A
Thank
you
very
much.
I
appreciate
that
so
good
afternoon.
Everyone
welcome
to
our
last
ifc
of
this
particular
interim
and
once
we
get
to
carson
city,
it
turns
over
to
the
senate.
So
this
is
the
last
ifc
for
the
assam
as
far
as
being
chair
of
the
assembly.
So
with
that,
I
believe
we
can
go
ahead
and
call
the.
B
D
C
E
B
A
And
I
am
here,
thank
you
all
very
much
so
with
that
item
agenda
number
b
is
public
comment,
because
there
is
no
physical
location
for
this
meeting.
Today,
public
comment
may
be
made
by
calling
into
the
phone
number
that
was
designated
on
the
agenda
either
through
email,
fax
or
regular
mail.
We'll
now
go
to
broadcast.
We
will
open
up
with
public
comment,
two
minutes
each
and
up
to
30
minutes,
and
any
other
public
comment
will
be
taken
at
the
end
of
the
meeting
so
with
that
broadcast
services.
A
All
right,
thank
you
very
much
that
allows
us
to
go
ahead
and
move
forward
with
our
next
item
committee
members,
since
this
meeting
is
being
held
conducted
virtually
our
senate
fiscal
analyst,
mr
thorley
will
be
assisting
us
in
conducting
the
roll
call
vote
for
each
of
the
items
that
will
be
requiring
a
vote
given
the
virtual
environment,
it's
difficult
to
tell
who's
present
and
who's
voting.
So
please
do
keep
your
cameras
on
and
we
will
be
doing
votes
by
roll
call
well
with
the
assistance
of
mr
thorley.
A
So
with
that,
I
believe
we'll
go
ahead
and
go
to
item
number
c.
I
will
turn
this
portion
over
to
miss
kaufman
to
go
through
the
work
programs
that
are
listed
on
item
c,
to
identify
the
items
that
are
being
held
for
further
discussion,
and
then
we
will
open
it
up
to
committee
members
to
add
any
other
items
that
they
would
like
to
hold
for
discussion,
so
miss
kaufman.
If
you
would
like
to
proceed.
B
Thank
you,
madam
chair
c75,
on
page
14,
the
department
of
veterans
services,
southern
nevada
veterans
home,
has
been
identified
for
further
consideration
and
has
been
suggested
to
be
heard
with
items
f2.
B
That
is
the
only
item
in
agenda
item
c,
and
there
are
no
items
identified
on
the
informational
items
list
that
have
been
identified
for
further
discussion.
A
Thank
you
very
much
miss
kaufman.
I
do
know
that
I
believe
item
c77
includes
some
federal
funds
from
the
centers
for
disease
control,
immunization
and
vaccine
for
children
cooperative
agreement.
I
believe
that
item
we
would
like
to
have
a
little
bit
further
discussion
on,
so
I
would
like
item
c77
to
be
available
also,
and
then,
dr
titus,
did
you
have
an
item
that
you
were
wishing
to
follow.
F
Yes,
thank
you,
madam
chair.
I
also
had
requested
77,
so
thank
you
for
that
and
c34.
A
A
C
C
C
C
G
C
C
C
C
A
C
B
H
C
C
A
I
I
This
work
program
requests
the
transfer
of
authority
in
the
amount
of
1
million
hundred
and
eighteen
thousand
three
hundred
and
seventy
one
dollars
from
budget
account.
2561
reserves
and
2561
is
our
southern
nevada,
state
veterans,
home
and
the
money
would
be
transferred
to
state
public
works
to
fund
a
chiller
replacement
project.
I
So
again,
by
funding
this
project,
we'll
still
have
well
over
the
65
days
of
reserve,
will
be
at
81.67
days
of
reserve.
If
it's
funded
now
onto
the
specifics
of
the
project,
we
have
two
existing
chillers
one
failed
in
march
of
2020.,
we've
been
renting
a
chiller
as
a
temporary
replacement
until
the
project
could
be
completed.
I
We
have
requested
this
in
the
cip
project
in
the
2021
cip,
but
if
we
wait
for
the
cip
to
be
approved
will
continue
to
have
recurring
costs
of
cost
of
about
15
000
a
month,
and
so
this
would
reduce
the
cost
associated
with
the
rental
and
the
operation
of
the
temporary
replacement.
Chiller
and
again,
it
would
still
leave
us
with
81
days
of
reserve.
I
Well
above
the
61
days,
state
public
works
is
requested
to
modify
the
scope
and
request
additional
authority
on
project
m06
to
include
this
chiller
replacement
and
madam
chair
during
the
budget
briefing
earlier
this
last
week,
you
mentioned
that
you
did
not
think
this
was
presented
as
a
cip.
Last
session,
you
were
correct.
I
Nevada
department
of
veterans
services
presented
it
to
the
cip
board
last
session,
but
it
was
not
approved
by
state
public
works
board
to
move
forward
to
the
governor's
recommended
budget,
so
you
did
not
see
it
in
the
legislature
and
as
a
recap,
net
reserves
after
the
pending
work
would
be
five
million.
Three
hundred
and
fifty
five
thousand
seven
hundred
and
sixty
six
or
eighty
one
point
six
seven
days
of
reserves
remaining.
Should
we
purchase
the
chiller
with
the
reserves
rather
than
wait
to
go
to
the
cip
and
madam
chair.
That
is
my
presentation.
A
Thank
you
very
much
miss
miller
and
thank
you
for
clarifying
that
that
it
did
act
didn't
actually
come
to
us.
I
think
I
would
have
remembered
that
one.
So
I'm
glad
we
got
that
on
the
record.
A
So
as
we
move
forward
with
this,
if
the
ifc
does
approve
this
today,
then
we
would
just
argue
we
would
just
remove
the
other
request
from
the
budget
that
will
be
heard
beginning
next
week
and
and
go
from
there.
Is
that
correct.
A
I
Madam
chair,
the
cost
is
15
000
a
month
to
rent
the
chiller,
and
so
you
know
that
would
depend
on
when
state
public
works
could
actually
put
it
in.
So
if
it
was
approved
in
the
cip
would
depend
on
when
the
money
was
and
then
what
their
priority
of
projects
are.
So
I'm
not,
I
couldn't
say
exactly
how
much,
but
if
I'm
speculating,
maybe
10
months
at
15,
000
to
be
150
000
but
state
public
works
might
have
a
better
feel
for
that.
H
Good
afternoon,
madam
chair
carltons,
this
is
ward,
patrick
administrator
for
the
public
works
division
regarding
the
chiller
project
proposed
tiller
project
at
the
veterans
home,
a
question
might
be
asked
is
why
don't
we
wait
and
put
this
in
the
cip
and
timing
is
everything
here.
