten
all
the
variances
at
that
time,
and
the
only
reason
we
were
so
familiar
with
it
was
because
the
insurance
company
wanted
to
fight
paying
the
claim
on
it,
but
he
had
they
had
dotted
the
I's
and
cross
the
t's.
So
I
think
we
had
some
depositions
are
for
that.
I
did.
H
E
E
E
J
H
Is
it
better
to
make
a
structure
like
that
disappear
and
if
it
is,
then
a
shed
roof
building
is
going
to
be
less
prominent
than
a
building
with
a
gable
or
hip
on
it,
because
it's
got
a
lower
profile
so
that
to
me
that
factors
into
compatibility,
because
it's
maybe
not
stylistically
compatible
but
within
the
landscape,
is
it
more
compatible
to
tuck
it
away
and
make
it
disappear
than
it
is
to
make
it
up
an
architectural
element
on
the
property?
But
again,
thankfully,
that's
y'all's
decision
I'm.
D
E
Representing
closed
down
a
World
Association,
if
y'all
don't
have
a
problem
with
it,
we
don't
have
a
problem
with
it.
It
really
is
tucked
back
and
like
John
said
you
really
don't
even
see
it
when
you're
driving
past
or
walking
past.
So
if
the
members
of
the
board
approve
it,
then
we
had
no
problem
with
it.
Thank.
D
Let
me
make
a
motion
that,
because
of
the
fact
that
this
carport
is
hidden
from
view
and
because
of
the
fact
that
a
tree
has
fallen
on
it
and
destroyed
it,
and
because
of
the
fact
that
the
owner
would
like
to
replace
it
with
a
structure
of
a
similar
design.
I
would
like
to
recommend
that
we
allow
him
to
do
that.
A
F
A
E
D
Chambliss
is
now
I
made
that
motion
in
that
manner
to
suggest
the
next
time
somebody
shows
up
wanting
to
build
a
metal
carport,
that's
visible,
that
we
may
want
to
have
an
entirely
and
totally
different
opinions
on
that.
Yes,
so
this
was
purely
because
it
was
a
hidden
and
so
we're
not
setting
a
precedent
in
my
mind,
in
permitting
this
to
be
constructed
as
it
once
was,
Hagrid.
I
I
F
J
J
D
A
F
H
Russell
Russell
will
work
with
him
on
that.
We
we
weren't
sure
honestly,
if
it
required
your
approval
or
not
because
Russell
who
looked
at
it
and
given
him
some
instruction
to
make
it
go
away,
but
don't
know
if
it
was
a
fee.
He
may
not
need
your
approval,
so
this
will
cover
our
bases
but
he'll
work
with
Russell
on
that
yeah.
A
There
is
all
in
favor
all
opposed
right.
Our
next
presentation,
presented
by
charles
busch
request
for
approval
of
the
demolition
of
an
accessory
structure,
tree
removal
and
structure
and
construction
of
a
new
rear
addition
and
carpool
for
the
property
located
at
12.7,
Feldick
avenue
old,
close
them.
You
may
visit
your
case.
My.
K
Name
is
charles
busch
for
a
1247
felder,
as
the
paperwork
in
front
of
you
does
detail,
I'll
speak
to
option
one
and
that
will
probably
lead
to
some
other
questions
or
comments,
but
option
number
one
on
that
property
is
to
construct
a
14
x,
16
edition,
which
is
on
the
rear
of
the
house.
There
will
be
there
is
an
existing
tree
to
remove
the
addition,
will
match
the
existing
construction
of
the
house
with
siding,
etc.
K
As
part
of
that
addition
would
also
like
to
add
a
28
foot
wide
x,
18
long
covered
carport,
also
at
the
rear
of
the
of
the
property,
the
house
as
it
states
there
an
option
1
the
carport
will
extend
onto
the
city
right
away
on
belmont
street,
which
is
on
the
back
side
of
this
property.
Also
of
note,
this
property
is
sited
on
three
sides
by
city
streets,
so
it
makes
it
a
little
challenging
to
do
anything
there,
but
that
paperwork
is
already
running
its
course.
K
The
property
hasn't
exist
or
did
have
an
existing
right
away
variance,
but
it
has
expired,
and
that
brings
into
play
the
existing
structure.
That's
there
now
approximately
25
by
15-foot,
enclosed
garage
that
I
plan
to
remove
it
was
part
of
the
existing
right
away
agreement
and
then
everything
else
in
conjunction
with
the
addition
work
to
the
house,
would
match
the
construction
that
there
now
windows
be
wood
windows.
K
A
E
H
And
what
I
didn't
say
in
this
write-up
and
maybe
I
should
have
I
think
you
all
have
an
aerial
of
the
property
because
of
the
shape
of
the
lot
and
being
fronted
on
three
sides.
There's
really
no
other
place
to
put
this.
If,
if
he,
if
he
can
put
a
covered
parking
structure,
there's
no
place
else
to
put
it
on
this
lot,
where
it
wouldn't
be
highly
visible.
