B
Happy
New
Year
their
body
Board
of
adjustments,
a
nine-member
board,
we're
appointed
by
the
City
Council
when
we
serve
on
a
voluntary
basis
without
any
compensation
procedure
for
conducting
businesses.
That
I
will
call
off
the
petitioners
name.
You
would
please
come
to
the
mic.
Please
beep
clearly
present
make
your
presentation
and
then
be
prepared
to
answer
any
questions.
Any
boy
any
board
member
might
have
or
anyone
in
the
audience
might
have.
B
Once
we
receive
public
testimony
on
that
particular
item,
we
will
deliberate
and
render
our
decision
I'll
remind
all
members
that
if
you
have
a
personal
or
a
financial
interest
in
any
particular
item,
you
require
to
recuse
yourself
from
bugging.
In
your
testimony.
That's
submitted
by
the
petitioner
on
behalf
of
the

the
agenda
item

Esteana
decision
Board
makes
relative
to
the
motion
I'll
remind
members
of
the
board.
If,
if
you
make
a
motion
to
deny,
you
must
give
a
reason
for
that
denial.
B
This
time
I'm
introduced
the
members
who
are
here
tonight
mr.
Cady
Brown
mr.
Steve
Hughes
mr.
Nathan
Williams
mr.
Jennifer
Shaw
mr.
Mark
Prince
mr.
piket
Rhys
George
Howell
jr.,
I'm,
John
Stanley,
you
chairman
I'm
playing
control
staff
here
tonight,
mr.
James
center,
mr.
Robert
Smith
mr.
Tommy
Tyson.
B
We
have
six
ladders
and
we'll
go
through
those
beginning
at
number.
One
item
number
one
is
presented
by
Maggie
Washington,
there's
Washington,
representing
talent,
education
and
art,
Christian
Academy,
requesting
a
special
exception
to
operate
a
private
school
in
a
multi-tenant
building
located
at
2600
East
South
Boulevard
in
nanotubes
zoning
district
Washington.
Thank.
C
You
so
much
and
good
afternoon
everyone
I'm
Maggie,
McElroy
Washington
I'm
a
resident
here
in
Montgomery
and
presently
we
are
asking
permission
for
facility
located
at
2600
East
South
Boulevard,
suite
180,
we're
basically
in
the
business
of
educating
young
minds
ages
K
through
12.
We
have
a
track
record
of
our
success.
Presently
we
have
15
students
that
we've
graduated
in
of
the
15
they're
all
attending
college,
either
here
in
Montgomery,
Birmingham
or
in
Florida.
C
We
track
our
students
on
a
yearly
basis
to
see
what
they're
doing,
how
they're
doing
in
to
also
see
if
they
can
use
assistance
in
any
any
capacity.
My
son
is
also
one
of
the
graduates
of
our
student
of
our
school
and
he
has
two
more
classes
to
graduate
to
finish
before
he
graduates
from
Lawson
State.
Not
only
is
he
a
student
but
he's
also
a
presidential
scholar.
So
with
that
being
said,
it
shows
that
we
are
tracking
our
students
and
the
students
or
excel
and
pretty
much
beyond
our
belief.
C
B
C
The
next
four
to
six
months,
we're
anticipating
utilizing
the
remainder
of
that
facility
because
the
phone
has
been
ringing
continuously.
Parents
are
actually
getting
wind
that
we're
not
just
teaching
but
we're
going
above
and
beyond
the
expectation
so
between
and
others,
we're
hoping
to
utilize.
The
remainder
of
the
facility
up.
B
C
C
A
C
So
welcome
and
can
I
just
add.
Please
we're
not
just
an
educational
facility.
We
also
provide
mentoring
on
a
monthly
basis.
We
bring
in
a
mentor
every
two
to
three
weeks
and
they're,
not
just
typical
people
that
are
citizens
but
they're
from
the
legal
system
system.
They
are
from
the
educational
systems
outside
of
our
school.
We
bring
in
nurses,
doctors,
lawyers
and
on
every
month
we
are
celebrating
something
we
have
a
parent
awareness
program.
C
It
would
take
me
all
afternoon
to
go
through
all
of
the
things
that
we
are
imposing
on
our
students
to
include
career
skills,
job
shadowing
all
students
who
are
in
the
11th
grade.
They
have
to
identify
at
least
two
careers,
and
they
have
to
do
detail
research
to
find
out
about
the
label
market
regarding
those
careers.
The
best
place
to
go
to
college
for
those
careers
and
to
see
what
they're
going
to
be
paying
by
the
time
they
graduate,
and
we
also
have
career
days
where
other
educational
entities
come
in
and
present
to
the
students.