So
if
we
can
get
started
now
with
the
design
of
this
project,
there
will
be
one
cooling
season
which
a
rented
chiller
will
still
need
to
be
used.
So
this
estimated
number
of
150
000
will
be
one
of
those
time
periods.
H
Now,
if,
if
this
project
is
not
approved
at
an
ifc
item
here,
it
will
delay
the
project
just
those
four
or
five
months,
moving
back
to
approval
in
june,
if
it
went
into
the
cip,
would
cause
the
need
for
this
rented
chiller
to
be
utilized
for
two
cooling
seasons,
so
that
would
be
you
know,
150
000
this
summer
and
then
the
estimate
by
veteran
services
150
000
next
summer,
so
we're
proposing
that
this
project
be
approved
now
to
mitigate
using
the
rented
chiller
for
two
cooling
seasons.
G
J
A
C
H
Ward,
patrick
for
the
record
yeah
this
type
of
chiller.
We
we
expect
to
last
about
20
years,
and
so
the
veterans
home
was
originally
came
online
almost
20
years
ago.
Right
now,
it
was
funded
in
1997
and
construction
was
completed
in
approximately
the
year
2000,
and
so
these
two
chillers
and
this
whole
chiller
plant
is
20
years
old
now
and
it's
like
right
on
the
expected
useful
life.
H
So
this
was
a
project
that
was
requested
by
veteran
services
of
our
board
during
the
last
cycle
and,
of
course,
that
chiller
was
18
or
19
years
old,
then,
and
we
expect
these
chillers
to
meet
their
life
expectancy
and
go
beyond,
and
so
you
know
in
conversations
with
veteran
services.
H
At
that
point
it
was
decided
that
it
could
wait,
and
so
now,
as
it
turns
out,
you
know
shortly
after
that
decision
is
made
one
of
the
chillers
fails,
and
so
now
we're
sitting
here
today
trying
to
mitigate
these
rental
costs
in
their
operating
budget.
Thank
you
for
the
question.
I
Madam
chair
cat
miller,
for
the
record,
if
I
could
add
to
that
it
would
replace
both
chillers.
The
other
problem
we
have
is
the
current
shillers
use.
R22
refrigerant
and
the
r22
refrigerant
is
no
longer
manufactured,
making
it
scarce
and
very
expensive
and
again
both
chillers
are
past
their
useful
life
of
20
years,
even
though
only
one
has
sold
at
this
point.
D
A
A
Seeing
none,
then
I
believe
we
can
go
ahead
and
process
item
c75
along
with
f2,
so
I
would
accept
a
motion
to
approve
from
senator
dennis
and
a
second
from
miss
benitez-thompson
questions
or
comments
on
the
motion.
K
B
C
A
C
C
C
C
A
C
D
E
D
C
A
Hi,
thank
you
very
much,
mr
thorley.
So
with
that
committee
members
we'll
go
to
item
c34,
which
was
requested
to
be
pulled
by
dr
titus,
dr
titus.
If
you'd
like
to
go
ahead
and
state
your
question
or
concern,
and
we
will
try
to
pull
up
the
appropriate
person
in
brook
with
broadcast
services.
F
Grant
great,
thank
you,
madam
chair,
really
is
connected
with
c77
the
same
department
and
really
same
concerns,
except
that
in
34.
F
My
questions
resolving
around
a
number
of
issues
actually
and
I
need
to
know
the
ups
up-
an
update
on
the
vaccine
calling
center
and
if
any
of
these
funds
or
combined
funds
are
going
to
be
helpful
for
facilitating
the
vaccine
collin
center,
it
has
been
down
and
then
up
and
just
really
people
are
frustrated.
So
will
any
of
these
funds
be
going
to
augment
that
vaccine
calling
center.
F
Absolutely
julia,
thank
you
or
miss
peak.
Thank
you
for
being
on.
L
Absolutely
again,
julia
peek
for
the
record,
so
we
have
set
up
a
call
center
primarily
to
allow
us
a
single
source
of
information
and
to
direct
all
those
residents
who
are
either
have
general
questions
or
specifically
need
help
getting
an
appointment.
That's
been
live
a
day
so
far
it
started.
Yesterday
we
took
210
calls
yesterday
over
400
calls
today
so
far.
That
is
not
funded
out
of
either
of
these
funding
streams.
L
You
have
in
front
of
you
today
that
is
going
to
be
funded
out
of
charge
relief
funds
dollars
that
we
had
in
the
dpbh
budget
account.
It
is
a
statewide
call
center.
It's
going
to
operate
seven
days
per
week,
eight
hours
per
day
to
really
help
people,
as
I
mentioned,
with
a
number
of
vaccination,
related
challenges.
L
F
Great
thank
you
and
then
under
a
specific
expenditure
schedule
for
this.
F
One
that
you
submitted
was
vaccine
shipping
to
small
providers.
It
was
down
for
30
30
000,
and
can
you
identify
where
those
small
providers
are?
Where
was
that
being
sent.
G
A
good
morning
or
afternoon,
this
is
carissa
loper,
with
the
division
of
public
and
behavioral
health.
To
answer
your
question,
dr
titus,
that
summary
you're
looking
at
is
from
the
first
supplement.
It
was
repurposed
for
this
second
supplement.
Those
redistributions
have
already
occurred.
That
was
the
redistributions
we
did
in
the
first
and
second
week
of
the
response
december
14th
and
the
week
of
december
14th
in
the
week
of
december
21st,
so
that
has
already
occurred.
F
G
F
Then,
are
you
telling
me
that
the
page
that
you
submitted
to
to
justify
and
the
use
of
these
funds
is
not
the
accurate
page
and
you've?
Actually
you
it's
being
used
for
something
different
than
what
I'm
looking
at
on
your
justification,
page,
which
included
the
distribution
to
small
providers
just
trying
to
where
see.
Do
the
math
and
see
whether
this
is
all
going
and
that's
what
you
included
as
a
justification.
G
Yes,
sam,
thank
you
for
the
question
so
to
clarify
this
funding.
It
builds
upon
the
1.8
million.
It
is
only
extending
out
some
state
staff
contracted
staff
that
have
been
added
on
for
the
response
through
june
30th
2022,
which
was
what
this
supplement
two
goes
through
and
then
it
the
remainder
of
the
funding
of
the
1.2
million,
which
is
about
a
hundred
thousand,
will
go
to.
Excuse
me,
the
three
local
health
districts
in
immunized,
nevada,.
F
Okay,
great
because
that
makes
more
sense
to
me
it
just
what
you
submitted
as
your
documentation
didn't
go
along
with
what
you
were
asking
for.
