B
A
Asked
to
come
forward
to
the
microphone
and
express
their
opinion.
Each
side
will
have
a
total
of
10
minutes
to
speak.
Plats
rezonings,
revised
master
plans,
street
renamings
and
text
amendments
require
a
public
hearing
and
once
the
public
hearing
is
completed,
planning
commission
members
will
deliberate
and
render
their
decision
planning.
Commission
members
with
personal
or
financial
interest
in
any
petitioner's
request
are
required
to
recuse
themselves.
A
The
members
of
the
planning
commission
are
frank
cook
chairman
and
clemens.
Yours
truly
vice
chairman,
mr
buddy
hardwick.
It's
cruz
reeves,
mr
reginald
hawkins,
reg
mantooth,
mr
reggie
dunn,
mr
james
reid
and
absent,
is
mr
kippy.
Tate
tanya
ingram
is
present
for
the
as
a
recording
secretary
and
I
think,
she's
soloing
tonight,
members
and
petitioners
are
requested
to
please
speak
directly
into
the
microphone.
A
The
minute
minutes
are
recorded
for
legal
purposes,
and
this
is
the
only
way
to
accurately
pick
up
the
audio.
So
tonight
we
have
eight
members
present
and
it
takes
five
votes
to
pass
a
motion
because
of
the
number
of
board
members.
If
you
wish
to
delay
your
request,
please
let
us
know
when
your
request
is
announced.

C
E
F
Good
evening,
I'm
kenneth
white
with
flowers,
white
representing
hampstead
llc.
This
is
a
just
a
simple
plait
of
unplanted
land.
Currently
playing
in
this
property
is
a
an
apartment
building
in
two
separate
apartment
garages
with
livable
space
above
the
garages,
and
so
we're
just
plotting
the
property
as
as
required
for
the
development
plan.
C
E
F
It
will
represent
lillian
coleman
on
this
property.
This
property
is
in
poc
ends
in
the
city
of
montgomery's,
from
the
very
extreme
east
side
of
the
pro
of
the
city.
They
were
flattened.
We
were
planting
this
property
in
two
different
lots,
she's
going
to
build
a
house
on
lot
2.
F
C
F
Thanks
tanya,
so
I'm
representing
north
montgomery
investors
inc.
It
is
approximately
a
10-acre
site
on
the
west
side
of
dorchester
and
the
south
of
the
boulevard
southern
boulevard.
It's
a
raw
piece
of
property,
as
you
see
from
the
aerial
it's
currently
zoned,
b3
and
01,
and
we're
requesting
an
m1
zoning.
F
The
intended
use
of
the
property
will
be
a
a
tractor,
trailer
storage.
They
intent
on
fencing
in
the
property
and
putting
a
gravel
parking
lot
for
for
that
use
without
the
potential
buyer
and
the
owner
of
the
property
is
here.
Should
you
have
any
questions
and
I
can
answer
any
questions
as
well.
D
D
F
D
H
Yeah,
it
gives
us
a
business.
Yes,
sir
yeah
yeah
I
mean
a
day
in
and
day
out,
it's
you
know,
usually
heavy
in
the
mornings,
with
a
lot
of
guys
leaving
to
make
their
runs
most
of
the
trucks
that
we've
dealt
with
before
are
within
the
state
and
so
forth,
usually
getting
back
five
six
in
the
afternoon
and
re
redoing
the
process
of
the
next
day.
H
That's
most
of
those
are
independent
truckers,
gentlemen,
that
live
in
the
neighborhood
in
the
community
and
so
forth,
trying
to
adhere
to
the
policies
of
this
of
the
city
who
are
looking
for
a
place
to
land
with
their
vehicles,
but.
A
Well,
I'm
hoping
you
don't
you
don't
I'm
I'm
hoping
that
doesn't
happen,
that
is
smack
dab
in
the
middle
of
a
community.
It's
backed
right
up
to
residential
areas
of
the
homes.
A
It
really
was
across
the
street
from
the
dialysis,
a
church
and
a
funeral
home
right
there
in
that
location,
and
I
I
can't
even
imagine
when
you
said
that
number
of
trucks
coming
in
and
out
of
there
in
that
community,
how
disturbing
that
would
be
for
the
surrounding
community,
and
I
I
really
I'm
sure
that
there
are
going
to
be
some
other
questions
from
residents
in
that
community
who
have
come,
and
I
think
this
is
totally
inappropriate
for
for
that
area.
