A
Each
side
will
have
a
total
of
10
minutes
to
speak
flats.
Rezonings,
revised
master
plans,
street
renamings
and
text
amendments
require
a
public
hearing
and
once
the
public
hearing
is
completed
planet
the
planning
commission
members
will
deliberate
and
render
their
decision
planning.
Commission
members
will,
with
a
personal
or
financial
interest
in
any
petitioner's
request,
are
required
to
recuse
themselves.
A
The
members
of
the
planning
commission
are
anne
clemons,
yours
truly
chair
woman,
reggie
mantu
vice
chairman,
frank
cook,
buddy

mr
cruz,
reeves,
reginald,

hines
members
and
petitioners
are
requested
to
please
speak
directly
into
the
microphone.
A
The
minutes
are
recorded
for
legal
purposes,
and
this
is
the
only
way
to
accurately
pick
up
the
audio
tonight.
As
I
said,
we
have
eight
members
present
and
it
takes
five
votes
to
pass
a
motion
because
of
the
number
of
board
members
present.
If
you
would
like
to
delay
your
request,
please
let
us
know
when
your
request
is
announced.
A
Are
there
any
changes?
No,
all
right.
Okay,
we
first
approved
the
minutes
if
you've
had
a
moment
to
review
the
minutes,.
A
B
Jeff
code
engineers
and
surveyors
have
the
first
item:
it's
on
behalf
of
yvonne
hardin,
requesting
final
approval
of
yvonne
harden
flat
number
one
on
the
west
side
of
charles
street,
approximately
800
feet
west
of
wetumpka
highway.
It's
a
r50
single
family
district
afternoon,
I'm
steve
hughes
with
jeff
code
engineers.
D
B
E
I'm
pep
hill,
green
with
pilgrim
engineering.
This
was
plant
done
back
in
the
50s,
but
there
were
it's
two
lots
and
we
want
to
make
one
light,
so
they
can
build
their
house
over
the
property
line,
so
you're
just
making
it
a
bigger
lot,
two
to
become
one.
E
D
B
E
I'm
pep
pilgrin
again
this
on
halcyon
point
across
from
veranda's
apartments.
This
is
a
proposal
for
lots
to
build
apartments
on.
B
E
C
B
E
This
is
a
plan
for
consolidating,
basically
consolidation
of
the
property.
It's
several
different
plants.
The
city
has
bought
a
piece
on
the
north
end
as
part
of
the
fire
station
now,
and
so
we're
just
trying
to
consolidate
this
all
all
into
one
one.
One
we'll
have
two
pieces
actually,
but
to
make
it
a
contiguous
plan
for
everything
clean
up
the
title.
E
D
E
It
was
part
of
the
original
long
ago,
but
and
it
was
sold
by
meats
and
bounds
and
we're
just
cleaning
up
the
tidal
flats
of
it.
It
was
making
two
flat.
F
So
pip,
if
you
look
on
6b,
where
of
a
lot
delineations.
E
E
Yeah,
the
lot
on
the
corner
has
a
has
a
lease
on
it,
so
they
want
it.
You
know
as
a
separate
entity
as
part
of
their
old
lease
or
to
correspond
to
the
old
lease.
E
E
E
E
They,
I
think,
they're
on
a
separate
they're.
F
E
F
E
E
E
G
E
That
ditch
at
the
ymca,
when
I
was
eight
years
old,
that's
65
years
ago,
I
thought
he.
D
F
E
F
E
F
F
D
E
D
F
A
D
J
Yes,
ma'am,
I
would
like
to
have
every
zone.
I
want
to
use
it
as
a
chapter.
J
Okay,
I
would
like
to
add
a
property
zone
where
I
can
use
the
facility.
That's
already
there.
As
a
church,
I
mean
as
a
chapel
and
a
layout
room,
the
majority
of
my
business.
Seven
percent
of
my
business
come
out
of
montgomery
and
I
would
like
to
be
able
to
bring
them
back
and
make
it
easy
for
the
resident
that
stays
in
montgomery
to
view
their
loved
one
and
started
coming
all
the
way
to
prep
alabama
viewing
at
the
time.
J
Well,
I
want
to
use
facility,
like
I
explained
earlier,
what
I
did
not
explain.
There
will
not
be
any
embalming
going
on
on
that
site.
I
already
have
a
facility
in
proper,
where
all
the
human
remains
will
be
taken
back
to
the
first
firm
that
owned
over
their
foreign
bombing
out
when
they
come
back
to
montgomery,
they
already
be
casting
addressing
just
put
out
for
public
viewing.
