come
forth
state
your

A
A
However,
if
you
have
any
questions
for
staff,
please
wait
until
after
the
meeting
is
over
to
ask
them
or
you
may
contact
the

at
the

It
takes
five
votes

of
the
number

present.
If
you
would
like
to
delay
your
request,
please
let
us
know
at
the
time
your

announced.
A
At
steinlight
I
had
this
opportunity
to
introduce
the
members
of
the
architecture
review
board
present
to
my
far
far
left
there,
mr.
Barrett
any
with
Elizabeth
Brown
my
far-right
attorney,
John
Hayden
and
mr.
John
OSHA
and
I'm
chairman
Walter
Bush
jr.,
our
planting
control
staff,
Christy
Anson,
Paula,
Richardson
and
Robert
Smith.
We
do
have
a
quorum
if
everyone
had
a
chance
to
review
two
minutes
of
the
last
meeting.
Okay,
any
correction
or
deletions
with
that
being
said,
minister,
stand
approved.
A
C
A
B
It
was
an
emergency
review
because
of
Mother
Nature
did
some
design
work
on
the
front
of
his
house,
so
we
needed
to
advertise
it
and
confirm
it.
I
told
them
they
did
not
need
to
be
present
since
they
weren't
presenting
anything
differently.
And
if
you
look
at
the
photo
when
I
went
out
and
took
photos,
they
did
not
lower
the
roof
line
to
the
eave.
They
kept
it.
Okay,
projecting
above
so
all.
A
A
C
A
A
E
Sir,
my
name
is
Scott
router,
with
router
signs
I'm
representing
mr.
George
Trawick,
and
the
SLT
Food
Mart
I
contacted
Christy
and
met
all
the
guidelines
of
the
ARB
and
submitted
the
artwork.
It's
an
internally
illuminated
aluminum
sign
with
an
aluminum
base.
That's
an
example
of
a
sign
very
similar
and
being
constructed
it
will
illuminate
from
within,
but
only
the
lighter
letters
will
light
up
as
required.
The
overall
face
is
also
white
aluminum.
It
will
be
opaque.
E
Is
internally
illuminated
with
fluorescent
lightbulbs
but
as
I
specified
as
you
can
see
the
letters
the
W,
the
th?
That's
the
only
part
of
the
sign
that
will
illuminate
in
the
previous
slide.
There's
our
sign
right
there.
Of
course,
the
SLT,
the
letters
Foodmart
will
be
the
only
thing
that
will
illuminate.
D
B
Far
I
put
this
mark
code
provisions
in
there.
I
would
note
that
within
smart
code,
you
can
petition
to
the
Board
of
Adjustment
for
an
exception
to
that,
and
one
was
recently
granted
down
the
street
outside
the
historic
district
for
a
business
to
have
an
internally
illuminated
sign.
This
is
similar
to.
B
The
saws,
Oz
and
wasabi
sign
and
maybe
I
think
y'all
did
that
on
the
pre-press
loss.
It's
an
aluminum
case
with
in
size
letters.
So
only
the
letters
illuminate
so
you
all
have
approved
similar
type
signs
before
the
the
only
difference
here
may
be
location.
It's
a
prominent
corner,
I,
don't
know
how
y'all
feel
about
that
versus
secondary
elevations.
E
Know
we
were
just
trying
to
find,
of
course,
centered
over
the
front
door
to
be
self-explanatory,
of
where
the
business
is
located
and
we
try
to
use
the
the
front
doors
to
not
exceed
that
and
we
felt
like
it
was
a
adequate
size
sign
for
the
storefront,
which
is
less
than
the
square
footage
allowed
and
there's
it's
all
glass
and
that
pretty
much
left
us
two
limited
options.
As
Chrissy
was
saying,
she
gave
me
examples
of
signs
in
the
area
that
were
approved
and
that's
what
I
modeled
the
sign
after
the.
C
E
E
B
A
C
B
D
D
It
is
yeah
mr.
Mandi,
if
you
all
remember
correctly,
I
think
everybody
remember
that
corner
and
you
remember
choices.
Chinese
restaurant.
They
had
a
sign
there.
That
was
about
nine
feet
by
9
feet.
Now,
if
I
had
to
left
that
sign
there,
it
would
have
gone
with
the
building
and
in
the
way
works
in
this
sign
here.
D
So
you
know
with
mr.
Browdy
here
we
came
up
with
that
solution.
He
got
with
Krissy
over
there
and
there
was
some
examples
of
Zod's
ours
and
wasabi,
then
an
ally.
So
we
say:
okay,
let's
design
it
around
that.
You
know
it's
not
like
across
the
street,
but
you
have
a
melon
mushrooms
with
letters
that
look
like