C
E
B
Item
number
two
is
presented
by
Michael
Kelly
mr.
Kelly,
requesting
a
side
yard,
variance
separation
between
structures,
variance
and
a
coverage
vanish
for
three
existing
accessory
structures
located
at
forty
24
fawns
del
Drive
and
are
75
single
zoning.
Single-Family
zoning
district
board
members
take
a
look
at
this
and,
as
mr.
Kelly
makes
this
presentation.
Okay,
mr.
F
Kelly,
yes,
sir
good
evening,
my
name
is
Michael
Kelly
us
and
my
wife
Loretta.
We
appreciate
the
time
to
come
forward
a
brief
narrative.
My
wife
purchased
this
house
April
22nd
on
2015
and
she
moved
in
shortly
thereafter
we
met
and
got
married
October
25th
on
2015.
The
house
had
an
existing
small
shed
with
a
carport
put
over
it
and
a
concrete
pad
to
the
left.
Okay,.
F
B
F
B
B
F
F
Ahead,
all
right,
my
wife
had
a
shed
that
was
out
in
the
country
at
a
neighbor's
house.
She
was
going
to
lose
the
shed,
so
we
decided
to
keep
it.
We
asked
our
neighbor
if
we
could
remove
a
corner
post
of
their
fence
in
order
to
get
it
in
our
driveway.
We
have
a
very
narrow
driveway.
They
said,
okay,
we
moved
it
got
it
in
put
it
on
an
existing
pad,
Andrey
concreted
their
post
back
in
the
ground
and
that's
B.
That
is
B.
Yes,
sir.
A
F
All
right
in
May,
2017,
partially
retired,
from
work
due
to
some
medical
issues,
and
we
decided
that
this
is
the
home
that
we
wanted
to
stay
in
for
the
duration
of
our
life
and
we've
been
begin
thinking
about
how
we
can
make
it
a
nice
retirement
home.
We
always
wanted
a
hot
tub
and
a
camper,
so
we
began
to
check
into
that.
F
We
wanted
to
get
a
sunroom
but
found
out
that
was
going
to
be
way
too
much
money
and
we
found
us
a
small
toy
hauler
camper
for
a
very
good
price
and
got
it
and
came
up
with
the
idea
that
we
would
pour
concrete
next
to
our
existing
driveway
to
make
it
wide
enough
to
add
an
additional
carport
does
C.
That
is
C.
Yes,
sir.
Okay.
F
In
item
a
we
enclosed,
the
walls
which
did
not
increase
any
roof
coverage
and
we
poured
concrete
and
we
had
the
structure
C
built.
We
chose
the
company
of
Carolina
carports
to
do
this
structure,
as
is
that
was
the
people
that
previous
owner
used
to
do
number
a.
So
we
got
the
same.
Make
the
same
color
scheme
same
design,
wanted
it
all
to
match.
F
F
We
received
a
letter
that
this
was
on
a
Monday
and
Tuesday
excuse
me.
We
received
a
letter
from
the
city
on
Friday,
saying
that
we
had
some
items
that
we
were
out
of
spec
on.
We
had
no
idea
we're
homeowners,
but
we
thought
that
you
could
do
what
you
wanted
to
do
on
your
own
property
as
long
as
it
was
a
safe
in
good
taste
and
looked
nice,
and
that
is
what
we
did.
We
received
that
letter
and
I
went
down
to
the
Planning.
F
G
F
All
right,
sir,
what
this
is
is
a
petition
that
we
circulated
among
a
few
neighbors
and
numerous
retired
people
that
walk
in
our
neighborhood,
and
we
asked
them
to
read
it
and
give
us
an
honest,
yes
or
no,
yes
means
they
have
a
problem
with
our
carport.
Staying
no
means
they
do
not.
So
this
was
very
13
various
people
in
the
neighborhood
and
we
all
received
a
note
from
them,
the
other,
our
invoices
of
what
we
have
paid
for
everything
we
have
done
short
of
the
hot
tub
that
we
had
installed
in
building
a
once.
F
B
To
address
tonight,
okay,
so
I
want
to
make
sure
you
knew
why
y'all
were
here
because
you're,
a
violation
in
the
coverage
you're,
in
violation
of
your
setbacks,
from
the
side,
property
line
and
you're
too
close
to
the
separation
between
structures.
Yes,
okay,
so
apprec
appreciate
what
you've
done
to
make
