A
Thank
you
very
much
miss
bond
good
morning.
Everyone
welcome
to
the
joint
meeting
of
senate
finance
and
assembly
ways
and
means
we
are
starting
our
closing
process
today.
So
this
is
one
of
our
turning
points,
so
it's
a
very
good
day
so
with
that,
if
I
could
please
have
the
committee
secretary
call
the
role.
Thank
you.
A
C
D
E
E
D
D
A
And
I
am
here
so
with
that
committee
members.
We
can
go
ahead
and
begin
the
meeting
with
the
closings
miss
kaufman.
I
believe
the
closing
documents
now
that
we
have
started
will
be
posted
to
nellis.
Am
I
correct
that.
D
Is
correct,
madam
chair,
we
are
now
requesting
that
the
closing
documents
be
posted
up
to
nellis.
The
members
may
have
to
refresh
their
screen
in
order
to
ensure
that
the
document
gets
posted
up,
but
it
should
be
in
your
exhibits
link
within
nellis.
A
Okay,
so
with
that
committee
members
we're
going
to
take
a
brief
recess,
it
is
809
going
on
810,
so
everyone
please
print
your
documents
and
I'd
like
to
go
ahead
and
start
at
about
8
15.
So
I'm
going
to
give
you
a
few
moments
to
print
it.
Take
a
quick
look
at
it.
If
anyone
has
any
questions,
please
reach
out
and
then
we
we
will
begin
so
everyone
please
take
care
of
your
documents,
it's
40
pages,
so
it
shouldn't
take
too
long
to
get
it
printed
up.
A
A
A
Thank
you
very
much,
miss
bond,
so
welcome
back
everyone,
sorry
for
the
the
long
recess,
but
it
is
the
the
nature
of
the
beast
when
we
do
the
closings
in
order
to
make
sure
that
every
member
has
the
appropriate
closing
document
to
give
them
time
to
get
that
document
printed
I'll
now
go
to
our
staff,
ms
kaufman,
to
walk
the
public
through
how
they
can
access
this
document.
So
ms
kaufman.
D
Thank
you,
madam
chair,
with
your
permission,
I'd
like
to
share
my
screen
to
walk
the
public
through
where
they
can
find
the
closing
documents
for
this
particular
meeting.
That
would
be
great.
Thank
you
perfect.
You
all
should
see
the
the
main
page
of
the
legislative
council
bureau's
website.
D
If
you
go
to
the
upper
right
hand,
side
you'll
see
a
link
that
is
called
nellis.
If
you
click
on
that
link,
it
will
bring
you
to
a
page
where
there
are
some
links
that
are
identified,
legislation,
budget
and
committees.
So
if
you
click
on
the
committees
link,
I
would
direct
you
to
ways
and
means
currently
chair.
D
A
Okay,
thank
you
very
much,
miss
kaufman,
typically
committee
members
and
public.
If
we
were
in
the
committee
room,
this
document,
as
I
said
before,
would
have
been
passed
out
to
each
individual
committee
member
and
those
extra
documents
would
have
been
put
on
the
exhibit
table
at
the
back
of
the
room.
So
in
essence,
your
access
to
nellis
is
the
exhibit
table
where
these
documents
will
be
available,
and
that
way
you
don't
have
to
be
in
the
building
or
in
the
room
to
actually
see
the
closing
document.
A
So
this
is
actually
a
little
more
accessible
to
the
public
than
would
have
been
if
we
were
just
in
the
room
because
everyone
can
get
access
to
it.
So
with
that,
I
believe
we
can
go
ahead
and
proceed
with
our
closing
list
number
one
for
today,
so
I
believe
we
will
turn
it
over
to
miss
day.
That
is
correct.
F
Thank
you,
madam
chair.
Yes,
good
morning
for
the
record,
I'm
stephanie
dave
fiscal
analysis,
division.
A
F
There
are
eight
budget
accounts
for
the
treasurer's
office
for
cons
for
the
committees
consideration
this
morning.
That
will
be
closed.
F
F
There
are
four
other
closing
items
in
this
account
that
are
in
the
table
on
the
top
of
page
four,
there
is
one
technical
adjustment
that
is
in
the
middle
of
page
four,
the
pursuant
to
section
9
of
article
15
of
the
nevada
constitution.
The
salaries
of
elected
officials
cannot
change
during
the
current
term,
pursuant
to
nrs.
F
226.090
on
the
first
monday
of
every
fourth
year,
the
salary
of
this
happens
to
be
the
state
treasurer's
office.
The
state
treasurer's
salary.
Excuse
me
is
this:
statute
must
be
increased
by
an
amount
equal
to
the
cumulative
percentage
increase
in
the
salaries
of
classified
employees
of
nevada
during
the
immediately
proceeding
term.
F
That
would
be
funded
with
an
additional
three
hundred
and
thirty
three
dollars
in
general
fund
appropriation
and
1
331
dollars
in
cost
allocation
revenue
in
fiscal
year.
2023.
F
fiscal
staff
would
also
note
that
any
salary
adjustments
approved
by
the
21
2021
legislature
would
also
impact
the
salary
of
the
state
treasurer
in
fiscal
year.
2023.
For
the
committee's
information,
the
you
will
see
this
in
the
constitutional
officer
budget
accounts
as
we
close
them,
so
this
is
not
just
for
the
state.
Treasurer
fiscal
staff
recommends
that
this
budget
be
closed,
as
recommended
by
the
governor,
with
the
noted
technical
adjustment
and
request
authority
for
staff
to
make
other
technical
adjustments
as
necessary.
A
I'm
not
hearing
anyone
wishing
to
be
recognized
or
seeing
anyone.
So
with
that
the
chair
would
go.
Oh
miss
bonita,
something,
oh,
no!
No!
No!
I'm
adam
chairwoman!
I
thought
that
you
were
about
to
say
you
were
ready
to
accept
emotions.
I
was
just
and
and
that
that's
thank
you
very
much.
I
I
appreciate
that
so
chair
would
accept
a
motion
from
senator
brooks.
A
So
it's
been
moved
that
this
budget
be
closed
and
as
re
as
gov
wreck,
with
the
noted
technical
adjustments
and
and
gives
this
the
staff
authority
to
make
the
other
technical
adjustments
as
necessary.
I
have
a
motion
from
senator
brooks
a
second
from
miss
monroe,
moreno,
any
questions
or
comments
on
the
motion
hearing
none.