a
Las
Vegas
Strip.
So
this
is
just
a
little
subtle
sign
there.
That
fits
right
in.
C
B
I
guess
you
know,
the
other
thing
is
that
it's.
This
is
not
the
historic
storefront.
It's
a
reconstruction,
the
location
you
know,
I
wish
there
were
more
room
between
the
first
and
second
floors
for
a
sign
band,
but
there's
not
really,
and
the
placement
within
a
new
storefront
will
not
damage
the
historic
fabric
of
the
building.
In
the
event,
the
business
changes
the
sign
changes.
Mr.
crolick
decides
he
wants
to
introduce
the
Vegas
Strip
on
his
side
street.
You
know,
you
know
that
it,
it
won't
date.
A
F
You,
my
name,
is
Matthew
Bell
and
we're
in
the
middle
of
rehabbing
this
house,
the
first
part
of
the
request,
is
to
install
a
rail
which
matches
the
home
next
door.
Very
similar
construction
and
type
of
Craftsman
style.
Porches
are
nearly
identical,
so
we'd
like
to
match
the
wood
railing
to
the
home
next
door.
We
also
are
adding
a
deck
to
the
back
of
the
house.
I
think
is
that
next
Oh
driveways
you
wanna,
do
driveways
next,
so
we've
submitted
three
options
for
the
driveway.
F
The
preference
is
two
or
three
one,
and
there
is
a
cutout
in
the
curb
already
for
a
driveway
there,
but
in
encroaches
and
basically
cut
your
backyard
in
half.
So
we
would,
if
you
can't
improve
all
three
alternatives.
That's
we
have
potential
buyers
that
we're
trying
to
determine
their
preference
for
what
they
would
like,
but
you
know
we'll
take
to
them
the
options
that
are
approved
for
a
driveway
and
it
we
have
a
picture
of
a
similar
driveway.
F
We
installed
over
rode
at
a
home
recently,
and
so
it
would
be
outlined
in
railroad
ties
and
in
white
rock,
so
it
would
have
a
border.
So
it
doesn't
encroach
and
spill
out
everywhere
and
look
trashy,
but
the
really
you
can
see
from
the
picture.
The
rail
won't
match
the
driveways
three
options.
The
deck
is
proposed
to
be
a
two
tiered
deck,
it
would
be.
The
house
and
the
rear
elevation
is
about
six
feet
off.
The
ground
is
the
back
door,
and
so
we
would
build
a
deck
just
one
step
down
from
the
back
door.
F
So
you
could
have
your
grill
hand
things
through
the
windows
from
the
kitchen,
which
is
on
the
back
of
the
house,
have
an
entertainment
space
and
then
steps
down
to
a
lower
deck.
That
is
nearly
ground
level.
You
know
the
joy
sitting
just
above
ground
level,
it
would
be
the
deck
and
then
the
fence
would
just
be
around
the
perimeter
of
the
property.
Your
typical
six-foot
dog,
eared
and
picket
fence.
I,
don't
have
a
picture
of
it
here,
but
the
house
directly
across
the
street
has
the
identical
things
already
installed.
I.
A
A
A
F
D
F
F
A
A
Okay
and
it's
a
presenter
George
criminally
that's
correct
request
for
approval
of
alteration
to
the
front,
porch
paint
front
and
rear,
retaining
walls,
window,
restoration,
brick,
patio,
rear
yard
fence
addition
to
French
port
to
the
French
doors
and
windows
to
the
rear,
siding
replacement,
gable,
van
and
front
door
replacement
of
the
property
located
at
21,
Whitman
Street,
cottage
cheese.
You
may
present
your
case
hi.
G
I'm
George
Crone
Ally.
We
are
seeking
approval
for
a
list
of
things.
The
first
is
the
front
porch,
which
is
not
original
to
the
house.
It's
started
to
rot
in
several
places
and
needs
work
done
to
fix
it,
and
we
would
like
to
replace
it
with
something
that
is
correct
to
the
time
period
house
rather
than
this
porch.
That
was
added
sometime
later.
G
G
G
We
like
to
use
hearty
board
to
replace
it
with,
and
also
the
a
gable
vent
at
the
rear,
two
gable
vents
that
match
the
gable
vent
on
the
side
of
the
house,
and
then
we,
the
last
thing,
is
we
like
to
replace
the
front
door,
which
also
is
not
original.
The
current
door
is
a
sort
of
a
pre
hung
unit.
You
didn't
buy
it
home
depot
or
lowes,
and
we
like
to
replace
it
with
a
salvaged
door.
That's
of
a
style
and
proportion,
as
shown
your
drawings,
I.