D
J
J
J
F
J
My
long-range
plan,
hopefully
within
about
another
year,
to
buy
up
a
lot
of
property
right
now,
but
I
can
have
this
parking.
It's
it's
a
believe
me.
It's
a
lot
about
the
property
around
now
I
would
like
to
buy
the
property
if
we
could,
where
we
exit
off
the
understated
that
no
one
is
using
at
all
for
parking.
F
Okay,
that's
good.
I
would
like
to
see
some
improvement
over.
There
looks
like
you're
making
a
move
to
the
first
move
to
start
some
improvement
in
that
area,
because
it's
kind
of
a
blighted
spot
in
the
community.
It
looks
like
what
you're
trying
to
do
might
lend
itself
to
some
positive
growth
over
there.
So
I
mean
I
commend
you.
Are
they.
J
No
sir,
we,
if
you
go
deep
into
that
area,
we
have
more
abandoned
houses
with
one
that's
busted
out
and
tops
over
the
roof
more
than
anything
else,
and
if
I
can
buy
some
of
those
and
hopefully
later
on
in
the
future,
be
able
to
buy
a
couple
of
pieces
of
the
property
across
the
street
from
me.
Use
it
as
parking.
Okay,.
F
B
F
I
There
any
other
commercial
properties
around
you.
J
I
Have
you
talked
it
over
to
the
have?
You
talked
this
over
with
the
presented
to
the
people
that
live
in
that
area.
Well,.
J
I
talked
to
a
lot
of
them,
but
you
know
when
you
started
talking
about
a
funeral
home
first
thing,
everyone
get
afraid
of
is
human
remains
and
then
the
next
thing
they
get
afraid
of
is
the
smell,
and
that's
reason
why
I
was
not
going
to
do
any
type
of
embalming
over
that
period.
It
was
just
going
to
stay
in
the
first
firm
I
had,
which
is
in
prep
alabama,
where
I'm
at
now.
J
I
Is
the
stroke
I
don't
care,
I
I
approve
of
it.
I
disapprove
of
what
does
the
shrug
mean.
J
I
don't
know
if
that's
yes
or
no,
but
when
you
when
they
woke
up
and
a
lot
of
folks,
know
me
because
I
am
in
the
funeral
industry
and
some
of
them
perceive
me
to
be
warm-hearted
kind
of,
and
some
of
them
just
see
me
as
being
morbid
because
of
the
industry
that
I'm
in
and
you
know
well.
A
F
I'm
just
looking
at
the
email
that
somebody
said
somebody
said
I
don't
feel
that
a
funeral
home
would
add
any
positive
appeal
or
improvement
to
this
this
street
slash
area.
So
I
don't
know
if
he
can
interpret
what
the
shrug
means.
I
I
understand
what
you're
saying
kippy,
but
my
question
is:
how
do
the?
How
does
the
neighbors
feel
about
it?
Are
they
evidently
we
got
two
people,
that's
against
it,
and
my
question
is:
has
he
brought
it
before
the
neighbor
had
had
a
neighborhood
meeting
or
something
like
that
and
brought
it
before
and
got
a
consensus?
D
J
J
Not
that
I
even
know
of
on
that
that
what
I'm
really
what
I
really
do
know
that
in
the
area
I
stay
in,
we
have
a
neighborhood
association,
mobile
heights
and
west
gate
and
westwood
and
carver
park,
and
I
asked
when
I
went
in
the
area
is
there's
a
there's,
this
association
in
between
that
area?
No
one
can
even
tell
me
because
they
telling
me
they
don't
know
who's.
The
president
of
the
association
is.
D
Well,
there
is
a
ridgecrest
neighborhood
association
and
the
people
that
what
we
used
to
call
bonds
can
give
you
the
information
who
to
contact.
D
They
call
it
if
there
is
one.
F
I
My
question
to
you:
tanya
is
the
conference.
It
goes
against
the
comprehensive
plan.
H
Robert
made
his
comment
on
here
says:
it's
not
consistent
with
the
residential
zoning
that
they
wanted
in
the
plan
right.
Did
you
see
his
comment?
Yes,.
G
Let
me
let
me
expand
on
that
james,
please.
If
you
may,
if
I
may,
I
talked
I
talked
to
mr
smith
earlier
today,
because
mr
robusky
actually
got
my
number
from
my
council
person
and
called
me
and
the
property
the
property
is
zoned
or
or
what
what
what
is
stated
here
is
probably
his
own
rs75
m.