So
that's
hence,
hence
my
question
regarding
that
and
then-
and
so
maybe
you
can
chew
it
up
and
maybe
send
out.
You
know
a
supplement
on
where
those
funds
were
going
to
go
and
the
next
question
I
had
was
we
heard
on
a
in
a
conference
or
a
testimony
that
there
were
actually
some
not
today,
but
that
there's
actually
been
the
charge
for
ministering
the
vaccine.
F
We
know
that
the
individuals
don't
have
to
pay
for
the
vaccine,
but
we
know
that
there's
a
cost
to
all
of
this
are
we?
Are
we
then
being?
Are
they
being
charged
to
administer
the
vaccine
by
wherever
we
distribute
it?
Do
we
get
a
charge
for
that.
G
Dr
titus,
this
is
carissa
loper,
I'm
not
sure,
understand
the
question
we
we,
the
state
immunization
program,
are
not
paying
providers
to
administer
the
vaccine,
so
any
vaccine
administration
fee
would
need
to
be
billed
for
by
the
proper
parties.
G
Individual
nevadans
or
americans
should
not
be
being
charged
in
out
of
pocket
cost
when
they
receive
a
covid
vaccine
and
any
time
we
hear
about
it,
we
are
addressing
it
at
an
individual
level
to
ensure
that
we
get
out
division
of
insurance
and
other
federal
information.
That's
addressing
that
aspect.
F
In
another
budget
hearing
we
did
hear
that
there
was
an
administrative
fee
that
they
were
counting
on
some
other
expenses,
but
in
a
different
department,
and
I
can
send
that
to
you
again.
You
know
why
I
want
to
discuss
one
other
budgets
of
the
department's
budgets
in
this
particular
hearing,
because
that's
not
not
appropriate,
but
there
was
a
statement
that
they
were
having
an
expenditure
for
an
administration
fee
to
give
this
vaccine,
and
I
was
just
wondering
how
that
all
fits-
and
I
can
get
the
details
too
on
that
one
in
particular.
F
So
so
I
appreciate
that
and
then,
but
my
final
question
is
on
on
the
vaccine
numbers
I
think
just-
and
this
is
a
question
not
and
not
whether
you
have
on
your
budget
details
or
not,
but
we're
hearing
that
we're
getting
less
and
less
actually
supplies,
and
I
think
the
state
has
done
a
tremendous
job
under
the
circumstances
of
of
administering
the
vaccine.
There's
glitches
along
the
way.
We
understand
all
that,
but
now
I'm
hearing
that
we're
going
to
have
a
a
a
decrease,
maybe
in
the
number
of
vaccines.
F
M
Yeah,
thank
you.
This
is
candace
mcdaniel
for
the
record.
Thank
you,
dr
titus.
I
think
a
lot
of
the
conversation
is
is
truly
around
this
lower
allocation
and
so
not
necessarily
as
we've
seen
over
like
the
last
four
weeks
as
an
example,
we've
been
receiving
a
very
static
low
allocation
over
the
last
month
or
so,
and
so
our
I
really
want
to
support
that.
Those
second
doses
are
still
allocated
they're
still
available,
and
they
can
still
be
shipped.
We
don't
want
any
nevadan
to
miss
their
second
dose.
M
So
what
we're
really
truly
talking
about
is
over
the
last
couple
of
weeks,
a
lot
of
our
counties
have
really
been
scaling
up
their
their
operations
to
really
evaluate
what
their
capacity
is
truly
in
the
hope
that
in
the
future
we'll
be
receiving
a
lot
more
vaccine
as
we
move
through
the
response,
and
so
as
they've
been
scaling
up
these
practices
and
operations.
M
You
know
they
were
obviously
able
to
get
to
a
throughput
point
where
they
felt
very
comfortable
about
what
their
capacity
to
be
or
could
be.
But
unfortunately,
you
know
the
supply
doesn't
meet
the
demand
at
this
point,
and
so,
although
we're
able
to
scale
up
our
operations
at
a
county
level,
the
especially
the
first
dose
allocations
are
very
static
and
so
we're
still
continuing
to
get
those
and
but
we're
just
not
seeing
the
increase
that
we
would
hope
for.
F
If
I
might
madam
chair
and
this
actually
looks
at
77
and
your
justification
underneath
77
and
you
included
a
a
comment
page
on
there
about
on
the
importance
of
of
increasing
this
vaccine
to
certain
populations
that
we
know
are
underserved
and
we
we
voted
that
there
was
a
healthcare
crisis
for
minorities
in
our
state
that
the
underserved,
and
that
this
was
to
go
to
make,
make
sure
that
the
specific
needs
of
african-americans
hispanic
population
and
those
that
traditionally
aren't
accessing
care
that
this
vaccine
was
made
available
to
them.
F
Not
not
that
they're
up
in
the
tier,
but
they
have.
You
know
the
same
needs
and
and
the
same
healthcare
issues,
if
not
more,
sometimes,
especially
in
certain
subsets
of
with
diabetes
and
all,
and
I'm
just
wondering
what
the
outreach
is
not
that
we
moved
them
up
or
sideways,
or
anything
just
to
make
sure
that
they're
aware
of
the
vaccine
and-
and
I
know
our
attorney
general-
pointed
out
the
need
for
increased
confidence
in
those
communities
in
the
vaccination
process.
And
I
just
wondered
since
that
was
in
here
as
part
of
your
justification.
M
Thank
you,
dr
titus.
This
is
candice
mcdaniel
for
the
record,
especially
particularly
to
this
new
federal
funding
and
this
larger
amount.
M
What
we're
looking
at
and
and
truly
held
in
in
the
requirements
are
to
support
local
community
vaccination
activities,
fund
community-based
organizations
directly,
who
are
communicating
with
or
serving
racial
or
ethnic
or
other
minority
and
underserved
groups
in
nevada
and
funding,
specifically
to
support
the
creation
of
a
vaccine
equity
task
force
and
that's
in
collaboration
with
immunized
nevada,
the
minority
health
coalition.
Among
other
you
know,
other
novel
deal,
novel
ideas
to
increase.
You
know
the
the
immunization
rates,
while
also
meaning
these
new
federal
funding
funding
requirements.
M
There's
also
requirements
embedded
in
this
new
funding
guidance
to
expand
all
of
the
existing
immunization
structure,
engaging
in
additional
and
new
partnerships,
which
is,
I
think,
really
critical
to
really
uphold
all
of
those
points
that
you've
previously
brought
up
and
really
implementing
new
and
new,
and
in
evaluating
some
new
strategies
to
really
reach
these
populations
and
I'll
actually
hand
it
over
to
deputy
chief
chris
loper
to
talk
through
some
very
specific
activities.