H
You
know:
we've
talked
about
having
a
small
office
there,
but
that
would
that
would
be
the
extent
of
it.
The
main
thing
is
it's
a
fenced-in
facility.
You
know
that
we've
had
paved
and
that
we
allow
them
to
park
at
a
safe,
secure,
clean
facility.
That's
set
up
with
buffers
to
the
neighborhood
and
so
forth
that
that's
our
plan.
F
H
H
Come
off
of
you
come
off
dorchester,
you
know
which
is
right
there
off
the
boulevard.
Primarily,
I
think
that
would
be
the
natural
entrance
and
so.
F
G
Have
you
talked
to
the
people
from
the
dialysis,
the
funeral
home
and
the
church
members.
G
Don't
you
think
it'll
be
appropriate
to
talk
to
them
and
then
come
back
and
let
them
know
what's
coming
in
and.
F
I
G
F
A
There's
no
sign
in
terms
of
what
the
rezoning
is.
First
of
all,
there's
there's
nothing
that
indicates
what
that
property
is
zoned,
four
or
if
the
other
requested
rezoning.
So
I'm
sure
that
the
the
the
residents
around
there
doesn't
even
know
that
this
is
what
is
being
planned,
except
for
the
folk
that
are
standing
there
waiting
to
to
make
a
comment.
So
I'll,
acquiesce
and
and
let
those
gentlemen
speak.
I
And
my
dismay
with
this,
my
dismay
with
dizzy
is
in
you
you're
having
18
wheelers
come
in
there.
That's
that's
a
pretty
big
neighborhood
and
a
lot
of
that
neighborhood
used
dorchester
to
access
the
east
south
boulevard.
That's
going
to
cause
a
problem
with
those
people
coming
in
and
out
of
there
with
those
trucks
trying
to
come
in
and
out
of
there
that
that
just
don't
seem
like
it's
going
to
be
a
suitable
spot
for
that
place.
F
I
Correct
yes,
yeah,
but
I'm
saying
when
those
when
those
18
wheelers
turning
off
of
east
south
boulevard
there.
Well
you
got
people
coming
behind
them,
trying
to
go
home.
Basically
I
mean
especially
at
five
o'clock
in
the
afternoon.
I
know
when
I
get
off
work
at
five
in
the
afternoon.
I'm
trying
to
get
home
and
dorchester
is
a
real,
rather
small
street
yeah
they're,
going
to
be
kind
of
hard
for
that
18-wheeler
to
turn
up
into
that
facility.
Just
looking
at
what
I'm
looking
at
right
here,.
H
A
But
you
still
got
that
that
flow
of
the
number
of
trucks
that's
coming
in
out
of
there.
I
mean
that
that
trucks
are
not
soft-spoken
trucks.
I
mean
a
tractor-trailer
truck,
makes
quite
a
bit
of
noise,
not
to
mention
that
if
you're
saying
that
they're
coming
and
going
any
time
of
the
day
and
night-
and
you
know
you
got
the
lights
and
and
the
and
the
noise
and
the
parking-
and
I
don't
know
that
you
realize
it,
but
the
what
comes
along
with
the
folk
traveling
in
a
tractor-trailer
truck.
A
H
H
You
know,
they've
been
the
best
best
clients
and
customers
that
we've
had
they're
very
mindful
of
what's
going
on
and
how
we've
got
to
run
business
in
order
to
to
make
the
business
work.
You
know
we're
trying
to
take
that
out,
then
to
grow
it.
The
need,
is
you
know
if
you
go
up
and
down
the
boulevard,
it
needs
everywhere,
with
all
these
gentlemen
parking
and
so
forth.
H
So
you
know:
we've
we've
tried
to
work
with
them
and
to
have
a
relationship
with
them
to
where
you
know,
we
are
very
respectful
of
our
neighbors,
our
businesses
and
those
that
are
in
our
neighborhood.
G
And
that's
why
I
would
recommend
you
talk
with
the
people
in
the
neighborhood.
You
know,
especially
the
church
people
and
the
people
that
live
in
the
in
the
subdivision.
That's
going
to
be
backed
up
to
it.
That's
going
to
back
up
too.
I.
H
G
B
I
just
I
just
wanted
to
say
this:
10
acres,
oh
I'm
sorry,
I'm
charles
walters
and
as
dr
parsons
I've
made
plans.