G
I
went
and
looked
at
this
building
to
me.
It
looked
like
commercial
building,
mr
robuski
broke
and
dropped
off
to
me
purchase
agreement
for
that
building.
Madam
chair.
If
you
want
to
look
at
it
and
you
want
to
pass
it
around,
so
you
guys
can
look
at
it.
G
What
I
would
do
is
actually
ask
mr
roboski
to
table
that
so
that
he
robert
smith,
could
look
into
it
further.
As
far
as
the
zoning,
because
I
think
he
told
me
something
ms
ingram
says
he
had
looked
back
as
far
as
1955.
If
I
ain't
mistaken,.
H
G
Right
so
basically
it
won't
ever
ever
be.
Unless
somebody
come
in
and
bust
up,
the
concrete
run
more
plumbing
and
all
that
it
won't
ever
be
a
multi-family
dwelling.
I
mean
I
basically
build
houses
and
when
I
walk
through
it
it
would
have
to
be
totally
totally
gutted
concrete
busted
up.
So
it
is
a
commercial
building.
J
A
A
J
I
If
it's
already
a
church
and
a
church,
don't
have
to
be
rezoned
if,
if
the
building
or
land
is
used
for
something
other
than
a
church
after
the
church
has
already
been
established,.
I
F
F
F
The
recommendation
may
not
be
as
accurate,
not
understanding
how
he
wants
to
do
it,
and
I've
been
down
here
a
long
time
and
I've
seen
problems
with
these
zoning
issues
in
the
first
place.
So
just
because
the
the
newly
adopted
city
of
montgomery
and
vision,
2040
says
it.
That
doesn't
necessarily
mean
it's
true,
because
we've
had
to
change
it
on
the
fly
plenty
of
times
down
here.
F
So
I
think
we're
going
to
let
this
man
and
and
his
business
go
into
this
area,
because
if
we
don't,
it
continues
to
be
blighted,
and
I
doubt
if
anybody's
building
any
houses
to
date
nobody's
building
a
house
out
there
or
houses.
So
what's
wrong
with
letting
him
do
what
he
needs
to
do
and
if
he's
willing
to
continue
to
invest
in
that
area,
it
could
be
a
positive
thing,
because
across
the
street
is
a
gas
station
and
until
this
came
up,
nobody
was
complaining
about
the
gas
station.
F
I
I
think
one
of
the
things
that
that
come
to
mind
is
the
person
who
lived
next
door.
Mrs
lewis
has
a
problem
with
it,
and-
and
the
reason
I
ask
him,
has
he
talked
it
over
with
the
neighbors
is
to
see?
Has
he
talked
it
over
with
mrs
lewis
and
mrs
hines
as.
I
A
Come
to
the
podium
please
and
and
voice
your
concern
and
then
mr
rebecca,
if
he
was
just
standing
near
so
that
you
can
respond
to
her
comments.
A
A
K
Go
ahead,
yes,
I
made
a
complaint
and
opinion
about
this
rental,
this
business
and
we're
not
pleased
with
it
at
all.
We've
never
experienced
anyone
wanting
to
put
a
funeral
home
next
door
to
us
and
it's
very
close
in
proximity.
K
And
I
don't
think
that
just
building
new
homes
or
houses
in
this
area
has
anything
to
do
with
the
funeral
home
business.
I'm
not
against
this
business.
It's
just
in
this
particular
area.
We're
not
pleased
with
and
anywhere
else
could
be
fine
but
you're
like
very
close
to
us,
and
it's
disturbing
to
me
for
to
know
that
a
dead
person
is
in
a
building
and
we've
never
had
it's.
It's
always
been
churches
in
that
building,
but
never
anything
like
this.
The
churches
have
never
had
funerals.
K
G
A
J
We
was
using
it
like,
like,
I
said
it
would
be,
only
used
for
public
visitation
for
family
and
montgomery
to
view
their
loved
ones.
No,
I
mean
what
everybody
is
concerned
about.
Like
she
told
me,
she
walked
through
the
facility
and
the
first
thing
she
asked
me
will
I
be
in
and
bomb
and
doing
or
because
her
daughter
would
be
more
concerned
of
smear
correct,
like
I
explained
to
ms
lewis,
all
in
bombing
would
take
place
in
prep.
Alabama
only
thing
will
happen
over
there.