this
presentation
to
help
us
understand
the
situation:
okay,
okay,
I.
B
Think
in
some
cases
you
are
like
one
in
one
particular
instance,
building
C
is
within
one
foot,
seven
inches
of
the
side
proper
line,
yes,
sir.
So
what
that
automatically
tells
us
is
that
could
be
a
potential
for
water
where's,
the
water
from
that
building
going.
Is
it
staying
on
your
property,
or
is
there
going
onto
your
adjacent
property
owner
possible
both
that
could.
G
B
Rains
it
up
it
gable
roof,
or
is
it
it's
a
gable
roof?
It's
a
gable
roof!
Yes,
okay!
So
if
it's
I
guess
the
edge
of
that
gable
is
1
foot
7
inches
from
your
property
line?
Okay,
that
about
right!
Guess
it
okay!
So
that
could
be
a
problem.
Don't
know
how
you
properly
sloped,
don't
know
where
that
water
drains,
but
that
could
be
a
problem
but
again,
if
whoever
had
the
concern
they'll
be
given
that
opportunity
to
come
up
and
speak
okay
if
they
want
if
they
wish.
B
G
B
B
B
G
G
G
E
B
G
Okay,
see
is
the
carport
that
we
just
built
or
not.
If
you
can
tell
from
our
house,
our
driveway
is
very
narrow,
it's
on
the
edge,
and
so
the
carport
had
to
be
put
on
the
edge,
which
is
the
same
as
the
other
building
a
whenever
we
had
that
installed.
We
went,
we
didn't
move
that
way,
any
at
all,
understand
and
then
the
driveway
curves
in
so
that
makes
it
even
harder
to
get
something
in
as
a
camper
or
whatever
so
I
understand.
G
F
B
B
E
B
F
B
B
J
J
B
J
And
like
the
vacuum,
we
live
next
door
to
the
property
and
her
husband
was
handing
out
some
photos
to
you
guys
right
now,
so
just
to
make
things
a
little
clearer.
They
are
right,
the
the
the
original
the
neighbors
before
them
had
in
the
back.
They
had
a
shed
it
that
they
used
for
storage
and
immediately
in
front
of
the
stage
in
front
of
the
shed
was
a
two-car
carport.
That
was
an
open
structure.
Film.
B
F
D
J
J
It's
not
a
carport,
it's
much
higher
than
a
normal
car
port
is
it's
it's
huge
and
it's
20
inches
from
our
property
line
and
other
people
may
not
have
a
problem
with
it,
but
it's
not
encroaching
on
their
property
and
they
don't
have
to
look
at
it
in
their
backyard.
We
do,
and
so
that's
the
main
concern
of
ours.
This
is
just
you
know
and
also
resale
when
people
prospective
homebuyers
coming
to
look
at
our
house
other.
J
It
feels
and
looks
like
from
our
backyard,
which
I
guess
nobody
has
come
in
to
to
see
the
our
view
that
we
live
next
door
to
one
of
those
places
that
sells
and
manufacture
buildings.
It
doesn't
look
like
we
live
in
a
residential
neighborhood
anymore,
so
that's
kind
of
our
major
opposition
to
the
variance
is.
J
J
B
B
D
Main
objection
is,
is
the
number
the
excessive
number
of
buildings
in
the
excessive
size
of
building
C
as
the
it
is
correct,
building
a
was
pre-existing
when
they
moved
in
our
former
neighbors
put
that
in
it
was
in
the
back
corner
of
the
lot,
didn't
really
see
a
big
deal
about
and,
and
we
weren't
aware
of,
the
different
regulations
governing
the
placement
and
location
of
buildings
didn't
think
anything
of
it.
Yes,
we
did
talk
to
the
to
our
neighbors.
They
told
us
they
were
pouring
the
concrete
they're
putting
the
hot
tub
in.
D
E
D
There's
potential
for
a
water
issue:
yes,
sir,
we
we
haven't
had
a
significant
rainfall
since
the
building
has
gone
up,
I'm
sure
the
snowmelt
today
may
give
an
indication
of
it.
But,
as
you
can
see
from
the
photographs,
it's
close
enough
to
our
fence
line
and
they
say
large
enough
structure
that
the
water
can't
help
but
come
on
to
our
property.
So.
B
D
Sir,
we,