yet
reached

During
the
hearing
on
february
5th
2021
the
treasurer's
office,
the
treasurer
office
stated
that
the
13.8
million
dollars
funded
in
the

account
for
the
current

which
equates
to

the
governor
has
recommended
no
funds
be
transferred
from
the

unit
e-230
recommends

to

The

it
worked
with
the

finance
office
to
reduce
the
amount
of
the
one-shot
general

appropriation
from
50

by
using
utilizing
six

of

in
the

Kickstart
account.
F
A
Committee,
are
there
any
questions
on
this
account?
We
will
be
taking
these
individually
later
on,
we'll
be
grouping
some
of
them
together,
but
in
this
particular
case
under
this
one
they
are
individual
decision
units.
So
therefore
we
will
be
taking
individual
motions
and
voting
on
them
individually,
just
so
that
everyone
is
aware.
So
there
are
there
any
questions
on
this
particular
item.
The
college

program,
funding.
A
I'm
not
seeing
any
questions
from
anyone,
so
the

would
accept
a
motion
to
approve
the
elimination
of
the

of
funds
from
the

endowment
account
to
the
college

According
to
the
treasurer's
office,
the
college
savings
division
has
worked
with
the
current
marketing
contractor
over
the
past
12
months
to
create
a
cohesive
branding
strategy
for
all
college-related
programs.
Under
the
treasurer's
office
and
anticipates
the
additional
marketing
funds
would
allow
for
the
continuation
of
work
with
a
professional
marketing
vendor
to
increase
social
media
and
online
messaging,
as
well
as
create

to

nevada
families
in
their
communities
as
well
as
increase.
Both
the
awareness

programs.
F
During
the
hearing
on
february
5th
2021,
the
state
treasurer
indicated
that
the
additional
funds
would
help
nevada
families,
plan,
save
and
pay
for
post-secondary
education
and
the
treasurer's
office
directs
the
majority
of
its
efforts
and
marketing
to
incentivizing
new
participants
in
the
program.
The
additional
funds
would
also
support
the
student
loan
ombudsman
program
and
the
scholarship
database.
F
The
state
treasurer
indicated
that
more
than
107
college
savings
events
were
held
over
the
span
of
the
pandemic
on
diverse
topics
some
directly
through
the

some
in

increase
from
the
three
percent
of
revenue
received
annually
from
the
national
529
investment
partners
included
in
the
base
budget.
The
state
treasurer
stated
that
the
treasurer's
office
looks
at
all
marketing
dollars
in
aggregate
and
does
not
treat
the
dollars
any
different
differently
from
program
to

while
adhering
to
the
statutory

guidelines.
F
The
aggregate
marketing
dollars,
as
recommended
by
the
governor,
are
included
in
the
following
table
on

the
bottom
of
page.

