since
our
last
hearing
I
have
taken
upon
myself
with
Mitch
Henry
to
contact
the
residents
that
are
adjacent
to
the
property
that
we
are
trying
to
acquire.
We
identified
those
homes
that
back
up
to
that
property,
we
went
three
separate
times
to
talk
to
the
residents
about
our
plans.
We
showed
them.
The
plans
asked
if
they
had
any
questions.
I
left
my
card
with
them.
We
did
ask
them
to
sign
just
that.

we
were
there,
we
showed
them
a
copy
that
of
the
thing
that
you
see
on
the
screen
up
there,
and
let
them
know
that
these
are
our
preliminary
plans
that
truly
this
first
year
after
we
acquire
this
property,
our
plans
are
to
to
have
practice
fields
put
in
place.
There
be
no
lights,
there
would
be
no
practices
after
dark.
Since
there
are
no
lights,
it
would
be
strictly
during
the
daytime
hours
we
talked
to
as
many
residents
as
we
could
get
a
hold
of.

we
took
pictures
of
the
alley
between
the
townhomes
and
the
property-
that's
probably
the
third
or
fourth
page,
and,
as
you
can
see
there
are,
there
is
a
brick
wall
that
surrounds
half
of
the
property
and
then
there's

chain-link
fence
on
the
rest
of
it.
We
have
no
intention
of
taking
those
fences
down.

fact,
we
will
make
sure
that
proper
fencing
is
surrounds.

fields

third

remove

structure

those
plans
are
not
written

them