the
last
I
spoke
to
them,
was
when
they
asked
when
they
were
having
it
constructed.
They
asked
permission
to
for
the
workers
to
come
into
our
yard.
It's
that
close
to
the
fence
line.
They
had
to
come
into
our
yard,
to
finish
constructing
that
side
of
it.
We
have
not
spoken
to
them
about
it.
Since
then,
we
were
not
made
aware
of
the
petition
that
was
passed
around
and
there's
been
no
further
discussions
about
it.
It
wasn't
until
it
was
constructed
that
we
first
learned
about
it.
D
J
H
A
H
J
Even
if
they
were
to
put
up
a
privacy
fence
this
pole,
barn
is
huge,
I
mean
there's
no
privacy
fence
tall
enough
for
that.
Okay,
that
would
probably
be
the
only
compromise
is
to
put
up
a
privacy
fence
and
some
kind
of
landscaping
that
would
you
know,
help
cover
it.
Okay,.
H
I
A
A
H
H
F
E
D
H
D
H
E
H
A
I
I
H
A
D
A
A
A
I
asked
you
that
question,
because
you
were
more
familiar
with
this:
that
I
am
right.
If
you
want
I
asked
the
question:
what
is
the
issue?
Okay,
the
next
thing?
Yes,
why
can't
you
let
the
full
of
them
go
out
there
and
talk
about
it
as
we
have
done
with
others
and
see
if
they
possibly
can
reach
some
kind
of
compromise.
B
B
A
Was
just
thinking
of
different
compromise
items
and
you
know
a
is
in
violation,
but
but
you
could
consider
lowering
the
height
of
C
leaving
a
like.
It
is
if
it's
not
so
offensive,
it
looks
like
C
is
so
tall
and
right
next
to
their
patio,
and
so
if
it
were
lowered-
and
there
was
some
greenery
or
something
I
think
that
might
be
a
compromise.
Discussion
also
I
think
concerning
the
water
issue
that
we
were
just
talking
about
with.
A
B
B
D
F
F
F
As
far
as
the
height
of
the
building,
we
wanted
to
possibly
get
a
small
RV,
so
we
got
a
small
toy
hauler
and
we
made
the
roof
big
enough
that
we
could
get
it
up
under
if
work
needed
to
be
done.
On
top,
we
could
get
on
top
of
it
and
work
during
inclement
weather.
If
we
liked
RVing
enough,
it
would
be
large
enough
that
we
could
get
a
larger
model.
That's
why
we
decided
on
that
height
I,
don't
have
to
be
covered,
know
an
RV
doesn't
have
to
be
covered,
but.
F
H
B
H
B
A
F
B
B
G
G
B
Here's
what
we're
gonna
do.
I'm
all
I'm
gonna
ask
for
a
motion
to
delay
this
and
y'all
try
to
reach
a
compromise
and
come
back
at
the
next
meeting.
Okay,
okay
use
your
time
to
look
at
ideas
now.
Maybe
y'all
can
come
to
a
compromise
as
to
the
heights
of
the
building
or
landscaping
or
aesthetics,
whatever
the
case
may
be,
but
you
still
have
a
coverage
factor
you
should.
If
we
have
to
decide,
are
we
going
to
agree
with
that?
And
then
you
still
got
separation
between
structures.
B
So
there's
a
lot
of
issues
here
that
I,
don't
think
we
can
resolve
for
you.
Y'all
can
at
least
an
attempt
to
resolve
some
of
the
issues
that
affect
the
aesthetics
and
the
height,
and
things
like
that
and
so
I'm
go
ask
for
a
motion
to
delay
this
to
the
next
meeting
and
then
we'll
see
where
we
are
and
what
you
got:
okay,
okay,
so
otherwise
we
can
make
decision.
Tell
you
to
take
take
two
of
the
three
builders
man
and
I.
Don't
think
you
want
that
all.
B
Not
you
know
whatever
I
mean
our
board,
we
are
we're
willing
to
be
very
flexible.
We
understand
the
issues
you're,
not
the
first
ones
that
have
ever
come
to
this
board,
asking
for
forgiveness,
okay,
and
we
do
our
best
to
work
with
that.
That's
why
we're
suggesting
you
try
to
work
with
your
neighborhood
or
your
your
neighbor
and
come
up
with
a
compromise
and
we'll
we'll
do
our
best
to
help
come
up
with
a
compromise,
but
we
can't
make
any
promises.

