Written
comments
from
the
old
Cloverdale
Association,
the
person
who
was
supposed
to
come
has
pneumonia,
so
he
won't
be
here
on
this
one,
their
discussion
at
their
neighborhood
meeting
they're
in
in
their
opinion,
the
shutters
are
not
the
correct
size
and
OCA
does
not
know
if
the
type
of
shutters
would
be
appropriate
for
the
style
of
house.
So
we
will
defer
to
the
ARB
on
that
OCA.
We
want
correct
size,
shutters
installed
and.
B
Then
I
also
have
gone
through
the
neighborhood,
and
that
was
a
complaint.
I
guess
that
didn't
I
didn't
realize.
I
was
supposed
to
be
here
at
the
last
meeting.
I
apologized
and
I
took
some
photographs
of
several
homes
where
the
shutters
that
they're-
not
that,
was
they're
not
able
to
close
over
any
of
the
windows,
and
there
would
be
no
way
to
put
a
shutter
large
enough
to
close
over
the
window.
To
the
right,
I
mean
really
I
mean
they'd,
be
quite
Dysport
unit
to
the
home.

The
proposed
statue
is
the
same
artist,
and
but
it
would
be
a
different
size.
This
is
the
sketch
that
the
artist
has
provided.
It
would
be
much
lower
in
scale
very
different
appearance
than
the
Rainbows
soldier
and
will
be
on
the
opposite
end
of
where
the
rainbow
soldier
is
I,
don't
think
there
was
yet
there's
the
site
plan,
and
that's
where
that
grass
spot
is.

Public
art
Commission
is
the
Commission
that
is
able
to
look
at
the
subject
matter
and
to
make
rulings
or
judgments
based
upon
subject
matter,
and
the
idea
was
that
or
the
committee
felt
like
that.
The
subject
matter
was
very
grim
and
was
not
appropriate
for
the
space
and
would
be
better
suited
for
a
different
space.
So.
C
K
K
L
K
L
K
You
look
at
the
different
if
you
look
at
the
TV.
Ok
well
the
scale,
but
if
you
look
at
the
two
different
statues,
they
are
very
different
than
the
one
that
is
being
proposed
or
is
that
under
construction
is
a
dead
soldier
under
a
shroud?
There
is
no
facial
features.
One
arm
is
hanging
out.
One
leg:
if
you
look
at
the
description,
is
hiding
out
I.
L
K
L
E
And
this
is
he's
not
that
and-
and
you
know
you
mentioned
the
business
center
I
mean
here-
it
is
right
next
door
to
the
district
center.
It's
it
is
of
a
different
scale.
I'm,
not
sure
whether
the
the
person
is
the
same
scale
as
the
soldier.
As
far
as
its
height,
you
know,
I,
don't
know
really
how
tall
the
soldier
is.
E
The
rainbow
soldiers
now,
whether
he's
as
tall
as
the
is
the
course,
but
it
does
have
a
different
effect
on
me,
at
least
to
see
the
rainbow
soldier
which
is
uplifting
and
then
to
see
this
is
not
and
I
know
when
I'm
supposed
to
have
to
talk
about
the
quote,
the
public
inspiration
of
it
or
its.
But
but
how
can
you
not.
E
It
has
a
visual
impact.
It
has,
and
so
you
know,
is
a
is
a
more
appropriate
place
for
this
statute
to
honor
the
dead,
to
show
a
man
that
died
fighting
for
this
country
at
a
cemetery
at
you
know
all
in
the
cemetery
or
the
military
cemetery,
rather
than
outside
the
visitors
center
of
Montgomery
Alabama
I'm,
just
I'm
a
little
worried
about
the
appropriateness
of
it,
and
also
that
it
would
take
away
from
the
strength
of
the
the
power
of
the
rainbow
soldier
care
is
his
fallen.
Comrade.
G
Hi,
my
name
is
Hank
Tom
I'm,
the
property
owner
just
right
next
door
at
210,
Water,
Street
I
was
before
you
about
a
year
ago
and
I
appreciate
the
the
consideration
that
you
gave
my
property
for
the
work
that
we
did.
My
only
comments
are
this
and
I
just
found
out
about
it,
but
being
a
thirty
year,
veteran
of
the
military
I
really
appreciate
what
was
done
by
the
military.
E
L
And
the
question:
why
would
they
do
all
removing
a
tree?
Because
I
personally
am
in
favor
of
the
statute
but
the
scale
the
trees?
Really,
in
my
opinion,
help
balance
the
scale
because
it's
so
low
I
just
think
the
trees
should
stay
if
you're
gonna
have
something
that
is
to
scale.
You
know
because
I've,
the
statue,
the
rainbow
soldier,
he's
a
big
guy,
and
you
know
when
you
go
there
he's
a
formidable
guy.
F
F
A
L
Statute
as
proposed,
but
retain
the
trees
as
they
are,
or
if
you're
going
to
remove
them,
replace
them
with
something
of
similar
size
and
stature,
we're
right
where
they
are
to
keep
the
balance
of
the
trees
because
I'm
looking
at
a
picture
online
and
they
really
are
placed
in
front
of
that
building.
Quite
perfectly
so
I
believe
that
balance
does
need
to
be
retained.

