Description
No description was provided for this meeting.
If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
A
However,
if
you
have
questions
for
the
staff
please
went
into
the
meeting
is
over
to
ask
them
or
you
may
contact
staff
at
the
office
the
following
day,
once
public
testimony
and
discussion
for
a
particular
item
is
concluded,
the
members
of
the
board
will
deliberate
and
render
a
decision.
Members
with
a
personal
or
financial
interest
in
any
requests
are
required
to
recuse
themselves
from
voting
all
decisions
by
the
Architectural
Review
Board
are
final.
Any
aggrieved
parties
may
appeal
a
decision
to
the
board
of
the
board
to
the
City
Council
within
15
days.
A
If
your
request
is
denied
by
the
board,
petitioners
may
appeal
to
the
Board's
decision.
Circuit
Court
within
30
days
of
the
meeting
we
have
members
present
and
we
have
one
who
is
in
traffic
on
the
interstate
on
the
way
it
takes
five
votes
to
pass
the
motions.
So
we
need
to
be
unanimous
at
this
point
because
of
the
number
of
members
present.
If
you
would
like
to
delay
your
request,
please
let
us
know
at
the
time
your
request
is
announced
I'd
like
to
take
an
opportunity
to
introduce
members
of
the
architectural
review
board.

C
You
knew
next
what
an
important
work
of
art
you
were
going
to
bring
to
Montgomery.
So
here
you
see
the
statue
when
it
was
exhibited
at
the
Royal
Academy
in
London.
As
a
centerpiece
of
that
exhibition-
and
here
you
see
this
memorial
alcohol
found
in
France.
So
when
you
approve
the
placement
of
the
rainbow
soldier
here
in
Montgomery,
you
approve
something.
You
knew.
C
What
was
going
really
to
come
next
I
realize
that
at
this
time,
I
am
going
to
ask
from
you
an
act
of
faith
as
I
am
NOT
presenting
to
you
a
finished
sculpture,
as
you
have
seen
from
the
previous
documents
that
you
had
in
your
agenda,
but
a
great
work
of
art
in
the
making.
Next
one
to
equal,
the
great
Royal
Artillery
Memorial
at
Hart
Park
by
Charles,
Sargent
Jegan.
C
C
C
C
C
We
need
to
break
through
this
general
amnesia
about
World
War
one
and
the
tendency
to
only
outline
victory
and
the
positive
outcomes
of
war.
We
need
to
emphasize
the
great
sacrifices
that
war
and
tales,
especially
because
we
live
in
an
era
when
that
sacrifice
is
not
broadly
shared,
when
only
a
very
small
percentage
of
our
nation
citizens
serve
in
the
Armed
Forces,
when
only
few
have
to
suffer
through
the
death
of
a
son
or
daughter,
a
husband
or
wife,
a
father
or
a
mother.
There
are
times
when
such
sacrifices
are
necessary.
C
The
return
from
the
Argonne
this
is
the
name
of
the
statue,
is
not
pro
war,
it's
not
against
war.
It
is
there.
So
that
young
people
realize
the
sacrifices
the
war
entails
and
also
be
grateful
to
those
who
lost
their
use
so
that
they
could
enjoy
sales
so
that
we
could
enjoy
a
home
and
to
all
of
us.
This
should
always
be
a
reminder
to
weigh
in
our
calculus
to
go
to
war
all
the
sacrifices,
so
many
of
us
will
have
to
make
and
be
ready
for
them
if
deemed
necessary.
C
1451
returned
in
May,
1919
616
died
in
combat
where
hospitalized
wood
and
the
rest
616
died
in
combat
the
rest
was
hospitalized
wounded
in
battle
or
died
of
influenza
in
Dawson.
The
architect,
who
has
prepared
the
drawing
that
you
had
in
your
package,
may
answer
any
question
you
have
I
wanted,
also
to
specify
that
we
did
not
request
the
tree
removal
in
fact
the
trees,
because
the
soldier
was
picked
up
in
the
Argonne
forest.
The
trees
are
an
integral
part
of
showing
this
man
in
nature,
just
as
he
was
when
he
was
picked
up.
C
C
D
A
C
F
A
F
That
we
previously
had
issues
with
there
being
an
architectural
districts
in
the
smart
code,
so
you
guys
want
to
see
them
okay,
project
and
we're
concerned
about
the
elimination.
The
only
part
that
will
be
eliminated
on
the
sign
will
be
the
actual
tower
and
the
logo
tower
topper
and
the
rest
will
be
blocked
out.
So
we
won't
have
a
growing
cabinet.
Okay,
so.
F
A
I
The
roof
that
you
don't
see,
okay,
I,
have
some
pictures
on
my
phone
over
there.
Okay
see
we're
right
there
in
the
front.
Okay,
the
reason
part
of
it
was
it
had
rolled
roofing
on
it
and
that
roof
is
so
unlevel
that
the
water
would
pool
and
it
kept
rowdy
boards
underneath
it.
So
we
decided
that
this
would
be
a
more
permanent
fixed
and
so
the
roof
was
put
in
a
slant
so
that
it
could-
and
this
was
the
best,
the
best
option.
I
It's
strong
enough
to
walk
on
it
if
you
need
to
and
the
water
can
drain
and
it
matches
the
trim.
So
it
really
looks
good
in
my
opinion,
looks
a
lot
better
than
the
other
and,
if
you'll
look
over
there
to
the
right,
the
trees
blocking
it,
but
there's
another
little
porch
over
the
upstairs.
Where
you
see
that
looks
like
a
little
railing,
yeah
right
in
there
up
there
above.