We
have
plans
to
put
in
a
buffer
of
trees
a
couple
buckets
of
trees
between
the
the
neighbors,
which
would
be
more
buffer.
They
have
from
the
from
the
boulevard
than
there
is
now
and
we've
also
talked
about.
You
know
just
we're
not
going
to
immediately
come.
We
wouldn't
immediately
come
in
there
and
put
a
parking
lot
in
the
whole
area.
B
It
would,
you
know,
be
the
area
closest
to
the
boulevard,
maybe
one
or
two
acres
right
there.
You
talk
about
that.
Little.
B
That
little
strip,
that's
where
we
thought
about
having
the
road
come
in
from
from
the
boulevard
and
one
of
the
first
things
we
would
do,
would
be
to
put
a
buffer
of
trees
between
the
neighbors
and
the
property.
A
I
think
the
the
neighborhood
there's
some
representatives
like
to
ask
the
questions.
J
We
have
about
several
hundreds
of
homes
in
that
area
and
from
what
they're
talking
about
doing
is
they
track
the
trailer
business?
That's
going
to
be
entrance
to
dorchester,
that's
right
off
the
boulevard.
That
is
a
major
thoroughfare
for
traffic
down
dorchester
and
right
behind
it
is
woodley
park.
J
It's
it's,
maybe
not
even
a
quarter
of
a
mile
from
where
they're
talking
about
it.
Putting
this
business,
you
have
tractor
trails
coming
up
what
it's
going
to
do
to
the
streets.
What
is
that
going
to
do
with
the
the
neighborhood
in
itself?
What
kind
of
attraction
is
that
going
to
bring
in?
What
are
you
going
to
open
yourself
up
to
if
this
thing
is
rezoned
for
that
type
of
business?
J
I
understand
that
they
have
a
facility
on
wallace
drive
and
I
keep
hearing
them
saying
that
a
lot
of
their
drivers
live
in
the
area.
We
don't
know
anything
about
that.
We
weren't
approached
or
talked
to
us
about
putting
a
business
like
that
in
our
area.
You
have
a
church
there.
You
have
a
dialysis
center.
There
there's
a
mortuary
there.
How
many
times
have
they
reached
out
to
even
ask?
What
are
your
feelings
on
this?
J
J
I
think
it's
just
overbearing
and
I
think
we're
tired
of
being
overlooked,
and
these
businesses
just
want
to
come
in
our
neighborhood
and
rearrange
what
we
have,
and
I
think
it's
time
that
the
the
board
or
committee
here
just
look
into
that-
that
I
hear
your
questions
you're
asking
how
many
times
have
they
talked
to
the
neighborhoods
in
there,
but
I
just
don't
think
that
this
would
be
the
right
type
of
business
for
that
number
one.
J
It's
not
going
to
be
one
of
these
things
where
you
can
just
shoot
across
two
or
three
cars
and
a
lot
of
cars
exit
on
dorchester
from
the
weather
park
community,
instead
of
going
out
and
going
towards
the
road.
So
again,
this
is
it's
to
me.
It's
just
a
bad
idea
and
from
the
people
that
I've
talked
to
in
our
neighborhood
and
with
some
of
the
other
neighborhood
presidents,
it's
just
a
bad
idea
and
they
do
not
want.
Thank
you.
F
I
I
understand
about
bringing
you
know:
18
weathers
down
dorchester
I
mean
that
was
a
grocery
store
at
one
time
on
the
east
side
of
dorchester,
so
there
were
deliveries
made
by
18
withers
to
that
area
at
one
time,
but
if
we
can
have
all
the
entrances
off
of
the
18
wheelers,
maybe
coming
from
the
north
off
of
eastern
boulevard
without
alleviating
some
of
your
concern
coming
up
for
the
from
the
18,
whether
it's
coming
down
dorchester,
there's
a
there's:
a
deeded
access
with
a
parcel
actually
too
east
eastern
boulevard
and
there's
a
full
access
movement
across
both
directions
on
eastern
east
south
boulevard
right
there.
F
G
G
Up
the
gentleman
brought
up
brought
up
several
issues
about
it
so,
rather
than
trying
to
convince
us,
why
don't
you
have
a
meeting
and
try
to
convince
them
and
then
bring
it
back
to
us
later
on,
with
with
some
kind
of
agreement
or
settlement
with
them?