E
E
Montgomery
has
a
lot
of
military
history
and
we've
suddenly
focused
two
statues
of
World
War,
one
on
either
side
of
the
entrance
to
the
Justice,
Center
and
I.
Think
this.
This
is
a
very
appropriate
statute
to
be
located
somewhere,
I'm,
not
sure
that
to
to
honor
to
me
and
right,
there
I
know
they
left
from
Union
Station
and
they
were
probably
men
that
left
to
go
to
World
War,
two
from
Union
Station
as
well
or
Korea,
and
it
just
seems
almost
as
though
it's
an
overemphasis.
E
It's
kind
of
a
different
base
and
maybe
it
should
be
a
different
basin.
So
it's
a
low
statue,
but
you
know
I've
seen
some
strange-looking
art
out
in
front
of
big
buildings,
and-
and
so
this
is
not
strange,
looking
they're,
both
great
so
I,
can't
really
comment
to
the
to
the
relationship
of
the
two
they're
together,
except
that
one
may
take
a
little
bit
away
from
the
other,
rather
than
enhance
it.
M
E
E
C
A
I
have
a
motion
then,
to
disapprove
this
on
the
basis
that
I'd,
like
the
trees
to
stay
I,
don't
think,
there's
enough
material
what's
going
on
in
the
site.
Work
and
I
also
think
that
as
a
horizontal
plane
with
areas
that
kids
can
get
up
and
down
on
it,
I
think
that
you
might
have
some
issues
with
people
getting
hurt.
Jumping
on
and
off
the
thing.
K
C
L
M
I
We
take
with
us
to
the
next
meeting
further
discussion,
its.
E
You
know
Cedric,
you
raise
a
good
point.
We
don't
really
know
exactly
where
this
is
going
to
go.
We
don't
have
a
well
I
guess
we
do,
but
we
don't
really
seem
to
I,
don't
at
least
understand
its
relationship
and
hike
to
the
other
building
in
the
class.
There
needs
to
be
a
rendering
that
someone
would
do
that
would
kind
of
show
the
two
in
that
context,
with
the
building
behind
them
did
and
show
what
the
base
really
would
look
like,
not
some
kind
of
sketch.
That's
a
little
bit
hard
to
understand.
E
E
K
Rainbow
soldier,
it's
two
stories:
high
I
mean
the
finished
product.
I
mean
they're
completely
different
in
terms
of
what
they
will
look
like
in
terms
of
relation
of
this.
This
will
be
two
stories
high.
The
base
of
it
is
almost
10
feet
tall
and
then
the
what
I'm.
What
I'm
saying
is
the
one
that's
horizontal
will
not
be
more
than
five
feet
tall
and
it's
completed
stage.

I
C
I
N
Hi
I'm
Katherine
Floyd
we're
requesting
the
removal
of
five
trees
from
the
yard.
We
have
a
very
wooded
yard.
These
are
all
problematic
trees.
In
some
way
we
have
a
Bradford
pear,
that's
right
at
the
front
of
the
house,
that's
quite
tall
and
forked,
a
mimosa
tree,
that's
at
the
foundation
edge
of
the
house
by
the
driveway,
a
very
large
mimosa
in
the
backyard
that's
trying
to
spread
itself
all
around
the
yard
and
then
in
the
side
yard
between
our
property
and
pollen,
Kathy,
Vincent's
property.
We
have
a
pecan
tree
and
a
box
elder.
N
These
two
trees
are
about
14
feet
from
our
foundation
and
about
11
or
12
feet
from
the
Vincent's
foundation.
They
are
growing
up
over
the
Vincent's
roof
over
where
they
park
their
cars
over
all
of
the
power
lines
that
are
coming
into
our
house
and
over
our
roof,
and
so
we're
asking
to
replace
these
five
trees
with
some
small
specimens
were
happy
to
hear
suggestions
from
mr.
stringer
about
good
replacements,
but
we've
suggested
some
ornamentals
that
would
be
smaller
and
that
would
fit
better
with
our
very
large
tree
canopy
in
the
yard.
N
F
I'm
Cathy,
that's!
We
are
very
much
in
support
of
this
request.
We've
not
been
able
to
park
in
our
driveway.
You.
F
M
M
D
Man,
John
Tracy,
representing
in
sanctuary
Buster
group.
We
came
for
the
board
with
another
owner
previous
owner
about
years
ago,
requested
feedback
on
increasing
the
heights
of
the
parapet
to
allow
for
a
single
sloped
roof
to
the
back
of
the
property.
After
that
approval
or
after
that
diagnosed
on,
they
say
they
wouldn't
approve
or
after
the
guidance
the
previous
owner
went
ahead
with
the
parapet,
extension
and
also
the
same
so
truth.
D
He
events
sold
the
property
and
a
new
owner
has
purchased
property,
and
that's
where
I'm,
representing
today,
new
owner,
would
like
to
renovate
the
building
to
be
used
as
a
retail
cigar
store
owner
request.
The
following
changes:
they'd
like
to
increase
the
height
of
the
parapet
as
currently
built
reconfigure,
the
first-floor
storefront
replace
the
windows
for
by
wood
openings
with
weather
shield,
aluminum
five
windows
on
two
of
these
second-floor
windows,
the
two
on
the
outsides
they
would
like
to
install
casement
windows.
Historically,
it
would
be
a
one
over
one
hung
window.