I
got
to
say
this
is
kind
of
when
I
turn
the
page
and
saw
the
colors
I
kind
of
got.
A
WoW
kind
of
reminds
me
when
I
was
walking
down
in
my
neighborhood
and
I
saw
a
blue
door
that
the
first
thing
to
mind
was
I.
Don't
remember
that
coming
before
the
architectural
review
board
and
apparently
at
Hatton,
and
then
when
it
did
come
before
the
board,
I
believe
I
was
out
of
town
in
court
somewhere
and
I
think
the
request
to
keep
it
was
denied
if
I'm
not
mistaken,
but.

The
in
the
front,
it's
of
French
Gothic,
would
picket
fence
it's
36
inches
and
it
comes
out
about
four
feet
from
the
porch
and
there's
a
gate
which
is
a
lockable
gate,
which
was
one
of
the
reasons
I
originally
put
it
on
the
porch,
but
came
to
realize
that
it
wasn't
an
appropriate
thing
for
the
porch,
so
I
put
it
down
on
the
ground,
and
it
gives
me
an
opportunity
to
lock
it
at
times
when
I'm
gone
at
night,
I
work
nights
and
keep
people
from
coming
on.
L
L
K
My
name
is
Rebecca
Dido
and
I
live
on
the
same
block
at
1814,
st.
Charles
and
I've
lived
in
this
neighborhood
since
1964
off
and
on
my
mother
passed
away
a
few
years
ago,
and
now
the
house
is
reverted
to
me.
I've
seen
this
neighborhood
go
through
all
kinds
of
changes,
but
what
I
have
always
liked
about
the
neighborhood
is
the
fact
that
it
is
eccentric
and
it's
unique
that's
why
a
lot
of
people
want
to
live
there.
They
want
something.
That's
not
cookie
cutter.
Now.
K
Looking
at
the
pictures
up,
there
does
not
do
justice
in
the
coloring
he's
gone
through
a
lot
of
effort
to
make.
In
my
opinion,
his
house
looks
the
best
on
the
block
and
the
color
looks
good
with
what
he's
got
on
the
house.
I
mean
it.
You
can't
really
tell
from
those
pictures.
They're
pitiful
I
have
no
problem
with
it.
I've
talked
to
several
neighbors.
They
have
no
issue
with
it.
K
In
fact,
I
kind
of
like
the
fact
of
how
he's
got
that
sliding
gate,
because
quite
frankly,
I've
got
an
l-shape
porch,
but
I
don't
have
any
coverage
as
far
as
a
fencing
going
to
the
back
of
my
property
and
I
happen
to
be
sitting
on
the
side,
and
this
gentleman
just
politely
starts
walking
through
the
one
past
my
father,
under
the
carport
and
I
asked
him.
Excuse
me,
so
yeah
people
do
come
and
just
Tuffle
through
your
stuff
I
mean
we've
had
stuff
stolen
over
there.
K
D
D
L
L
D
J
L
L
Whoa
one
I'd
be
happy
to
make
the
fence
go
around
the
entire
front
yard,
but
one
of
my
issues
is
I've
got
a
very
aggressive,
Guardian
type
dog
and
if
she
gets
out
like
I,
don't
know
through
the
neighborhood
down
down
st.
Charles,
there's
a
pretty
aggressive
kind
of
German,
Shepherd
type
dog,
where
there's
a
picket
fence
and
that
errand
I
didn't
think
it'd
be
good
to
let
her
have
any
access
close
to
the
public
going
by
also
that's
pretty
much.
The
only
reason.
Otherwise,
I'd
be
fine
with
putting
the
ground
the
entire
front
yard.
A
L
A
L
Been
out
I
agree,
I
was
considering
all
of
them
turning
very
over
time,
and
that
was
around
I
was
wanting
to
go
because
then
you
don't
have
to
go
back
and
repaint
them
like
I.
Just
use
like
a
Thompson's
WaterSeal
would
protect
and
it
UV
protect
them,
but
I
don't
have
any
problem
staining
it
like
a
weathered
gray.
H
L
E
H
L
B
E
L
Not
a
jumper,
she
can't
but
I
just
she's
at
orange,
she's
really
sweet
dog,
but
he
just
she's
very
protective
of
the
yard.
So
I
mean
my
people
came
up.
They
were
sweet
like
she'd,
be
sweet
back
but
she's
aggressive
towards
other
dogs.
So
but
I
mean
I.
Don't
if
that's
what
y'all
want
me
to
do?
I'll
put
it
all
the
way
out
doesn't.
L
Okay,
it
doesn't
really
matter
to
me
one
way
or
the
other
like
they
I
liked
it
better
I
like
it
better
down
on
the
yard
than
up
on
the
porch,
because
they
can
get
out
it's
in
other
areas.
I've
got
an
English
Bulldog
and
he's
for
some
reason
scared
to
go
out
back,
but
he
loves
going
out
front.
So
he
comes
out
front
with
us.

