Description
No description was provided for this meeting.
If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
The
members
of
the
planning
control
staff
are
tommy
tyson
james
center,
miss
tanya,
ingram
members
and
petitions
are
requested
to
please
speak
directly
into
the
microphone.
The
minutes
are
recorded
for
legal
purposes,
and
this
is
the
only
way
to
accurately
pick
up
the
audio
tonight.
As
I
said,
we
have
seven
members
and
it
takes
five
votes
to
pass
a
motion
because
of
the
number
of
members
present.
If
you
would
like
to
delay
your
request,
please
let
us
know
when
your
request
is
announced.
C
Oh,
I
got
a
change.
Okay
item
number
eight
says
it
was
unanimous
and
it
was
not
so
just.
E
F
My
name
is
carol
hall
and
I'm
with
professional
engineering
consultants
and
I'm
representing
the
city
of
montgomery
and,
like
mr
tyson
said,
this
is
a
re-platt.
It's
a
22
lots
and
it's
replated
into
three
lots
and
lot.
One
is
one
acres
and
it
has
roughly
296
feet
of
frontage
along
walker,
street
and
150
feet
of
frontage
along
joseph
street
lot.
2
is
0.97
acres.
It
has
299
feet
of
frontage
along
walker
and
148
along
shady
street
on
lot.
F
F
The
middle
lot
will
be
a
parking
lot
and
the
southern
lot
they
plan
rapture
purchase,
perches
and
some
plantings,
maybe
a
butterfly
garden.
But
this
is
the
northern
trail
head
of
the
riverfront
greenway
trail,
and
this
the
southern
part,
is
at
maxwell
boulevard.
I
mean
this
connects
to
the
downtown
riverfront
parkway.
F
G
Yeah,
yes,
is
joseph
state
going
to
be
closed.
F
I'm
not
aware,
I
know
right,
this
is
the
first
step
and
once
they
get
it
re-platted
then
they're
going
to
move
into
the
planning
phases
and
design
phases.
So.
E
G
Okay,
so
if
that's
the
case,
why
doesn't
the
lots
merge
in
the
middle
there.
D
B
I
I
thought
that
would
be
easier.
It's
not
okay,
I'm
lois
cortell
with
the
city
of
montgomery
and
I'd
like
to
answer
the
joseph
street
question
just
a
little
bit
more
specifically,
we've
coordinated
with
mr
mashburn,
and
he
has
that
image
is,
is
slightly
dated.
He
has
replated
his
rv
park
behind
and
he
has
vacated
his
section
of
joseph
street
in
con.
I
In
talking,
we
debated
whether
or
not
to
also
vacate
that
part
of
joseph,
but
we
weren't
we
weren't
there
yet
there's
some
advantage
in
leaving
it
open
in
case,
because
it's
a
little
high
and
there's
a
utility
pole
in
there.
So
at
this
time
we
weren't
we
thought.
Maybe
we
would
need
it
as
an
entrance
and
he
might
need
it
as
emergency
egress.
I
So
so
we've
left
it
as
the
three
blocks,
but
we
would
look
at
that
as
we
as
we
go
forward.
This
is
really
an
early
stage
to
to
make
certain
that
the
property
gets
protected.
It's
very
tree-lined,
there's
it's
very
wet
and
your
envision
2040
plan
talks
about
setting
aside
these
vacant
flooded
areas,
so
we're
trying
to
make
certain
it
does
get
set
aside
and
then
we'll
we'll
start.
The
future
planning
process.
I've
already
started
reaching
out
to
business
owners
and
things
in
the.
J
J
This
project
is,
is
the
first
step
in
a
bigger
scale,
effort
to
address
some
of
the
things
that
were
called
out
in
the
envision
2040
plan
in
regards
to
trails
and
parks
and
natural
spaces.
So
just
from
a
citizen
advocacy
group,
we
are
in
favor
thank.
H
All
right,
my
name
is
paris
harris
and
I'm
requesting
a
permission
to
put
a
mobile
home
on
rose
board
court,
which
is
a
consistent
with
the
current
neighborhood
surrounded.
H
K
The
envision
2040
doesn't,
does
it
the
plans
for
that
doesn't
have
mobile
homes?
Does
it
in
that
in
that
area
are
more
mobile
homes
coming
into
that
area?
Is
that
correct.
H
It's
paperwork.
It
says
envision,
montgomery,
24.
The
comprehensive
plan
recommends
residential
low
intensity.
Whatever
that
means,
I
I
think
it
means
I
don't
know
whatever
that
translates.
So
I
think
it's
kind
of
saying
that
it
doesn't
affect
the
city's
plans
in
the
2040
plan.
E
H
Yeah
this,
if
you
look
at
the
map,
it's
it's
one,
two
houses
down
and
there's
four
across
the
street
or
that
little
exact.
That's
on
this
screen
now,
there's
four
in
that
particular
lot
and
that
particular
side
of
the
street
right.
K
Second,
you
never
ask
for
those
that
opposed.
L
C
E
C
C
K
And
I
have
a
question
with
department
of
planning
comments.
No
objection.
Does
that
mean
it's
in
compliance
with
the
envision
2040?
Does
it
mean
the
plan,
the
department
of
planning,
just
they
don't
see
a
pro?
What
exactly
does
that
mean.
E
Well,
it
means
that
they
reviewed
it
and
they
had
no
objection
to
the
to
the
rezoning.
G
All
right,
this
lots
right
up
next
to
that
house,
is
that
is
your
mobile
home
gonna
sit
back
off
the
roadways.
L
It
was
a
house
back
there
before
it
was
demolished.
G
That's
my
family,
it
doesn't
matter.
Okay,
are
you
going
to
set
your
mobile
home
back
away
from
them.
L
L
B
M
M
So
I
decided
that
it
was
the
thing
I
needed
to
do
to
keep
on
operating
the
business
out
there.
I've
also
got,
I
think
you
should
have
it.
I've
got
letters
of
approval
from
several
of
the
neighbors
indicating
that
didn't
have
any
problem
with
it.
M
B
M
M
L
B
K
Are
you
going
to
make
that
that
that
area
in
front
of
the
building
are
you
going
to
make
that
a
parking
lot.
D
Yeah
I
want
to
make
a
statement,
mr
chair,
I
I
actually
went
down
and
looked
at
mr
beck's
property,
because
it's
actually
in
my
district
and
I'm
I'm
in,
I
think-
and
I've
been
to
his
old
location.
I
wouldn't
look
at
that.
I
actually
think
this
location,
mr
beck,
is
going
to
be
a
lot
better
than
that
location
you're
in
now,
so
I'm
I'm
in
favor
of
it.
