an

of
what
they're
building
as
well
without

As

we
have
a
very
exciting
agenda
today
and
you're
going

hear

gaming
projects.
Gaming
is
the
theme
of
this
town
hall,
as
well
as
new
boss,
Integrations
for
other
ecosystems,
so
that
you
might
have
seen
so
super
excited
to
be
seeing
that
the
last
couple
of
weeks
have
been
very
busy
and
very
exciting.
I
know
some
of
you
were
in
Paris,
either
for
ECC
or
also
funding
the
commons.

It's
always
actually
very
interesting
and
eye-opening
to
speak
to
several
leaders
from
various
ecosystem
as
well
as
reconnecting
always
with
the
new
ecosystem.
There
was
actually
so
much
passion
energy
in
Paris
and
it's
actually
fantastic
to
see.
Also
the
commitment
of
many
many
people
across
the
world
to
build
the
open
web
and
the
open
web,
which,
by
the
way,
is
a
concept
that
is
I,
think
very
timely,
very
often
also
re-divated
and
refocused
on
it's.

So
today
we
we
have
quite
a
lot,
as
I
mentioned,
to
go
through
and
and
before
we
actually
get
into
that.
I
wanted.
To
reiterate
that
you
know
the
mission
of
the
near
Foundation
is
to
support
the
ongoing
growth
and
the
development
of
an
autonomous,
decentralized
near
ecosystem,
and
there
is
no
way
to
have
a
great
ecosystem
without
having
active
developers
who
are
building
this
open
web
and
also
active
users
participating
in
this
open
web.
And
so
that's
those
two
in
particular.

You
know,
developers
and
users
are
fundamental
to
enable
that
mission,
and
so,
with
that
in
mind,
it's
been
really
good
to
see
actually
on
near.org
the
developers
continue
to
grow
and
now
I
think
there's
over
150
monthly
active
developers
with
over
300
comments
daily
and
I.
Think
it's
really
a
great
way
to
see
the
engagement
and
the
continuous
growth
on
that
front.

also
great
to
see
and
to
continue
seeing
the
growth
around
the
world
in
Asia
in
particular
in
particular,
Korea
and
India.
Actually,
speaking
of
Asia
mark

calendars
for

there
is
Korea
blockchain

there's

September
8th
to
12th
with
near
eight

and

of
course,

the

Merit,
what
are
they
responsible
for

they're
allocating
the
treasury
and
deploying
capital
for
the
growth
of
the
ecosystem?

you

be
a
good

these
houses
in
general
have
five
to
twenty
hours
a
week
that
they're
looking
at
that
you'll
need
to
contribute
to

if
your
strategic
mind

The
Watchdogs
of
the
treasury
right
and
of
governance
in
general,
so
they're
in
charge
of
really
keeping
an
eye
on
Behavior
misconduct
happening
in
the
governing
bodies,
making
sure
no
cartels
are
forming
and

their
unbiased
Guardian.

So
what
are
the
safeguards
on
our
election
right?
This
is
all
net
new
and
you
know
there's.
Certainly
a
lot
of
you
know
things
about
onboarding
to
I
am
human.
Our
numbers
are
growing.
You
know,
we
don't
know
exactly
all
of
our
community,
so
we
have
some
safeguards
here.
First,
one
is
a
fair
voting
policy.

That
means
that
when
you
go
to
vote
in
these
elections,
you're
going
to
accept
terms
that
you
are
a
verified
human
and
that
your
vote
is
really
based
upon
your
opinion
and
that
you
haven't
sold
your
vote
and
that
you're
not
trying
to
do
any
election
tampering
the
same
with
candidacy.
You
really
accept
that
when
you're
presenting
yourself
as
candidate
you're,
not
going
to
buy
boats
or
swayed
the
election
or
have
controlled
accounts
voting
for
you,
so
these
are
some
of
the
safeguards.

We
also
have
Pike's
Peak
as
a
partner
of
the
NDC
reviewing
elections,
both
in
real
time
and
post-election
process.
So
they've
already
started
some
data
analysis
on
recent
elections
in
the
regional
communities
and
they're
building
out
the
tooling
actively
to
monitor
elections
and
provide
reporting
on
that
and
they've
already
got
some
pretty
interesting
charts
that
they're
creating.
So
that's
going
to
be
really
exciting
to
know
that
we'll
have
that
election
monitoring
go
there
and
that's
really.
The
power
of
the
blockchain
is
that
we
can
do
this
data
visualization
and
tracking
right
very
easily.

also
going
to
Institute
a
whistleblower
program.
So
it's
you
know
important
that
we
incentivize
people
to
come
forward
if
they
see
any
misconduct
taking
place,
and
so
there
will
be
a
program
rolled
out
where
there'll
be
a
bounty.
If
you
make
a
claim-
and
there
is-
you
know
an
outcome
to
that
claim-
then
there
will
be
a
bounty
for
that.
Lastly,
the
transparency
commission:
once
they
come
online
with
governance,
they
can
review
election
results,
they
can
ban
members
from
governance
and
from
voting
in
future
elections.
So

are

safeguards

What
are
we
looking
at?
We
said
there
a
little
bit
ago.
We
got
40
some
odd
days
left
to
nominate
yourself.
So
if
you're
considering
running
for
you
know
V1
governance,
this
is
the
perfect
time
to
do
that.
When
you
go
to
nominations,
you
may
not
see
that
many
nominations
now,
but
there
are
a
lot
of
notable
folks
in
the
ecosystem
that
are
planning
to
run.

However,
when
you
go
to
nominate
if
you're
an
OG,
you
can
see
that
there
is
some
work
to
be
done
on
declaring
your
candidacy
on
how
you're
going
to
make
an
impact
on
the
ecosystem.
So
you
know
that's
going
to
take
a
little
bit
of
time
for
people
to
get
through
that
goes
through
September
7th.
Then
we
roll
into
elections.
So
elections
are
the
8th
to
the
22nd,
so
we'll
be
having
elections
during
that
period.
Once
those
bodies
are
elected,
then
October
1st,
a
one-week
delay.

There
starts
at
first
Congress,
so
everybody's
appointed
to
the
governing
bodies
they're
getting
into
the
houses
getting
equated
with
how
to
run
things,
and
then
that
runs
through
April
1st.
So
it's
a
six-month
cycle.
This
first
governance
of
the
ecosystem,
next

so
recommendations
for
doing
well
right
focus
on
the
issues
that
Define
the
ecosystem
that
you're
going
to
run
on.
What's
your
platform,
how
will
you
make
a
change,
a
positive
change
in
the
ecosystem

loud

proud

community

the
overall
ecosystem
asked

transparent
funding

visibility

governance

candidacy
with
your
communities

friends