the

that
are

the

questions
have

The

may
wish
to
ask
for
a
single
motion
for
closing
consideration
on
all
of
the
budgets
for
which
fiscal
staff
is
responsible
for
developing
recommendations.
F
It
is
the
municipal
bond
bank
revenue
account.
The
municipal
bond
bank
assists
municipalities
in
undertaking
local
projects
which
foster
and
promote
the
protection
and
preservation
of
the
property
and

of
the

The
bond
bank
allows
the

to
sell
general
obligation
bonds,
subject
to
a
statutory
limitation
of
1.8
billion
dollars
which
are
exempt
from

serves,
as
the

that
the
principal

are

out.
It
indicates
that,
as
of
june

the
outstanding

issued
pursuant
to

was

is
the

budget.
The
college

to

350.
The
endowment
account
must
be
used
for
the
deposit
of
any
money
received
by
the
nevada
college
savings
program
that
has
not
received
pursuant
to
a

The
main
source
of

in

is
the

the

for
being
part

The
budget
amendment
would
result
in
the

reserve
levels
of
8.3
million
and
11.3
million
at
the
end
of
fiscal
year
22

there
any
questions
on
this
particular
budget.
C
Thank
you.
I
appreciate
it
on
the
timing
of
the
budget
amendment.
As
I
recall,
there
was
the
one
shot
proposed
in
govrek
was
44
million
dollars,
so
was
it
just
an
oversight
not
to
have
this
transfer
included
in
the
original
budget
request
for
this
this
account,
or
why
did
this
come
across
later
necessarily.
F
Thank
you,
chair,
brooks
through
you
to
senator
keith
kepper,
yet
the
six
million
dollars
was
accounted
for
in
the
calculations
that
were
done
by
the
treasurer's
office
and
the
governor's
finance
office
when
it
came
to
the
amount
needed
for
the
one-shot
appropriation
for
the
millennium
scholarship,
but
it
was
not
included
in
the
endowment
account
budget
itself.
F
Therefore,
the
the
need
for
the
budget
amendment.
E
Thank
you
miss
day,
any
committee
members
have
any
other
questions
on
this
budget.
F
F
F
F
The
purpose
of
this
budget
is
or
to
account
for
the
cost
related
to
administering
the
millennium
scholarship
budget.
The
millennium
scholarship
revenues
and
expenditures
are
accounted
for
in
the
millennium
scholarship
fund,
which
is
a
separate
budget
that
is
not
included
in
the
executive
budget.
Therefore,
the
solvency
of
the
fund
is
being
discussed
here
for
informational
purposes.
F
F
Regarding
the
significant
increase
in
the
governor
gwen
millennium
scholarship,
the
treasurer's
office
indicated
that,
due
to
the
pandemic,
there
has
been
a
large
increase
of
students
returning
to
college
in
nevada,
as
they
are
enrolling
in
nevada's
system
of
higher
education.
For
the
first
time,
the
treasurer's
office
projects
a
total
shortfall
of
45.5
million
dollars
over
the
2123
biennium.
F
821-477-1094
for
the
endowment
account
budget
on
march
20
march,
9
2021
to
reduce
reserves
by
six
million
dollars
to
transfer
to
the
millennium
trust
fund
to
reduce
the
amount
of
the
one-shot
general
fund
appropriation
from
the
projected
amount
needed
for
the
governor
gwen
millennium
scholarship
of
50
million
dollars
to
the
amount
included
in
the
executive
budget
of
44
million
dollars.
This
is
the
same
budget
amendment
that
I
just
mentioned
in
the
the
last
account
major
closing
issues.
There
are
none
and
there
are
also
no
other
closing
items.
A
Are
there
any
questions
or
comments
on
this
budget
question?
Madam
chair,
dr
titus,
thank
you.
I
appreciate
just
an
opportunity
so
just
for
clarity,
this
44
million
dollars
that
we're
transferring
at
this
time
under
this
item
is
coming
from
our
general
fund
balance.
Is
that
correct.
F
Thank
you,
madam
chair,
through
you
too,
dr
titus.
Yes,
the
the
request
in
the
executive
budget
is
44
million
dollar
one-shot
general
fund
appropriation.
The
projection
for
the