How
about
that
rather
than
us,
rather
than
you
trying
to
convince
us
to
vote
on
it
tonight?.
A
Well,
you
know,
in
addition
to
all
of
that,
we're
talking
about
tractor
trailers.
You
know
I
mean
you
know,
nobody
really
is
concerned
with
the
environment
and
what
that
exhaust
is.
I
don't
know
the
proper
term.
For
that
I
mean
you
know,
and
we
we're
just
really
ignoring
this
climate
thing.
That's
my
biggest.
This
environment
is
just
really
destruct
being
destroyed
and
you're
gonna
provide
a
spot
for
hundreds
hundreds,
he
said
of
tractor
trailers
come
in
a
neighborhood,
that's
already
infiltrated!
A
There's
that
that
that
tire
center,
I
don't
even
know
how
that
got
in
there,
but
there's
a
tire
place
right
there
on
the
corner,
where
you've
got
got
some
environmental
issues
and
then
you've
got
junk
yard
over
there
on
on
norman
bridge,
which
is
another
environmental
hazard
place
to
me
so
and
now
you're
talking
about
bringing
in
these
18
wheelers,
aren't
there
18
wheelers
enough
what
you
call
them
tractor
trails-
I
mean
you
know
I
I
j.
I
just
think
it's
it's
not
a
good
fit
for
the
neighborhood.
A
Those
people
don't
have
anywhere
to
go.
Those
people
that
have
homes
out
in
that
area,
that's
where
they
live.
They've
been
there
for
20
30
40
50
years,
and
now
we're
going
to
bring
in
an
industrial
environment
in
this
community
they're
struggling
to
hey.
If
you
had
set
a
grocery
store,
we
we'd
be
all
for
it,
but
a
tractor
trailer
park
or
whatever
you
want
to
call
it,
I
think,
is
totally
inappropriate.
That's
my
opinion.
B
Charles
walters,
again
what
dr
parsons
and
I
see
is
a
need
in
this
community,
because
we
get
calls
all
the
time
from
people
in
the
community.
This
isn't
us.
We
think
this
is
a
service
for
the
people
that
live
within
a
five
mile
radius
of
this
property.
B
It's
not
for
people,
I
mean
it's
not
we're
doing
it
for
a
service
for
people
who
live
in
the
area.
I've
had
11
calls
in
the
last
10
days
and
dr
parsons
has
had
more
than
15
of
peop
for
people
who
have
18
wheelers
who
live
on
elles,
mead,
road
and
baldwin,
brook
drive
who
are
looking
for
a
place
to
park
their
tractor
trailers
and
no
one
wants
a
tractor
trailer
parked
in
their
neighborhood.
B
So
we
feel
like
we're
providing
a
service
to
the
community
and
we
will
be
very
glad
to
meet
with
the
neighbors
and
the
funeral
home
the
church
and
the
community
and
see
if
there's
something
we
can
work
out.
B
K
I
think
what
he's
what
he
said
was
key.
Nobody
wants
to
track
the
trail
apart
in
their
neighborhood
right.
So
when
he
said
that
I
mean
but-
and
you
know
to
satisfy
you
know
some
drivers
that
are
nearby
for
the
you
know
the
detriment
of
the
whole
community.
Is
you
know
I
mean
I?
Wouldn't
I
wouldn't
be
with
it?
I
mean
because
I
mean
he
just
said
itself.
Nobody
wants
that
in
their
neighborhood.
K
F
K
K
K
G
G
But
I.
C
Think
that
a
lot
of
questions
that
are
unanswered
on
this,
I
think
y'all
either
my
personal
opinion
you
either
need
to
delay
it
or
if
you
want
us
to
take
a
vote
now.
I
think
you
know
several
people
already
gonna
vote,
that's
up
to
you.
If
you
can
delay
it
and
get
a
number
of
people
down
here
from
the
neighborhood
that
are
in
favor
of
this.
C
J
J
And
I
don't
see
them
again
we're
talking
about
redevelopment,
and
I
heard
and
mentioned
envisioned
2040.
we've
listened
to
envision
2020
and
asked
what
we
wanted
in
those
communities
in
the
community
that
we
live
in.
We
hadn't
seen
any
of
that
come
to
fruition,
yet
we
went
from
2020
envisioned
2020
now
in
division
2040
and
these
things
weren't
in
the
things
that
we
wanted
to
see
in
our
communities.
J
C
J
F
Mr
cook
yeah,
we
would
like
to
just
delay
this
vote.