representing

requesting
variances
to
the

skate
buffer
requirement
and
acreage
requirement
for
recreational
vehicle
park
to
be
located
on
the
southwest
and
southeast
corners
of
shady

and
Lenoir
Street
and
an

Mr.
speaker,
mr.

Stanley
on
Steven

and
Larry
speaks
and
associates
representing
Lewis
and
Karen
Mashburn.
Mr.
Mashburn
is
here
with
me
today.
We
hope
we're
your
final
we're
the
founder
you're,
the
final
stop:
we've
been
rezoning,
we've
been
development
plan,
we've
been
planning
and
now
we're
down
to
the
last
two
requests
for
a
variance.
This
site
is
located
adjacent
to
the
Capitol
voice.
No
more
mr.
Mashburn
currently
operates.
E
E
Some
storage-
that's
going
to
be
moved
so
that
this
parking
lot
can
be
improved
for
the
oyster
bar,
so
we're
improving
the
parking
lot
for
the
oyster
bar
as
part
of
this
RV
park
development.
Essentially,
the
RV
park
is
for
5.4
four
acres.
It
is
abutted
on
the
north
side
by
shady
Street,
on
the
east
side
by
the
city
of
Montgomery,
there's
a
small
portion
by
the
Maddox
property
in
the
southeast
corner,
and
then
mr.
E
The
reason
we're
here
before
you
now
is
the
guidelines
state
that
we
must
an
RV
park
in
the
city
must
be
a
minimum
of
10
acres.
We
do
not
have
10
acres
to
develop.
We
only
have
five
point
four
or
four
acres.
Mr.
mashburn
is
petitioned
the
city
to
buy
some
land
next
door,
but
they've
agreed
to
hold
on
to
their
land
for
right
now,
so
they're
not
selling
and
there's
been
some
other
pieces
to
the
northeast
asked
to
purchase.
E
We
can't
acquire
any
of
that
land,
so
5.4,
four
acres,
there's
30
RV
spaces
inside
this
enclosed
area
that
I've
outlined
for
you,
that's
one
of
the
variances.
The
second
one
has
to
do
with
what
is
called
a
25-foot
buffer
around
the
perimeter
of
the
RV
park.
We're
proposing
ten.
There
are
no
standard
landscaping
requirements
for
a
buffer,
there's,
just
it
just
says
buffer,
so
we're
we're
heavily
landscaping
along
shady
Street
down
the
east
side
and
then
all
the
way
down
to
Lenoir
against
the
Maddox
property
where
actually,
these
are
magnolia
trees.
E
Ten
foot
on
center
around
the
east
side
in
this
southeast
corner
you've
got
Arbor
Arbor
Vita
across
the
south
side
of
shady
Street.
Those
are
eight
foot
on
centers
and
then
we've
actually
added
some
more
landscaping
between
the
parking
lot.
In
the
RV
part,
we
met
with
the
urban
forester
and
going
really
dense,
we're
basically
going
create
a
landscape
screen
wall.
Basically
around
the
perimeter
to
screen
off
the
RV
park
and
I
can
ask
answer
more
questions.
For
you.
The
entrance
to
the
RV
park
will
be
coming
off.
E
B
E
Sir,
it's
not
okay.
You
know
that
all
that
gets
into
John
is
gets
into
those
parking.
It's
a
parking
landscape
requirement.
You
know
if
you
get
over
a
certain
number
of
parking
spaces,
you
have
to
irrigate,
but
there's
nothing
specified
in
these
RV
park
guidelines
that
require
any
kind
of
irrigation
on
these
parks.
Okay,.