J
J
A
How
close
is
the
your
your
facility
to
ms
lewis?
How
close
is
that.
J
D
G
And
I
personally
talked
to
robert
smith,
mr
cook
and
robert
told
me.
He
one.
C
F
D
C
Area
yeah
and
what
you've
got
now
is
abandoned.
Buildings
kippy
was
exactly
right.
How
many
zoning
permits
do
we
have
in
that
area?
How
many
permits
to
build
something
in
that
area?
Nothing
right,
there's
not
anything
going
on
this
needs
to
be
so.
You've
got
somebody
willing
to
invest
in
this
area.
Give
him
a
chance.
Yeah,
I
mean
ma'am.
C
If
you're
concerned
about
your
area,
you've
got
houses
that
are
vacant,
you've
got
yards
that
need
cutting,
you've
got
all
sorts
of
stuff
over
there,
and
I
mean
you've
got
somebody
here,
that's
willing
to
take
a
chance
and
he's
not
going.
I
mean
I
grew
up
two
blocks
from
this
building
and
there's
there's
not
anything
wrong
with
the
area.
It
needs
people
in
that
way
that
are
willing
to
spend
some
money
and
take
the
time
and
clean
it
up
and
he's
willing
to
do
that.
K
I
Mrs
lewis,
mrs
lewis,
I
have
a
question.
He
mentioned
the
privacy
fence.
If
he
put
up
a
privacy
fence,
would
you
feel
better
about
it.
K
A
K
That
was
my
mother
who
he
spoke
to
and
she
went
out
to
talk
to
him.
She
requested
to
speak
to
him,
but
no
one
ever
came
up
to
her
or
us
to
accident
us
our
opinion
of
this
business
next
door.
A
Mr
cruz,
did
you
have
a
comment.
J
When
mrs
lewis
come
on
tour
that
facility,
as
we
was
over
there,
trying
to
refurbish
it
and
paint
it
the
first
question
out
of
my
was
she
want
me
to
put
a
privacy
fence
up,
but
the
prophecy
and
fence
need
to
run
on
her
property,
not
on
my
property,
and
I
don't
have
a
problem
putting
the
private
defense
of
the
block
and
everybody
concerned
they're,
looking
at
the
part
of
being
morbid
but
24
hours
a
day
with
killing
all
the
way
around
us,
even
in
that
particular
neighborhood.
J
We
that's
a
that
service
station
over
there
have
more
activity
going
on
than
the
church
may
have
gone
on.
All
I
want
to
do
is
go
in
and
do
quiet
business
at
the
end
of
the
day,
I'm
at
home
the
business
locked
up
and
is
well
lit,
I'm
not
trying
to
create
no
problems,
I'm
not
trying
to
cause
any
havoc.
I
need
to
just
be
able
to
accommodate
the
families
that
comes
out
of
montgomery
to
prep.
That's
all
I'm
trying
to
do
with
that
facility.
J
The
building
now,
yes,
sir,
and
I
bought
the
building
up
on
the
pretense
of
the
paperwork
that
real
estate
agent
gave
us
that
it
was
on
commercial
and
industrial.
That
was
the
reason
why
I
bought
it.
The
building
came
up
january,
the
29th
I
told
him
to
hop
on
for
him.
In
45
days
we
had
closer
deal
on
it
with
the
legal
paperwork
that
I
had
before
me
saying:
commercial
and
industrial.
That's
the
only
reason
I
bought
it
in
that
area.
J
F
You
may
you,
may
you
may
be
okay,
because
there
is
no
definition
of
a
church
that
nobody's
explaining
to
me
from
the
staff.
I
don't
know,
but
it's
a
church
that
you're
using
for
for
for
your
particular
purpose.
But
I
would
certainly
like
to
know
what
the
definition
of
a
church
is
based
on
the
city's
definition,
because.
F
F
You
to
respond,
I'm
just
simply
making
a
statement
that
where
churches
can
go
and
how
they're
defined
is
probably
ambiguous
at
this
point,
so
I
agree
with
my
colleague
frank
down
there
that
that
this
is
somewhat
of
an
arbitrary
statement.
That's
been
placed
into
the
into
my
packet
and
I
don't
agree
with
it
and-
and
I'm
like
frank
again,
if
you're
willing
to
invest
your
money
and
your
time
in
an
area
that
could
use
some
improvement,
you
know
I'm
not
going
to
be
the
one
to
hold
you
back.
