From YouTube: Montgomery Board of Adjustment (2/21/19)
Description
No description was provided for this meeting.
If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
B
Are
we
Ellen
over
there
by
name?
Board
of
adjustments
is
a
nine-member
board.
We
reformed
by
the
City
Council
and
we
serve
on
a
voluntary
basis
without
compensation.
Our
procedure
for
conducting
business
is
I
will
call
the
name
of
the
petitioner.
Please
come
to
the
mic
speak
clearly
and
loudly
in
the
mic
and
then
make
your
presentation
and
then
be
prepared
to
answer
any
questions
that
any
member
of
the
board
might
have.
B
Once
we
receive
public
testimony
and
discussion
on
particular
item,
the
members
of
the
board
will
deliberate
will
render
our
decision
I'll
remind
members
of
the
board.
If
you
have
a
personal
or
a
financial
interest
in
any
particular
item,
you
required
recuse
yourself
from
voting
any
testimony,
that's
submitted
by
the
petitioner
or,
on
behalf
of
the
petitioner
during
the
presentation
of
the
agenda
item
will
be
binding
as
to
any
decision.
The
board
makes
relative
to
the
motion.
I'll
remind
the
members
of
the
board.
B
If
a
motion
to
deny
on
an
item
is
made,
you
must
give
a
reason
this
time,
I'll
induce
the
members
of
the
board
that
are
here,
miss
Katie,
Brown
hi
vice
chairman
mr.
Steve
Hughes.
Mr.
Pickett
Reese
mr.
George
Howell
and
our
newest
member
mr.
Cory
Johnson
and
I'm
John
Stanley
new
chairman.
Are
there
any
questions?
B
We
have
six
members
here
tonight.
It
requires
five
votes,
not
majority,
but
five
votes
to
approve
a
motion.
If
you
feel
as
though
having
only
six
members
here
tonight
might
hurt
your
chances
of
an
approval
of
your
petition,
you
may
withdraw
and
come
back
next
month.
We
may
have
a
couple
more
members
show,
but
at
this
time
we
have
enough
quorum
just
to
commence
the
meeting.
So
if
you
feel
like
you,
you
need
to
withdraw
because
of
that
you
can
do
so
without
penalty,
but
you'll
have
to
come
back
next
month.
B
B
C
Mr.
chairman,
my
name
is
Richard
Bollinger
I'm,
which
AM
gearing
son
engineers
and
surveyors
here
in
Montgomery,
we're
here
representing
the
Rolling
Hills
Lakes
voluntary
fire
department,
so
that
thing
put
in
there
third
station
the
station
would
be
just
south
of
McKenna's
Road
on
Patterson
Road.
No
one
will
stay
there.
It'll
only
have
just
the
engines
itself
and
one
small
bathroom.
B

A
A
A
A
B
Do
you
have
adequate
parking
on
site?
Yes,
okay,
I'm
familiar
with
the
building,
it
was
originally
built
as
an
office
building,
okay
and
so
just
remember,
your
parking
has
to
be
on-site.
Yes,
so
if
you
have
an
event
that
requires
all
site
parking
you're
not
allowed
to
park
in
the
street,
yes,
okay,
but
you
could
make
other
arrangements
with
adjacent
property
owners
that
might
allow
you
to
park
in
their
parking
lot,
but
I'm
just
costing
you
about
parking
in
the
street.
Yes,
sir
you're
not
supposed
to
be
that
you
know:
okay,
yes,.
A

B
So
mr.
Collins
you're
gonna
be
in
that
strip
center.
Yes,
sir
I
believe
that's
the
one
we're
office
depot
correct
is
or
was
yes
correct.
That's
correct!
Okay,
all
right
and
our
agenda
here
says
that
your
service
hours
are
on
Sundays
9:00
to
12:00,
correct
Wednesday,
6:30
to
8:00
o'clock,
correct,
okay
and
I.
Assume
you're
gonna
have
adequate
parking
lot
lighting.
Yes,
sir
okay,
I.

Number
5
is
item
number
5
presented
by
James
Collins,
representing
the
Church
of
Jesus
Christ
of
latter-day
saints,
requesting
a
special
exception
for
church
to
be
located
on
the
north
side
of
Park
crossing
approximately
200
feet,
west
of
regard
to
Road
and
Planned
Unit
development.
Zoning
district,
mr.
Collins
good.
C
Evening,
mr.
chairman,
good
evening
board,
my
name
is
James
Collins
I'm,
a
senior
associate
with
Turner
bats
and
architects.
As
you
said,
I
am
here
representing
the
church.
We
are
asking
for
a
special
excuse
me,
a
special
exception
for
church
shoes
and
the
PUD
I'd
like
to
point
out
that
this
church
was
indicated
on
the
original
master
plan.
For
this.
B
Is
the
I
believe
it
is
but
I'm
gonna
ask
you
the
question
for
the
record
the
paving
is
the
parking
is
paved
correct,
correct
it
will
be
striped
correct,
it
will
be,
and
what
about
lighting
it
will
be
okay,
so
the
paving
will
come
out
all
the
way
to
park
crossing
road.
It
will
okay,
what
you're
doing
about
your
storm.

D
Good
afternoon,
Daryl
Strickland
with
Google
mills
and
Cawood,
requesting
a
variance
for
the
rear
yard
buffer
for
this
parking
lot
on
Carmichael
Court.
Just
a
note
about
the
lot
itself.
This
is
a
remote
lot
that
the
Cancer
Center
employees
use,
there's
no
building
on
an
acceptable
small
shelter,
bus
shelter
and
that
ferried
back
and
forth
to
the
Cancer
Center.
This
the
gates
on
this
lot
are
locked
overnight.
So
there's
no
one
coming
in
and
out
at
all
times.
D
You
know
if,
whenever
the
employees
go
home,
that's
when
the
gates
are
closed,
that
it's
locked
because
of
the
way
the
rear,
curb,
sits
and
the
Fitz's
that
are
in
there
there's
physically,
not
enough
to
get
the
canopy
trees
as
required
by
the
landscape
ordinance.
They
will
be
located
elsewhere
on
site.
We've
worked
with
the
urban
forester
russell
stringer.
D
B
D
D
Yes,
there's
actually
there's
two
fences:
one
belongs
to
the
apartment
complex.
We
think
it's
encroaching,
it's
a
small
wrought
iron
fence,
then
there's
a
security
fence
that
was
put
up
by
the
owner.
So
that's
why
they
could
close
the
gates
at
night
and
just
keep
people
from
going
in
and
out
of
there.
That
will
got.