G
Thank
you
candace.
So
dr
titus,
some
of
the
things
immunized
nevada
is
working
with
community
partners
to
mobilize
and
has
already
mobilized
includes
hiring
community
health
workers.
They
have
a
chw
team,
that's
working
throughout
the
urban
counties
as
well
as
the
rural
counties.
G
Their
chws
do
assist
us
with
every
county
call
in
order
to
help
the
counties
mobilize
vaccines
within
their
geographic
regions,
we're
also
they
are
also
hosting
a
county-wide
landing
page.
So
if
you
are
interested
in
finding
out
what
your
county's
plans
are,
what
group
they're
currently
working
to
to
immunize.
G
Nvcovidfider.Org
is
a
a
url
that
will
take
you
to
the
main
site
for
immunize
nevada,
and
then
you
can
click
a
button
that
says,
see
your
county's
plan
and
that's
being
populated,
with
information
directly
from
each
county.
Emergency
manager
and
health
lead
to
do
that.
So
that's
some
of
the
examples
of
the
direct
outreach
we're
doing
also
working
to
engage
faith-based
organizations
again.
G
The
minority,
health
and
equity
coalition,
as
well
as
the
nevada
office
of
minority
health
and
equity,
are
participating
significantly
with
immunized
nevada
to
ensure
that
we
target
our
messaging
appropriately
and
get
it
to
those
communities.
F
Very
thank
you
for
that,
because
we
know
that
these
disparities
go
way
beyond
this
covid
crisis
that
it's
not
just
getting
them
the
cova
vaccine.
We've
got
to
be
able
to
get
them
the
flu
vaccine,
the
basic
vaccines,
the
dpts
and
all
of
those.
So
thank
you
for
that,
and
hopefully
that
this
this
can
move
beyond
the
covet
crisis,
which
is
obviously
huge,
but
there's
so
many
other
issues
in
our
state.
So
thank
you
for
all
you're
doing
stay
safe
out
there
and
appreciate
that
you're
helping
all
nevadans.
Thank
you.
Thank
you,
madam
chair.
K
Thank
you,
madam
chair.
I
don't
have
a
question,
but
I
do
have
a
comment
for
our
presenters.
I
just
wanted
to
thank
you
for
the
outreach
that
you
have
been
doing
when
legislators
have
reached
out
to
you
to
have
town
halls,
virtual
town
halls,
to
come
out
to
the
community,
to
hold
flu
shot
clinics
and
get
the
word
out
about
the
covet
vaccine
and
the
marginalized
communities,
especially
our
african
american
and
our
hispanic
communities.
K
You
guys
have
answered
every
call,
you've
attended
everything
that
we've
asked
for
you
to
attend,
and
I
just
wanted
to
let
you
know
today
if
I
haven't
before
that,
we
truly
appreciate
the
work
that
you're
doing
with
us
to
get
the
word
out
in
the
community,
both
about
the
copic
vaccine,
about
getting
tested
for
covet
and
to
help
administer
the
flu
vaccines
in
those
communities.
So
thank
you.
A
All
right
so
that
pretty
much
covers
item
34
and
what
I'd
like
to
do
committee
is
do
34
and
77
together.
They
have
a
lot
of.
I
think
a
number
of
questions
have
already
been
answered
on
77
that
were
included
in
34,
so
I'm
going
to
go
ahead
and
open
it
up
to
item
number
77.
Also
so,
dr
titus,
if
there
was
any
other
questions,
you
had
on
77
go
ahead
and
do
those
now
so
that
we
can
just
process
everything
all
at
one
time
and.
F
Madam
chair,
I
appreciate
you
have
letting
me
have
the
leeway
when
I
was
going
off
on
34
and
on
the
77.
So
all
my
questions
for
77
have
been
asked
and
answered.
So
I
appreciate
the
second
chance.
F
A
A
If
you
go
looking,
you
can
find
the
information.
So
I
appreciate
that
so
if
there
are
no
other
comments
from
any
other
committee
members
at
this
time,
any
other
questions
I
would
go
ahead
and
accept
a
motion
to
process
item
34
and
c
77
I'll
take
a
picture
from
assemblywoman
monroe
moreno.
Second,
second
from
dr
titus
any
questions
or
comments
on
the
motion.
A
C
C
C
G

D
Senator
ratty,
yes,
senator
seaver's
cancer,
yes
chair
vice
chair,
brooks.
C
A
Thank
you
very
much,
mr
thorley
senator
sieberskanster
had
to
step
away
for
just
a
moment.
We
know
some
of
the
barriers
when
you're
working
virtually
and
she
would
like
to
have
her
votes
recorded
on
the
previous
votes.
So
senator
if
you'd
like
to
inform
mr
thorley.
C
C
A
B
B
A
A
B
C
Hi,
I
am
paul
dyla,
I'm
the
executive
director
and
general
counsel
of
the
commission
and
I'm
accompanied
by.
A
C
One
one
case
in
particular
has
depleted
about
75
percent
of
our
operating
budget,
which
leaves
us
very
little
funds
until
the
end
of
the
fiscal
year,
and
we
have
a
trial
scheduled
in
the
next
month
or
two
which
is
scheduled
for
a
week
and,
of
course,
pending
investigations,
etc
until
the
end
of
the
fiscal
year,
so
that
pretty
much
sums
up
where
we
are
at,
and
I
stand
ready
to
answer
any
questions.
Thank
you.
A
Not
seeing
or
hearing
anyone
wishing
to
be
recognized,
thank
you
very
much.
Let's
go
ahead
and
go
to
item
number
e2
office
of
the
military
request
for
allocation
of
816
237
dollars
to
cover
the
cost
associated
with
the
implementation
and
operation
of
the
nevada,
use,
challenge
program
and
the
maintenance
of
the
national
guard
facilities.
C
Good
afternoon,
madam
chair,
this
is
cheryl
tyler
for
the
record.
Eight
office
of
the
military
is
requesting
an
allocation
of
eight
hundred,
sixteen
thousand
two
hundred
thirty
seven
dollars
to
cover
associated
costs
in
the
implementation
and
operation
of
the
national
guard,
youth
challenge
program
and
the
maintenance
of
nevada
nevada
guard
facilities.
C
This
were
funds
that
were
approved
legislatively
to
be
available
for
state
fiscal
year.
2020
and
state
fiscal
year.
2021,
however,
were
inadvertently
reverted
to
state
general
fund
at
the
end
of
state
fiscal
year,
2020
and-
and
we
missed
the
ifc
august
ifc
for
this.