J
Well,
let
me
say
something
before
the
board
before
I
take
my
seat.
I
just
did
not
jump
up
and
say
I
want
to
go
to
that
facility
before
I
even
purchased
a
facility.
I
called
alabama
board
of
funeral
service
talked
to
mr
charles
p.
Ryan.
Had
him
to
come
out
to
evaluate,
can
the
facility
be
used
for
what
I
want
to
use
for
and
the
process
of
doing
that?
Mr
p
ryan
told
me,
mr
buskie,
it
can
be
used
for
a
funeral
home
and
he
asked
me
was
I
plan
on
doing
an
obama.
J
I
told
him.
No
only
thing
he
asked
me
to
put
was
a
holding
room
and
the
reason
why
he
said
a
holding
room
if
I'm
having
a
service
there,
and
I
get
a
call
so
when
it's
passed
and
that
particular
area
I
pick
them
up,
put
them
that's
we
got
the
service,
then
we'll
transfer
them
to
proper,
but
it's
not
an
embalming
room
facility
in
that
at
all.
L
L
I
remember
what
pastor
j
wolf
told
me
when
I
told
his
children,
if
you're
from
the
west
side
and
you're
willing
to
invest
back
into
the
west
side-
and
you
don't
forget
from
which
you've
come,
which
was
the
west
side
and
you
stay
a
part
of
the
west
side,
then
you're
helping
the
people
on
the
west
side
to
be
productive
citizens
up
the
west
side
and
that's
what
mr
robuski
is
trying
to
do.
Mr
robotsky
still
lives
on
the
west
side.
L
He
is
a
product
of
the
west
side
and
that's
what
he's
trying
to
do,
motivate
and
put
money
into
the
west
side
and
other
businesses
will
come
back
and
as
reverend
pastor,
I
know
he's
retiring
jay.
Wilfred
is
retiring
but,
as
he
told
us,
give
back
to
the
west
side
and
never
forget
the
west
side.
If
you've
never
lived
on
the
west
side,
then
you
don't
understand
the
concept,
as
I
want
to
bring
out.
Also
another
point:
cummins
funeral
home
is
in
a
residential
area.
L
On
the
west
side,
you
have
philip
and
raleigh
on
the
west
side
by
residential
area,
you
have
rose
and
clayton
by
a
residential
area.
On
the
west
side,
all
of
our
black
funeral
homes
are
on
the
west
side
in
residential
areas
and
as
mr
rubowski
proposed
earlier,
when
he
purchased
or
had
a
mine
to
purchase
the
product,
it
was
listed
as
commercial
property.
Now,
if
you're
listening
as
commercial
property,
then
he
purchased
it
as
commercial
property.
L
He
will
not
be
doing
embalming
for
the
anyone
to
have
smells
within
the
neighborhood
he's
just
bringing
what
we
call
as
a
weight
for
the
family
to
view
the
bodies
and
to
have
close
facility
and
I've
seen.
Mr
robeske
do
a
lot
of
kind
things
for
people
on
the
west
side-
and
I
mentioned
this
to
him
once
I
heard
a
woman
thank
him
because
mr
robuski
buried
her
husband
and
she
wasn't
able
to
pay
him
until
she
received
her
income
tax
check.
He
told
it
wasn't
about
the
money,
it
was
about
helping
people.
L
D
D
K
I
like
to
ask
what
positive
things
that
mr
robust
could
offer
the
area
he.
I
believe
he
said
that
he
was
going
to
offer
an
improvement.
The
area
is
pretty
much
negative
in
my
view,
and
for
the
funeral
home
to
be
next
door.
It
will
add
more
negativity
to
the
area.
C
K
C
K
J
And
asking
her
question
my
facility
in
prep
alabama's
in
the
neighborhood
and
I'm
right
beside
the
church,
I'm
in
the
heart
of
spring
hill
community
and
what
I've
done
for
the
kids
in
back
to
school
areas
and
what
I
continue
to
do
over
there.
I
will
bring
it
to
ridgecrest
one
thing
we
cannot
do.
We
can't
lead
a
horse
to
ward
and
make
him
drink,
but
we
can
try
our
best
to
educate
our
people
to
guide
them
down
a
straight
and
narrow
path.
J
Everybody's.
Only
looking
at
my
position
cause
it's
a
funeral
home
and
a
mortuary
with.
Surely
this
man
born
you're
going
to
die,
amen,
everybody
needs
somewhere
to
go,
whether
it's
heaven
or
hell.
