Third
reading.
B
F
Lange,
thank
you.
Madam
president,
assembly
bill
1
revises
the
training
required
for
newly
elected
legislators
to
also
include
a
discussion
of
local
governments
in
nevada.
The
discussion
must
include
overviews
of
one
the
structure
and
authority
of
local
governments,
two,
the
financial
administration
of
local
governments
and
three,
the
services
provided
by
local
governments.
The
measure
is
effective
january
1,
2022.
A
H
H
Haemophilus
influenza
type
b
is
a
bacteria
that
was
originally
thought
to
be
a
virus
later
de
refined.
As
a
bacteria
in
18
18
92.,
the
first
vaccine
was
developed
in
1977.
H
H
That
would
kill
children,
so
we
have
over
a
100
year
period
of
a
bacteria
being
identified
and
now
being
universally
applied
in
a
vaccine
around
the
world,
whereas
we
have
a
vaccine
now
that
is
developed
and
and
effective.
That
would
allow
us
to
look
at
opening
up
this
building,
opening
up
the
economy
and
protecting
health.
H
So,
in
less
than
a
year,
science
has
developed
a
vaccine
that
has
been
very
powerful,
and
so
I
would
recommend
that
we
consider
the
blessings
that
we've
had
with
one
year
having
the
ability
to
do
as
much
as
we
have,
and
even
quoting
now,
90
percent
effectiveness
within
one
year
versus
100
years.
Thank
you,
madam
president.
