thing
we
wanted
to
update
you
on
is
regarding

the
ukraine
situation
and
the
what's
been
going
on.

we
do
have
quite
a
lot
of
things
and
agenda
to
share
so
I'll
start
by
making
an
introduction
reminding
ourselves
what
is
near
about
and
specifically
what
the
near
foundation
is
here
to
do.
We'll
then
actually
walk
into
some
updates
from
the
partnerships
and
the
events
that
we've
been
going
to
and
the
events
that
we'll
be
going
to
we'll
have
an
update
on
education
and
an
update
on
the
funding.
That's
been
happening
in
the
ecosystem.

are

to
help
raise
awareness
of
near
the

protocol,
but
what's

been
happening

near

support
projects
building

in
the
form
of
grants,
funding
and
actually
helping
by
sharing
with
knowledge
and
resources.
And,
last
but
not
least,
the
foundation
is
also
here
to
help
provide
a
clear
and
safe
path
to
decentralization
helping,
in
particular,
with
topics
such
as
governance
and
regulatory
engagements.

we
like
to
think
about
at
the
foundation-
it's
quite
simple
on
the

but
it's.
How
can
we
help
attract
more
talent
and
have
therefore
people
who
we
say
are
qualified
students
in
the
new
ecosystem
in
return?
Having
more
talent
and
qualified
students
will
help
grow
the
number
of
projects
that
can
become
qualified
startups
and
in
turn
this
will
help
get
active
users
and
engagement.

ecosystem
has
continued
to
grow.
We've
trained
over
40
000
students
here
to
date
have
over
120
near
certified
new
developers.
We've
continued
to
given
to
give
grants
to
help
grow
the
ecosystem
and
are
seeing
strong
and
steady
growth
in
terms
of
transactions
and
wallet
users.
Nier
has
been
in
the
news
a
lot
in
the
months
of
march.
You
may
have
follow
unchained
fund,
which
is
a
fund
which
has
been
created,
leveraging
the
astrodow
platform
to
help.
The
relief
in
ukraine
has
been
seen
on.

These
things
are
like
rocket
ships
on
water,
they're,
pretty
amazing,
to
see
in
real
life,
but
really
that
the
goal
here
is
to
look
at
the
property
as
something
that
we
can
really
drive
deep
integrations
with.
So,
if
you

the
league
is
working
to
launch
a

we've
got

teams
competing,
so
we
can
find
ways
to
really
bring
in
the
community

this

and
this
weekend
we
got
a
little
bit
of
extra

distribution.
As
you

the

there
with
that
brave
we've
been
going
to
market
with
brave
for
quite
a
bit,
but
the
last
month,
or
so.

really
focused
some
of
the
big
moments
on
supporting
the
end
chain
fund,
specifically
the
near
base
dow
and
seeing
community
come
in
and
support
that
has
been
really
awesome,
as
well
as
education,
trying
to
focus
on
bringing
folks
in
drive
awareness
that
near
is
the
place
to
learn
about
web3
as
we
get
global
reach.
We've
done
some
research
studies
that
are
starting
to
show
that
the
the
brave
community
approaching
and
probably
now
beyond,

users
are
really
starting
to
see
and
understand.

exciting

to
see
and
really
follow
along
with,
but
there
have
been
nfts
made
as
well.

when
we
think
about
use
cases,
we're
really
looking
at
how
can
we
drive

connection
forward
beyond
the
tech

and
that's
exciting
for
us

looking

marketing
by
the
numbers
at
the
moment
since
the
beginning
of
the
year,
we've
seen
over
700
million
impressions
and
that
doesn't
even
include
the
broadcast
from
this
weekend
more
to
come
on
on
what
we've
seen
end

end
in
the
month
of
march,
but
really
exciting
to
see
the
growth
we've
seen
over
seven
million
clicks.
So
those
would
be
engagements
into
web
properties
and
then
we've
seen
exponential
growth
within
twitter
over
105
000
new
twitter
followers,
the
reddit
channel,
has
grown
by
a
little
over
4
300.

youtube
views
actually
have
nearly
doubled
since
the
last
time
we
talked
and
our
town
halls
are
really
one
of
the
the
core
places
where
people
are
spending
time.
So
seeing
that
organic
engagement,
genuine
interest
is
something
that
we're
super
excited
to
see,
and
so
with
that
you
know
we'll
play
a
little
video
here
to
talk
about
how
something
like

going
to
go
to
market,
and
for
this
this
is
just
a
little
bit
of
hype,

we're
incredibly
excited
about
the
uptick

just

certifications,

also
in
other
programs
as

subsequent

certifications

still

It's
not
easy
to
get
near
certified.
You
have
to
build
an
original
project
so
of
these
thousands
and
thousands
of
people
who
are
coming
and
joining
us
only
some
hundreds
are
able
to
actually
complete
the
certification.

want

maintain
a
high
bar,
but
also
make
this
program
more
accessible
and
so
you'll
see
some
new
innovations
coming
from
the
education
team
over
the
coming
weeks

The
ambassador
program
is
growing
and
healthy.
Now,

several
hundred
ambassadors,
maybe
one
or
two
ambassadors

university
are
engaged

and
several
dozen

are

fellow

he's

the

ecosystem

maybe
eight
months

so
almost

and
he
joined
us

finishing

coding
boot
camp.
Originally,
when
he
joined,
he
conceived
a
tourist,
a
kind
of
nft
application
that
allows
you
to
to
claim
nfts
for
for
different
places
around
the
world,
and
he
designed
some
of
that
work.

the

we're
excited
to
give

a
brief,
but
I
think
a
really
interesting
update
on
what's
going
on
in
the
funding
world,
as
well
as
with
our
general
ecosystem
initiatives,
as
a
refresher
really
would
love
to
give
you
a
update
on
sort
of
what
the
funding
platform's
core
vision
is.