With
that,
we
are
available
to
answer
any
questions
with
me
is
general
berry,
our
director
and
ms
lauren
shulman,
the
administrator
for
youth
challenge
program.
Thank
you.
A
Right
are
there
any
questions
of
any
committee
members?
We
just
had
major
general
barry
with
us
the
other
day
going
over
some
items.
So
are
there
any.
A
Questions
not
seeing
anyone
or
hearing
anyone
wishing
to
be
recognized.
Okay,
thank
you
very
much.
We
appreciate
you
being
here
and
giving
us
the
update
on
the
item
so
committee
members.
If
there
are
no
object
objections,
I
believe
we
can
go
ahead
and
process
items
number
e1
and
e2
and
I
would
accept
a
motion
from
chair
brooks
and
our
vice
chair
brooks
and
a
second
from
assemblywoman
tolls.
Any
questions
or
comments
on
the
motion.
A
Hearing
none
seeing
none,
mr
thorley,
if
you
could
go
ahead
and
call
the
role
please.
D
C
C
C
D
C
C
C
C
C
C
A
C
B
C
C
A
Thank
you
very
much,
mr
thorley.
I
believe
that
takes
us
to
item
f1
department
of
administration
state
public
works.
This
is
the
request
to
expand
the.
H
Good
afternoon
sheriff
carlton
vice
chair,
brooks
and
members
of
the
committee
item.
F1
adds
federal
funding
and
department
of
veterans
services,
funds
to
project
1904,
the
columbarium
expansion
at
northern
nevada
veterans,
memorial
cemetery
infernally.
The
veterans
affairs
federal
agency
has
agreed
to
increase
the
funding
for
this
important
project.
H
H
A
C
Yeah,
I
just
wanted
to
ask
mr
patrick
about
the
increase
in
the
per
unit
construction
costs
and
what's
driving,
that.
H
Yes,
thank
you.
There
are
three
main
items
in
this
project.
One
is
and
to
just
summarize,
what's
driving,
that
is
the
recent
costs
that
we've
seen
in
some
of
the
site
work
that
we've
been
bidding
recently.
Also,
we've
taken
a
closer
look
at
some
of
the
historic
costs.
The
last
time
we
did
this
project
at
the
boulder
city
cemetery,
and
so
we
feel
that
these
costs
are
now
going
to
create
a
successful
project.
And
again
this
increasing
cost
is
going
to
be
funded
with
federal
funds.
Thank
you.
C
Are
you
so
you're
confident
that
100
of
those
costs
are
including
the
additional
is
going
to
be
reimbursed
by
federal
funds.
H
Yes,
the
construction
is
an
allowable
cost
with
the
federal
funds,
and
that
is
where
the
increase
is
they.
They
don't
allow
costs
like
our
project
management,
inspection
fees
and
that
has
not
changed
and
has
not
planned
to
change.
A
Seeing
none,
I
would
go
ahead
and
accept
a
motion
to
process
item
number
f1
from
senator
brooks
and
a
second
from
ms
benitez
thompson.
Any
questions
or
comments
on
the
motion.
N
N
C
C
C
C
A
C
B
C
A
Thank
you,
mr
thorley.
I
appreciate
that
so
I
believe
now
we
can
go
to
item
number
f3,
which
is
the
in
the
exemption
report.
H
Patrick
for
the
record,
we
haven't
addressed
the
exception
report
in
quite
some
time,
but
so
we
have
a
few
exceptions.
Exceptions
on
this
report.
The
both
the
cemetery
projects
are
on
this
report,
which
are
falling
in
the
same
vein
as
what
was
just
approved,
which
is
the
need
for
a
state
match.
And
although
there's
a
couple
other
projects,
we've
worked
to
revise
the
amount
of
federal
funding
up
from.
D
H
Than
10
million
to
10
million
for
the
marlette
lake
dam
rehabilitation
project
and
so
at
a
future
ifc
meeting
we're
planning
on
coming
to
get
that
federal
funding
amount.
Increased
then
also
there's
another
item
on
that
list,
which
is
the
emergency
generators
for
the
purchasing
state
purchasing
in
up
in
north
in
reno
sparks
area,
and
so
again,
we've
applied
for
a
federal
emergency
management
grant
and
we're
planning
on
receiving
that
as
needed.
H
So
if,
if
the
needs
of
that
project
exceed
the
state
funding,
then
those
federal
funds
will
be
used,
and
so
that
is
taken
in
that
order.
H
To
avoid-
and
I
forget
the
federal
term
but
to
avoid
supplanting-
and
so
if
indeed
our
bids
come
in
high,
we'll
have
kind
of
an
insurance
policy
on
that
generator
project,
and
I
believe
those
are
the
items
that
are
in
the
exception
report.
Thank
you.
A
And
thank
you,
mr
patrick.
Your
voice
came
through
loud
and
clear.
However,
your
video
was
off,
but
that's
fine.
We
got
the
information.
That's
all
that
counts
just
wanted
to
give
a
heads
up
so
with
committee
members.
Are
there
any
questions
on
this?
There's
no
action
to
be
taken.
It's
merely
to
keep
us
in
the
loop
on
what's
going
on.
Are
there
any
questions.
A
A
So
if
we
could
go
ahead
and
address
item
g1a
department
of
education
requesting
approval
to
accept
a
donation
from
ikea,
u.s
community
foundation,.
J
The
previous
cost
estimates
that
were
prepared
by
the
state
public
works
division
in
september
of
2020
estimated
that
this
project
would
cost
approximately
700
thousand
dollars,
and
so,
with
the
approval
of
the
receipt
of
this
grant,
we
will
begin
working
with
them
to
update
the
cost
estimates
and
hopefully
move
forward
with
this
project.
I'm
happy
to
answer
any
questions
that
you
have.
A
A
J
Heidi
hearts
for
the
record,
other
projects
were
considered.
We
did
take
into
consideration
the
fact
that
the
state
department
of
education
here
in
nevada
has
received
a
number
of
additional
federal
dollars
through
the
cares
act
and
we
have
additional
dollars
coming
forward
with
sr2
and
gear.
Two.
J
The
unmet
need
for
the
department
and
the
fact
that
it,
the
cip
request
that
was
originally
prepared
by
the
state
public
works
division
and
did
not
move
forward
because
alternative
funding
had
been
identified
that
alternative
funding
being
this
donation.
So
we
we
believe
that
that's
in
the
best
interest
at
this
point
in
time.
A
Hearing
none,
we
can
we'll
go
ahead
and
move
forward
item

b:
ms
hart's:
a
request
for
approval
to
accept
a
donation
of
seven
million
five
hundred
thousand
dollars
from
tesla
to
support
the
robotic
science
technology,
engineering
and
math
otherwise
known
as
stem
and
sustainability
education
programs.
