For the proposed apartment complex to be located at chantilly, parkway and veterans way, so that has been, I guess withdrawn, not delayed. Is that right, jovan? Okay! Regarding requests for a high spirits and a street side yard variants for a new privacy fence to be located at 2522, plum street in an r 65 s, zoning district, yes ma'am- I believe you want to you- want to construct a six foot, high fence.

Yes, sir, on the side where it comes off panama, panama street, we just we want to put the fence for privacy. We've been robbed a couple times.

We also have a dog which you know three feet isn't really enough um and that side of the house would be because we are reconstructing that how that side of the fence would be our.

Item three is presented by grady hicks, representing michael white, requesting a special exception for mobile home for living purposes, to be located at 680 stokes road in an f flood hazard, zoning district- oh great, hey how y'all doing how you doing yeah we just um he's- got a daughter of fish to get married and he's got 15 acres there and right where we got the little spot. He'd like to be able to put something for her for a family use.

Okay and uh our agenda says the mobile home will be approximately 500 feet back off of stokes road, correct. Yes, it's not on that drawing, but there's two more on the land beside it and that's roughly the distance we'll probably line it up close to them just to make everything. Look nice, okay, and this is going to be occupied by the owners family, but not for rental purposes. No just on his family yeah got it.

It's different time schedules, so some will come in in the morning, so I'm gonna come in during the evening, and some come in on sundays, maybe monday, through thursday or monday through friday and they'll also have the choice of online classes as well.

But your total enrollment will not be greater than 20.