millennium
scholarship
was
50
million
dollars,
which
was
reduced
by
the
six
million
dollars
coming
from
recommended
to
come
from
the
endowment
account
the
projection
provided
by
the
treasurer's
office.
A
In
this
day
of
our
pandemic
and
budget
shortfalls,
and
all
that
we've
been
asked
to
do
if
we
do
not
transfer
this
44
million
dollars
at
this
time
and
then
look
at
perhaps
something
in
the
future,
how
long
would
we
be
able
to
sustain
if
we
do
not
transfer
this
44
million
dollars.
F
F
Therefore,
if
the
44
million
dollars
was
not
approved,
but
the
six
million
dollar
transfer
from
the
endowment
account
was
approved
and
there
would
only
be
six
million
dollars
available
for
fiscal
year
2022,
but
the
expenditures
are
projected
to
be
25.8
million
for
just
for
the
fallen
and
summer
scholarships
in
september
and
an
additional
18.9
million
dollars
for
the
spring
scholarships.
In
february.
F
Thank
you
for,
for
the
record,
stephanie
dave
fiscal
analysis
division.
These
would
be
the
the
first
payments
of
the
25.8
million
dollars
would
not
occur
until
september.
That
would
be
for
the
fall
and
summer
scholarship
programs
in
fiscal
year.
2022
you,
the
spring
and
spring
scholarship
payments
for
february
were
17.8
million
dollars.
A
Yes,
okay,
thank
you.
Thank
you,
madam
chair,
for
the
question
and
and
dr
titus,
just
to
make
sure
everyone
is
aware.
That's
not
the
actual
decision
point
that
is
in
front
of
us
today.
This
is
the
administration
budget,
so
we
are
not
actually
voting
on
that
particular
component,
but
it
is
all
part
of
the
general
picture.
That's
why
the
solvency
issue
is
included
in
this
discussion
point.
But
that
is
not
the
decision
point
we
have
before
us
today.
F
Thank
you,
madam
chair,
for
the
record.
Stephanie
dave
fiscal
analysis
division.
The
last
budget
account
for
the
committee,
the
last
treasurer's
office
budget
account
for
the
committee's
consideration
this
morning
is
the
unclaimed
property
budget.
It
is
on
page
27
of
your
closing
packet
pursuant
to
nrs
120
a.620
by
the
end
of
each
fiscal
year,
and
after
this
there
is
a
7.6
million
dollar
transfer
to
the
millennium
scholarship
trust
fund.
F
F
A
I
think
it'll
be
interesting
in
the
future
for
you
to
find
out
how
many
any
of
the
the
stimulus
dollars
or
rescue
dollars
if
any
of
those
actually
end
up
here
in
the
future.
But
that's
just
a
curiosity
on
my
part.
E
I
I
would
move
the
fiscal
staff
that
the
following
budgets
be
closed,
as
recommended
by
the
governor
and
request
authority
for
staff
to
make
other
technical
adjustments
as
necessary
budget
745-1086,
treasurer
municipal
bond
bank
revenue,
budget,
395-1,
treasurer's,
municipal
bond
bank
debt,
service
budget
603-1081,
the
treasurer's
high
higher
education
tuition,
administration
budget
and
then
budget
261,
1088
treasures,
millennium
scholarship,
administration
and
budget
101
3815
treasures,
unclaimed
property
budget,
and
I
move
that
the
following
budgets
be
closed.
A
E
Madam
channel,
madam
chair,
I
I
the
motion
I
I
need
to
include
in
the
final
statement
on
the
motion
also
budget,
one
zero
one,
one:
zero,
nine
four,
the
treasures
endowment
account.
A
C
E
E
B
A
E
A
A
C
A
D
That
is
correct.
Thank
you,
madam
chair,
for
the
record.
Sarah
kaufman,
listen
to
the
council
bureau
fiscal
analysis,
division,
the
controller's
office
closing
document
begins
on
page
31..
D
There
are
two
major
closing
issues
within
this
budget.
The
first
begins
on
page
32,
and
it
relates
to
the
lease
application
subscription
that
is
recommended
by
the
governor.
The
governor
recommends
one
hundred
and
eight
thousand
five
hundred
thirty
nine
dollars
in
fiscal
year.
Twenty
twenty
two
and
seventy
five
thousand
dollars
in
fiscal
year,
2023
to
support
a
new
lease