Would
you
like
to
elaborate
on
that?
Please.
J
Thank
you,
madam
chair,
for
the
record,
heidi
hearts.
As
you
indicated,
this
request
is
to
accept
the
gift
funds
from
tesla
into
the
education
gift
fund.
Once
we
have
approval
from
the
interim
finance
committee,
tesla
will
be
sending
us
their
contribution
for
the
first
part
of
this
calendar
year
upon
receipt
of
those
funds.
We
will
disburse
those
funds
to
the
organizations
that
have
been
identified
by
tesla,
who
will
carry
out
programs
and
activities
related
to
education
in
the
areas
that
you
identified,
which
would
include
robotics
stem
and
other
educational
programs.
A
C
J
Heidi
hearts,
for
the
record
I
do,
and
we
did
share
that
with
lcd
staff.
Previously
clark,
county
school
district
will
be
receiving
25
thousand
dollars.
Community
in
schools
will
be
receiving
approximately
eighty
four
thousand
environment
will
be
receiving
approximately
one
hundred
and
fifteen
thousand
dollars.
Jobs
for
nevada's
graduates
will
receive
approximately
hundred
and
eighty
five
thousand
dollars.
The
nevada
museum
of
art
will
receive
approximately
three
hundred
and
thirteen
thousand
dollars
road
trip.
Nation
will
receive
approximately
fifteen
thousand
dollars.
Robotics
education
and
competition
foundation
will
receive
approximately
one
million
dollars.
J
C
I
am
really
struggling
with
these
buttons
today
I
apologize.
I
appreciate
that,
if
I
could
follow
up,
madam
chair
sure
go
ahead,
and
this
is
this
is
part
of
tesla's
stipulated
contribution
to
the
state,
as
as
part
of
their
tax
abatement
program
is.
Is
that
correct.
J
Eddie
hearts
for
the
record
that
is
correct.
Tesla
has
committed
to
making
a
total
of
37.5
million
dollars
worth
of
donations
towards
projects
such
as
this
to
support
k-12
education
over
a
five-year
period
of
time,
and
that
began
in
fiscal
year
2019..
A
J
Heidi
hearts
for
the
record.
Thank
you,
madam
chair.
We're
requesting
authority
for
the
donations
that
are
expected
over
the
course
of
the
fiscal
year,
and
the
list
of
projects
that
we
have
received
will
correspond
to
the
amount
of
the
first
contribution
that
we
are
expecting
from
tesla.
A
J
A
A
So
we
definitely
want
to
make
sure
that
we
monitor
that
the
money
does
go
where
those
activities
are
actually
being
done
and
not
just
used
in
in
other
areas.
So
please
do
let
us
know
how
that
actually
proceeds
when
we
as
we
go
forward.
Okay,
thank
you
right.
Are
there
any
other
questions
miss
senator
ganzer?
Did
you
have
a
question.
C
J
Heidi
hearts,
for
the
record,
we
receive
the
donations
from
tesla
over
the
course
of
each
fiscal
year
and
as
we
receive
their
donation,
we
also
are
given
the
list
of
recipients
of
the
funding.
So,
yes,
as
funding
is
received,
it
is
immediately
expended
again.
Tesla
manages
the
application
process
and
the
selection
process
for
the
projects
that
are
funded.
I
Thank
you.
I
just
wanted
to.
B
The
prior
donations,
because
there's
from
what
you
just
provided.
C
J
A
All
right,
I
believe
I
have
assemblywoman
miller
next.
K
Thank
you,
chair,
miss
hearts
if
you
could
just
clarify
a
bit
more
following
what
vice
chair
brooks
was
asking
about.
Maybe
if
we
could
hear
a
little
more
about
the
selection
process
that
we'll
be
receiving
the
grant
awards,
were
those
decisions
made
by
tesla
or
by
nde,
and
was
there
some
type
of
application
process
or
what?
What
actually
was
the
procedure
for
determining
go
to
each
entity.
J
A
You're
welcome
miss
miller
and
senator
dunder
alou.
B
So,
thank
you
very
much
chair,
miss
hearts
not
to
beat
the
dead
horse,
but
I'm
just
curious
about
the
same
thing
that
the
assembly
woman
was
asking
about,
because
if
I
remember
correctly
when
we
did
that
special
session
with
tesla,
I
I
remember
when
we
did
that
and
the
2018
year
was
decided.
B
I
thought
it
was
2018
2019.
I
thought
it
was
four
years
number
one
we've
already
lost
four
years
of
kids
that
have
already
graduated
and
then
we're
gonna
wait
another
five
years,
and
so
I
think
I'd
like
to
know
because
I
don't
remember
in
that
bill
anything
that
said
tesla
got
to
make
those
decisions.
B
I
thought
they
were
donations,
and
so
I'm
just
curious
about
this
whole
process,
how
people
are
chosen
and
what
is
going
on
in
the
process,
because
I
think
it's
really
important
that
we
understand
because
we've
got
people
in
there
that
are
not
necessarily
benefiting,
and
then
on
top
of
that
we've
got
the
largest
school
district
in
the
state,
getting
a
small
amount
of
funding.
In
my
opinion,.
J
The
sub
recipients
or
the
recipients
of
funding
vary
with
each
donation,
as
do
the
amounts
of
funding
that
are
allocated
so,
while
clark
county
school
district
is
designated
to
receive
a
relatively
small
amount
of
the
anticipated
distribution
of
funds.
In
the
past,
they
have
received
larger
amounts,
but
again
we're
happy
to
update
the
information
that
we
historically
distribute
to
the
members
of
the
interim
finance
committee
to
include
additional
information
for
all
of
you.
A
A
A
Any
questions
or
comments
on
the
motion,
I
believe
the
only
comment
I
would
make
is
we're
all
definitely
interested
in
getting
more
information
and
updated
a
little
bit
better
on
the
history
and
where
the
dollars
have
been.
We
look
forward
to
working
on
that,
so
we
will
be
definitely
asking
for
all
that
information.
C
C
C

Please
yes,
hello
committee
members
for
the

this

meredith

I
am
the
tahoe

manager
for
the
nevada
division
of
state
lands
and
I
apologize.
I
don't
have
a
camera,
I'm
actually
in
the
office
today
and
and
don't
have
a
camera
to
be
able
to
show
you
all
me,
but
I
can
see
everyone.
N
A
A
Not
seeing
any
not
hearing
any,
then
I
believe
we
can
go
ahead
and
move
forward
on
item
number
two.
C

C
C
C
D
C
E
C
A
Thank
you,
mr
thorley.
