products
that

dramatic
difference,

so

that
does
not
change
in
looking
at
the
traffic
that
could
be
generated
by
the
existing
existing
product
or
existing
flood.

lots

front
which

about
the
same
depth
as
this
b2
zoning
here
and
there

are
about
13
acres
down
there
and
there
are
eight
individual
land
uses
or
uses
in
that.
In
that
area
we
calculated
based
on
that
you
could
put
actually
13
individual
lots
along
the
front
and
the
b2,
where
they're,
what
they're
proposing
is
one
lot.
I
So
the
b2
zoning
that's
proposing
in
this
poet
amendment
is
about
one-tenth,
would
generate
about
one-tenth
of
traffic
that
what
is
currently
in
place.
We
did
traffic
counts
at
each
of
the
three
locations
where
they're
planting
their
accesses.
We
also
counted
like
forests
at
at
atlanta
highway.
I
wanted
to
see
which
way
those
folks
were
coming
in
and
out
of
there.

Turning
in
turning
out
and
that
sort
of
things
and
one
of
the
things
we
recommended
and
developers
accepted,
he
wants
to
do
this
in
phasing
and
every
time
he
builds
an
access,
we've
suggested
they've
agreed
to
build
a
left,
turn
lania
and
a
right
turn
lane
and
on
atlanta
highway
to
the
city
of
montgomery
standards.
What
we
want
to
do
there
is
make
sure
that
if
a
vehicle
is
turning
in,
they
get
out
of
the
through
lane
and
we're
not
running
up
on
people
waiting
to
turn.
So
there
would
be
three
accesses.

be

lanes
built
and
three
right
turn
lanes
built
that
this
is
going
to
generate
traffic
absolutely,
but
the
net
effect
of
the
pud
changes
is.
This
is
going
to
generate
about
20
less
traffic
than
the
existing
pud
because
of
that
reduction
in
the
b2
zoning,
the
residential
is
going
to
produce
a
little
bit
more
because
there's
more
lots.
They
got
365
versus
312,
so
it'll
it'll
produce
a
little
bit
more,
but
the
b2
will
dramatically
offset
that
and
end
up
in
that
20
reduction.

on
what
we
have
seen,
we
feel
like
it
can
be
accommodated
with
the
three
access
it.
It
splits
the
traffic
up.

did
a
traffic

the

problem
with

six
on
your
agenda
because
that

eliminate
commercial
property
and
make
it
residential,
and
we
like
that.

concern

ours
is
drainage
and
we
understand
that
it
might
be
addressed
or
has
to
be
addressed,
but
in
the
east
30
percent
of
this
plant
of
this
plan
right
here
the
ground
is
below
grade
currently
half
of
the
homes.
In
somerset,
which
is
due
south
of
that
southeast
corner
half
of
the
homes
in
somerset
and
all
of
the
shops
in
the
somerset
shopping
center
drain
into
a
ditch
behind
my
house
that
ditch
is
an
open,
ditch
that
is
maintained
by
the
city.

also
wonder
when
the
water
comes
into
lake
forest
lake
forest
is
in
the
upper
right
of
this
map
and
there
is
a
lake
at
lake
forest.
Hence
the
name.
We
wonder
where
the
water
will
go
from
this
development
and
what

it
do
to
lake
forest?
That's
something
else.
The
engineers
would
have
to
solve.
There's
a
square
lake
there
and
we
don't
know
if
it
would
fill
up

a
heavy
rain.

first
phase
is

development
is

all
town

plus
90
single
family
homes
plus

stay

the

dense
than

neighborhood

middling

east

taylor
road

way

and

the
neighborhoods
on
both

built

look

the
residential
locks,
the
proposed
replica
locks,
which
are

dense
than
what
we're
proposing
with
this
right

we're
trying
to
improve
the

north

it

long
street

curved

that's

most