style.

don't
do
a
lot.
M
M
J
How's
everybody
doin
scene,
corporal
Roberts,
with
a
Montgomery
Police
Department
I've,
been
with
the
city
of
Montgomery
for
11
years
and
I'm,
an
accident
investigator
with
the
city
of
Montgomery
me
and
my
family
reside
at
31
23
Lexington
Road.
We
have
a
house,
we've
been
there
about
six
years.
The
front
door
was
in
need
of
repair,
it
was
cracked
sun-faded,
so
I
took
a
couple
days
and
sanded
the
door
down
myself
used
some
wood,
wood,
putty
fix,
fix
the
door
up
and
then
I
repainted
the
door.
J
As
you
can
see,
the
door
is
not
the
normal
pallet.
It's
a
blue
door.
It's
a
blue
door
because
I'm
a
Montgomery
police
officer
I'm,
not
a
firefighter.
So
that's
the
reason
why
it's
not
a
red
door,
all
right
I
did
it
as
a
representation
of
what
I
do
for
a
living
for
this
city
of
Montgomery
and
I
hope.
The
panel
will
understand
the
reason
why
I
did
it
and
show
me
leniency
and
let
me
keep
the
door
below
I'm.
M
J
M
J
Actually,
what
I
did
was
I
it
I
looked
around
and
I
seen
the
fad
for
2018
and
2019
was
warm,
welcoming,
colors
and
actually
I,
seen
blue
on
the
acid.
That's
awesome,
a
blue
door
would
look
great
and
it
kind
of
represents
what
I
do
you
see
police
car
on
my
driveway
and
I,
just
couldn't
fathom
painting
my
door,
the
crimson
or
red
the
hose
draggers,
the
other
side.
So
that's
that's
the
reason
why
I
painted
a.
F
F
I'm
here,
Charlie
Colburn
couldn't
make
it
he's
normally
here
for
the
neighborhood
say
I'm
speaking
for
the
Neighborhood
Association.
We
the
engine
to
tell
that
colors,
not
only
Stewart
Palin
and
the
Neighborhood
Association
would
prefer
that
Spiller
be
changed
to
something
on
the
historic
palette.
That's
a
little
more
in
keeping
with
the
rest
of
the
colors
on
my
house.
E
J
I
B
A
I
E
C
Throw
dart,
but
you
can
select
multiple
colors
as
well,
I
mean
if
you
find
some
blues
that
you
think
might
work
with
the
color
of
the
house
and
the
brick
and
the
roof
color
you
don't
have
to.
You.
Don't
have
to
keep
just
flinging
one
color
to
see
if
one
of
them's
gonna
stick.
So
if
there's
a
range
of
colors
or
you
know
a
one
section
on
a
chip
deck,
that's
got
maybe
three
or
four
colors
on
it.
That
I
mean
we
can
do
multiples,
just
run
it
through
that
way
and.

there's
a

that
leads

time
and
I,
believe
there
was
a
set
of
stairs
that
was
disapproved
and
then
torn
down.
Flaps.
H
The
idea
is
not
to
be
carrying
your
you
know
steaks
and
marinade
or
whatever,
through
seven
different
rooms
and
have
like
Kevin
in
the
office
chili
moment
for
fans
of
the
show,
and
it
just
makes
a
lot
more
sense
to
walk
around
that
way.
I
do
realize
that
you
know
one
of
one
of
the
things
that
when
I
was
thinking
about
this
was
the
fact.