I
You
really
don't
want
to
see
me
in
a
bathing
suit,
but
and
then
sometimes
in
December,
we
received
a
letter
saying
that
we
were
out
of
out
of
out
of
respect
out
of
ordinance
that
the
8
foot
we
exceeded
the
7
foot
limit.
To
be
honest,
we
didn't
know
there
was
a
seven
foot
limit
if
we
didn't
own
that
we
were
built
the
thing
to
seven
foot
in
the
first
place.
I

I

I,
live
it

Keeneland
and
our
side
yard
backs
up
to
their
back
yard
and
they
put
the
fence
up
and
now
it's
blocking
our
view
or
what
view
we
had
or
the
neighborhood.
And
you
know
they
built
the
six-foot
fence
really
in
our
side
yard,
but
I
guess
there's
nothing
to
do
because
there's
our
side
yard
is
their
backyard
since
they're
on
the
corner,
but
I
have
pictures
of
their
fence.
I

I
B
I
Thank
you
well,
first
off
the
privacy
fence
has
to
be
up
because
of
safety
for
the
pool
we
don't
kids
wandering
into
the
pool.
Obviously,
if
we
didn't
know
it
had
been
seven
foot
with
the
limit,
we
would
put
it
seven
foot
in
the
first
place.
We
actually
did
just
discuss
putting
those
real
tall
trees
up
and
we
still
may
actually
do
that,
but
that
would
also
impinge
you
to
view
his
view
of
the
road,
as
he
was
said
that
it
was
his
complaint
and
we
still
may
actually
put
the
shrubbery
up
on
our
side.
I

I
talked
to
people
across
the
street
on
the
own
Capital
Grille
and
opponent
on
shopping
area
and
I
told
them
I'll
bei
was
gonna,
be
really
available
out
to
fire,
so
they
beat
and
shat
on
that
five.
So
that's
where
I
was
gonna
used
a
parking
lot
too,
but
you
don't
have
anything
in
writing.
No
sir
I
did
I
didn't
know
that
I
had
to
put
it
in
writing
because
the
last
time
we
can't
use
just
a
measurement
of
the
building
with
now.
B
H
A
B
A
B
Tell
us
about
your
operation
while
operating
hours
and
what's
the
size
of
this
building
and
how
many
customers
will
it
will.
It
hope
how
many,
how
many
customers
came
far
allowed
inside
this
building
I'll
wait
Oh
mother?
What
is
the
approximate
size
of
the
building.
G
B
A
A
A
A
That's
why
I
was
telling
you
about
the
people
across
the
street.
I
had
talked
to
them
about
the
parking
spots
and
all
that
there,
because
we've
been
there
for
like
20
like
20-some
years
and
I
know
all
of
the
people.
If
you
want
me
to
put
it
in
right
there
to
get
their
information,
I
can't
do
that
for
your
12
I'm.
A
If
mr.
Williams,
since
this
is
about
clocking
I,
would
think
if
you
can
get
certified
letter
cut
all
this
space
yet
that
they
have
and
that
you
have,
if
you
get
certified
letter
saying
that
they
can
you,
you
can
use
that
parking
space,
that's
the
question
to
buy
pocket.
So
that's
I
suggest
you
do
that.
B
A
A