That
takes
us
item
three
was
withdrawn,
so
that
takes
us
to
item
number
four
department
of
wildlife,
and
this
is
alphabet
soup.
It's
items
a
through
j
if
we
could
go
ahead
and
pull
up
the
department
of
wildlife,
please,
and
because
there
are
so
many
items
here
if
they
could
just
brief,
give
us
a
very
brief
description
of
them
and
then
we'll
go
back
and
ask
questions.
E
E
We
have
10
donations
on
the
agenda
today
and
I'd
just
like
to
start
off
with
with
three
pieces
of
information
number
one,
that
this
donation
program
is
not
new
to
the
department
per
se,
but
relatively
new
to
this
agenda
due
to
some
past
uncertainty
regarding
the
statutory
requirements
to
accept
these
donated
funds,
the
total
that
the
department
is
requesting
for
authority
to
accept
today
is
1.9
million
and
we
anticipate
being
before
you
the
not
too
distant
future
with
upwards
of
perhaps
another
half
a
million
for
the
current
fiscal
year,
bringing
our
our
total
to
somewhere
in
the
neighborhood
of
two
and
a
half
million
dollars
donated,
and
that
represents
you
know
only
those
projects
in
excess
of
20
000
requiring
to
be
brought
before
you.

concludes
a
brief

of
those

projects.
Happy
to
try
to
answer
any
questions.
Should
there
be
any
man
of
chair
and
I
have
a
bevy
of
staffs
and
standing
by
if
there
are
questions
of
a
more
technical
nature.
A
Thank
you
very
much,
mr
wesley,
for
the
for
the
very
concise
explanation
and
description
of
all
the
items.
I
do
believe
it
is
appropriate
that
when
large
amounts
do
come
in
that
you
know
we're
made
aware
of
it
so
that
we
we
know
what's
going
on
in
each
individual
department.
So
thank
you
very
much
for
walking
us
through
that.
I
do
believe
vice
chair
brooks,
has
a
question
and
then
I'll
open
it
up
to
others
for
questions.
C
Thank
you,
madam
chair,
mr
wesley
is
on
all
these
ones
that
are
from
the
mining
companies.
Is
that
part
of
like
some
compensatory
mitigation
or
settlement,
or
is
it
just
a
a
gift
to
the
state
of
nevada
from
those
companies.
E
Yeah,
that's
a
that's.
A
very
good
question.
Vice
chair
brooks
thank
you.
These
are:
are
purely
voluntarily
contributed
donations.
There
are
some
instances
in
which
our
industry
partners
have
requirements
through
the
national
environmental
policy
act,
where
data
that
the
department
can
facilitate
can
sometimes
meet
their
obligations
for
a
nepa
analysis.
In
these
instances,
all
of
the
the
funds
that
are
on
your
agenda
today
are
voluntarily
offered
by
those
industry
partners
to
try
to
offset
any
impacts
or
mitigate
the
impacts
of
their
activities
on
the
landscape.
A
You
very
much
senator
good
question.
I
was
kind
of
thinking
the
same
thing,
other
committee
members,
any
other
questions
on
these
items.
C
E
Yeah,
thank
you
for
the
question.
Senator
gokuchi,
the
genetic
creek
effort
is
a
conservation
easement
effort
to
mitigate
some
of
their
impacts.
Elsewhere.
The
department
was
approached
by
not
only
land
owners
but
also
the
navy
in
an
effort
to
provide
some
conservation
benefit
that
would
assist
in
mitigating
impacts
elsewhere.
I
do
have
habitat
division
administrator
alan
jannay
on
today.
C
No
I'm
fine
with
that.
Mr
wasley,
I
I
was
just
curious.
You
know
why
genetic
but
yeah
it
makes
sense
it's
pristine
area.
Thank
you.
E
You're
very
welcome
senator.
I
might
also
add
that
it
is
critical
to
both
sage
grouse,
as
well
as
a
mule
deer
migration
corridor.
So
it's
it's
recognized.
As
you
know,
highly
valuable
wildlife,
habitat
and
land
ownership
in
that
area
sometimes
creates
challenges
in
in
the
long
term
protection
of
some
of
those
areas.
So
when,
when
approached
by
the
navy
and
private
landowners
with,
you
know
an
appealing
solution
like
this,
we
see
it
as
a
true
win-win.
B
Yes,
go
ahead,
I
have
a
question
when
you
talk
about
mitigating
the
loss
of
mule
deer,
do
you
mean
the
actual
loss,
or
do
you
mean
that
they
have
been
redirected
in
another
capacity
because
they
can't
go
through
that
area?.
E
Anymore,
thank
you
for
the
question
and
in
in
this
particular
instance,
and
and
many
others,
you
know
there
there
have
been
desires
to
offset
the
impact
in
one
area
is
called
off-site
mitigation.
If
you
will.
Certainly
the
desire
by
these
companies
is
to
have
a
minimal
impact
on
wildlife
and
in
some
instances
you
know
record
of
decision
through
our
land
management
agencies
render
that
possibility
being
very
small
and
in
the
case
where
perhaps
a
migration
corridor
is
impacted
or
more
dire
situations
permanently
lost.
E
E
We
can
use
gps
equipped
callers
to
better
understand,
not
only
how
mulder
used
the
landscape,
but
then
to
have
design
feature
changes
within
those
mine
sites
and
then
to
also
better
accommodate,
as
as
we
learn
where
those
animals
go
better
accommodate
those
with
those
impacts.
So
I
I
don't
know
if
that's
a
specific
answer,
but
again
I'd
be
willing
to
call
habitat
division
administrator,
alan
jenae
and
to
add
details
to
that,
should
you
desire
a
more
thorough
answer.
F
Thank
you,
madam
chair.
I
appreciate
it.
I
want
to
circle
back
because
one
of
my
main
questions
was
going
to
be
similar
to
what
vice
chair
senator
brooks
asked
regarding
the
mining
contributions
here
that
we
see
and
unlike
tesla,
which
is
mandated
to
do
their
particular
donations
in
a
previous
budget.
We
just
heard
mining
is
not
mandated.
Is
that
correct.
E
Yes,
that
is,
that
is
correct.
These
are
not
legal
mandates,
they
are
not
required
as
part
of
records
of
decision
or
any
informal
agreements.
E
It
is,
you
know
fairly,
you
know,
philanthropic
in
in
nature,
but
a
desire
to
be
a
a
good
partner
and
community
member
in
providing
the
agency
with
the
means
to
assist
in
offsetting
the
impacts
of
their
activities
on
the
landscape.