We
dictate
that
we
determine
that,
but
a
community
is
only
as
strong
as
the
people
you
put
in
a
community.
J
I
serve
as
president
of
mobile
heights
historical
community
out
there
every
morning,
I'm
up
picking
people
up
looking
around
checking
things
out
when
I
purchase
that
property
over
there
in
ridge
crest.
I
do
the
same
thing
from
day
one
when
I
purchased
that
property.
I
hired
a
yard
man
to
make
sure
the
grass
stayed
cut.
I
hired
people
to
go
through
there
and
take
care
of
their
responsibility,
but
don't
nobody
said
that
when
that
service
station
open
up
at
five
and
close
at
12.,
the
activity
across
the
street
can
be
broken
up.
J
If
we
pick
the
phone
up
and
call
our
local
police,
if
we
open
our
eyes
to
see
what
we
want
to
see
and
quit
closing
into
something
happened
to
us.
When
I
get
in
that
community,
I
promise
you
as
they
call
them
the
po-po.
Whatever
you
want
to
call
them,
I'ma
call
them
24
hours.
When
things
are
not
right,
we
don't
call
when
we
see
kids
riding
dirt,
bikes
anything
down
the
street
without
helmets.
Anything
but
you're,
worried
about
a
funeral
home.
J
Now,
if
that's
all
they're
about
to
worry
about
a
mortuary
being
beside
you,
I
used
to
name
much
when
I
called
at
first.
I
couldn't
call
it
a
chapter
because
they
said
I
want
a
pastor.
So
that's
reason
why,
when
I
talk
to
the
board
of
funeral
service,
they
said
why
don't
you
use
your
business
name,
lewis
robusta
mortuary,
even
though
no
activity
is
going
to
take
place,
therefore,
as
you
taking
care
of
human
remains,
but
you
just
land
them
out
once
they
casket
and
put
out
for
display.
J
That's
all
the
air
has
been
used
for
and
that's
reason
why
it's
called
lewis
robuski
mortuary
llc.
I
need
a
place
for
chapel
and
to
lay
out
over
there
the
biggest
problem
we
have
over
there
if
they
so
worried
about
that.
I
made
a
few
phone
calls
and
make
sure
the
lights
stay
on
over
that
general
area
around.
There
make
sure
the
grass
get
cut
over
there
by
the
ridge
crest
sign,
but
was
that
being
done
before
I
got
there?
J
J
Well,
the
thing
of
it
is
christianity
does
not
start
at
home.
It's
start
abroad.
Okay,
if
you're
spread
abroad,
it'll
come
back
home
ridge
crest
is
the
way
it
is
because
people
got
a
little
bit
bigger,
a
little
more
educated
and
a
little
more
eyesight
wiser.
Then
they
don't
want
to
stay
in
that
area
born
and
bred
on
the
west
side,
I'm
still
on
the
west
side
and
but
two
things
going
to
move
out
of
catholic
drive.
The
lord
wouldn't
call
me
that
hurts
when
they
back
him
and
get
me
out
of
that
house.
I
Let
me
now
say
one
last
comment.
The
the
mrs
mrs
lewis
came
up
here
about
her
concerns
and
for
us
to
beat
her
up
on
it.
I
I
think,
that's
unfair.
I
don't
think
we
did
and
I
I
really
think
that's
unfair
on
our
part
to
beat
her
up
because
she
comes
with
some
concerns.
I
mean
the
the
only
thing
we
should
have
been
discussing
is
pros
or
cons,
not
personal
attacks
on
her
that's
unfair.
J
J
We
in
an
area
that
we
got
to
fight
to
keep
lit
when
I
first
got
there.
I
called
the
power
company-
and
that
was
a
couple
of
poles
out
in
that
area
and
also
in
the
property
that
I
bought
and
had
them
to
come
out
there
to
re-light
them
to
get
it
back
lit.
I
want
to
cut
down
the
trees
that
hangs
over
the
fence
and
lays
back
there
where
everybody
have
proper
viewing
and
what
goes
on.
I
don't
have
a
problem
with
trying
to
accommodate
the
neighborhood.
J
A
J
D
F
F
This
is
a
public
hearing
when
you
come
before
the
public.
You
have
to
to
be
able
to
make
your
point
and
answer
questions,
and
I
think
what
we
did
here
tonight
is
appropriate,
and
I
think
what
we
did
here
tonight
is
try
to
get
to
a
good
place
to
where
we
can
make
a
decision.