application
subscription
of
those
costs.
D
During
the
february
5th
2021
budget
hearing
the
governor
excuse
me,
the
comptroller's
office
had
indicated
that
they
had
not
actually
received
any
of
these
details
from
the
state
agencies.
Prior
to
this,
this
new
statement
being
recommended
and
as
such,
this
would
be
new
data
that
they
would
have
to
be
collecting
from
the
agencies.
D
The
leases
related
to
this
there
are
involved
in
various
leases,
such
as
office,
space,
printers
copiers
storage
units
and
vehicles.
In
addition,
the
controller's
office
will
also
have
to
report
on
the
items
where
they
are
less
ores,
such
as
eats
I.t
services,
where
they
provide
lease
space
for
its
racks
and
towers.
D
D
D
They
anticipate
that
requests
for
proposal
will
be
issued
july
2021
and
at
which
time
they
would
be
able
to
refine
that
amount
a
little
bit
further.
So
with
that,
the
decision
for
the
committee
is.
Does
the
committee
wish
to
approve
general
fund
appropriations
of
one
hundred
eight
thousand
five
hundred
thirty
nine
dollars
in
fiscal
year?
Twenty
twenty
two
and
seventy
five
thousand
in
fiscal
year?
Twenty
twenty
three
to
support
a
lease
application
subscription
for
the
controller's
office.
A
A
D
E
A
A
C
A
D
Thank
you,
madam
chair,
that
major
issue
begins
on
page
33.,
the
governor
recommends
general
fund
reductions
of
seven
thousand
four
dollars
in
fiscal
year,
2022
and
15
549
dollars
in
fiscal
year,
2023
to
close
the
controller's
las
vegas
office
and
to
relocate
three
filled
positions
to
the
carson
city
office.
These
positions
include
one
program
officer
and
two
administrative
assistant
positions.
D
The
comptroller's
office
attributes
the
recommendation
of
closure
of
the
las
vegas
office,
along
with
the
relocation
of
these
three
positions.
In
order
for
the
controller's
office
to
utilize
these
positions
to
implement
the
smart
21
modernization
project
within
their
office
in
the
carson
city
office
and
moving
these
positions
to
the
carson
city
office.
The
positions
would
be
tasked
with
the
responsibility
of
setting
up
the
vendor
accounts
within
the
new
system,
the
smart
21
system.
D
During
the
february
5th
hearing,
the
the
controller's
office
indicated
that
there
would
be
a
minimal
impact
to
the
public
as
a
result
of
the
closure
of
the
las
vegas
office,
as
the
individuals
that
work
in
the
las
vegas
office
do
not
generally
work
with
the
public
and
when
they
do
it's
by
appointment.
Only.
D
The
other
issue
related
to
this
recommendation
relates
to
the
check
printer
that
is
is
housed.
Currently
in
the
controller's
office
las
vegas
office,
the
controller's
office
is
recommending
that
that
check
printer
be
relocated
to
the
treasurer's
office
within
las
vegas,
and
the
treasurer
would
then
be
responsible
for
physically
printing
those
checks.
D
D
They
have
a
secondary
printer
at
the
musser
street
building,
which
is
just
two
blocks
away
from
the
capitol
building,
and
then
they
have
this
third
check
printer,
which
is
in
las
vegas,
and
the
controller's
office
had
indicated
that
they
typically
only
use
that
third
printer
when
the
capitol
building
printer
and
the
muster
street
build.
Building
printers
are
not
available
during
follow-up.
D
Fiscal
staff
would
note,
though,
that
it
is
unclear
at
this
time
if
these
individuals
have
affirmed
that
they
are
willing
to
relocate
from
las
vegas
to
carson
city
and
as
such.
If
these
individuals
choose
to
not
relocate,
they
would
be
laid
off.
The
terminal
cost
associated
with
laying
off
these
three
individuals
would
be
17
678
dollars.
D
These
field
positions
if
they
choose
to
relocate.
If
this
recommendation
is
approved
by
the
committee,
that
would
provide
a
net
savings
of
4875
over
the
biennium.
With
that
the
decision