C
G
Tonya
I'd
like
you
to
explain
the
change
in
the
planning
comment.
C
G
C
L
She
could
not
make
it
today.
Her
baby
had
an
accident
at
the
on
daycare,
but
we're
here
to
request
rezoning
a
partial
of
family
land
for
a
mobile
home.
C
L
C
E
I
asked
robert
about.
We
saw
some
areas,
it's
almost
like
all
undeveloped
areas
in
all
areas
that
don't
have
a
plan
already
in
place.
E
They
put
open
space
on
it,
and
so
they
realized
like
if
you
go
north
above
anderson,
road
or
everything
north
of
northern
boulevard
and
along
park
crossing.
They
have
open
space
everywhere
out
there
and
it's
set
aside
for
single
family.
So
the
plan
is
not
correct
and
they
know
it
needs
to
be
corrected.
D
C
G
C
C
C
G
G
C
C
G
L
Yeah
we
had
it
moved
without
knowing
the
process.
We
only
found
out
the
process
when
we
went
to
try
to
obtain
our
address
and
that's
when
we
found
out
that
we
needed
to
come
before
the
planning
division.
L
That
mobile
homes
belongs
to
my
brother,
but
it's
it's
already.
He
has
already
came
before,
but.
A
D
D
G
L
Well,
the
one
across
the
street,
you
see
the
white
top.
No
one
is
currently
living
in
that
one
right
now
and
then
the
one
that
my
brother's
in
no
one
is
right
at
that
one,
and
then
the
other
was
further
on
down
the
street.
They
are,
they
do
have
mobile
homes
there,
but
I
guess
the
older
people
have
passed
on
and
the
younger
generation
are
putting
newer
trailers
there
and
none
of
them
said
they
came
before
the
planet.
C
C
C
C
C
E
A
C
E
G
A
M
E
M
Can
actually
see
what
we're
talking
about,
but
just
for
this
particular
area
only
and
we're
we're
going
about
analyzing
the
whole
entire
city
to
make
sure
that
we
don't
have
any
other
errors,
but
it
says
on
the
future
land
use
map
open
when
space
when
actually
when
in
actuality.
This
is
madison
madison
park,
which
is
a
small
area.
It's
all
really
residential,
low
density
residential.
So
the
future
land
use
map
is
incorrect
in
saying
that
it's
open
space
and
we've
got
to
get
the
consultant
to
correct
that
where
it
actually
shows
residential.
M
D
A
lot
that
has
that
has
two,
and
this
would
be
the
third
dwelling
on
it.
Okay,
sure
the
other
two
are
presently
zoned,
I
mean
not
multi-family,
but
single-family
residential,
okay,
all
right!
So
we've
had
a
traitor
sitting
there
for
a
number
of
years
in
the
middle
of
this
of
this,
and
is
that
one
grandfathered
in
some
way
or
is
that
or
are
we
trying
to
get
the
whole
thing
rezoned
for
what
it
should
have
been.
E
You
I
can
explain
years
ago,
before
king
groves,
our
planning
director
that
passed
before
he
came.
You
could
ask
to
put
a
mobile
home
in
any
zoning
district
going
to
the
board
of
adjustment,
which
is
how
that
other
mo
that
first
mobile
home
got
there
okay.
Now
you
can't
do
that.
He
told
us
we
were
doing
things
illegally,
so
we
stopped
okay
and
they
have
to
rezone
the
property.
Yes,.
M
D
D
M
M
E
L
Yeah,
the
very
first
house,
it
is
a
dwelling
that
was
my
mom
and
dad
house,
that
was
the
family
house,
yes
and
then
the
the
mobile
home,
that's
in
between
the
one
that
we're
trying
to
put
there.
That's
been
there
since
97.
D
L
C
A
C
M
No
sir,
no,
no,
not
at
all,
not
at
all.
Okay,
like
I
said
this
particular
area
madison
park
was
inadvertently
labeled
as
open
space
when
in
actuality
it
is
all
low
density
residential.
This
is
a
residential
area
in
madison
park
and
it
shouldn't
be
open
space
as
a
future
land
use
designation,
which
is,
which
is
why
I
think
you'll
see,
might
flip
back
to
the
the
actual
zoning
designations
on
the
map.