An
alleyway
that
comes
off
of
Mildred,
which
is
the
kind
of
perpendicularly
streaky
to
south,
and
we
would
just
be.
We
believe
that
that
alley
is
ten
feet
wide
I
think
smart
code
says
you
can
either
be
three
feet
off
the
alley
line
or
12
feet,
minimum
from
the
center
line.
So
we
were
just.
We
have
to
double
check
out
why
the
alley
is,
but
we
would
just
be
the
minimum
distance
kind
of
right
on
that.
Back
setback,
I.
E
A
B
O
O
E
O
O
E
A
I
think
you've
made
some
good
decisions
here,
I
think
there's
not
any
problem
with
the
new
connector
and
I
think
the
idea
to
make
the
building
the
addition
to
the
building
dark
is
a
good
idea,
we'll
make
it
the
historic
building
will
come
forward.
I.
Think
it's
too
big
and
look
the
photographic,
renderings
you've
got
in
the
little
vignettes
at
the
bottom
help
some
and
in
some
places
it
doesn't
look
too
big,
but
you
know
it
looks
for
all
the
world
like
you've
added
two
stories
on
the
building.
O
O
So
the
photos
are
either
pictures
or
renderings
from
other
buildings.
Okay,
and
since
we
were
just
showing
elevations,
we
wanted
to
show
an
existing
building
that
had
an
addition
on
top
that
was
in
a
darker
color
that
also
had
an
additional
level
and
kind
of
had
similar
window
configurations
to
give
it.
This
warehouse
type.
B
E
N
B
H
Think
it's
a
very
effective
design.
My
only
comment
is
the
there
appears
to
be
a
lot
of
wall
above
the
windows.
I
wish
it
was
kind
of
the
windows
went
all
the
way
up.
Kinda,
like
some
of
the
example,
inspiration
images
you
provided.
Are
you
doing
that
for
parapets
to
try
to
block
some
mechanical

I

it'll

Someone
from

paint
will
be
there
as
well.
We
did
a
post
class
survey
after
we
did
our
preservation
leadership
class
last
spring
and
we
had
a
lot
of
comments.
People
wanted
the
hands-on,
but
also
a
lot
of
comments
where
people
have
said.
I
had
no
I
have
no
idea
what
these
products
are,
and
they
were
glad
that
John
Lee
came
in
Bubba
and
Clinton
John
Lee
came
in
and
talked
about
some
of
the
glazing
and
epoxy
products
and
how
to
use
them.