for
the
committee
is.
Does
the
committee
wish
to
approve
the
closure
of
the
las
vegas
office,
which
would
result
in
the
relocation
or
elimination
of
three
positions
to
the
carson
city
office?
A
Relocated,
thank
you
very
much,
miss
kaufman.
So
with
that
I
know
there
was
a
lot
of
conversation
about
this.
When
we
had
the
original
hearing,
there
were
a
number
of
folks
who
had
serious
concerns
about
closing
this
office.
So
I'd
like
to
go
ahead
and
open
it
up
to
the
committee
members
for
conversation
on
this
item.
Senator
brooks,
did
you
want
to
start
or
who
would
like
to
who
would
who
would
like
to
begin?
I
know
there
were
a
number
of
folks
who
had
had
questions
and
concerns.
E
Thank
you,
madam
chair,
and
you
know
we
did
and
we
received.
We
asked
some
questions
of
of
the
the
office
and
we
received
some
feedback
and
still
believe
it's
probably
not
in
the
best
interest
of
the
of
nevadans
to
shut
down
that
office,
and
I
personally
believe
that
it's
the
best
interest
of
the
state
that
we
keep
that
representation
for
the
controller's
office
down
in
southern
nevada,
open.
A
A
C
Thank
you,
madam
chair
and
I'll,
tend
to
agree
with
both
you
and
senator
brooks.
I
don't
see
a
huge
cost
savings
and
or
a
reason
to
relocate
those
three
positions.
I
I
like
the
footprint
in
southern
nevada
and
I
I
would
like
to
keep
it.
Thank
you.
E
Thank
you,
madam
chair.
I
move
that
we
not
approve
the
closure
of
the
las
vegas
office.
A
A
Motion
seeing
none,
if
I
could
please
have
staff
call
the
roll.
Thank
you
senator.
A
E
D
A
E
A
E
A
C
A
D
Madam
chair,
the
next
item
are
the
other
closing
items
and
there
is
only
one
other
closing
item.
It
is
an
adjustment
to
the
controller's
salary
for
fiscal
year.
2023,
you
may
recall,
from
miss
day's
discussion
in
the
treasurer's
office
accounts
that
the
constitutional
officers
are
entitled
to
receive
a
salary
increase
based
off
of
the
cola
that
was
approved
by
the
2019
legislature
for
fiscal
year
2020.
A
E
Thank
you,
madam
chair.
I
moved
that
we
grant
approval
to
for
staff
to
make
technical
adjustments
to
account
for
the
cost
of
living
adjustment
to
the
controller's
salary
and
authority
to
make
technical
adjustments
to
this
budget
as
necessary.
A
A
A
F
A
C
D
C
A
And
I
am
a
yes
and
mr
hafen
has
returned.
Would
you
like
to
record
your
vote?
Mr
haven?
Yes,
thank
you
very
much.
So
measure
passes
you
met
unanimously
of
the
members
present.
Thank
you
very
much.
I
believe
we
can
move
on
to
the
next
couple
of
items
which
are
both
staff
closes,
so
we
will
be
doing
them
together.
The
same
way
we
did
the
earlier
ones
and
just
take
one
motion
at
the
end,
so
miss
kaufman.
D
Thank
you,
madam
chair.
The
next
account
is
the
controller's
office
debt
recovery.
Account
fiscal
staff
is
responsible
for
developing
the
closing
recommendations
for
this
budget.
The
committee
has
not
heard
previously.
This
budget
provides
the
money
within
the
excuse
me.
The
debt
recovery
account
may
only
be
used
to
support
the
debt
collection
efforts
of
the
state
controller.
A
C
C
C
C
A
E
Chair,
I
I
move
that
close
budget
101.1140
as
governor
recommended
with
authority
for
staff
to
make
technical
adjustments.
I
also
move
that
we
close
budget
four,
three
nine
two:
zero
with
governors
recommended
and
authority
for
staff
to
make
technical
adjustments,
adjustments
as
well.
A
B
B
Yes,
sorry
is
senator
candazaro,
yes,
senator
dennis.
A
A
E
C
F
A
A
C
A
A
It's
9
41.,
let's
give
folks
a
minute
or
so
we'll
stand
at
ease
for
just
a
moment
and
allow
folks
to
call
into
the
public
comment
line,
and
public
comment
is
open
to
all
members
of
the
public
to
comment
on
things
that
have
not
come
before
the
committee
today.
So
with
that,
we'll
give
it
a
moment
and
we'll
go
from
there.