M
M
That's
the
mistake
that
we've
gotta
get
the
consultant
to
correct
that
that
they
made
a
mistake
on
so
that
that's
really
the
only
mistake
in
this
particular
location,
but
we
are
examining
other
areas
around
the
area
around
the
city
and
the
fringe
that
may
be
agricultural,
but
but
we
know
that
the
the
land
is
going
to
be
used
for
more
than
just
agriculture
because
of
some
residential
activity
and
maybe
a
little
bit
of
commercial
or
institutional
type
activity.
M
That's
going
on
so
so
those
corrections
need
to
be
made
also
so
we're
in
the
process
of
spot
checking
those
areas
on
the
fringe-
and
I
mean
this
area
right
here-
is
definitely
on
the
fringe,
and
I
think
that's
why
the
mistake
was
made
because
it's
almost
this
is
almost
outside
of
the
city
limits.
M
It
was
the
consultant's
mistake
and-
and
we
missed
it
in
our
review
of
the
of
the
the
final
draft
plan.
D
M
M
M
Was
not
even
born
until
like
10
11
years
later
in
74.,
so
I
was
not
even
around
but
yeah.
It.
M
Yes,
sir,
so
yeah
it,
it
was
just
a
mistake.
That's
all
right,
but
but
do
know
that
we
are
reviewing
all
of
the
areas
around
on
the
fringes.
Everything
else
is
correct,
because
you
know
montgomery
is
just
about
fully
developed,
but
there
are
some
locations
on
the
fringe.
Be
it
be
that
off
of
you
know
chantilly
parkway
or
off
of
park
crossing
road.
You
know
so
like
in
places
like
that,
where
some
development
has
already
started
to
take
shape.
M
M
C
C
M
20
years,
but
you
but
you
still,
but
you
still
handle
each
development
on
a
case-by-case
basis,
so
you
can
so
you
can
really
examine
it.
To
make
sure
everything
is,
is
accurate,
okay,.
M
D
I
K
I
M
I
Okay,
I
just
didn't
want
somebody
to
come
along
five
years
from
now
and
say:
oh,
this
is
on
our
r99
y'all
got
to
tell
that
house
down.
I
just
didn't
want
that
to
happen.
That's
why
I
asked
the
question.
Yes.
C
C
I
R99S,
how
y'all
doing
my
name
is
melvin
davis
and
basically
the
same
thing
that
you
just
had
before,
but
my
residence
trying
to
get
is
going
to
be
around
the
corner
from
the
same
place
is
on
it's
located
right
next
to
36
45.
I
think
celery
road
is
a
house
right
next
to
it
and
we're
trying
to
purchase
some
land
right
next
to
it
and
put
a
mobile
home
there
as
well.
Do
you
give
your
name
melvin,
davis,.
A
A
C
K
All
right
good
good
evening,
I'm
stuart
hales,
representing
homes
by
hill's,
request
to
rezone
one
lot.
It's
located
at
1310
south
court
street.
It's
currently
zoned
as
o1
office.
K
The
request
is
to
rezone
it
to
b1a,
which
is
it's
not
smart
code,
but
it's
office,
residential
intended
use
for
the
property
is
to
be
office,
slash
residential
and
it's,
I
believe,
that's
residential.
Next
to
it,
you
see
to
the
north
is
a
fourplex
and
there's
an
empty
lot
to
the
south
side
of.
G
It
all
right,
do
you
plan
to
have
a
office
downstairs
and
live
upstairs
it'll.
K
Be
side
by
side
office,
space
to
the
right
and
residential
to
the
left
side
of.
A
K
C
A
G
K
Yes,
I'm
I'm
curtis
pierce,
I'm
a
professional
land
surveyor,
I'm
representing
mr
richard
cassidy,
he's
the
owner
of
the
property
kelly
street
and
what
he's
requesting
is
to
eliminate
a
lock
line
and
combine
two
lots
into
one
for
the
purpose
of
some
residential
developments
that
he's
planning
on
doing.
C
C
M
I'll
just
make
sure
that
I'm
that
I'm
here
in
case
questions
come
up
but
yeah
just
just
know.
We
are
looking
at
each
and
every
one
as
they
come
about.
Tanya
sends
them
to
me
and
I
review
them
for
consistency
with
the
actual
comprehensive
plan
itself.
And
if
I
see
an
issue,
whether
that's
something
in
the
plan,
that's
wrong
or
incorrect.
I'll
point
that
out
and
make
that
as
a
comment
that
that
you.
