Our
procedure
for
conducting
business
as
petitioner
for
each
item
will
be
asked
to
come
forward
state
your
name
for
the
record
and
present
his
inherent
request.
The
board
will
ask
any
questions
that
they
may
have.
Then
anyone
wishing
to
speak
to
the
proposal
will
be
asked
to
come
forward
and
voice
their
opinions.
Each
side
would
have
ten
minutes
to
speak
once
your
request
is
heard
and
the
board's
decision
is
rendered.
You
may
leave
the
meeting.
A
However,
if
you
have
questions
for
staff,
please
wait
until
after
the
meeting
is
over
to
ask
them
or
you
may
contact
the
staff
at
the
office
the
following
day,
once
public
testimony
and
discussion
for
a
particular
item
has
concluded,
so
members
of
the
board
will
deliberate
and
we're
rendered
its
decision.
Members
with
a
personal
or
financial
interests
in
any
requests
are
required
to
recuse
themselves
from
voting
our
decisions
by
the
architecture.
Review
Board
are
final.
Any
reporting
may
appeal
a
decision
of
the
board
to
the
City
Council
within
15
days.
A
Petitioners
may
also
appeal
the
Board's
decision
to
the
circuit
court.
Within
30
days
of
the
meeting
we
have
five
members
present.
It
takes
five
votes
to
pass
a
motion
because
of
the
number
of
board
members
present.
If
you
would
like
to
delay
your
request,
please
let
us
know
at
the
time
your
bananas.
A
At
the
stem
would
like
to
introduce
the
board
members
that
are
here
with
pathetic
Campbell
River
revving
Willie
Welch
is
Elizabeth
Brown
and
mr.
John
folks,
you
and
myself
Walter
Bush
jr.
our
planet
control
staff
made
up
of
Paul
Richardson
Russell,
stringer,
Tonya,
Ingram
and
Robert
Smith.
We
do
have
a
quorum.
A
B
B
All
right,
as
you
can
see
they,
the
engineer
has
selected
a
shallower
slab.
It's
only
a
foot
deep
around
the
edges
and
six
inches
deep
in
the
middle
and
he's
put
in
some
smaller
small
drilled
piers.
That
way
we
can
do
our
best
to
avoid
tree
roots
any
major
tree
roots.
If
you'll
look
at
the
northeast
corner
of
the
addition
on
the
slab,
that
would
be
the
bottom
right
on
the
plan.
He's
he's
moved
to
the
piers
from
the
corner
three
feet
or
three
feet:
eight
inches
from
the
edge
of
the
slab.
B
That
would
that
would
allow
Raven
to
miss
more
tree
roots
and
I.
Think
it's
a
clear
from
the
plan
that
what
he
intends
is
that's
three
foot
maximum.
So
therefore
he
could
that
those
piers
can
be
moved
closer
to
the
corner,
but
no
further
than
three
feet.
C
A
D
C
B
He
pointed
out
that
that
the
way
you
would
normally
do
a
slab
is,
you
would
dig
deep
vertically
for
basically
building
a
three
foot
deep
wall
and
that
that
would
cut
off
any
roots
and
by
doing
it,
this
way
we're
going
to
stay
more
on
top
of
the
dirt
and
just
drill
small
holes
straight
down
and
the
the
way
the
engineers
drawn
it
where
we
can
there's
some
wiggle
room
and
where
you
specifically
drill.
So
as
they're
digging
this
foundation.
If
they
see
a
major
tree
root,
they
can,
they
can
miss
it
and.

E
F
Hi
I'm
Darby
Forester,
representing
the
authorial
associations,
I,
had
a
question.
It
says
a
six-foot
privacy
fence
is
proposed
from
the
front
building
line
to
the
rear
property
run
on
the
east
property
line.
Where
would
that
be
because
that
sounds
like
a
six-foot,
just
regular
wooden
fence?
Is
that
right?
Coming.
E
F
G
F
D
Mr.
care
board
I
love
trees,
but
I
am
proposing.
This
is
cottage
place.
This
is
behind
as
I
told
ya,
8:05
Cloverdale,
Road
and
also
a
cross
cottage
place
from
the
demolition
that
got
approved
last
meeting.
There
is
an
assortment
of
hackberry
trees
in
various
states
of
decline
and
decay
that
I
am
proposing
to
remove
with
the
assistance
of
the
adjacent
property
owner
who
is
here
tonight
and
replacing
with
tulip
poplars
to
better
accent.
The
streetscape
there.
H
Hey
good
evening,
Emily
Whisenhunt
we
live
at
8:05
Cloverdale
Road
just
want
to
reiterate
our
support
for
the
removal
of
those
trees
and
also
just
to
confirm
that
we
are
very
willing
and
planning
on
working
with
mr.
stringer
with
the
city
to
make
sure
that
the
tree
stumps
from
the
removed
trees
will
be
ground
prior
to
the
treat
the
new
trees
going
in,
as
well
as
our
willingness
to
pay
for
the
for
tulip
trees
to
be
replanted
by
the
city.
We
would
much
rather
see
a
poplar
tree
growing.
A
A
I
I
The
the
cinnamon
I
have
is
the
same
as
Russell
stringers
I
love
trees.
If
you
look
at
our
place,
we
we
have
a
lot
of
trees,
crepe
myrtles,
camellias
roses,
lots
of
lots
of
flowers,
and
we
really
enjoy
all
of
that.
With
the
exception
of
this
ornamental
pear
tree
right
at
the
front
of
our
house,
that
is
the
wrong
tree
in
the
wrong
place.
I
We
appreciate
approval
to
remove
this
for
an
option
on
something
to
replace
that
we
would
like
to
look
at
something
that
would
be
a
much
smaller
tree,
half
or
smaller
of
what's
there
now
as
its
maximum
size,
such
as
Japanese,
maple
or
crape
myrtle.
That
would
be
the
type
that
would
never
get
very
big,
like
the
one
that's
there,
which
is
just
too
big
too
close
to
the
house.
D
In
this
case,
yes,
I,
assisted
Mr
Hunt
some
years
ago
and
installing
an
oak
tree
in
the
side
of
the
yard,
further
away
from
the
house,
it's
going
to
dominate
that
yard.
So,
yes,
it's
entirely
appropriate
right
here,
and
this
by
the
way,
is
one.
This
won't
approve
this
project
some
years
ago.
This
affected
neglected
to
proceed
with
it.
So
we
ran
out
of
time.
You
had
to
come
again
so.
I
I
A
C
A
I
G
And
Denise
Basha
we
would
like
3370
Lexington
Road.
We
would
like
to
construct
a
an
addition
on
the
back
porch.
Would
that
would
lead
from
our
existing
laundry
closet
to
make
it
into
a
laundry
room,
and
the
Builder
would
do
it
in
such
a
way
that
it
would
have
a
gable
that
will
match
the
front
of
the
house
and
the
siding
will
be
the
same
as
the
previously
approved
garage
that
we
now
have
on
the
lot
and
the
windows
and
the
trim
and
everything
would
match
what
we
already
have.