F
All
right,
thank
you,
director,
because
I
would
really
like
to
see-
and
I'm
sure
other
committees
would
too-
and
I
know
for
what
I
do
not
just
this
particular
agenda
item,
because
it's
just
a
one
shot
time
for
us
to
see
this.
Many
of
our
members
are
new
to
this
committee
and
haven't
seen.
Maybe
you
could
give
us
an
overall
view
of
how
much
and
send
it
to
everybody
how
much
a
mining
has
volunteered
to
and
donated
to
your
department
say
over
the
last
10
years
or
so
whatever
you
can
track
back?
F
I
think
that
would
be
good
information
for
all
of
our
members
to
have.
If
you
might
be
able
to
do
that,
I'd
appreciate
that
and
then
I
have
actually
a
couple
of
other
questions.
If
I
might
madam
chair.
A
Sure
go
ahead
and,
and
mr
wassly,
we
know
you're
very
busy
getting
ready
for
the
session.
So
that's
not
something
that
has
to
be
at
the
top
of
your
list,
but
eventually
I
do
believe
if
you
could
send
that
to
staff
staff
will
share
it
with
the
members
of
the
committee
so
that
they
have
that
information
as
they're
looking
at
different
issues.
Okay,.
F
So,
thank
you,
madam
chair
director.
You
have
under
your
justification
or
comment
section
for
these
habitat
division
projects.
You
have
a
number
of
projects
listed
and
and
a
number
of
them.
I
see
here,
for
example,
the
mason
valley
wildlife
management,
food
plots
you
have
88
cents
listed
there
is
that
just
the
end
of
fund
balance
and
you've
spent
some
funds
that
were
donated
there.
I
was
curious
about
you
included
this
list
of
projects,
some
that
are
have
almost
zero
funds
in
them.
E
Yeah,
that's
an
excellent
question
and
this
goes
back
to
the
creation
of
this
wildlife
trust
account.
This
wildlife
trust
fund
was
created
in
the
2011
session
assembly,
bill,
525,
created,
nrs,
501
3585
and
it's
the
wildlife
trust
fund
and,
and
so
the
amounts
that
are
contributed
have,
as
I
said,
very
specific
instructions
as
to
what
they
can
be
spent
on,
and
so,
when
you
see
something
like
88
cents,
that's
just
us
not
taking
any
leeway
and
taking
funds
from
one
place
and
spending
it
somewhere
else.
E
That's
the
balance
that
remains,
and
as
you
can,
you
can
guess
it's
difficult
to
find
an
88
expenditure
nowadays,
so
it
remains
and
party
to
your
other
question
as
far
as
the
reports
10
years
since,
since
this
fund
was
created
in
2011,
this
will
be
the
10th
year,
so
we
can
provide
accounting.
E
You
know
on
nine
years
of
contributions
towards
this,
and
we
actually
have
annual
reports
where,
historically,
those
annual
reports
were
provided
to
this
committee
subsequent
to
the
removal
of
that
requirements
from
statute
they're
still
posted
on
our
webpage
and
provided
annually
or
even
biannually,
in
some
instances
to
our
commission
for
transparency's
sake.
So
we
can
quickly
produce
those.
We
don't
have
to
compile
anything
and
we
can
share
them
with
the
committee
to
see
the
source
and
magnitude
of
the
contributions
for
over
the
last
nine
years.
Since
the
creation
of
this
account.
F
Great
director,
thank
you.
I
knew
you're
up
to
the
task
and
then
my
final
question
is
regarding
the
the
donations
from
the
navy-
and
I
know
senator
gokuchi
touched
on
this,
but
I'm
really
curious
that
I
know
that
the
navy's
applicant
to
expand
their
range
in
that
fallon
churchill
area
is
still
kind
of
ongoing,
and
I'm
just
wondering
if
any
of
that
would
be
affected.
F
If
that
did
go
through,
if
their
donations
would
would
be
part
of
what's
restricted,
is
that
part
of
the
land
is
any
of
it
within
the
navy's
expansion.
E
No
thank
you
for
the
question
totally
unrelated
to
that,
but
a
very
legitimate
question.
Nonetheless,
there
are
a
projects
and
funds
available
to
partners
from
the
navy
and
again
this
is
about
trying
to
be
good,
neighbors
and
try
to
offset
those
impacts,
but
it
would
in
no
way
shape
or
form
shape
our
views,
or
you
know
the
the
negotiation
around.
What
may
or
may
not
happen,
and
you
need
to
look
no
further
than
our
comments
to
that
effort.
E
To
see
that
you
know
we
we
haven't
been,
you
know,
swayed
or,
as
a
result
of
you
know
those
other
agreements.
A
Hearing
none,
mr
thorley,
if
you
would
call
the
role.
C
C
C
C
C
C
C
C
C
C
C
A
C
We
just
honestly,
we
just
wanted
to
say
thank
you,
oh
hold
on
a
second,
my
video
isn't
wrong.
C
Has
been
amazing,
and
so
we
just
wanted
to
say.
Thank
you.
You,
as
I
said,
thank
you.
Thank
you.
You're.
A
A
Broadcast
services
are
there
any
other
public
comment.
K
Waiting
for
public
comment,
so
we
were
just
waiting
for
others
to
join,
but
no
others
have
joined
so
we're
gonna.
Take
the
caller
with
the
last
three
digits
of
zero.
Three
five,
please
slowly
state
and
spell
your
name
for
the
record.
You
have
two
minutes
and
you
may
begin.
K
A
Okay,
well,
I
think
that
probably
takes
care
of
it
for
public
comment
today.
So
committee
members,
thank
you
all
very
much
for
those
of
you
that
have
made
it
through
this
whole
interim.
With
all
of
these
meetings.
I
truly
appreciate
all
of
your
dedication
and
service
and
I'm
sure,
just
as
many
sleepless
nights
as
I
had
getting
through
this.
This
is
my
last
ifc
meeting
with
you
as
chair.
A
C
Thank
you
chair
and
thank
you
for
what
was
sharing
what
was
probably
the
busiest
ifc
schedule
in
the
history
of
nevada
and
and
and
also
for
ms
kaufman
and
and
all
of
the
ifc
staff
that
made
this
happen.
This
has
been
an
incredibly
busy
and
and
important
and
really
heavy
lift
for
everybody
involved
in
ifc.
So
thank
you,
chair,
carlton
nevada
appreciates
all
your
hard
work.
A
Well,
thank
you
senator
into
broadcast
staff
and
all
the
other
staff
that
have
made
this
work.
We
really
truly
appreciate
you
and
we'll
be
seeing
you
all
next
week
so
get
this
get
the
sidewalk
shoveled,
so
we
can
show
up
in
carson
city.
So
with
that
committee
members,
we're
adjourned,
have
a
great.