That
ultimately,
can
add
value,
whether
that's
through
funding
or
advisory
support,
as
well
as
community,
and
so
as
new
ideas
and
experiments
and
opportunities
come
to
fruition,
really
provide
creating
a
space,
an
opportunity
for
those
projects
to
flourish
and
really
gain
visibility.
And
then
I
think
very
important
here
is
aligning
incentives,
and
so
as
we
look
to
partner
or
engage
or
create
relationships
with
projects
making
sure
that
we're
all
focused
on
the
overall
growth
and
positive
development
within
the
air
ecosystem.

I
would
really
love
to
give
you
all
just
a
quick
update
on
a
couple
of
big
areas
of
the
ecosystem,
where
we've
had
some
developments
since
our
last
town
hall,
one
is
around
our
grants,
program
and
external
funding,
and
the
other
is
around
our
regional
hub
effort.
On
the
branch
program
side
we've
given
out
over
230
direct
grants
to
projects
who
are
developing
and
building
in
the
ecosystem.

These
grants
have
been
committed
to
for
about
a
little
over
15
million
dollars,
which
is
really
exciting
for
us,
as
we've
really
accelerated
our
development
of
the
grants
program,
but
also
have
had
a
focus
on
identified
equality
project
projects
and
really
supporting
them
as
they
move
through
the
development
cycles
once
they
receive
their
grant.
Another
important
development
is
that
we've
had
eight
projects
raise
over
70
million
dollars
in
2022
alone.

These
are
projects
that
range
from
open
finance,
to
nfps,
to
social
networks
that
have
really
shown
sort
of
the
diversity
of
opportunities
and
business
models
in
the
near
ecosystem,
and
really
the
excitement
that
external
pools
of
capital
have
seen
to
date
to
really
support
ecosystems
growth.
Also
importantly,
we
have
84
projects
that
are
currently
fundraising
and
looking
to
raise
a
little
over
350
million
dollars
in
capital
in
total.

But
this
is
something
we
announced
back
at
the
first
near
con
in
october
of
last
year,
and
we
really
are
still
very
much
committed
to
continuing
to
move
this
forward
so
more
to
come
there
and
definitely
reach
out
to
the
funding
team.
If

obviously
was

landscape

excited
about
the
potential

been
surprising
for
us,
we
saw
a
huge
opportunity
to
really
rethink
our
partnership
capabilities

this
space.
Our
team
and
league
more
broadly,
are
really
looking
to
innovate.

we
are
doing,
we're
looking
to
bring
a
old
sport
to
new
fans,
we're
reinventing
the
sport
of
sailing
around
the
world
for
anyone
that
hasn't
seen
it.
We
have
hydrofoiling
catamarans
going
almost
100
knots.
This
is
a
total
reimagination
of
a
racing
sport
for
us
and
with
that
we
see
the
opportunity
to
find
a
new
technology
like
web3,
like
partners
like
mir,
to
really
rethink
how
we
would
have
traditionally
done
a
partnership.
So
we
looked
at
this
space
for
a
very
long
time.

There
are
a
lot
of
teams
doing
incredible
work
here,
but
the
near
team
really
captured
our
imagination
with
their
approach
to
how
they
want
to
take
inclusivity
and
some
of
the
things
their
teams
stand
for
and
apply
that
to
real
world
use
cases.

we
saw
ourselves
as
a
as
a
vehicle
to
start
from
scratch,
really
look
at
new
and
innovative
ideas,
and
this
dow
team
concept
that
I
know
that
there
will
be
many
questions
on.

party
that
could

manage
this

that
happened
collectively.
We
also
had

co-founder

joining

has
been
instrumental

that
whole
thing

reality

idea
to
get-go
and
to
actually
impacting
hundreds
of
thousands
of

and

most
impactful
thing,

would
say,
has
been
more
so
the
community
aspect,

of
the
nature
of
the

actually

managed

even

the
first

hours
we
managed
to
raise
1.3
million,
and
most

that
funding

as
we're
discussing

the
level
of
commitment
from
the
ecosystem,

developers,
investors
coming

was

surprise

the

about

to

the

that
was
most
exciting

we
did

constitution
dow
is
we
showed
what

possible

people

come
together

a
shared
goal
and
actually
wanted
to
accomplish
something
that
wasn't

most
important
thing
to
note
here.
This
wasn't
about
saying:
hey
we're
gonna
buy
a
copy
of
the
constitution.

we're
gonna,
try
and
flip
it.

know
five
years
from
now
or
we're
trying
to
you

get
it.

resonance
to
a
lot
of
people,
some
some
positive,
some
negative
right,
and
there
are
a
lot
of
people
that
participated
from
that
perspective,
then,
of
course,
there's
also
the
fact
that
it's
funny

meme
component

it
right
sort
of
the
national
treasure
cage
type
means.

you
have
you

both
of
those
elements
that
incredible
importance
of
the

project
and
the
resonance
of
the

document
and
then
also
the

have

are
all
part
of
this

want
to
build
in

percent

of
sense
because

community

the
get-go
and
it
aligns
incentives
with
our
members

specifically

yc

they
decide
to
give

the

if
the
startup
we
invest