A
G
Hours
would
be
from
6:00
p.m.
to
approximately
to
2:00
a.m.
I'm,
not
entirely
sure
at
this
point.
I
know
a
lot
of
that
is
going
to
be
determined
by
the
ABC
Board
and
whether
or
not
we'll
be
able
to
get
an
ABC
license.
So
tentatively,
6
p.m.
to
2
a.m.
and.
A
G
B
A
B
A
H
G
A
A
G
A
B
A
H
B
I
B
A
B
G
My
biggest
issue
and
the
main
reason
that
we
went
to
come
forward
before
you
all
today,
is
because
there
is
a
business
of
similar
existence.
Just
two
blocks
away
and
their
property
is
directly
adjacent
to
the
river
to
the
residing
neighborhood
behind
them,
but
obviously
they
have
been
granted
to
dismiss,
and
so
what
I
would
like
to
know
is:
what's
the
difference
between
crew
mount
makes
and
what
we're
trying
to
present
to
you,
I'm.
H
B
You
item
number
six
is
presented
by
John
and
Sharon
Dury,
requesting
an
additional
street
side,
yard,
variance
for
an
existing
privacy
fence
and
a
street
side.
Your
advantage
for
an
accessory
structure
in
the
required
street
side
yard
located
at
2600
chesterfield
court
and
an
or
sixty-five
zoning
district
Jerry.
Yes,.
J
Allow
the
fence
structure
to
be
where
it
is
in
the
storage
building
to
be
where
it
is
and
we've
had
it
resurveyed
with
the
pins.
The
new
pins
put
in
and
I
have
a
letter
from
the
chairman
of
the
architectural
board
of
Bellwood
East
neighborhood.
He
would
have
been
here
tonight
but
he's
on
a
cruise.
He
got
away
from
the
cold
weather,
but
he
gave
me
this
to
bring
in.
B
J
J
J
J
J
J
J
Sir,
we
also
had
all
the
utilities
come
in
and
map
it
because
of
the
fact
that
it's
on
a
skid
and
it's
not
easy
to
move.
We
have
where
it
says
it's.
We
have
gas,
water
electric
are
coming
in
along
the
side,
but
they're
also
coming
in
the
back
running
parallel
with
the
pool,
and
so,
if
we
put
it
in
that
back
corner,
we
would
be
running
into
problems
with
both
the
electric
and.
B
A
J
G
B
G
B
I
can't
we
can't
Trump
the
utilities,
okay,
but
all
they
want
you
that
it's
movable
okay,
so
that's
come,
dig
up
the
yard.
They
can
move
your
struck
raids
around
on
the
slab
and
that's
the
reason
I
was
asking.
If
it's
on
the
slab
is
one
thing,
but
it's
its
own
skits
and
it's
movable
so
and
they
move
these
things
off.
Have.
H
J
A
A
B
A
B
A
A
J
B
B
A
A
Tried
to
work
with
the
existing
variance
in
the
fence,
and
it
was
obvious
to
me
that
the
fence
had
been
put
in
the
wrong
place
20
years
ago.
So
that's
why
we're
correct
in
that
aspect
and
in
doing
that,
I
had
to
send
them
back
to
get
additional
information
which
which
they
have
and
that's
what's
that
when
I
got
the
fine.
A
What
what's
before
you
now
we'll
bring
the
current
fence
into
compliance,
because
what
it
was
is
they
got
a
back
in
98?
They
got
a
variance
for
it,
but
it
wasn't
constructed
in
the
right
place,
but
for
20
years
it
was
went
undiscovered,
but
when
we
tried
to
use
the
fence
as
a
point
of
reference
for
the
building
to
request,
we
realized
that
the
fence
wasn't
in
the
right
place.
So
I
could
not
use
it
as
a
point
of
reference,
so
they
had
to
go
back
and
get
it
resurvey.
But.
